Abstract

For companies, loyal customers mean a lot besides illustrates the amount of profitability obtained by loyal consumers can also show the image or image of the company in the public eye. Loyal customers can become partners in developing new products, because they maintain and defend and even use the services of existing companies. According to Darsono (2004) a loyal customer becomes a valuable asset for the company. Loyal customers will reduce the effort to find new customers, giving positive feedback to the company. Companies must be able to satisfy old customers and create new customers, if you want to win the competition. PT. BRI (Persero) Tbk. Yogyakarta must be able to answer the existing competition challenges. The population in this study are customers of Bank Rakyat Indonesia Yogyakarta and have been customers for at least one year. While the sample in this study is a portion of the number of customers from BRI Bank Yogyakarta. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling and purposive sampling. While the data used in the study are primary data, that is data obtained directly from respondents by the researchers themselves through questionnaires. Analysis tools using multiple linear regression The results of the analysis can be concluded that: Product quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Brand image does not significantly influence customer satisfaction. Product quality, service quality and brand image together significantly influence customer satisfaction. Product quality does not significantly influence customer loyalty. Service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Brand image does not significantly influence customer loyalty. Product quality, service quality and brand image together significantly influence customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction significantly influences customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction mediates the effect of product quality on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction does not mediate the effect of service quality on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction does not mediate the effect of brand image on loyalty the customer.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether that service quality dimension in the physical aspects, reliability, personal interaction, problem solving and policy affects customer satisfaction supermarket Mirota Campus in Yogyakarta and analyze the most dominant factor in influencing customer satisfaction Supermarket Mirota Campus. The population in this study are consumers/customers supermarket Mirota Campus. Samples taken as many as 300 respondents by using incidental sampling and purposive sampling. Based on the analysis of statistical data, indicators in this study are valid and are reliable variables. The sequence individually from each of the most influential variables is the variable with the problem-solving test value t for 5.608, the personal interaction with the t test value of 4.826, followed by policy variables with a value of 3.845 t test and physical aspects variables with the value of the t test for 2.595, whereas the lowest variable that is variable with a value of t-test reliability sebesar 1.886.

Abstract

This study is entitled comparative analysis of financial performance before and after mergers-acquisitions in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Period 2015. The purpose of this study is to determine differences in financial performance before and after mergers and acquisitions of companies listed on the IDX measured using the ratio Total Asset Turnover, Return On Asset, and Net Profit Margin with Purposive Sampling techniques. This type of data source is secondary data taken from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id). The data taken is the data of financial statements and annual reports and sampling conducted with certain criteria. The population used in this study are companies that have merged and are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, as many as 15 companies. The choice of location or place of research on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) through the official website www.idx.co.id (2019), the reason for choosing this location is because all data such as financial statements can be trusted. Based on the determined sample criteria from 15 merger-acquisition companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX), 12 sample companies were obtained that met these criteria. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis to analyze data by describing or describing the data that has been collected as it is without making conclusions that apply to the public or generalizations. Then the data collected was tested for normality and paired sample t-test with the help of the SPSS 22 application program.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the repurchase of Gudeg Yu Djum restaurant. The sample used in this study amounted to 100 respondents, while the sampling method used was purposive sampling method. Data analysis method used is quantitative analysis using validity and reliability tests, F tests, coefficient of determination, t tests and multiple linear regression analysis. Analysis tools using multiple linear regression methods can be concluded that the sense variable has no significant effect on repurchases with a significance value (P value) of 0.840> 0.05, the feel variable has a significant effect on repeat purchases with a significance value (P value) of 0.007 <0 , 05, think variable has a significant effect on repurchase with a significance value (P value) of 0.005 <0.05, Act variable has no significant effect on repurchase with a significance value (P value) 0.945> 0.05, the relate variable has a significant effect on repurchase with a significance value (P value) 0.042 <0.05. Simultaneously sense, feel, think, act, and relate, significantly influence the repurchase with an F count of 22,010 with a significant number (P value) 0,000 <0.005. The coefficient of determination generated is 0.515, which means 51.5% change in the repurchase variable is explained by the variables sense, feel, think, act, and relate together, while the remaining 48.5% is explained by other variables not included in this research.

Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to analyze factors that influence capital structure at telecommunications industry in Indonesia. In this research, dependent variable is capital structure and the independent variables are the operating leverage, taxes, and firm size.The samples are 5 companies, its take by purposive sampling method: taking the sample with specific criteria, that is the companies which listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period from 2005 to 2009. The operating leverage has a positive and significant influence to capital structure, tax has a negative and significant impact to capital structure, but the variable firm size has no effect to capital structure.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine empirically the impact of credit risk, risk aversion, gross domestic product (GDP) growth, and inflation to Net Interest Margin on banking companies enlisted in BEI year 2013-2016. The factors that influenced NIM is credit risk which is proxied with NPL (Non Performing Loan) ratio, risk aversion which is proxied with CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio), GDP growth and inflation. The period used is from 2013-2016.This research is causal research, that is to find recausality of independent and dependent variable. The population is 42 banking companies. The sampling method used is purposive sampling method. Based on the criteria, there are 41 banking companies. The hypothesis trial is done by the analysis of data panel regression an before do it, the research did a classic assumption trial. The result of hypothesis trial is done partially is t-test showed that NPL has t-statistic score is 1,4136 and t-tabel score is 1,290 on alpha 10% , so NPL has positive impact to NIM. CAR has t-statistic score is -0,2698 and t-tabel score is 1,290 on alpha 10%, so CAR doesn’t have impact to NIM. GDP growth has t-statistic score is 2,9349 and t-tabel score has 1,290 on alpha 10%, so GDP growth has positive impact to NIM. Inflation has t-statistic -0,5184 and t-tabel score is 1,290 on alpha 10%, so inflation doesn’t have impact to NIM.

Abstract

This research used an object of Gule Kepala Ikan (Head Fish Curry) of Bank Jo as its research object. This research was aimed to know cluster shaped in Gule Kepala Ikan Bank Jo using demographic and behavioral variables. Population in this research was customers of Gule Kepala Ikan Bank Jo. Samples used numbered 150 respondents, while its sample taking usedaccidental sampling and purposive sampling techniques. Data used in this research was in form of primary data. Primary data was directly obtained from customers by distributing questionnaires fulfilled by Gule Kepala Ikan Bank Jo customers who were purchasing during this research performed. Variable used in this research was demographic and behavioral variables using a gender attribute, age, marital status, attitudes in selecting menu, income, tribes and occupation. Data collected was then processed using a direct marketing method. The data processing result of Gule Kepala Ikan Bank Jo respondents formed into two clusters with a still-waek model quality. Cluster 1 formed by 51 respondents by a cluster size of 34%, while cluster II formed by 99 respondents by a cluster size of 66%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Current Ratio, Debt toEquity Ratio, and Net Profit Margin on stock returns of case studies in companies cosmetics and household goods listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2017 Independent variables used in this study are Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Net Profit Margin while the dependent variable is stock returns. The population in this study is all cosmetics and household goods companies for the period 2012-2017. Based on the purposive sampling method obtained 5 samples. Data type used is secondary data. Data obtained by the method of documentation. The analysis technique used is the Panel Data Regression Analysis. The results of multiple linear regression analysis with a significant level of 5%, then it can concluded that the first hypothesis Current Ratio of 0.02 has a negative effect and significant towards stock returns, the second hypothesis is Debt to Equity Ratio of 0.90 positive and not significant effect on stock returns, the third hypothesis is Net Profit Margin of 0.08 has no effect on stock returns, hypotheses fourth, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Net Profit Margin of 0.015726 simultaneously affect stock returns.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of cash position, debt to equity ratio, and return on assets to the dividend payout ratio of the company automotive manufacturing sector, food and beverage sector, cigarette sector, sector ceramics, cement sector, cable sector and electronics sector which are listed on the Exchange Indonesian Securities 2012-2014 period. The sample in this study is manufacturing companies, automotive sector, food and beverage sector, sector cigarette, ceramic sector, cement sector, cable sector and electronics sector. Technique sampling using purposive sampling technique obtained 17 the sample. Hypothesis test results using multiple linear regression showed that partially cash position and return on assets affect dividend payout ratio, while the debt to equity ratio has no effect on dividend payout ratio, while simultaneous cash positions, debt to equity andreturn on assets affects the dividend payout ratio.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of  the quality of the implementation of good corporate governance, leverage, and profitability of the banking firm value when intervention by earnings management. Quality of the implementation of good corporate governance is measured by a composite score of good corporate governance self assessment by Bank Indonesia Circular Letter No. 9/12/DNDP May 30, 2007, leverage measured by debt-to-equity ratio (DER), profitability measured by earnings growth, earnings management is measured by discreationary accruals, and firm value is measured by the ratio of price book value (PBV). Results of this study showed that the only significant effect of leverage on earnings management. While the quality of the implementation of good corporate governance and profitability no significant effect on earnings management. Earnings management had no significant effect on firm value, and thus the quality of the implementation of good corporate governance, leverage, and profitability does not affect the firm value when it intervened by earnings management.
