Abstract

The neuron model will experience difficulties when it encounters complex functions, this is because determining the weight w and threshold value ø must be processed analytically. The Heb Rule method finds a way to calculate the weight value w and bias value which can be processed easily without carrying out a training process first. The Hebb Rule algorithm is the oldest method with a work process using learning and supervision methods. The Hebb Rulu architecture is the same as the McCulloch-Pitts network architecture in that several input units are connected to output units, equipped with a bias value. The problem that often occurs in research is the difference between the Hebb Rule network value pattern and the specified target value due to the incorrect weight initialization process in the calculation process. The aim of the research is to obtain pattern results in accordance with the predetermined targets. Based on the input pattern which consists of pattern 1, pattern 2, pattern 3 and pattern 4, all patterns can be read by the system. The final pattern results are, P1=1, P2=2, P3=1, P4=1.

Abstract

Sistem informasi merupakan suatu kumpulan data informasi yang ada pada suatu organisasi baik berupa kantoran, akademik maupun lainnya dan dilakukan penyimpanan, editing, dan pendistribusian informasi terhadap masyarakat. Pada Desa Pero Masyarakat banyak yang mengalami kesulitan dalam mengtahui informasi tentang program serta prosedur pelayanan yang ada di desa Pero. Ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya sosialisasi yang diadakan oleh aparat desa, terutama bagi masyarakat yang pekerjaannya petani. Informasi yang tersusun dengan rapi dan baik akan mempermudah masyarakat untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai desa Pero. Oleh karena itu permasalahan di atas yang mendasari peneliti untuk membuat sebuah sistem informasi berbasis website desa pero. Hasil dari penelitian ini website yang dibangun sudah memenuhi informasi yang ada pada desa pero sehingga masyarakat desa pero bisa mengetahui segala informasi maupun aktifitas yang ada pada kantor desa.

Abstract

Drone racing in Indonesia is starting to gain a lot of interest, but physically making a drone race is not cheap. So with the drone game in the form of an application, the aim is for users to feel the adrenaline interaction of a real drone race but in the form of a game. This Android-based drone race game was made using 3ds Max and Unity software. Application testing includes device testing, alpha testing and interactions which are uploaded to users for response. Testing on 9 devices with different Android versions showed that 7 Android versions with versions 6.0 to 12.0 of the drone race game were successfully run. Testing via alpha testing obtained results that all buttons functioned well. Meanwhile, beta testing is done by uploading the application to the itch.io website. In beta testing there were 130 views, 51 people downloaded it and out of 50 comments, 15 comments said this application was good.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to implement the Naïve Bayes algorithm for gingivitis classification at Dental Polyclinic, UPTD Pasar Ikan Health Center Bengkulu. The diagnosis of gingivitis is one of the diagnoses with severe conditions that are often complained at Dental Polyclinic, UPTD Pasar Ikan Health Center Bengkulu. However, the problem is that the services are still very limited because doctors are only on duty for 2 days a week. Therefore, a method is needed that is able to classify the risk level of various gingivitis diagnoses that occur at UPTD Pasar Ikan Health Center Bengkulu so that it can be immediately treated with appropriate action using Naïve Bayes method. From the results of tests carried out by Naïve Bayes method, it can be used as a solution for using this system. In its implementation, Naïve Bayes method can classify types of gingivitis at UPTD Pasar Ikan Health Center Bengkulu

Abstract

Startup Aqibers is a platform providing aqiqah services that uses the Lean Startup method in its design. This method is used to optimize innovation, efficiency and resource management. In the design phase, Startup Aqibers focuses on identifying market needs through in-depth research. StratupAqibers aims to simplify the aqiqah process by providing an online platform that makes it easier for users to choose an aqiqah package, confirm orders and make payments. Through the use of Lean Startup methods, Aqibers was able to identify the key features most desired by customers, improve user experience, and reduce product development risk. By leveraging continuous customer feedback, Aqibers was able to quickly iterate on its platform, ensuring that the solution they created offer in line with changing market needs. In this way, Aqibers is expected to achieve sustainable growth and provide significant added value for consumers who are looking for practical and reliable aqiqah services.

Abstract

Tourism is a leading industry in various countries because it can improve the country's economy. One city that has potential for tourism is Semarang, because this city has unique culture and beautiful nature. However, there are too many sources of information regarding tourist attractions such as the city of Semarang, which makes tourists sometimes confused about determining tourist destinations that suit their wishes at that time. Therefore, we need a system that can provide recommendations for tourism spots in a destination city. This research aims to develop a Question Answering System or digital question and answer system using a chatbot (ChatterBot). Chatbots are used as information service providers that can make it easier for tourists who are looking for information about tourist attractions. chat bot-based information service systems can work 24 hours or throughout the day, reducing the intensity of direct physical contact with officers and saving operational costs. The chatbot implementation is built on a Machine Learning Framework using RASA Open Source with the Python programming language. Basic knowledge of the chatbot system is drilled based on the FAQ (Frequently Asking Questions) dataset with tourism research objects in the Semarang area. The evaluation results and system performance based on data testing obtained a model accuracy level of 0.91. Furthermore, the weighted average value in the ConfusionMatrix produces a precision of 0.97, recall of 0.94, and an F1 score of 0.95. Training and processing models locally.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas strategi efektif untuk mengelola bandwidth pada jaringan internet dengan memanfaatkan web proxy berbasis WLAN, serta menerapkan penjadwalan akses internet. Dalam konteks ini penelitian fokus pada pengembangan sistem yang dapat memonitor dan mengoptimalkan penggunaan bandwidth secara efisien. Metode penjadwalan akses internet diimplementasikan untuk memberikan prioritas pada kebutuhan akses yang lebih kritis, memungkinkan kinerja jaringan, dan mengurangi kemungkinan bottleneck. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ini dapat meningkatkan manajemen bandwidth secara signifikan, memberikan penggunaan yang lebih efisien, dan meningkatkan penngalaman pengguna dalam mengakses internet melalui WLAN. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting terhadap pengembangan strategi manajemen bandwidth yang inovatiff dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Security and authentication of important documents such as birth certificates have become a major concern today and in the digital age. In this context, the use of watermarking technology is an effective solution to add additional information to digital documents without destroying their authenticity. The DCT method is used to convert images into the frequency domain, allowing the watermark to be added without disturbing the appearance of the document. Testing ensures that the watermarking process does not damage the appearance of the original document and that the watermark information can be accurately re-extracted. The research results show that the QR code watermark using the DCT method successfully provides secure and authentic birth certificates. The application of the Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) method to the birth certificate QR code watermarking process was able to significantly improve document security and authentication without compromising document quality or important information. This thesis outlines the extensive steps in the practical application of the QR code watermark on birth certificates. From data preparation including birth certificate images and QR codes to the watermark conversion and extraction process, all steps are explained in detail. Thus, applying this watermarking technique can be an effective solution to protect the integrity of birth certificates and similar documents in the digital environment.

Abstract

Tipe kerpibadian seseorang biasanya dapat diketahui dengan menggunakan psikotes. Salah satu jenis psikotes yang sering digunakan adalah Myres-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Sebuah aplikasi berbasis web yang dapat melakukan klasifikasi tipe kepribadian seseorang berdasarkan cuitan di Twitter diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif untuk mengetahui tipe kepribadian seseorang tanpa perlu mengikuti psikotes secara konvensional. Selain itu, hasil psikotes juga dapat diketahui secara langsung. Aplikasi ini dibuat dengan menggunakan teknik text mining, yaitu dengan menggunakan metode Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) dan metode klasifikasi Naive Bayes Classifier. Metode TF-IDF digunakan untuk memberikan pembobotan kata dari data training dan metode Naive Bayess Classifier digunakan untuk mengklasifikasikan data testing berdasarkan data yang telah dilatih sebelumnya. Data akan dibersihkan terlebih dahulu sebelum dilatih maupun diuji melalui proses preprocessing sehingga informasi yang dihasilkan dapat menjadi lebih akurat. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dari 100 data yang diuji, 71 data termasuk kategori klasifikasi benar sesuai dengan labelnya, sedangkan 29 data termasuk kategori klasifikasi salah karena hasil prediksi tidak sesuai dengan labelnya. Tingkat akurasi adalah sebesar 71% dengan rincian precision dan recall untuk kelas artisan sebesar 63% dan 68%, untuk kelas guardian sebesar 77% dan 68%, untuk kelas rational sebesar 64% dan 72%, dan untuk kelas idealist sebesar 83% dan 76%.
