Abstract

Development delayed (DD) is a condition where the pace on the physical, emotional, behavioral and social development. When compared with normal child his age. Problematic conditions delayed development (DD) is a decrease in postural tone, muscle weakness, disruptions in functional capabilities. Handling is done in case of delayed development (DD) is a growth by DDST examination, examination of muscle strength and postural tone with XOTR scale, sensory examination, and functional capabilities with GMFM.In addressing the problem of delayed development conditions (DD) by the method of Hubbard tank hydrotherapy and general massage. The design of the research this scientific paper uses case studies drawn in Surakarta YPAC. After six times of therapy by using the technology intervention and general massage Hubbard tank obtained the following results (1) for growth and development remain the same, namely T1 to T6 = 12 aspects of personal sector gross motor and social late eighth aspects, (2) an increase in muscle strength and postural tone for the wrist, hip, knee, and ankle T1 = T at T4 = X, (3) there is an increase for the sensory examination of the T4 to T6 namely touch, tactile and vestibular propioseptive but there is no improvement (4) the improvement of functional ability T1 = 67% to T6 = 84.6%.From the results obtained, it can be concluded that the use of physiotherapy intervention with Hubbard tank hydrotherapy and General Massage can reduce the problem of delayed development conditions (DD).

Abstract

Orthosiphon spicatus B.B.S. traditionally used as anti-inflammatory. This study was aimed to find out anti-inflammatory effect of Orthosiphon spicatus B.B.S. herb infusa in white male rats. The rats were randomly devided into 5 groups. A negative control group treated with distilled water. A positive control group treated with Na diclofenac. The third group treated with Orthosiphon spicatus B.B.S. herb infusa 5%. The fourth group treated with Orthosiphon spicatus B.B.S. herb infusa 10%, and the fifth group treated with Orthosiphon spicatus B.B.S. herb infusa 20%. The edema volume was measured starting early after treatment was given every half hour for six hours. Area under curve (AUC) values were analyzed by one way ANOVA and LSD test. The data result indicate Orthosiphon spicatus B.B.S. in different concentrations significantly different to the negative control. It can be conclude that Orthosiphon spicatus B.B.S. herb infusa have anti-inflammatory effects.

Abstract

Supraspinatus tendinitis is inflammation of the supraspinatus tendon. The purpose of riset is to understand the implementation of physiotherapy in reducing pain, reducing muscle spasm, improving muscle strength, increase range of motion and increase the ability of functional activityin the supraspinatus tendinitis condition with ultrasound modality, myofacial release and exercise therapy. This research was carried out in Bendan District Hospital Pekalongan with descriptive analytic methods. Once done six times therapy, results obtained the presence of pain reduction i.e. silent pain T1 = 1 at the T6 = 0, tenderness T1 = 3 T6 = 1, pain motion T1 = 7 at T6 = 3, decrease muscle spasm T1 = 1 at the T6 = 0. The increased range of motion in the active movement. Increasing the scope of the joint motion on the active and passive movement. On increasing muscle strength, namely the abductor muscles T1 = 3 at T6 = 5. Improving the ability of functional activity, i.e.: T1 = 63,07 at T6 = 40,76. Interventions physiotherapy using ultrasound modality, myofacial release and exercise therapy can help reduce the problems that arise on the condition of the supraspinatus tendinitis

Abstract

Policies village government secretary to the government employees regulated in Act Number  32  Year  2004  on  Regional  Government  which  in  turn  followed  by  the issuance of Government Regulation No. 45 Year 2007 regarding appointment of the Secretary  of  the  Village  government  being  government  employees.  Appointment  of secretary  of  the  village  government  into  the  government  employees  be  automatic without passing Candidate government employees.The policy is the policy on the one hand  is  a  must,  as  already  mandated  by  the  Act,  but  on  the  other  hand  the implementation implications for the organization of the village government. One was in the form of demands from government officials that the village of the government employees  appointments  are not  just  for the  village government secretary  only, but also followed the appointment of village government officials.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of cutting the foot of the survival, growth and the rate of mangrove  crab  molting,  to  know  the  cutting  foot  path  can  maintain  the  survival,  growth  and molting best for mud crab. This study used an experimental method with a completely randomized design (CRD) 6 treatments and 10 replications that treatment A (1 foot cutting path, B (cutting 2 feet or legs road), C (3 ft cutting path), D (cutting 4 feet or two pairs of feet road), E (cutting all roads  feet),  and  F  (without  cutting  the  foot  of  the  street).  the  material  used were 120  mangrove crab  tails  with  an  average  weight  of  100  g  / head.  Case  studies  in  the  form  of  basket  made  of plastic sheeting with the size of 30x30x20 cm by 100 basketball. the data was taken from the data of  survival,  absolute  growth,  the  daily  growth.  the  data  were  analyzed  variety,  to  determine differences among the treatments tested the effect of Dual Duncan area. While the  water quality data, the rate of molting analyzed descriptively. The results showed that cutting the leg was highly significant (P <0.01) to the absolute growth and the daily growth, but significant (P <0.05) against survival rate and molting. The highest absolute growth value E (64.48 ± 28.41g), and the highest daily growth rate in treatment E (2:08 ± 0.79%). The highest survival value was treated F (90 ± 31.62%) and the highest molting in treatment E (80 ± 42.16%). Abstract

Penyebab rendahnya prestasi belajar matematika siswa SMP Satu Atap Kaliombo Kabupaten Pekalongan diduga kuat adalah rendahnya keaktifan belajar siswa dikelas, sehingga perlu mencari model pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan keaktifan belajar peserta didik di SMP tersebut. Gaya kepemiminan heroik adalah gaya kepemimpinan yang memiliki kesadaran seperti seorang pahlawan (hero). Sedangkan turnamen belajar matematika digambarkan oleh Robert Slavin dengan mengadakan kompetisi antar tim untuk menyelesaikan masalah. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar matematika siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran heroik dan turnamen. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP SA Kaliombo Kabupaten Pekalongan, dengan subyeknya adalah siswa kelas VII. Metode penelitian menggunakan prosedur PTK dengan model siklus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengamatan dan tes. Analisis datanya dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa pembelajaran heroik dan turnamen dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan prestasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the decrease in media salinity on survival rates of grouper fish and determine the relationship between the survival rate of the cantang grouper and the level of decrease in media salinity in the acclimation process.The study was conducted in June 2018 at the Brackish and Sea Water Laboratory of Pekalongan University in Pekalongan. The test fish used was a cantang grouper with a size of 3-5 cm. This cantang grouper juvenille is obtained from the Situbondo Marine Cultivation Center. The design used was a completely randomized design with 4 treatments and 3 replications. The treatment applied was a decrease in the level of media salinity as follows: 2 ppt/hour, 4 ppt/hour, 6 ppt/hour and 8 ppt/hour. The survival rate of the grouper fish is analyzed using variance analysis. Furthermore, an orthogonal polynomial analysis was performed to correlate the survival rate of the grouper fish to the level of decrease in media salinity.The highest survival rate of the grouper grouper was obtained at a level of decrease in salinity of 2 ppt/hour ie 91.67%, then a decrease in salinity of 4 ppt/hour ie 61.11%, a decrease in salinity of 6 ppt/hour ie 46.67% , and the lowest at a decrease in salinity of 8 ppt/hour which is 25%.The results of the variance analysis revealed that the level of decrease in media salinity had a very significant effect on the survival rate of bushy groupers. The results of orthogonal polynomial analysis showed that the relationship between the survival rate of the grouper fish to the level of decreasing salinity of linear media with the equation: Y = 109.72 - 10.72 X (R2 = 0.97) (R2 = 0.97).

Abstract

Organic  rice  is  the  rice  which  is  produced  from  the  organic  rice  development  activities  namely  the effort to develop rice using production input based on organic matters like animal waste, stacks, local organic  waste.  The  aim  of  this  research  is  to  investigate  the  comparison  among  the  organic  rice production “Pandan Wangi” through the use of liquid organic fertilizer on the dosage of 1, 2, 3 and 4 measurements  on  the  plantation  year  2011. The  method  used  on  this  experimental  research  was  the usage of POC especially when the plant grows on 15, 25 and 35 days with the dosage: (0 cc) for the control, 10 cc, 20 cc, 30 cc and 40 cc on each application. The data were analyzed by using chi square table.  The  research  shows  that  the  POC  dosage  on  the  organic  rice  variety  “Pandan  Wangi”  didn’t show any significant production differences. Keywords: POC, production, organic rice

Abstract

Tiger grouper fish commonly known as "groupers" and it is the one commodity that has domestic and international market opportunities. Purpose of this study is to determine the effect of different feeding pellets and squid on the growth and survival of tiger grouper  (Epinephelus fuscoguttatus). The study was carried out on April 25th, 2014 until May 24th, 2014 in Hatchery home scale, Saga vilage, District of  Tanjungpandan,  Belitung  province.  The  experimental  design  in  this  study  is  using  a  complete randomized  design  (CRD)  with  2  treatments  and  4  replicates,  they  are  treatment  A  (pellets)  and treatment  B  (squid).  Result  shows  the  highest  average  weight  gain  of  biomass  tiger  grouper  seed obtained  on  treatment  A  (pellets)  biomass  weight  gain  is  16.18  grams  and  survival  100%,  whereas treatment B (squid) the biomass weight gain 11.53 grams and survival 85%. The results of t test step, note that the value of T count is greater than the T table which means the ratio of feed pellets and squid provide  highly  significant  influence  on  the  growth  and  survival  of  seed  tiger  grouper  (Epinephelus fuscoguttatus). Water quality maintenance media for research is still at a decent range of temperature is from 27.5-30°C, pH 7.6 - 8, and dissolved oxygen 3.4-5.4 ppm.  Key Words: tiger grouper, growth, survival rate, feed
