MSMEs are global organizations that carry out various important functions in economic development, including Indonesia which is one of the developing countries in the world. MSMEs in Indonesia over time continue to increase. However, during the pandemic there has been a very drastic decline. One of them is at the Pure Batik Gallery. The company's efforts to deal with this phenomenon are by carrying out new promotions and innovations such as conducting promotions based on educational tours and new innovations for batik pecel. With these problems, researchers have a goal in conducting research to better understand the impact of tourism-based promotion, education, and batik production innovation on sales volume simultaneously and sequentially. The method used to determine the relationship between variables and independent variables in an experiment using quantitative methods. The sample size for this research was generated using the basic random sampling technique with a sample size of about 100 people. Multiple linear regression analysis, t test, and F test were used for data analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously the promotional variables based on educational tourism, and the innovation variables in the production of batik pecel have a significant effect on sales volume.

This study aims to determine and analyze whether financial literacy and financial inclusion affect the performance of small businesses in Makassar. Collecting data using primary data obtained from questionnaires using a simple random sampling technique. The population is 305 SMEs in the city of Makassar, Mamajang district, while the sample taken is 75 respondents. The results of the questionnaire have been tested for validity and reliability. The classical assumption has also been tested in the form of the normality assumption. The method of data analysis used multiple regression analysis techniques. The results showed that financial literacy had a positive and significant effect on the performance of small businesses in Makassar, while financial inclusion had a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of small businesses in MakassarKeywords: financial literacy, financial inclusion, business performance

The increasingly rapid economic growth and the progress of the modern era of entrepreneurship are considered to be able to support the potential to increase economic growth. Growing interest in entrepreneurship is now getting more and more attention, especially for university students who are required to be economically independent. One of the ways to improve the spirit of entrepreneurship is by providing entrepreneurship courses. With the knowledge and attitudes already possessed by the students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, State University of Surabaya, they have implemented it by establishing a business startup. This study intends to analyze and determine the effect of learning entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial traits, and digital literacy on business startups for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, State University of Surabaya. This quantitative study used 112 student respondents as the research sample. Data was collected using a questionnaire and processed using a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model using Partial Least Squares (PLS) which was processed using SmartPLS 3.0 software. This study concludes that learning entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial traits, and digital literacy can significantly influence student business startups.

This study objectives to analyze the comparison of customer satisfaction before and during lockdown at Bank Nagari Main Branch Padang. Samples of this studied were 100 respondens who were customers of Bank Nagari in Padang. Analysis used the paired sample t test with results conclude for the customer satisfaction variable, explain a difference in customer satisfaction before and during lockdown as indicated the value of significancy is 0.000 < 0.05. The customer satisfaction variable can be concluded that there is a difference in customer satisfaction based on the dimensions of tangible before and during lockdown because the value of significance is 0.010 < 0.05. The customer satisfaction variable can be concluded that there is a difference in customer satisfaction based on the reliability dimension before and during lockdown it indicated by a significance of value is 0.040 < 0.05. The customer satisfaction variable that can be concluded there is a difference in customer satisfaction based on the responsiveness dimension before and during lockdown by a significance value is 0.030 < 0.05. The customer satisfaction variable indicated that there is a difference in customer satisfaction based on the assurance dimension before and during lockdown obtained a significance value is 0.000 < 0.05. The customer satisfaction variable can be concluded that there is a difference in customer satisfaction based on the empathy dimension before and during lockdown because the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05. This study aimed to determine whether there is an effect of perceived ease of use of electronic money facilities on the decision to use for shopping by students of the Faculty of Economics, Padang State University. This is descriptive associative research. The population were students of the Faculty of Economics, Padang State University and 97 students were selected. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The data used are primary and secondary data. Data were collected using questionnaire. It was analyzed using, simple regression. The results of this study indicate that the perceived ease of use of electronic money has a significant positive effect on the decision to use it for shopping. The effect of perceived ease of use on the decision to use electronic money for shopping has a contribution of 61%.Keywords : perceived ease of use, decision to use

Abstract: This research was created with the aim to find out how the effects of Work Stress, and Burnout on Employee Performance in DKI Jakarta during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Based on the results of this study is expected to provide input, both to the company and to the employees themselves. This aims to find the most effective way so that employees can work comfortably and can still produce a good performance and still maintain the quality of the company. The data collection method used questionnaires to 200 people as respondents. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression analysis. Therefore, if Work Stress and Burnout can be controlled then employees are able to provide their best performance for the company as well as for the community

This study aims to determine the effect of supervision and work discipline on employee performance at the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) of West Sumatra Province. This type of research is an associative descriptive study. The sampling technique used in this study was a saturated sample technique with a sample of 89 employees. The data analysis technique used in this research is path analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that work discipline as an intervening variable does not succeed in mediating the supervisory relationship as an exogenous variable on employee performance as an endogenous variable. In more detail, it can be concluded that: (1) the supervision of the leadership affects the work discipline of the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) of West Sumatra Province. This means that the better the supervision carried out by the leadership, the higher the work discipline of employees will be, and vice versa, (2) the supervision of the leadership affects the performance of employees at the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) of West Sumatra Province. This means that the better the supervision carried out by the leadership, the higher the performance produced by the employees, and vice versa. (3) Work discipline affects the performance of employees at the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) of West Sumatra Province. This means that the better the employee's work discipline, the higher the employee's performance will be, and vice versa..Keywords: supervision, work discipline, employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-efficacy, organizational activity, family environment and locus of control on the work readiness of Padang State University students during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research was an associative descriptive study with a population of 100 Padang State University students. The sampling technique is proportional random sampling with a sample of 100 students. Data collection techniques are carried out by distributing questionnaires. To ensure the questionnaire used in this study, validity and reliability tests were used. The data analysis technique used is path analysis with the help of SPSS 24. Before performing the data analysis technique, the classical assumption test is carried out using the normality test and homogeneity test. The results of the research on sub structure 1 show that the variables of self-efficacy, organizational activity and family environment have a positive and significant effect on the locus of control of Padang State University students. And the results of research in sub structure 2 show that the variables of self-efficacy and locus of control have a positive and significant effect on work readiness of Padang State University students while the variables of organizational activity and family environment are not proven to have a significant effect on work readiness of Padang State University students. This study aims to determine the confidence of trust and customer value on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable in Lifebuoy shampoo in the city of Padang. This type of research is causative research. The population in this study is the people of Padang city who have used Lifebuoy shampoo more than 2 times and the determination of the number of samples using the choachroan formula is as many as 97 samples. This study uses the purposive sampling technique with the consideration that consumers have used Lifebuoy shampoo more than 2 times. The data used is the type of primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to the people of the city of Padang with predetermined criteria. The analytical method used is path analysis using SPSS 21. The results show that (1) trust has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction, (2) customer value has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction, (3) customer value significant and positive effect on customer loyalty, (4) customer satisfaction has a significant and positive effect on customer loyalty, (5) trust has a significant and positive effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable, (6) customer value has a significant and positive effect on loyalty customers through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable.Keywords : trust, customer value, customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction

The porpuse of this research is to know the effect of population growth, human development indeks (HDI) and poverty toward economics growth in West Sumatera with Fixed Effect Model (FEM) as selected model using panel data during the period 2015 until 2019. The technique of collecting data are documentation and library studies from relevant institutions. Independent variables of this research are Population Growth (X1), Human Development Indeks (X2) and Poverty (X3). Then the dependent variable is Economics Growth (Y). The research method are determination coeffisient test (R2), hypothesis test used T-test and F-test with 5 % significance level. The result of this research are : population growth has a positive significant effect on economics growth, human development indeks has a positive significant effect on economics growth, and poverty has a negative significant effect on economics growth. Then the simultaneously result is population growth, human development indeks, and poverty has an effect on economics growth in West Sumatera.Keywords : economics growth, population growth, human development indeks, poverty
