Abstract

Abstract : This studies start from the life of a gap in research that discusses the impact of work environment and training on employee performance. The discrepancy between the findings of the study and the existence of the phenomenon occurring in the company. The sample used in this research was 50 respondents who had a data collection method using a questionnaire. This research uses a quantitative method with non-probability sampling, and the sampling technique used is sampling jenuh / saturated sampling. The analysis used is the Frequency Test, Instrument Test by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents. For this research, the independent variables used include training and work environment. Referring to the results of the data obtained, it is concluded that the work environment and job training variables have a significant and positive influence on employee performance.Keywords: Work environment, employee performance, employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how financial literacy affects the personal financial management behavior of Economic Education students, Padang State University. The type of research used is causative research with a population of all students of Economics Education, Faculty of Economics, Padang State University or as many as 464 people. And the technique used in sampling is purposive random sampling with a total sample of 82 students of Economics Education. Data collection techniques are carried out by distributing questionnaires or online questionnaires. To ensure that the questionnaire or questionnaire used in this study was used to test the validity and test reliability. Before performing the data analysis technique, the classical assumption test was carried out using the normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 21. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy has a significant effect on the personal financial management behavior of Economic Education students.Keywords : literacy, personal financial management behavior

Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of knowing whether or not the influence of incentive training and a conducive work environment on the performance of patchwork craftsmen in East Java was strong. Two hundreed craftsmen have been selected as respondents through accidental sampling technique. Quantitative data collected through online and offline questionnaires were analyzed using PLS-analysis. The results beared out that both the intensive training attended by the craftsmen to improve skills in producing patchwork and knowledge of business management as well as the conduciveness of the work environment had a significant influence on performance. The limitation of this research is that it has not differentiated performance based on the demographics of the craftsmen and has not analyzed the types of training that have the most impact on performance. However, the results of this study contribute to the science of HRM which focuses on creative endeavors such as patchwork that there is a strong relationship between training and the work environment with the performance of craftsmen. Also contributing to patchwork craftsmen so that they continue to take part in trainings that can develop skills and knowledge as well as maintain a conducive work environment.

Abstract

Salah satu sektor riil yang perlu difokuskan adalah industri kreatif yang dapat menjadi pertumbuhan penting dan mengambil bagian dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Ada banyak peluang dalam industri kreatif, salah satunya adalah industri fotografi. Dengan alasan ini, kita dapat menyimpulkan bahwa itu adalah industri yang prospektif dan akan menjadi alasan utama bagi Fauve Imagine untuk terlibat di dalamnya. Namun, setelah satu tahun melakukan bisnis, Fauve Imagine telah menemukan beberapa masalah terutama di pasar dan promosi yang menyebabkan penjualan menurun. Untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi lebih lanjut dari Fauve Imagine, perusahaan telah melakukan analisis internal dan analisis eksternal. Analisis internal adalah segmentasi, penargetan dan positioning (STP) dan bauran pemasaran. Analisis pelanggan menggunakan SERVQUAL sebagai dasar wawancara dengan dimensi yang ada, nyata, keandalan, responsif, jaminan dan empati. Analisis Benchmark menggunakan bauran pemasaran untuk mendapatkan wawasan tentang tolak ukur. Selanjutnya, Fauve Imagine menggunakan analisis SWOT untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman. Kekuatannya berkualitas baik, harga kompetitif, paket variatif dan waktu yang fleksibel. Kelemahannya adalah operasi, pasar terbatas dan baru ke pasar. Peluang adalah pembentukan pameran pernikahan, vendor lain membutuhkan waktu lebih lama untuk melakukan pasca produksi, mengubah preferensi pelanggan potensial dan kemitraan dengan konsultan pernikahan atau penyelenggara. Ancaman adalah pesaing yang sama dengan layanan yang ditawarkan sama, pintu masuk baru dengan harga terjangkau dan penukaran mata uang. Terakhir, Fauve Imagine menggunakan analisis akar penyebab untuk menemukan penerbitan terperinci yang menyebabkan penurunan penjualan Fauve Imagine. Ada orang, peralatan, promosi, lingkungan dan strategis. Fauve Imagine fokus pada isu strategis dan promosi. Hasil analisis menghasilkan ekspansi bisnis, perilaku pelanggan di Mdean, promosi online, promosi offline dan pemasaran omni-channel, yang didasarkan dari analisis pasar yang merangkum dari pelanggan fotografi pernikahan, tolak ukur fotografi pernikahan dan ahli dari pasar pernikahan. Tujuan ekspansi bisnis adalah untuk meningkatkan pendapatan dengan menciptakan pasar baru bagi perusahaan. Strategi perilaku pelanggan akan menentukan target pasar yang memiliki kesamaan dengan target pasar saat ini. Strategi promosi online diperlukan untuk mendukung ekspansi bisnis ke pasar baru diikuti dengan promosi offline dan pemasaran omni-channel. Durasi rencana akan menjadi satu tahun dengan perkiraan anggaran 71 juta rupiah. Selain itu, perusahaan mengharapkan peningkatan eksposur di pasar baru yang akan melibatkan peningkatan penjualan. Solusi berikut ini dengan rencana implementasinya akan mengatasi masalah utama Fauve Imagine yang merupakan penurunan penjualan.Kata kunci: Saluran pasar baru, saluran-omni, SERVQUAL, layanan, fotografi

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price and company reputation on loyalty to the use of the Gojek application for students at the State University of Padang. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study were students of the State University of Padang. The number of research samples was determined using the Cochran formula as many as 100 people and selected using a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. The data used is the type of primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to Padang State University students with predetermined criteria. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 20. The results show that (1) Price and Company Reputation have a significant effect on Customer Loyalty, (2) Price has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty, (3) Company Reputation has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty.Keywords: price, company reputation, customer loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on community satisfaction of users of the West Sumatra Divre 2 Railroad service on the Padang - Pariaman route. Can be seen from the 5 service quality indicators, namely 1) tangible 2) reliability 3) responsive 4) assurance 5) Empathy. This type of research is a descriptive study using a quantitative approach that uses primary data as research data and was obtained from a questionnaire filled out by the community users of the West Sumatra Divre 2 Railroad service, specifically the Padang - Pariaman route. The sample of this research is 100 people or users of the Railroad service. The sampling technique used is probability sampling using accidental sampling method. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and GAP analysis (gap or difference between perception and expectations) using Cartesian diagrams. The results of the analysis show that the five indicators of service quality in PT KeretaApiDivre 2 West Sumatra - Padang route Pariaman are in both categories in terms of perception and expectations of service users. Providers of the results of the analysis with the importance of matrix performance and Cartesian diagrams of all indicators in the table of recipient or service user satisfaction index. The results showed that the quality of service at PT KeretaApiDivre 2 West Sumatra route Padang - Pariaman has provided good service to the people who use Railroad services. Therefore, it is suggested to PT KeretaApi to continue to improve the quality of service to the community of Train users.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of corporate governance on compliance level of Mandatory Disclosure IFRS Convergence. Data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) through the website www.idx.co.id in the form of annual reports presented in manufacturing companies in 2020-2021. Pursuant to purposive sampling criterion 150 company used as sample in this research. Hypothesis test in this research using multiple linear regression method. The results showed that the number of members of the board of commissioners has no effect on the compliance level mandatory disclosure IFRS convergence is indicated by the value of regression coefficient of 0.002 with significance of 0.615> α 0.05. Ownership of dispersion has an effect on compliance mandatory disclosure level of IFRS convergence shown by regression coefficient value equal to 0,043 with significance equal to 0,044 <α 0,05. The number of board meetings has no effect on mandatory disclosure level of IFRS convergence indicated by regression coefficient value of 0.002 with significance of 0,558> α 0,05. The number of audit committees has an influence on compliance mandatory disclosure level IFRS convergence is indicated by regression coefficient value of 0.033 with significance of 0.002 <α 0.05.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of industrial work practice experience and work motivation on the work readiness of class XII students of office management automation at SMK Negeri 1 Solok. The type of data in this study is quantitative. A total of 118 students were used as the population. The data used is primary data. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire questionnaire. The sample technique used is proportional random sampling with 91 respondents as the sample. The method of analysis in this study is multiple linear regression using the SPSS V.21 application. To test the hypothesis, the research was carried out using data analysis through validity and reliability tests, normality tests, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, path analysis, F tests and statistical tests t at = 0.05. The results of this study indicate that 1) industrial work experience has a significant effect on work readiness 2) work motivation has a significant effect on work readiness 3) industrial work practice experience and work motivation have a significant effect on work readiness Keywords : industrial work practice experience, work motivation, work readiness

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product attributes and price on brand switching on Samsung smartphone products at Padang State University. This research used causative form.The population in this research were students of State University of Padang. The Number of samples were decided base on William Cochran's. As many as 100 people and were chosen by using non probability sampling method and purposive sampling technic.Data were used is primer data were provided through questionnaire shared to students of State University of Padang based on predetermined criteria. Analysis method was used is multiple regression by using spss 26. The results showed that (1) product attributes had a significant effect on brand switching of Samsung smartphone products to other brands, (2) price had a significant effect on brand switching of Samsung smartphone products to other brands, (3) product attributes and prices had a significant effect on brand switching products Samsung smartphones to other brands. Keywords : product attributes, price, brand switching

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of price and service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable (study of consumers at Padang State University students. This type of research is causative research. The population in this study were Padang State University students on Maxim's online service and the determination of the number of samples using the Cochran formula as many as 97 respondents. This study uses a purposive sampling technique with the consideration that consumers have used Maxim's online services. The data used is the type of primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to Padang State University students with predetermined criteria. The analytical method used is path analysis.The results of this study indicate that (1) price has a significant effect on customer loyalty (2) service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty (3) price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction (4) service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction (5) satisfaction customer has a significant effect on customer loyalty (6) price has a significant effect on loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable for Maxim online services at Padang State University students (7) service quality has a significant effect on loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable for Maxim online services in Padang State University students.Keywords: price, service quality,customer loyalty, and customer statisfaction
