Distributors are parties who play an important role in trade because distributors are intermediaries between producers and consumers. PT Surya Mandiri Distribusi is a company engaged in the distribution of cooking oil. In distribution activities, this company often experiences product stock discrepancies which results in a high bullwhip effect phenomenon. This study aims to minimize the bullwhip effect that occurs in cooking oil distributor companies. This study used the Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) method to solve the problems in this study. Where this method aims to set the distribution schedule as well as plan the number of products and their delivery time. The results of this study found that the application of the DRP method can reduce the value of the bullwhip effect in PT Surya Mandiri Distribusi by 17%. The application of the DRP method to distribution activities at PT Surya Mandiri Distribusi not only facilitates the planning of goods for future needs but is also one way that can minimize the value of the Bullwhip Effect that occurs in the company.Distributor merupakan pihak yang memegang peranan penting dalam perdagangan karena distributor merupakan perantara antara produsen dan konsumen. PT Surya Mandiri Distribusi merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang distribusi minyak goreng. Dalam aktivitas pendistribusian, perusahaan ini sering mengalami ketidaksesuaian stok produk yang mengakibatkan terjadinya fenomena bullwhip effect yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meminimalkan bullwhip effect yang terjadi pada perusahaan distributor minyak goreng. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan dalam penelitian ini. Dimana metode ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengatur jadwal distribusi serta merencanakan jumlah produk dan waktu pengirimannya. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa penerapan metode DRP dapat menurunkan nilai bullwhip effect yang ada pada PT Surya Mandiri Distribusi sebesar 17%. Penerapan metode DRP pada aktivitas distribusi di PT Surya Mandiri Distribusi tidak hanya mempermudah perencanaan barang untuk kebutuhan kedepan namun juga merupakan salah satu cara yang dapat meminimumkan nilai Bullwhip Effect yang terjadi pada perusahaan tersebut.

The increase in the number of culinary businesses is an opportunity for business people. The business in the culinary field that is booming today is Mentai Rice Terjenak which is located in Bekasi. The business, which has been running for a period of 3 months, has the possibility of bankruptcy and not operating. The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility of a business that has been running. The research uses qualitative design to review technical, management, environmental and market perspectives. While quantitative design to review finances. The research procedure begins with a descriptive study of qualitative design, then determines the parameters of business feasibility using finance, covering NPV, IRR, PB and Net B / C. The role of assets will support the business to run by increasing the number of workers who have professionalism and are flexible, business activities also require consideration of the disposal of residual waste so as not to disturb the balance of the environment and the financial value has been deserved. The conclusions of the study are to increase the amount of resources, protect the environment of production waste, the financial value is already feasible. Business can be run by considering innovations and products that have high selling valuePeningkatan jumlah bisnis kuliner menjadi peluang tersendiri bagi pelaku bisnis. Bisnis di bidang kuliner yang sedang booming saat ini adalah Mentai Rice Terjenak yang terletak di Bekasi. Bisnis yang sudah berjalan dalam kurun waktu 3 bulan ini, memiliki kemungkinan mengalami kebangkrutan dan tidak beroperasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan kelayakan bisnis yang telah berjalan. Penelitian menggunakan desain kualitatif untuk mengulas perspektif teknis, manajemen, lingkungan dan pasar. Sedangkan desain kuantitatif untuk mengulas finansial. Prosedur penelitian diawali dengan studi deskriptif dari desain kualitatif, kemudian menentukan parameter kelayakan bisnis menggunakan finansial, mencangkup NPV, IRR, PB dan Net B/C. Peran aset akan menunjang bisnis berjalan dengan meningkatkan jumlah tenaga kerja yang memiliki profesionalitas dan terlatif, aktivitas bisnis juga memerlukan pertimbangan pembuangan limbah sisa agar tidak mengganggu keseimbangan lingkungan dan nilai finansial telah layak. Kesimpulan dari penelitian yaitu meningkatkan jumlah sumber daya, melindungi lingkungan limbah produksi, nilai finansial sudah layak. Bisnis dapat dijalankan dengan mempertimbangkan inovasi dan produk yang bernilai jual tinggi.

UD. Rahmad Teknik is a business engaged in the production of industrial equipment. In its production peoses, this business experiences problems in meeting consumer demand. This is because resource management is not optimal. Business owners also do not know the standard production time required and the number of workers required. The purpose of this study is to determine the standard time and the amount of labor required by UD. Rahmad Engineering. The method used in this study is a stopwatch time study (SWTS) which aims to measure the length of time it takes for workers to produce a product. After that, a forecasting of working time is carried out to determine the approximate number of workers in the future. The results of this study were obtained the standard production time of each type of product, namely 48.07 minutes per unit for coconut grate products, 42.46 minutes per unit for meat grinding products, 38.25 minutes per unit for coconut milk squeezing products. For the number of workers needed in July and August is 15 people, the month of sepetmber and october is 17 people, the months of November and December are 16 people. The results of working time optimization with the SWTS method can increase productivity in UD. Rahmad Teknik by setting the standard production time on each type of product and the optimal labor rate.UD. Rahmad Teknik merupakan sebuah usaha yang bergerak dalam bidang produksi peralatan industri. Dalam peoses produksinya, usaha ini mengalami permasalahan dalam pemenuhan permintaan konsumen. Hal ini dikarenakan pengelolaan sumber daya yang tidak maksimal. Pemilik usaha juga belum mengetahui waktu standar produksi yang dibutuhkan dan jumlah pekerja yang diperlukan. Tujuan Penelitian ini yaitu menentukan waktu standar dan jumlah tenaga kerja yang dibutuhkan oleh UD. Rahmad Teknik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah stopwatch time study (SWTS) yang bertujuan untuk mengukur lamanya waktu yang dibutuhkan pekerja dalam memproduksi sebuah produk. Setelah itu, dilakukan peramalan waktu kerja untuk menentukan perkiraan jumlah tenaga kerja di masa mendatang. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah di dapatkan waktu standar produksi dari setiap jenis produk yaitu 48,07 menit per unit untuk produk pemarut kelapa, 42,46 menit per unit untuk produk penggiling daging, 38,25 menit per unit untuk produk pemeras santan. Untuk jumlah tenaga kerja yang dibutuhkan pada bulan juli dan agustus adalah 15 orang, bulan sepetmber dan oktober adalah 17 orang, bulan november dan desember adalah 16 orang. Hasil optimasi waktu kerja dengan metode SWTS ini dapat meningkatkan produktifitas pada UD. Rahmad Teknik dengan menetapkan waktu standar produksi pada tiap jenis produknya dan jumah tenaga kerja yang optimal.

Rice production has declined in the last 5 years, causing UD. Produce engaged in the rice business is feeling the impact. There are ongoing constraints regarding the estimated processing time of more than 400 minutes and complaints of the right strategy addressing this issue. The purpose of the study is to determine the rice business process strategy using Business Process Improvement. Research methods using quantitative and qualitative design of diagnostics. The instrument used is non-participant observation. Data used by stakeholder roles, process names, business task projects. Conducted 4-why evaluation, streamling, recommendations. The results of the study that supplier partnerships, Sp2 uses standardization for the code Up1 and Up2 uses streamling, Sp1. The strategy carried out related to labor training, database creation using microsoft office, with Ms. Asses's product, In this contract bond it is necessary to convey about the expected quality subcriteria, the expected price subcriteria and the expected delivery subcriteria. Rules related to standard operating procedures need to be designed at each work site. Research contributions related to facilities, databases, and suppliers. Produksi padi yang menurun dalam waktu 5 tahun terakhir, menyebabkan UD. Hasil Bumi yang bergerak di bidang bisnis beras merasakan dampaknya. Tujuan penelitian untuk menentukan strategi proses bisnis beras menggunakan Business Process Improvement. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain kuantitatif dan kualitatif diagnostik. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah observasi non- partisipant. Data yang dipakai peran stakeholder, nama proses, task proceess business. Dilakukan evaluasi 4-why, streamling, rekomendasi. Hasil penelitian bahwa supplier partnerships, Sp2 menggunakan standardization untuk kode Up1 dan Up2 menggunakan streamling, Sp1. Strategi yang dilakukan terkait training tenaga kerja, Pembuatan database menggunakan microsoft office, dengan produk Ms. Asses, Didalam ikatan kontrak ini perlu disampaikan mengenai subkriteria mutu yang diharapkan, subkriteria harga yang diharapkan dan subkriteria pengiriman yang diharapkan. Aturan – aturan terkait standar operasional prosedur perlu di rancang disetiap lokasi kerja. Kontribusi penelitian terkait fasilitas, database, dan penyuplai.

SD Muhammadiyah 10 Palembang as an educational service with a travel time of 19 minutes from Jalan Jenderal Ahmad Yani, Palembang. Library facilities attract students because of the availability of the latest books. However, the current system has not been able to manage collections properly. Upgrading the latest system becomes a competitiveness to create the latest and agility of the website system. The development of website systems has experienced technological development by 61.9% in the last 10 decades. The change of HTML to javascript is a challenge in the development of this system. An agile website is the main solution to facilitate library services. The features that users need and functionality become the right solution. Case study design becomes the main approach, because it adopts realistic conditions. Designing use case and entity relationship diagrams as technical to visualize and structure the features needed. Respondents in charge of testing when the prototype is ready to run. The success of the website prototype is tested through the pieces approach. The development of agile website systems has been successfully tested. Javascript as a programming language does not experience errors. This has proven that the development of the website is true and the development conditions have been able to manage the collection well according to the features needed by users. The library website of SD Muhammadiyah 10 Palembang has been successfully used, thus increasing the attractiveness for prospective students in the future.

The catering vendor business has a high opportunity to increase profits. However, the decreased working relationship and motivation had an impact on their performance during this time. Improving their performance requires the right factors of working relationships and motivation. This study is to determine the influence of these factors. Quantitative design with 24 respondents given a closed questionnaire to collect research data. Statistical testing as an appropriate tool to generate partial and simultaneous values of the case. The partial value of the employment relationship of 0.189 has no effect, motivation 3.025 has an effect on performance. A simultaneous value of 33.427 with a performance impact of 0.761. Employee collaboration and motivation have a positive impact on CV performance. Sabrina Usaha Mandiri with a value of 76.1%. The implementation of intensive labor relations and positive recognition of employees need to be improved. Flexibility in training also needs to be provided to improve performance and build a good company culture, so as to improve working relationships for the better and maintain increased work motivation for employee performance

The problem of motivation and satisfaction at CV Sabrina Usaha Mandiri needs to be overcome through improving employee performance with training, support and rewards. This study is to determine the model of the corrected hypothesis from that perspective. It is hoped that the results of the research can help companies improve employee performance. Quantitative-associative design to test the hypothesis of the relationship between motivation, job satisfaction, and employee performance in CV. Sabrina Independent Business. A population of 24 employees, using google form instruments and processed with IBM SPSS 23. Validation and reliability are performed by partial testing procedures and simultaneous tests to produce corrected models. This study shows the results that employee motivation has a positive and significant correlation and reliability to improve the performance of street light installation projects in the North Jakarta area. The results of partial and simultaneous tests on the corrected hypothesis model also showed that motivation and job satisfaction had an effect on improving performance on the project. Therefore, it is important for project management to pay attention to and maintain the motivation and job satisfaction of the workers in the project in order to achieve optimal results. Motivation and job satisfaction can play a role in improving the performance of street light installation projects in the North Jakarta area by paying attention to the quality of motivation and job satisfaction of the employees involved

PT. Garam as a state-owned company needs to overcome the problem of quality inconsistencies and technological constraints in improving company performance and profits, as well as taking advantage of business development opportunities in the salt industry. The purpose of this study is to design a suitable business strategy for PT. Garam by optimizing supply chains, production processes, and selecting quality salt resources. The methods used in this study are BMC, SWOT, and QSPM to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the company and formulate the right business strategy for PT. Garam. Based on the resulting strategy match matrix, PT. Garam can consider three ST strategies to optimize strength in facing threats. PT Garam can conduct research to create production technology that does not depend on weather conditions, thus allowing the salt production process to be more stable and efficient. PT Garam can conduct research to create appropriate technology, which can improve overall production quality and efficiency. PT Garam can build brand equity of its products as a marketing strategy to increase competitiveness and customer trust. By adopting these strategies, PT Garam can achieve the goal of improving production efficiency and business growth in the salt market

Bali Lestari Beach offers a Bali tourist experience in North Sumatra near Kualanamu Airport. Kualanamu Airport Domestic Cargo needs to improve service quality. The research developed a service quality model to increase customer satisfaction at the Kualanamu Airport Domestic Cargo Terminal with a mix-method approach. All populations are sampled for questionnaire filling. Service quality indicators are included in quadrant I model. The study involved observation, interviews, and questionnaires to determine the level of customer satisfaction at the Kualanamu Airport Domestic Cargo Terminal. Data is processed with Excel and SPSS 23. Service improvements focus on quadrant I of the Importance Performance Analysis. There are weaknesses in service quality at the Kualanamu Airport Domestic Cargo Terminal and it is recommended to focus improvements on tangibles and assurance dimensions. Based on Importance Performance Analysis, there are five selected quality improvement indicators, namely: prices are formed according to the services offered, cashiers are fast and precise in serving the payment process, employee readiness to meet every customer demand, reliability of cargo terminal equipment and facilities, and good employee treatment of service users, with good service through an effective service quality strategy.

Jenu Tuban Beach has natural beauty and an abundance of fish which is the source of livelihood for local residents. However, fish catches often experience freshness during trips to the market due to the use of fish coolers that are not optimal. In order to avoid financial losses for fishermen, the development of fish coolers with better technology and automatic cooling rate is indispensable. Currently, the fish cooler used is still ineffective and prone to damage, so it is necessary to develop better technology. This process involves identifying the needs of fishermen through direct interviews and questionnaire design, as well as testing validity and consistency. The results of identification and technical response are designed in the House of Quality matrix, and are processed by determining both relationships by prioritizing Raw Weight results. Solar Fish Cooler can maintain fish temperature for 3 hours with cooling level up to -200C. This tool operates with sunlight energy and is suitable for use in areas that are difficult to reach conventional electricity sources. The main priorities in improving product quality are the duration of long-lasting cooling, the level of temperature stability and ease of product repair. The development was carried out by combining temperature and humidity sensor technology. Research on these tools can contribute to the development of technologies and the reduction of fossil fuel use in the field of sustainable fisheries.
