Abstract

The study aims to analyze: 1) the influence of profitability to capital structure , 2) the influence of  growth of sales to capital structure 3) the influence of asset structure to capital structure and 4) the influence of  firm size to capital structure. This research is causative research. The population in this research is property and real estate company registered in BEI in 2011 until 2016. Sample was determined by purposive sample method and 20 companies were selected as sample. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id. Data collection techniques with documentation techniques. The analytical method useds multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 21 for windows. The result showed that the profitability has positive effect significant on capital structure, growth of sales has negative effect insignificant on capital structure, asset structure has negative effect insignificant on capital structure and firm size has positive effect significant on capital structure. Determination of capital structure is an important issue for every company because good and bad capital structure will have a direct effect on the company's financial position. Abstract

This study aims to analyze: 1) the influence of student perceptions about the ability to teach PPLK students on student learning outcomes on economic subjects. 2) the effect of learning motivation on student learning outcomes on economic subjects 3) the influence of student perceptions about the teaching ability of PPLK students an d learning motivation to wards student learning outcomes on economic subjects. The population of this study was all students of class X in 10 N SMA in 2017/2018. A sample of 158 people with a sampling technique in the form of a simple random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) students' perceptions of the teaching ability of PPLK students had a significant positive effect on student learning outcomes on economic subjects. (2) learning motivation has a significant positive effect on student learning outcomes on economic subjects. (3) the perception of the teaching ability of PPLK students and the motivation to learn together together have a significant effect on the variables of student learning outcomes on economic subjects .Keywords: Learning Outcomes, Student Perception Regarding the Teaching Ability of PPLK Students and Learning Motivation

Abstract

This research aims to find out: (1) The influence of electronic word of mouth toward travel intention on Sirandah Island in Padang City (2) The influence of electronic word of mouth toward destination trust on Sirandah Island in Padang City (3) The influence of destination trust toward travel intention on Sirandah Island in Padang City. The type of this research is causative research. The population on this research is all Padang city society who have read online reviews of Sirandah Island in the internet and have never visited Sirandah Island whose numbers are unknwon. Data were collected through questionnaires and 170 questionnaires were analyzed by performing structural equation modeling (SEM) in SmartPLS 3.2.7. The result of this research show that (1) electronic word of mouth has a significant influenced on travel intention at Sirandah Island in Padang City (2) electronic word of mouth has a significant influenced on destination trust at Sirandah Island in Padang City (3) destination trust has a significant influenced on travel intention at Sirandah Island in PadangCity.Keyword: Electronic Word of Mouth, Destination Trust, Travel Intention

Abstract

This study aims to find out 1) analyse the effect of the number of members on the remainder of the results of the business unit (SHU) village unit cooperatives (KUD), 2) To analyse the effect of their own capital on the residual results of the business unit (SHU) village unit cooperatives (KUD), 3) To analyse the effect of loan capital on the results of the remaining business units (SHU) of village unit cooperatives (KUD) of West Sumatra Province. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained directly from the statistical centre of West Sumatra Province. This study uses a time series method, namely from 2011-2017 and cross section totalling 19 districts / cities in West Sumatra Province. Data analysis method used in this study is panel data regression by testing the classical assumptions, including normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test with probability value (α) = 0.05. And statistical tests include t test, F test and testing the coefficient of determination (R2) with the value. The results of this study indicate that the number of members and their own capital have a significant influence on the residual income of village unit cooperatives (KUD), while loan capital does not significantly influence the residual income of village unit cooperatives (KUD) of West Sumatra Province.Keywords : SHU, number of members, own capital, loan capital.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of the Letter Management Application (AMS) in managing the incoming and outgoing mail at PT PLN (Persero) in the West Sumatra region as well as the obstacles faced in the management of incoming and outgoing mail electronically. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Determination of informants in the study was carried out with purposive sampling technique that aims to get the information obtained more targeted because the information has been determined in advance. Data retrieval is done through observation, interviews and documentation, with Model Miles and Huberman data analysis techniques. The results showed that the implementation of AMS in the West Sumatra Regional Electric Company had been carried out well but it had not been run optimally. It was seen that there was still a long time to complete the incoming and outgoing letters, even though the process of entering the letter data into the Letter Management Application did not take a long time but the letter arrived at the hands of consumers. it still takes a long time, besides that there is a discrepancy between the implementation of the procedure of incoming and outgoing mail with the theory set, the lack of technical guidance or special training in handling incoming and outgoing mail using the Letter Management Application. Keyword:  Implementation, AMS, Management of Incoming Mail and Outgoing Mail

Abstract

This research is conducted to find out: (1) the influence of learning independence on student outcome, (2) the influence of students’ perceptions about the method of teaching teachers to learning outcomes, (3) the influence of learning independence and students’ perceptions of teacher teaching methods on student outcomes. This rtype of research is descriptive quantitative research. The population of this study was class students X accounting and financial institutions and online marketing businesses in SMK Negeri 1 Padang Panjang consisting of 125 students, the sample of this study was 96 students. Data is collected by documentation and questionnaire. The questionnaire method was used to collect data on learning independence variables and student perceptions od teacher teaching methods that had been tested for validity and reliability, while the documentation method was used to collect variable data on general administration learning outcomes. The analysis prerequisite test included normality test, heteroscedasticity tes and mulitcollinearity test. Hypothesis testing is done using multiple analysis regression analysis. The results of this study are: (1) there is a positive and significant influence of elarning independence on learning outcomes, (2) there is a positive and significant influence of student perceptions od teacher teaching methods on learning outcomes, (3) there is a positive and significant influence on learning independence and student perceptions of teaching methods teacher on learning outcomes. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of interest rates, Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and credit growth to inflation in Indonesia. This type of research is descriptive research and uses secondary data in the form of time-series from 2007 to 2016 using the method of multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that interest rates have a significant and positive effect on inflation in Indonesia. The Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) has a significant and positive effect on inflation in Indonesia. Credit growth has a significant and positive effect on inflation in Indonesia. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between interest rates, Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and credit growth to inflation in Indonesia. Keyword: Inflation, Interest Rate, Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Credit Growth

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the excellent sector in Dharmasraya District and analyze the development strategy of the top sector in Dharmasaraya district. The study used secondary data using 17 research sectors in Dharmasraya District, during the year 2014-2018. Data analysis techniques are used to analyse superior sectors and analyze strategies to develop superior sectors using the Location Quotient (LQ) and Shift share analytical techniques. As for data processing using Microsoft Excel. Based on LQ and Shift Share calculations to classify commodities, the superior sector in Dharmasraya District is agriculture, forestry and fisheries, construction, information and communication, real estate, government administration, and social security, physical and social activities.Keywords : leading sector, LQ, shift share

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted to reveal the influence of student income, parents' socio-economic status, tastes, and financial literacy on the rationality of consumption behavior of students of the Faculty of Economics, Padang State University. The type of research used is quantitative research with causal research design and descriptive method. The population in this study were the 2015, 2016, and 2017 UNP Economics Faculty undergraduate students with a sample size of 169 from a population of 1691 students. The technique used in sampling was proportionate stratified random sampling, research data was obtained through questionnaires. The research data were analyzed by multiple regression tests with the help of the SPSS version 21 application program. Abstract

Interest in learning and the use of textbooks are two aspects that are very influential and have a relationship with student learning outcomes. This can be seen in the learning activities in the XI IPS class of SMAN 1 Luhak Nan Duo on economic subjects, the low student learning outcomes are influenced by students' lack of interest in learning and the lack of use of textbooks by students themselves. The research conducted at the XI IPS class at SMAN 1 Luhak Nan Duo aims to determine the relationship between learning interest and the use of textbooks with learning outcomes. This type of research is quantitative research with correlational methods. The instrument used in this study was a research questionnaire. The population is 130 students with samples randomly selected for 100 students. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that: (1) Interest in learning and the use of textbooks have a positive and significant relationship together with learning outcomes seen from the Sig. F change 0,000 <0,05. (2) There is a positive and significant relationship between interest in learning and learning outcomes seen from the value of Sig. 0,000 <0,05. (3) There is a positive and significant relationship between the use of textbooks and learning outcomes of economic subjects seen from the Sig. 0,000 <0,05.Keyword : Interest in learning, utilization of textbooks, learning outcomes
