Abstract

Delivery of goods or services is an important part of the activities of a government agency or a particular company. The problem that is often faced with shipping is the issue of cost. The delivery system is a series of activities that determine the company where the products are sent to consumers to be marketed with the aim of facilitating product marketing. The delivery system is one of the main supports after the production process thus realizing the optimization of shipping costs. UD. Naga Timbul is a company engaged in the fertilizer sector. Goods produced will be sent to the branch company UD. Naga Timbul. The method in this study is to use the North West Corner (NWC) method to calculate the cost of shipping goods. The application consists of three parts, namely, filling in the data supply and location of demand, as well as filling in data on the cost of shipping goods. To build this system application design, Microsoft Visual Basic 2008 and Mysql software are needed as database creation.

Abstract

Klasifikasi kepuasan pelanggan pengguna transportasi online merupakan suatu sikap positif atau respon pelanggan terhadap pelayanan penggunaan transportasi online. Pengklasifikasin kepuasan pengguna transportasi online ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas perusahaan khususnya di bidang pelayanan pengguna transportasi roda dua. Dalam penelitian ini, tingkat kepuasan pelanggan diklasifikasian dalam empat atribut yaitu harga, fasilitas, pelayanan, dan loyalitas sehingga dari ke empat atribut tersebut dapat diperoleh hasil pengklasifikasian tingkat kepuasan pelanggan dalam kategori puas dan tidak puas. Dengan menerapkan berbagai persamaan dan langkah-langkah mengenai perhitungan algoritma C4.5, yaitu dengan menghitung entropy, split info, gain dan nilai gain ratio dengan atribut Fasilitas, Pelayanan, Loyalitas, Kategori. Himpunan Atribut yaitu Sangat Puas, Puas, Cukup Puas, Tidak Puas, Sangat Tidak Puas. Input data sebanyak 155 data. Dari data tersebut maka dibagi 2 yaitu 100 data data latih (training) dan 55 data data uji (testing). klasifikasi kepuasan pelanggan “Tidak Puas” sebanyak 91 orang pelanggan, sedangkan yang “Tidak Puas” sebanyak 9 orang pelanggan.

Abstract

Pixel extractor application to retrieve image pixel values and save them in Excel format. Matlab is often used for pixel extraction, but the transfer process to Excel is difficult and long if the image resolution is large. The placement of pixel values in Excel is useful for knowing the process of image processing mathematical formulas. The solution of this application is that the user can select images to be processed and the pixel extraction results are stored in three separate Excel sheets, namely red (R), green (G), blue (B), and Grayscale values. Convenience This is useful for analyzing pixel data for users. In this study, the extracted pixel values were tested using the Kirsch operator for edge detection. Doing a test of one Kirsch kernel on a grayscale sheet. This application is built using the Python programming language and the PySimpleGUI library to create an easy-to-use user interface.

Abstract

Transportation plays an important role in the delivery of goods both in the far and near reaches. To minimize the distance traveled, appropriate planning and calculations are needed to save time and costs in delivering goods to the destination. The process of determining the shortest route is included in the science of artificial intelligence in solving search problems. The science of intelligence which is well-known in determining the shortest route, namely Generate and Test, Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) or understood as the search for the shortest path is often implemented in the real world because this method is able to solve problems and produce algorithms that can be applied in everyday life. The main objective of this research is to implement the search concept Generate and Test in helping users in shipping goods to save time, lower costs. The Generate and Test Algorithm is a combination of Depth First Search and Backtracking. The results of this study obtained the longest value of 113 with the combination f (A-D+F+I+J+M+Q+S+T)_= 20+18+9+20+7+10+13+16=113 and shortest path value 61 which starts with path f (A-C+I+P+T )=11+20+17+13=61 by obtaining information on the smallest shortest path, namely 61, can be used as the final state to be passed in shipping goods, so This path can be used as a reference to obtain the final solution.

Abstract

Kepuasan pelanggan gypsum dan platform di Toko Keshya merupakan hal terpenting dalam menjalankan bisnis dan pelayanan. Karena dengan memberikan kepuasan lebih akan meningkatkan pendapatan dalam jangka panjang dan menarik lebih banyak pelanggan. Untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, kualitas yang diberikan juga harus diperhatikan agar konsumen tidak kecewa dengan produk yang telah diberikan kepada konsumen. Permasalahan dari penelitian ini adalah kurangnya informasi atau sistem untuk mengetahui kepuasan pelanggan dalam penjualan gypsum dan platform di Toto Keshya sehingga diperlukan sistem pengambilan keputusan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dengan konsep pengambilan keputusan menggunakan weighted summation. . Dalam menentukan kepuasan pelanggan telah ditetapkan beberapa kriteria yaitu, Kualitas Produk, Harga, Kualitas Layanan, Tanggung jawab dan kemudahan memperoleh barang. Hasil akhir penelitian ini diperoleh skor tertinggi nomor 1 atas nama Wualandari Coroline dan skor tertinggi kedua diperoleh atas nama Putri Asa dengan nilai 0,9235. Sistem pengambilan keputusan dapat digunakan sebagai standar untuk menentukan kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

The process of searching and tracking is very important in determining the success of the basic concepts of artificial intelligence. One science that is able to solve the shortest route concept is the Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) Algorithm. The work form of this algorithm is in the form of determining the shortest route with the work process calculating all paths passed using predetermined concepts and rules. The form of the Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) is in the form of a minimum weight on a connected graph, with the basic concept of visiting several cities and returning to the original city so that each city is visited exactly once with the shortest possible total distance traveled. The problem of this research is the lack of understanding Salesman in understanding algorithms that are able to provide instructions for the shortest path so that it is easy to find solutions in the form of information that can be used as a reference in saving time and costs on the way. The main objectives of this research are (1) to determine the route of delivery of goods, (2) to solve the Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) algorithm, (3) to save time and money while traveling. The final results of this study found 24 paths that could be passed by salesmen. Each route has a different value. The value of the shortest route that can be used as a reference is the JLMK/KMLJ line. JLMK route value = 60 +40+40=160 and KMLJ route = =40 +40+60=140. The value of the shortest route found is a route point of 140.

Abstract

SS Beauty Bar is a beauty salon that offers many treatments, namely, nail art, eyebrow embroidery, lip embroidery, eyelash extension, facial, bb glow, lash lift, massage, SPA, menicure, pedicure, etc. One of the current treatments that are popular with women is to decorate the eyes by adding eyelashes or better known as eyelash extensions. Eyelash extension is the process of connecting artificial eyelashes with real eyelashes. An expert system for diagnosing the impact of using eyelash extensions at SS Beauty Bengkulu City was created to help diagnose the impact of using eyelash extensions based on the symptoms felt by the customer. The expert system for diagnosing the impact of using eyelash extensions at SS Beauty Bengkulu City has implemented the Naive Bayes method which is used to obtain a percentage level of the impact of using eyelash extensions and provide recommended solutions for customers. The expert system for diagnosing the impact of using eyelash extensions on SS Beauty in Bengkulu City was created using the Visual Basic.Net programming language. The expert system for diagnosing the impact of using eyelash extensions at SS Beauty Bengkulu City can provide information on the results of consultations in determining the impact of using eyelash extensions based on the symptoms that have been selected. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the functionality of the expert system for diagnosing the impact of using eyelash extensions at SS Beauty Bengkulu City has gone well as expected.

Abstract

Health Center in Pasar Pino Village is the only health center in Pino Raya Sub- District of South Bengkulu Regency. The selection of cadre members in Pasar Pino Village was still done manually by filling out forms and resulted in a lot of fraud when selecting these cadres to get cadres who did not meet expectations in their field and resulted in many misunderstandings between the people of Pasar Pino Village. The application of the method (oreste) to a decision support system in the selection of cadres for the Health Center of Pasar Pino Village was made to assist the health center in facilitating the selection of good cadres and assisting in proper data processing in terms of storage. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the functional oreste application for the selection of cadres for the Health Center of Pasar Pino Village is running as expected and the data processing of each prospective cadre is successfully input into the application by calculating the Besson rank value for each criterion, then determining the results of determining the cadres for the Health Center of Pasar Pino Village.

Abstract

The ELECTRE (Elimination Et Choix Traduisant la Realité) method is a multi-criteria decision-making method that can be used to select the best candidate from a number of predetermined alternatives. Application of the ELECTRE method in determining the head of the hospital laboratory. Human love can be done in several steps. Current problems with RS. Human Love includes criteria that are not yet relevant to determine the head of the hospital laboratory. Human love can be determined based on the needs and priorities of the organization. The long-term goal of this study was to improve the keriteria set in hospitals. Kasih Insani runs correctly, the application built can later be used by the Hospital. Thus the expected result will be the determination of the head of the laboratory at the hospital. Human Love is as expected based on the calculation of methods and criteria that have been set, applications built with the implementation of the Electre method can be used at Rs. Kasih Insani. The plan of this research activity is carried out directly to the Hospital in testing the success of the system built.
