<![CDATA[Abstract: This study aims to examine the effect of learning achievement and adversity quotient on the completion of the thesis of economic education students in the economic faculty of Padang State University. This research is a descriptive study. The population in this study were students of economic education who graduated in June, September and December 2018. This study used primary data. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that 1) Learning achievement has a positive and significant effect on the completion of the thesis of economic education students with a significance value of 0.014 <0.05 2) Adversity Quotient has a positive and significant effect towards completion of the thesis of economic education students with a significant value of 0.012 <0.05 3) Learning achievement and Adversity Quotient together have a positive and significant effect on the completing of student thesis with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.Keywords: learning achievement, adversity quotient and completing of the thesis]]>

<![CDATA[Purpose - This research aims to analyze: (1) The Influence of E-Service Quality toward E-Satisfaction on Tokopedia Website in Padang city (2) The Influence of E-Service Quality toward E-Word of Mouth on Tokopedia Website in Padang city (3) The Influence of E-Satisfaction toward E-Word of Mouth on Tokopedia Website in Padang city (4) The Influence of E-Word of Mouth toward Revisit Intention on Tokopedia Website in Padang city. Methodology - The type of this research is Causative research. The population on this research is all the consumer of Tokopedia in Padang who revisit Tokopedia website with the total sample is 150 person which was taken by using purposive sampling due to unknown the number of population. Finding - Regarding the causal model proposed, the data confirm the relationship set out in the hypothesis. It can therefore be stated that (1) E-Service Quality has a positive effect and significant to E-Satisfaction (2) E- Service Quality has a positive effect and significant to E-Word of Mouth (3) E-Satisfaction has a positive effect and significant to E-Word of Mouth (4) E-Word of Mouth has a positive effect and significant to Revisit Intention. Conclusion - The analysis highlights the positive influence which taking part in the E-Service Quality, E- Satisfaction and E-Word of Mouth toward Revisit Intention. This is the clearly shows in this relationship from the empirical point-of-view. <![CDATA[The purpose of this research are to analyze: (1) The effect of profitability on corporate social responsibility (2) The effect of leverage on corporate social responsibility (3) The effect of size on on corporate social responsibility. The population on this research is mining companies listed on BEI for the period 2013-2017. Based on purposive sampling, there are 165 companies’ years. This study uses multiple linier regression analysis techniques. The result of this research shows that (1) Profitability has a positive and not significant effect on corporate social responsibility (2) Leverage has a negative and significant effect on corporate social responsibility (3) Size has a positive and significant effect on corporate social responsibility. This research suggestion is (1) Management is expected to be able to understand and analyze corporate social responsibility and its impact on the company (2) The owner of the company is expected to be able to coordinate the management of the company to understand business ethics (3) For further researcher it is recessary to increase population and more representative samples. <![CDATA[This study aims to analyze professional competence and pedagogic competence students of economic education of Padang State University. This type of research is descriptive research. The population of this research is the economic education of the force of 2016 Faculty Economics of Padang State University. Components of 119 students, this research sample amounted to 55 students. Data are collected by documentation, and test. The results of this study indicate: professional competence and pedagogics students of economic education force 2016 that will carry out the PLK in less category and enough professional competence consists of mastering concept structure material and science mindset that supports the subjects that are infected, developing creative learning materials are created. For pedagogic competence consists of mastering the learning theory and educational principles of education; Developing curriculum related to the field of development is promoted; Mastering the characteristics of learners from physical, moral, social, cultural, emotional, and intellectual aspects; Utilizing the results of the assessment and evaluation for the learning interests. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine an analyze the influence of foreign direct investment, transfer payment and human development affect capita income. These three variables also used to determine convergence that happenened on the island of Sumatera. Data used from 2012 to 2017involve 10 provinces on the island of Sumatera. This data on this research is secondary data published by the Central Bureau of Statistic. The analytical method used is regression panel to estimate impact dependent variables on capita income. To determine sigma convergence use standart deviation lag of Gross Regional Domestic Income per capita. And to determine beta convergence use Generalized Method Momment (GMM). The result of this study show foreign direct investment, transfer payment and human development have significant impact on per capita income. The result of sigma convergence show the island of Sumatera have sigma convergence from 2012 to 2017. The resut of beta convergence show the island of Sumatera have beta convergence and reach half live convergence in 12 years. <![CDATA[This research aims to explain the effect of digital literacy partially on entrepreneurial readiness in the digital era of Economics Faculty students, Padang State University.Type of research is associative descriptive. The study population was of Economics Faculty students, Padang State University, totaling 1579 people. The sampling technique used was proportional to random sampling, and the technique obtained 94 students as samples. The technique used in data collection is a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is a simple regression analysis. The coefficient of determination (R2) indicates that 15.1% entrepreneurship readiness of Economics Faculty students, Padang State University is influenced by digital literacy, while the remaining 84.9% is influenced by variables not examined in this research. Therefore, it is expected that researchers can then examine other variables beyond the variables that have been studied to obtain more varied results to increase entrepreneurial readiness. Regarding digital literacy, students are expected to be able to maintain and improve communication and collaboration skills so that information related to entrepreneurship obtained on the internet can be better utilized.Keywords: digital literacy, entrepreneurship readiness]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract: This study aims to examine the effect of job characteristics and physical work environment on job satisfaction in the Archives and Library Service of West Sumatra Province. This research is a causative descriptive study. The population in this study consisted of all civil servant employees using primary data and secondary data. The analytical method that is used multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 21. To test hypotheses using statistical t test with a level of α of 5%. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study for know does the level of education , economic growth and investment have a significant effect the unemployment rate between district/city in West Sumaera. This research use the panel data views of the 12 districts and 7 cities in West Sumatera Province start the year 2013 to 2017 gathered from Statistics Indonesia West Sumatera. This study used a Random-effect Model (REM). The research results obtained are (1) Together the level of education, economic growth and investment significant effect against the unemployment rate between districts/city in West Sumatera. (2) the level of educatio is positive and has no significant effect against the unemployment rate between districts/city in West Sumatera. (3) economic growth is negative and has a significant effect the unemployment rate between districts/city in West Sumatera. <![CDATA[This research aimed to know how the effect of Gross Regional Domestic Bruto and Human Devolopment Indeks (HDI) toward open unemployment rate in West Sumatera with selected model is the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) The data were used panel data during the period 2010-2017, with the technique of collecting documentation data and library studies obtained from relevant institusions and agencies. The independent variables of this study are Gross Regional Domestic Bruto (X1) and Human Devolopment Indeks r (X2). The research method used is Odinary Least Square (OLS) that use classical Assumtions, determination coeffisient test (R2), and hypothesis test used t-test with significance level of 5%.. The estimation results show that, gross regional domestic product have a negative and significant effect on open unemployment rate in West Sumatera, and Human Development Indeks have a positive and significant effect on open unemployment in West Sumatera. Meanwhile simultaneously Gross Regional Domestic Bruto and Human Devolopment Indeks affect the open unemployment rate in West Sumatera. <![CDATA[This study aims to know 1) the influence E-Word of Mouth to E-Trust toward E-Purchase Decision Universitas Negeri Padang students on marketplace Lazada, 2) the influence E-Word of Mouth toward E-Purchase Decision Universitas Negeri Padang students on marketplace Lazada, 3) the influence E-Trust toward E-Purchase Decision Universitas Negeri Padang students on marketplace Lazada. The type of study is causal research. The population in this study are Universitas Negeri Padang students who once using marketplace Lazada. The sampling techniques using non probability sampling with purposive sampling method and sample size of 100 respondens by using the formula of Cochran’s. The data analysis technique used is the analysis of the path (path analysis) using SPSS version 21.
