Abstract

One element of change in the 2013 Curriculum is a process standard that contains minimum standards regarding planning, implementation, and assessment of the learning process. Researchers conducted research on the analysis of the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in economics subjects of A Accredited  High School. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum at SMA N 4 Solok in terms of process standards. This research uses a descriptive method. This research was conducted at Solok Public High School 4 in the first semester of the 2019/2020 school year. This study analyzes the learning tool document developed by the economics teacher and the implementation of learning in the classroom. Data collection techniques namely documentation, interviews, and observation. Data analysis techniques use inductive analysis techniques, including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed, 1) In general, the learning tools developed by the economics teacher were already good, but the contents still seemed incomplete in accordance with Permendikbud No. 22 of 2016. 2) The implementation of learning in accordance with the 2013 curriculum has not been implemented optimally, especially in using scientific approaches and learning methods. 3) The assessment of the economic learning process has not been carried out in accordance with Permendikbud No. 22 of 2016, because teachers are seen to only conduct assessments based on knowledge, this is due to limitations in the development of assessment instrumeKeyword: Process Standards and 2013 Curriculum

Abstract

This study aims to improve students learning outcomes in the subjects of General Administration by using cooperative learning model type make a match in class X Automation and Office Administration (OTP) 2 in SMKN 1 Padang Panjang. This type of research is a classroom action research with Arikunto action research model, which is implemented on two cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. Subjects in this study were students of class X Automation and Office Adminstration (OTP) 2 in SMKN 1 Padang Panjang year lesson 2017/2018 consisting of 32 students. Data collection technique is to use test result of cognitive domain in the form of objective test. Based on the results of research, obtained average learning outcomes General Administration subjects in the first cycle is 76.88 with the percentage of students mastery is 62.5%. While the average learning outcomes obtained in the second cycle is 77.38 with the percentage of students mastery is 78.13%. So it can be argued that student learning outcomes with the application of cooperative learning model type make a match on the subjects of General Administration class X in SMKN 1 Padang Panjang is increasing. And it is advisable to teachers in SMKN 1 Padang Panjang should use cooperative learning model type make a match as a model of learning that can be used in the process of learning General Administration because it can improve student learning outcomes. Keyword: Cooperative Learning, Type Make A Match, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

This study aims to determine the direct influence of spiritual intelligence and peer relationship on economic learning achievement of class X SMAN 2 Lubuk Basung in the 2018/2019 school year. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population of this study were all students of class X SMAN 2 Lubuk Basung in the academic year 2018/2019 with a total of 364 students. The sampling technique is proportional random smpling with a sample size of 190 respondents. Data collection techniques are questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis, normality test, heterokedasticity tes, multicollinearity test, multiple regression analysis, F test, and t test. The result of this study indicates that: 1) spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on economic learning achievement, 2) peer relations has a positive and significant effect on economic learning achievement, 3) spiritual intelligence and peer relationship has a significant effect on economic learning achievement. In an effort tp improve economic learning achievement of class X students of SMAN 2 Lubuk Basung Academic Year 2018/2019, student is expected to be able to increase spiritual intelligence and pay attention to peer relationship that have a positive influence to improve learning achievement of economic subjects.Keyword: spiritual intelligence, peer relationship, learning achievement

Abstract

The research was conducted in eaght high school XI Padang. The purpose of this study is to disclose : (1) Difference learning outcomes of students who are taught by problem based learning model with learning outcomes of students who were taught by conventional model on economic subjects,(2). Difference learning outcomes of students who have high interest to learn the learning outcomes of students who have low interest to learn on economic subjects,(3). The interaction between teaching models and learning interest in influencing stuent learning outcomes on economic subjects.This research uses quasi experimental approach with 2x2 factorial design. The study population is students who are studying in class XI semesters 2017-2018 of 4 classes. The samples taken by selecting two classes that have an average value of the same/near same (purposive sampling techniques). Furthermore, from the selection of two classes were randomly selected to determine the control class and experimental class.the selected experimental class is a class XI 3 by the number of students 32 students, and the control class is the class is the class of XI 2 selected by number of 32 students. Learning outcomes data are collected through study and test results were analyzed with analysis of variant (ANOVA). Based on the results of research found that (1). The average learning outcomes of students who are taught using the problem based learning model is higher than the learning outcomes of students taught with conventional models on economic subjects,(2). Average students learning outcomes that have a higt interest to study higher than students who have low interest on economic subjects (3). There is on interaction between teaching models and studentsinterestin influencing student learning outcomes on economic subjects in high school 8 padang.Keyword:Problem Based Learning Models, interest to learn, and learning outcomes

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether through the media game of accounting monopoly produces different learning interests with conventional learning in students of class X SMK N 2 Padang. This type of research is a kind of quasi experiment (quasi experiment). The population of the study were students of class X Accounting SMK N 2 Padang year lesson 2017/2018. The sampling technique is purposive sampling method (sample of consideration). The sample is the XA4 class student as the control class and XA1 as the Experiment class. Data type consists of primary and secondary data. The data collection instrument uses a questionnaire that has already passed the validation and reliability test stages. Data analysis technique is using t test different test. The results show that, "there is no significant difference between student learning interest using accounting monopoly media and conventional learning". This is justified by the results of variance analysis for testing this hypothesis, which in the table obtained Sig Value <of Value α (0.05), namely sig value 0.091 <0.05. This means that H0 is accepted, in other words it can be concluded that if the average student's learning interest is low by any method the learning outcomes will remain low, because interest in learning is an internal factor that greatly influences the students personally. Keywords: Interest Learning, Media Learning, Monopoly Game Media

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction, training and Perceived Organizational Support on Service-Oriented Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Hotel Employees in the City of Padang. This type of research is descriptive causative. This research was conducted in the city of Padang. While the time of the study was conducted in 2018. The population in this study were 4-star hotel contract employees in the city of Padang with a sample of 106 people taken by cluster random sampling. Data is processed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior, training has a significant positive effect on service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior, perceived organizational support has a significant positive effect on service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior.Keywords : Service-Oriented Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Job Satisfaction, Training, Perceived Organizational Support

Abstract

This research aims to determine the extent of the influence of family environment, peers, and learning achievement on the interest in continuing education to higher education in the XI class of accounting skills competencies in Padang City Vocational School simultaneously and partially. There are two Vocational Schools namely Padang State Vocational High School 2 and Padang State Vocational High School 3. This means that the population in this study was all students of class XI Accounting of Vocational Schools 2 Padang, amounting to 121 people and Vocational Schools 3 Padang totaling 83 people. From a total of 204 populations, the sampling method used was proportional random sampling technique with a total sample of 127 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. For data analysis methods used are descriptive and associative analysis and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that there were influences on the family environment, peers, and learning achievement towards the interest in continuing to higher education simultaneously at 24.8%. Partially the family environment influences the interest in continuing to higher education. Whereas peers do not influence the interest in continuing their education to college. Likewise, for learning achievement does not affect the interest in continuing to higher education.Keyword: family environment, peers, learning achievement

Abstract

The contribution of Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is very important in supporting the growth of the Indonesian economy. In the continuity of the business, surely good management is needed. Management should be able to prepare financial statements so the accounting information that contained within it can be beneficial to the business. This study aims to determine the benefits of accounting information for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Padang city. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was carried out by interviews with informants using guidelines for interviews and documentation. The informants in this study are three small and medium enterprises (SMEs) that already preparing financial statements consisting of statements of financial position and income statements. Abstract

Implementation of electronic archive management (e-archives) in the Central Archives of PT. Semen Padang has not been carried out optimally, due to limited human resources and requires a long time in the archives. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of electronic archive management in the Central Archives of PT. Semen Padang. The method used is Qualitative Descriptive Research. Determination of Informants in this study was carried out with Snowball Sampling Technique, so that the informant was directed to an archive storage room. Data collection is done through Observation, Interview and Documentation, with Model Data Analysis Techniques of Miles and Huberman. The findings in this study indicate that (1) the process of managing electronic records is not in accordance with the proper regulations; (2) do not have standard provisions in carrying out an electronic archive storage system; (3) the process of implementing electronic records management has not run optimally. Keyword: Analysis, Implementation, Archive Management, Electronic Archives

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the Effect of Online Tutoring (Ruangguru) and Learning Interests on Economic Learning Outcomes of Class X Students in SMA N 3 Padang. This  research is an Associative Descriptive with a Quantitative approach. The population in this study amount of class X students in SMA N 3 Padang who took Bimbel Online (Ruangguru), which totaled 135 person. The sampling technique uses a proportional random sampling technique which amounts to 58 people. The data is obtained through a questionnaire using a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and inductive analysis. For testing the hypothesis that is t test and f test. Based on the results of t-test hypotheses the influence of online tutoring (Ruangguru) on learning outcomes is influential and positive on economic learning outcomes, t-test students' learning interest has an effect and negative on economic learning outcomes. While the f test simultaneously influences online tutoring (Ruangguru) and interest in learning towards economic learning outcomes. The magnitude of the influence of online tutoring (Ruangguru) and interest in learning towards economic learning outcomes is 11% and the remaining 89% is influenced by other variables not included in this research model. Keywords: bimbel, minat belajar, hasil belajar, ruangguru
