Abstract

Gumitir highway is a class I highway as a cross road between regencies and cities (Jember - Banyuwangi). The condition of this highway field with a width of 7 meters and winding and there are slopes. This highway is passed by heavy vehicles which can cause overloading (tonnage) loading, damage to the road body. Under these conditions a geometric evaluation (of the length of the arch) and calculation of the thickness of the flexible pavement on the Gumitir highway in Jember Regency .. This study aims to (1) analyze the performance of the Gumitir highway, (2) analyze the geometric of the Gumitir highway STA 229 + 664 - STA + 019, (3) analyzing the flexible pavement conditions with the 2013 UR 20-year bina marga method, (4) analyzing the inventory of the Gumitir highway. The research was conducted using the Full Circle method to calculate the geometric conditions of the Gumitir highway and 2013 Bina Marga UR 20 method for calculating the thickness of the pavement thickness of the Gumitir highway. The results of the 2013 Bina marga pavement thickness calculation results obtained for a flexible pavement thickness of 44 cm, a 3 cm HRS WC, a 3.5 cm HRS Base, a 25 cm LPA Class A and LPA Class B 12.5 cm. The results of planning the addition of warning signs point obtained 8 electric poles, 10 street lighting lamps, 8 traffic signs (addition 8 points) and longitudinal road markings in the form of solid lines

Abstract

Wilayah Indonesia, termasuk daerah rawan bencana, terutama bencana alam geologi, yangdisebabkan karena posisi Indonesia terletak pada pertemuan 3 (tiga) lempeng tektonik dunia. Salah satu bencana alam geologi yang sering terjadi di Indonesia adalah gempa bumi. Gedung Meotel by Dafam Jember layak untuk dianalisis dengan metode pushover analysis karena merupakan  gedung berlantai  banyak  yaitu  10 lantai  sehingga harus memiliki  ketahanan terhadap gempa seiring meningkatnya aktivitas tektonik di Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan dengan bantuan software SAP2000 v.20.  Melalui kurva ATC-40 tersebut didapatkan nilai target perpindahan dan gaya geser dasar arah X pada titik kontrol tinjauan perfomance point pada permodelan yaitu displacement sebesar 0,075 m dan base shear sebesar 7338,716 kN. Nilai roof drift ratio arah X sebesar 0,1928% masuk pada kategori Immediate Occupancy. Hasil analisa pushover pada struktur Meotel by Dafam Jember menunjukkan kinerja gedung pada level Immediate Occupancy (IO).

Abstract

A road intersection is a point where various movements carried out by people with vehicles and without vehicles (pedestrians) meet which are not in the same direction. The intersection of the three being studied is on the Raya Probolinggo - Lumajang road near the Klakah gas station. This intersection is a three-way intersection that has a fairly large traffic flow and is passed by various types of motorized and non-motorized vehicles. fuel filling line. The purpose of this study is to reevaluate the performance of roads and intersections with no signal, to analyze the performance of roads and intersections for the next 5 years, and to analyze problem solving that occurs on these roads.

Abstract

In the existing condition of the breakwater at the fishery port of IPP Pancer there is a lack of efficiency to withstand the waves, because the breakwater condition has decreased the elevation caused by very large wave power, that is because the position of the port in IPP Pancer is the dominant southern sea with very large waves . So it will disrupt the placement of ships on the dock and also passing fishermen when loading and unloading fish because the elevation of the breakwater is too low. In order to protect the coastal fishery port of Banyuwangi District, the re-planning of breakwater construction is intended to evaluate the existing condition described above, in order to obtain an efficient breakwater construction planning result. In this breakwater planning evaluation, we get the type and type of breakwater on the sloping side with armor tetrapod with 1: 2 slope. For dimensions and breakwater elevation, it is known that the length of STA 0 - 780 m, 6.8 m breakwater elevation, 1.6 m wide end portion and 1.5 m of arm. Then for the tetrapod armor with 4.3 m3 of the tip and 3.4 m3 of the arm. Sehinggga of the evaluation is able to withstand the onslaught of waves, because of the calculation of breakwater stability is able to achieve a safe value of 1.8 Msf or 1.8 1 Msf.Keywords:Breakwater Planning

Abstract

In construction projects there are three things that must be considered, namely time, cost and quality. However, reality shows that there is still often a delay time of implementation. One way to overcome delay in construction projects is to do with the crashing. This research was conducted on the project of the construction of the building Rusunawa ASN Malang Regency. The method of crashing used by wayof a work shift. The calculation of the needs of the work shift using the guidelines for the calculation of Unit Price Analysis of Workers (AHSP) in 2018. The results showed that the project can be accelerated for 24 working days, so the duration of the project which was originally 197 working days to 173 days of work. Direct costs the project has increased from Rp.12.763.192.497.58 in 197 days to Rp. 12.937.000.000.00 in 173 days (up 1,3554%).

Abstract

Penerapan teknologi dalam bidang konstruksi tekniksipil mengalami perkembangan yang pesat, membuat para perencana struktur dituntut untuk lebih produktif, kreatif, dan inovatif terutama dalam hal perancangan struktur. Perencanaan struktur baja dapat menghasilkan struktur yang stabil, cuku pkuat, mampu layan, awet, bahkan kemudahan dalam pelaksanaan. Perencanaan struktur bangunan baja tahan gempa sangat penting diIndonesia, yang sebagian besar wilayahnya memiliki kerawanan yang tinggi terhadap gempa. Sebagai bahan review desain, gedung Center for Development of Advance Science and Technology (CDAST) Universitas Jember merupakan gedung perkuliahan yang terdiri dari 9 lantai termasuk lantai atap, yang semula pada struktur utamanya menggunakan struktur beton bertulang dan didesain kembali menggunakan struktur baja tahan gempa, yang bertujuan agar diperoleh berat konstruksi yang lebih ringan.  Peraturan yang digunakan untuk perencanaan ini yaitu perencanaan struktur baja dengan metode Load and Resistance Factor Design (LRFD) Edisi Kedua berdasarkan SNI 03- 1729- 2002,  Tentang Tata Cara Perencanaan Struktur Baja Untuk Bangunan Gedung dan Peraturan Pembebanan Indonesia Untuk Gedung 1983.

Abstract

Sedimentasi sungai yaitu proses pengendapan suatu material – material yang terangkut aliran air sungai dan dapat mengakibatkan terjadinya delta sungai, sedangkan sedimen merupakan batuan yang terbentuk karena proses pelapukan, erosi, transportasi, dan deposisi (pengerasan) yang terjadi pada suatu wilayah aliran sungai. Delta sungai yang terjadi karena proses sedimentasi tersebut dapat mengurangi jumlah debit air yang terbawa, sehingga kebutuhan irigasi di daerah hilir tidak bisa terpenuhi secara maksimal karena terhalang oleh penumpukan delta. Karakteristik sedimentasi di hilir terjadi perlahan dan berlangsung menerus selama suplai muatan sedimen yang tinggi terus berlangsung. Prediksi sedimentasi yang terjadi pada sungai dilakukan dengan memperhitungkan besar laju sedimentasi berdasarkan metode perhitungan analitik, namun untuk mempermudah dalam menggambarkan sedimentasi yang terjadi pada sungai  sampean  Bondowoso  dilakukan  metode  pemodelan  menggunakan  progam  aplikasi HEC-RAS. Progam HEC-RAS sendiri merupakan salah satu progam pemodelan analisis angkutan sedimen pada saluran maupun sungai.

Pasar  tanjung  merupakan  pasar  rakyat  terbesar  dijember  dengan  luas  ±24.970  m2,yang berlokasi  disebelah  selatan    Jl.trunojoyo,  sebelah  utara  Jl.untung  suropati,  sebelah  timurJl.dokter  wahidin  dan  sebelah  barat  Jl.  Samanhudi.  Dari  tahun  ketahun  animo  pedagang maupunkonsumensemakinmeningkatjumlahnya.sehinggakebutuhanfasilitasparkirdidalampasarsemakinmeningkat.Studiinibertujuanuntukmerencanakanareaoffstreetparkinguntuk kendaraan  roda2dengan  menganalisakarakteristik  parkiryang  adadi3lokasi  offstreetparking   yaitudisisijalandokterwahidin(lokasi1),disisijalansamanhudi(lokasi2),disisi jalanuntungsuropati(lokasi3).Parameteryangdicariyaitu:volumeparkir,durasiparkir,akumulasiparkir,turnover,indeks parkir,luas lahanyangakandirencanakan.Surveidilakukan dalam24jamselama7haridalamsatubulandenganpengumpulandataprimerdansekunder.Hasilanalisismenunjukkanvolumetertinggiberadadilokasi1yaitu1369kendaraan.Durasi kendaraanparkirtertinggiberkisar60-120menit.Akumulasitertinggiberadadilokasi2yaitu250kendaraan.Turnovertertinggiyaituberadadilokasi3yaitu9,545kali.Indeksparkir tertinggi  berada  dilokasi  2  yaitu  91%.  Berdasarkan  perhitungan  dari  karakteristik  parkir,kebutuhanparkirberjumlah 1323kendaraan roda 2.Lahanparkiryangdirencanakan  beradadi lantai3gedungpasartanjung,memilikiluas6050m2  danmemilikikapasitasparkir2240 kendaraanroda2.

Abstract

The territory of Indonesia, including areas prone to disasters, especially geological natural disasters, is caused by Indonesia's position located at the confluence of 3 (three) world tectonic plates. One of the geological natural disasters that often occurs in Indonesia is an earthquake. The Meotel by Dafam Jember building deserves to be analyzed by the pushover analysis method because it is a multi-storey building that is 10 floors so it must have earthquakeresistance as tectonic activity increases in Indonesia. The study was conducted with the help of SAP2000 v.20 software. Through the ATC-40 curve, the target value of the displacement target and the base shear force in the X direction at the control point of the performance point in the modelling are displacements of 0.075 m and the base shear of 7338.716 kN. The value of the roof drift ratio X direction of 0.1928% is included in the Immediate Occupancy category. The results of the pushover analysis on the structure of Meotel by Dafam Jember show the performance of the building at the level of Immediate Occupancy (IO).

Abstract

Indonesia's geological condition has earthquake potential that covers most of its territory. To reduce the risk of disaster, it needs earthquake resistant building construction. Generally in existing calculations, the calculation of earthquake loading that is assigned to the ETABS program or SAP 2000 is the result of manual data input and placed at the center of each floor by assuming the upper and lower structure (foundation) are separate. In fact, the structure and the ground (foundation) become a unity.The study was conducted by analyzing the magnitude of the reaction due to conventional analysis to be equivalent to spring by taking into account the amount of the support settlement.The results of the study showed that the momentary support of the exterior beam interaction analysis (spring) decreased for all floors. While in the field moment the beam of interaction analysis (spring) increased, and at the moment of the pedestal beam interior interaction analysis (spring) increased.
