Abstract

This study entitled “The Effect of Fuel Price Increase Against Composite Stock Price Index In Indonesia Stock Exchange”, with populations used in this study is a data sample JCI JCI to 8 working days before and 8 days of work after the fuel price hike june 22 2013, researchers assume that the time span of the study will occur the impact of rising fuel prices which impact on the presence of differences in returns and significant abnormal return 8 working days 8 working days before and after the increase in fuel prices, this is evidenced by the value of α <sig. Ie 0.05 <0.064. While the subsequent twsting using a one sample t-test to get the result there is no significant abnormal return in 8 working days before and 8 days after the work is evidenced by the increase in fuel prices α < sig. Significance before and after values for 0.689 and 0.605. In this study it can be concluded that in th present impact of an event does not occur at yhe time of approaching the event.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of liquidity ratio (CR), solvency ratio (DER), profitability ratio (ROA), and activity ratio (TATO) on the Stock Price. The object that  is  used in this research are property and real estate sub sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange year 2015-2017. The population in this research is a whole of property and real estate sub sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange year 2015-2017 were 48 companies. The sampling technique is used purposive sampling with several criteria,  namely property and real estate sub sector companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange year 2015-2017, companies that submit financial reports during the research period, and companies that have positive net income report. The number of samples that fit the criteria were 34  companies. Data were analyzed by using data regression analysis with Eviews 6 software. The  results of this  research showed  that current  ratio, debt to equity ratio and total asset turn over are partially have positive and not have significant effect on the stock price, while return on assets have negative and not have significant effect on the stock price. Simultaneously that the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on assets and total asset turnover not have  significant effect on  the  stock price. R-square value of 0.019 indicates that the ability of the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on assets,  and  total  asset  turnover  while  explaining  the  Stock  Price  is  1.9%,  and  the 98.1% is explained by other variables which not contained in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of quality service to customer satisfaction Olive fried chicken at Glagahsari Yogyakarta. And to find out what variables are influentialsignificant to customer satisfaction both partially and simultaneously. Primary data obtained from the results of the distribution of questionnaires to consumers who consume at Olive fried chicken at Glagahsari Yogyakarta, sample and sampling techniques using the side accidental method and purposive sampling. And selected consumers aged over 17 years. Processing the data of this research is using multivariate statistical methods. with technique multiple linear regression analysis, partial test (t test), and simultaneous test (F test). Partial Test Results (t test) variables of food quality (X2), communication (X4), and benefit relationship (X5) does not affect customer satisfaction (Y). While for physical environment variables (X1), customer orientation (X3), and price (X6) it was concluded that the partial test (t test) had an effect on satisfaction customer (Y) in consuming Olive freid chicken at Glagahsari Yogyakarta. From the calculation results of the simultaneous test (F test), obtained Sig <α = 5% or 0,000 <5%, because Sig <α = 5%. Then it can be concluded that the variable physical environment (X1), food quality (X2), customer orientation (X3), communication (X4), the benefits of the relationship (X5), and price (X6) that simultaneously test (F test) effect on customer satisfaction (Y) Olive fried fast food restaurant chicken at Glagahsari Yogyakarta.

Abstract

One effort that may be company performed to improve the customer is to determine the price, service, comfort atmosphere, the diversity of products and store design is good and interesting. The purpose of this study, to examine the influence of price, service, atmosphere convenience, product diversity, and store design on consumer purchase decisions either partially or simultaneously. Techniques used in sampling in this study was purposive sampling. The number of samples used as much as 100 samples.Methods of analysis used to test the hypothesis that F Test and t-test. Measurement instruments used for the five independent variables are qualified validity and reliability.The results showed that the partial test results all independent variables (price, service, atmosphere convenience, product diversity, and store design) significantly influence consumer purchasing decisions. And test results together (F test) showed that all variables independent (X) has positive and significant impact on consumer purchasing decisions (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of television advertising on buying interest in savory noodle products that are influenced by endorsement with Syahrini as a celebrity endorser. In this study the population used was general consumers who had seen delicious noodles ads through television media in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This research is a quantitative research. Data collection using a questionnaire method (questionnaire) that has been tested for validity using CFA (Confirmatory Factor Analysis) and reliability testing using Crobach Alpha, while data analysis is performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The subjects of this study were general consumers who had seen advertisements of delicious Mie products on television media, the sampling technique used purposive sampling and incidental sampling methods, the number of samples used was 80 respondents. The results showed that (1) there was a significant influence between credibility on the interest in buying delicious noodle products, (2) there was a significant effect on the compatibility of buying interest in delicious noodle products. (3) There is a significant influence between the attractiveness of buying interest in delicious noodle products. There is a positive and significant influence between credibility, compatibility and attractiveness together to the interest in buying delicious noodle products.

Abstract

This research is aimed to analyze and assess the effect of CAMEL ratio on the financial performance of Regional Development Banks in Indonesia. The independent variables used were Capital Adequancy Ratio (CAR), Non-Performing loans (NPL), Net Profit Margin(NPM), Return On Asset(ROA), and Loan to Deposit Ratio(LDR). Meanwhile, the dependent variable was financial performance viewd from the profit growth of the banks. Based on the result of the research, it is determined that partially, only ROA variable which significantly affects the Financial Performance of the Regional Development Banks in Indonesia. Whilst CAR, NPL, NPM, and LDR variables do not affect significantly on the financial performance of the Regional Development Banks in Indonesia. Simultaneous test result shows that CAR, NPL, NPM, ROA and LDR variables have an effect on the financial performance of the Regional Development Banks in Indonesia. The amount of coefficient of determination is 53.22%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Return on Assets (ROA) on the interest rate for time deposits at state-owned banks in Indonesia in the 2009-2014 period. The sample used in this study is state-owned banks in Indonesia, as many as 4 banks. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. The method used in this study is quantitative research and the data obtained are secondary data where the data is already available in report form. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing (t test and F test) and the coefficient of determination test. The results of the analysis showed that partially the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) showed a regression coefficient of -0.674775 with a prob value of 0.5915, which meant that the CAR had a negative and not significant effect on deposit rates, while the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) showed a value of regression coefficient of 0.109967 with a value of prob. 0.6871 which means that the LDR has a positive and not significant effect on the interest rate on time deposits and Return on Assets (ROA) shows a value of -10,63718 with a prob. 0.4255 which means ROA has a negative and not significant effect on the interest rate on time deposits. Based on the F test shows a prob value of 0.300476 so that simultaneously, CAR, LDR and ROA have no significant effect on the interest rate on time deposits.

Abstract

Purpose of this study to prove whether an announcements of mergers and acquisitions responded by market players so produce abnormal return for companies. This study also triying prove whether there abnormal return before and after an announcements of mergers and acquisitions.Data used in this study is companies conducting mergers and acquisitions listed at the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2005-2008. Sample selection use purposive sampling. Samples obtained amount 11 company.From the analysis, use one sample T-Test obtained results calculation average abnormal return (AAR) shows that of overall average abnormal return (AAR) not found abnormal return significant. So can concluded that there is not differences abnormal return stock acquiring company about information an announcement of mergers and acquisitions announced acquiring company.Other findings in this study is test results by using uji t paired produce significant count is 0,007. Then hypothesis 2 this study able to prove. So it can be concluded that there significant differences abnormal return before and after an announcement of mergers and acquisitions.Limitations in this study is a limited number of samples caused still rare company that does mergers and acquisitions listed at the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Event window short only 21 days is 10 days before and 10 days after an announcement.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect on promotion mix on  volume   sales  PT  Viva  Victory  Abadi.  Results  are  expected  to  be  a consideration for managers PT Viva Victory Abadi in determining the promotional mix  effect  on  sales  of  property,  as  well  as  using  some  other  variables  of  the promotion mix. The study was based on data usage all promotional costs incurred as well as the sale of the property from PT Viva Victory Abadi in the last two years. The  data  is  then  processed  using  multiple  linear  regression  method  in  SPSS.  The  results obtained prove not the absence of significant promotional mix on volume sales of PT Viva Victory Abadi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to prove whether there is an influence of increasing and decreasing dividend announcements towards stock prices fell in the days before the announcement of cash dividends with the days after the announcement of cash dividend. This research was conducted on banking companies listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) with using purposive sampling technique. The researcher takes 7 companies to be the sampe, that are 2 companies in increasing dividends namely Bank Bumi Artha Tbk, and Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk, and 5 companies for decreasing dividends namely the Bukopin Tbk, Bank Dananmon Indonesia Tbk, Bank Himpunan Saudara 1906 Tbk, Bank Internasional Indonesia Tbk, Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, then testing the hypothesis using a paired t test (Paired Two Sample). Companies that increase the vaue of dividends that the Bank Bumi Artha Tbk and Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk, thereis a significance between the stock price in the days before the announcement of cash dividends with the days after the announcement of cash dividends, while companies that reduced the value of dividends, there are two different result test, the first on Bukopin Tbk, Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, Bank Himpunan Saudara 1906 Tbk there is a significant differences between the stock price in the days before the announcement of cash dividends with the days after the announcement that the second cash dividends of Bank Internasional Indonesia Tbk, and Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk, there is no significant difference between the stock price in the day before the announcement of cash dividens with the dats after the announcement of cash dividends.
