Abstract

The  Population    of  the  old  ages  in  year  2020  is  projected  at  11,34%  with  a  life expectancy reaches 71,1 years olds. It will be a great problem in national development  if not taken  seriously.  This  situation  encourages  empowerment  programs  achieving  welfare  for  old age physically, mentally, socially and spiritually based promotive and preventive efforts.  It’s an  exploratory  research  with  a  qualitative  approach.  This  study  integrate  health    project /program  by  implementing  logical  frame  works.  The  study  conducted  in  the  village  Kutosari Karanganyar District of Pekalongan. Target of this study are 161 old ages over 60 years olds.  The empowerment program for old ages was compiled using Logical Frame Works model. It’s an analytical tool that provides technical instructions a health project/program. Logical Frame Works contains stakeholder analysis, problem analysis and objective analysis.  Logical Frame Works analysis result in the form of logframe matrix includes a combination of vertical logic and horizontal logic. Empowerment program for old ages contains activities that are oriented towards  healthy  behaviour,  early  detection  of  disease,  treatment  of  minor  ailment  and rehabilitative efforts. These activities included medical, psychosocial and educational services. Logical  Frame  Works  effectively  compose  of  planning  and  evaluating  the  empowerment programs for old ages. This empowerment based a promotive-preventive health behavior and early  detection  of  health  problems.  That  program  aims  achieving  welfare  for  old  ages according Law Number 13th of 1998.       Composing Logical Frame Works oriented to social and cultural aspects as well as the caracteristics of the local community for achieving optimal results.  The  empowerment  programs  for  old  ages  implemented  in  harmony  with  elderly- friendly paradigm with elderly as a subject of the programs.

Abstract

This research has  the objective to identify the business feasibility of Fishing-Pond and Restaurant "Artha Moro" in Bebel Village Wiradesa, The variables of this research is business feasibility that look from financial aspects, with analyzed by description  and quantitative method. Based on the calculation  of  business  feasibility  studies  with  financial  aspect  have  the  result  that  the  Payback Period (PP) obtain on 3  years  and 3  month. The value of Profitability  Index  (PI)  or Benefit-Cost Ratio (BCR) is 1,347. The other result show that the Net Present Value (NPV) has positive value Rp.425.957.000,-; and the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is 22,397 %. Based on those result show that the buiness of Fishing-Pond and Restaurant “Artha Moro” is Viable or Profitable.The Keywords : Feasibilty Study, Financial Aspect and Profitable

Abstract

Filariasis  or  elephantiasis  disease  in  Indonesia  is  widespread  throughout  the  province. This disease does not cause death , but it can result in lifelong disability , social stigma , as well as psychosocial barriers resulting in lower work productivity of patients , families and communities who cause huge economic losses . Pekalongan is one of the endemic areas of filariasis cases the number is increasing year by year with the number of microfilariae ( mf ) rate of 1 % or more . Subdistrict Buaran is one of filariasis endemic areas with the highest rate Mf of 3.9 % . Filariasis mass  drug  administration strategy  is  to  break  the  chain  of  transmission  of  filariasis  by  mass prevention  approach  to  all  residents  of  filariasis -endemic  areas  .  And  the  Village  Bligo  ranks lowest in drug delivery elephantiasis among Rural / Urban Village in the District Buaran . Based on such information , the author is very interesting to do research on the factors associated with the consumption of drinking drug elephantiasis ( filariasis ) in the Village Bligo Pekalongan .This  research  is an  explanation (explanatory  research) through hypothesis testing with survey method using questionnaires and interviews with a cross-sectional approach. Based on the survey  results  revealed  there  are  significant  effect  knowledge  of  drug  consumption  elephantiasis with p-value of 0.001 , and there are significant effect health  workers against elephantiasis drug consumption in Sub Bligo Pekalongan with p -value of 0.011.Suggestions in this research is to TPE officers are there in the Bligo Village expected to increase  the dissemination of elephantiasis drug that increases Bligo Village community achievement elephantiasis drug consumption by always giving an understanding of the benefits of the drug when distributing drugs elephantiasis elephantiasis.Keywords: filariasis, mass elephantiasis drug consumptionBibliography: 16 Books (years 1994-2010)

Abstract

This  study  aims  to  mngetahui  legal  aspects  of  the  practice  of  fishery  agreements  for fishing boats in Pekalongan. This study uses a socio-juridical approach (non dokrinal) or empirical (socio legal research), the research took place in the area of Pekalongan. Data was collected through field studies and literature in order to obtain primary data and secondary data. Analysis of the data used is qualitative analysis. After the analysis we  concluded  that  the  implementation  of  the  agreement  for  fisheries  fishing  vessels conducted  orally  with  the  principle  of  kinship  and  trust  with  the  presentation  in  the distribution system as a result of the arrest results in sales. Issues arising in relation to socio-economic development of the communities and natural factors, thus affecting the incomeoffishermen.         Keywords: practice, agreement for fishery products, fishing boat.

Abstract

Penelitian  ini  menguji  pengaruh  struktur  kepemilikan  terhadap  kinerja  perusahaan  yang didasarkan  pada  teori  agency.  Struktur  kepemilikan  yang  diuji  adalah  kepemilikan  instutional  dan kepemilikan manajerial. penelitian ini juga menggunakan variabel kontrol yaitu return on asset (ROA), Deviden  payout  dan  umur  perusahaan.  Pengujian  terhadap  hipotesis  dilakukan  dengan  menggunakan regresi  berganda  dan  asumsi  klasik.  Hasil  pengujian  menunjukkan  bahwa  hanya  kepemilikan manajerial dan return on asset (ROA) yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan.  Keywords:  institutional  ownership,  managerial  ownership,  agency  theory,  performance  of organization.

Abstract

Green Public Space is an open social facility where all people can use it. The green public space it self is functioned as a social facility, such as children's playground, place to relax, and a place to exercise, green public space can also be used as a water catchment area that can be used for reducing the occurrence of inundation and flooding. It is expected that the presence of green public space in the housing environment can improve the quality of the surrounding environment, as the identity of this housing, and can also be added value for BRD Residence housing. Designing a comfortable green public space for residents to visit in particular and residents of Pringrejo Village in general and to find out how much the budget plan is needed to build a green public space in the BRD Residence housing. From the results of the survey pad a measurement of the study location obtained a land area of 1148 m2 with a length of 82 m and a width of 14 m, while from the results of analysis, this green public space is a type of park RW. In calculating the budget plan for planning the green public space or park RW, the total cost needed for the construction of green public space is Rp 410.000.000,00 consisting of 5 jobs, including; paving work of Rp 91.618.355,55, playground work of Rp 67.983.960,74, jogging track Rp 45.031.556,25, gazebo work in the amount of Rp 151.351.789,08, and in the flower garden work of Rp 54,018,901.72.Keywords: Green Open Space, Planning, Costs.

Abstract

Cooperative is a business entity that consists of people or legal entities that carry out its activities based on the principle of cooperatives as well as the economic movement of the people based on the family principle. Cooperatives have a major role in the Indonesian economy because the cooperative is moving the socio-economic.The cooperative state is so strategic that it needs to be the focus of economic development in Batang district. Now it takes a strong commitment to build a cooperative that can help itself in accordance with the identity of the cooperative. The role of cooperatives, very strategically in the economy in the Batang district, so needs to be the focus of economic development in the future. The empowerment of cooperative and sustainable cooperatives is expected to harmonize the structure of national economy, accelerate national economic growth, reduce open unemployment, decrease poverty, Dynamization of the real sector, and improve community revenue equality. Cooperative empowerment will also increase the achievement of targets in education, health, and indicators of other Indonesian community welfare. Abstract

One of the causes of maternal death in peklongan in 2013 is bleeding. Preliminary studies showed that administration of iron tablets in pregnant women has not been implemented in accordance with the optimal standards of care. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence compliance midwife in service provision of iron tablets to pregnant women in Pekalongan.Quantitative research was conducted with a cross-sectional survey approach. The population is the entire village midwife (366 people). Selection of subjects performed as many 79 people clustered random sampling at the primary care level. Bivariate analysis performed with the Spearman rank test and Pearson-product Moment and multivariat analysis with logistic regression Regression.The result showed that the average age of respondents 32 5,7 years (SD). The average service life of 10 5,8 years (SD). Only 27,8% of respondents who are obedient in the service provision of iron tablets and 44,3% of respondent who have a good knowledge. A total of 48,1% of respondents have a good level of need and 50,6% of respondents who have a good level of confidence in the service provision of iron tablets. A total of 49,4% of respondents have a good perception of supervision and as much as 57% of respondents have a good perception of the award. A total of 55,7%  of respondents perceive punishment important in service provision of iron tablets to pregnant women. The results of bivariate analysis showed that knowledge (p=0,003),  supervision (p=0,0001)  , award (p=0,001),  punishment  (p=0,004) related to compliance midwife. There jointly influence between supervision (p=0,002; Exp.B=30,0) , award (p=0,031; Exp.B=5,4)  , knowledge(p=0,220 ; Exp.B=2,3) , punishment  hukuman (p=0,294 ; Exp=2,1), for compliance midwife in service provision of iron tablets to pregnant women in Pekalongan.Supervision is the most influental factor to adherence midwife in service provision of iron tablets to pregnant women. It is recommended to conduct regular supervison directly to the field and improve coaching tiered periodically to the village midwife.

Abstract

This is an experimental research, and the research question is that will the Teams Games  Tournament  (TGT)  Cooperative  Model  in  learning  quadrilateral  at  SMP Islam Pekalongan be effective?, Field study is chosen to find out the populations of SMP  Islam Pekalongan  that consists of 8 classes, using the  random technique sampling and determined that class VII(8) as the control class and class VII(3) as the  experiment  class.  The  variables;  students’  activeness  is  as  the  independent variable  and  process  skill  is  as  the  dependent  variable.  The  data  is  derived  from the  learning  test  achievement  and  experiment  sheets.  The  research  method  is descriptive, the  analysis  of the t test  sample  and  regression. The  hypothesis  tests using  simultaneous  study  too  find  out  the  students’  achievement  in  classical  or individual,  and  the  influence  of  students’  activeness  and  the  skill  process  to  the learning  achievement.  The  results  of  the  research  are  that  the  learning  is considered  to  be  effective,  signed  by  3  indicators,  they  are;  (1)  the  students’ achievement  is  up  to  the  classical  criteria  that is  69,33  more  than  KKM  65,  and the  individual  achievement is  75%,  (2)  the  students’ activeness and  skill  process have  positive  influences  to  the  students’  achievement,  the  activeness  has  an influence to the learning achievement to 80,30%, the influence of the skill process is 69,00%, and both of them are 81,50%, (3) the experiment class’s achievement is 69,33 better than the control class in average 61,60%.Key words: Learning effectiveness, TGT, Quadrilateral

Abstract

This  study  used  an  experimental  approach  was  implemented  in  three  phases,  namely  Ability Test Reading Comprehension I, II, and III. The subject of this study is the student A morning class the  second semester of  Educational Studies Program Language and Literature Indonesia FKIP Unikal. This study variables in the form of interactive models of reading comprehension by answering questions and summarizing exercises. Collecting data on the KMP test I, II, and III  using  the  technique  in  the  form  of  deeds  and  nontes  tests.  Nontes  technique  used  is observation. The results showed an interactive model of reading comprehension by answering questions more effectively exercises used morning A class of students the second semester of Educational  Studies  Program  Language  and  Literature  Indonesia  FKIP  Unikal  to  improve reading  comprehension.  In  addition,  based  on  test  results  KMP  I,  II,  and  III  as  well  as observations  about  the  attitudes  of  students  during  the  learning  process  shows  that  the application  of  interactive  models  of  reading  comprehension  by  answering  questions  proved effective exercises improve student learning outcomes. Keywords: Improvement, reading comprehension, interactive model.
