In a country based on capitalism we will find many problems in the country's economy . This is due to the management of State finances both in terms of income The state and state expenditures are not as expected by the community, there are still many elements of fraud, corruption, etc.. financial management like this will result in an economic crisis and create misery for the community. to overcome this problem the government must use an economic concept that can overcome this problem., The concept that can be applied by the government is public finance in an Islamic economic perspective. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran sejauh mana pemahaman Ibu Bekerja Melayu Riau tentang tanggung jawab pendidikan anak usia balita. Penelitian ini bisa bermanfaat bagi pengembangan ilmu psikologi, terkait dengan pemahaman tentang tanggung jawab Ibu dalam pendidikan anak balita. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam. Subjek dalam penelitian ini 2 orang Ibu bekerja Melayu Riau. Hasil penelitian ditemukan tentang pemahaman Ibu bekerja Melayu Riau dalam menjalankan tanggung jawab pendidikan anak dalam islam berdasarkan konsep ‘Ulwan (2004) diantaranya; (1) tanggung jawab pendidikan agama, (2) tanggung jawab pendidikan moral, (3) tanggung jawab pendidikan fisik, (4) tanggung jawab pendidikan akal, (5) tanggung jawab pendidikan kejiwaan, dan (6) tanggung jawab pendidikan sosial.

Abstract Muamalah fiqh learning is needed to increase students' knowledge insight in the field of Sharia Economic Law, as a basic foundation for establishing laws governing human relations with others, especially in economic matters. The actualization of lecturers 'professionalism values in the form of teaching of the Fiqh Muamalah textbook can be a problem solving problem in increasing students' understanding in the field of Islamic Economics Law to be more practical and effective. The research method with the Qualitative Descriptive approach is to build an increase in the achievement of muamalah fiqh learning outcomes by applying the use of muamalah fiqh textbooks the actualization design product in the student learning process. The results of this study indicate that 72% are able to achieve a value (> 85); 16% are able to reach indigo (81-85); 4% are able to reach indigo (76-80); 4% are able to reach indigo (66-70); and 4% are able to reach indigo (51-60). The study of the problems in this study is about the problems faced by teachers in the use of learning media. The purpose of the research is to describe the ability of teachers to use technology-based media, what media teachers use in the learning process, and what problems teachers face in using technology-based learning media. This research is field research that uses qualitative descriptive methods, namely by describing the object of research as it is. The subjects of this study are Principals, PAI Teachers and Students. Data collection methods use observation, interview and study documentation. In examining the validity of the data that the author can in the field, the author uses triangulation techniques namely; triangulation of sources, triangulation techniques and triangulation of time. The findings show that: first, Teachers are able to accompany the development of the times in using technology-based media on islamic education learning, only that they do not apply the skills they have to the teaching learning process. Second, On learning devices, Islamic Religious Education teachers already use technology-based learning media although it has not varied, but in the reality in the field they only teach conventionally. Third, the problems faced by teachers do not always have a major effect on students' learning outcomes. Human life cannot be separated from economic activities. The existence of a source of Islamic law, namely the Quran, explains various problems in the economic field which contain universal values about how the Islamic economy should be formulated. This research examines and explores the study of economic verses about al-milk and classification of ownership. This research methodology refers to the library approach (library research). This study focuses on the object of study in the form of written theoretical sources regarding al-milk and ownership classification. ABSTRACT This study examines and explores “teacher performance in the classroom management process”. Leadership in learning requires an attractive performance, because the rights and responsibilities carried out and their views towards students are full of compassion, tenderness, this attitude should be part of the value of a teacher's dedication. The author tries to describe the teacher's performance in the classroom management process in educational institutions, namely: (1) describing the policies and educational foundations in the form of classroom and outside learning planning. (2) applying learning components as a system in the teaching and learning process. (3) communicating in professional, social communities and facilitating community learning. (4) managing the class with appropriate approaches and procedures that are relevant to the characteristics of students. (5) researching, developing and innovating in the field of education and learning, and being able to use the results for professional development. This research methodology refers to the library approach (qualitative descriptive library research). This study focuses on the object of study in the form of written theoretical sources. The results of this research, especially for the academic world, can be used as a reference and reference (literature) that can add to the library's treasury, especially in the scientific clusters of Islamic education. ABSTRAK Mediasi adalah layanan yang dilaksanakan oleh konselor terhadap dua pihak atau lebih yang sedang mengalami keadaan tidak harmonis (tidak cocok). Mediasi merupakan bentuk alternatif penyelesaian masalah, mediasi telah tumbuh dan berkembang sejalan dengan tumbuhnya keinginan manusia menyelesaikan masalah yang di hadapinya, oleh karna itu para hakim menggunalan layanan mediasi dalam membentuk kerukunan suami-istri di Pengadilan Agama Pekanbru Klas 1 A yang terletak di Jalan Datuk Setia Maharaja/Parit Indah, Kota Pekanbaru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan layanan mediasi dalam membentuk kerukunan suami-istri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitan kualitatif dengan tipe deskriptif yang menjelaskan dan menafsirkan data yang ada. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah hakim Pengadilan Agama, teknik pengumpulan data yang di gunakan untuk mendapatkan data dan informasi mengunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dalam mengatasi masalah menggunakan layanan mediasi melalui proses atau tahapan yaitu, Perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi jangka pendek, analisis hasil evaluasi, tindak lanjut dan laporan. Dari hasil penelitian penulit dapat menyimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan layanan mediasi dalam membentuk kerukunan suami-istri di Pengadilan Agama secara langsung seperti diskusi dan wawancara. Teachers' ability must be continuously improved because they are as a benchmark of the quality of education, a form of teacher improvement in state-shaped educational institutions has many varied forms, this is different from that obtained by private educational institutions such as Private MTs Istiqamah Talu. This study aims to describe how clinical supervision is carried out in Private MTs Talu as an effort to improve the competence of Islamic Religious Education teachers. For the achiever of this goal, this research was designed using qualitative approach, while the research data source consists of madrasah head, supervisor and PAI teacher, to obtain data from the source that has been determined by researchers using observation techniques, interviews and documentation studies, research data is analyzed descriptively. From the results of the research it is known that the implementation of clinical supervision of PAI teachers starts from the preliminary stage, implementation and feedback stage, clinical supervision activities can improve the competence of PAI teachers, especially professional competencies.

إن القرآن الكريم ومعانيه من عند الله له أساليب معجزة وتراكيب جذابة فوق أساليب اللغة العربية المستخدمة اليوم. ولفهم القرآن الكريم يحتاج إلى إستيعاب علوم اللغة العربية وبخاصة علم النحو، منها معاني حرف الجر "الكاف" الذى جر به الإسم. فتكوين المشكلة من هذا البحث هي كيف معانى الكلمات التى تدخل عليها حرف الجر "الكاف" الذى جر به الإسم في سورة البقرة؟ ويهدف هذا البحث لمعرفة معاني الكلمات التي أتت بحرف الجر "الكاف" الذي جر الإسم في سورة البقرة من ناحية علم النحو. استخدم الباحث المدخل الكيفي بدراسة المكتبة. ينقسم مصدر البحث إلى مصدرين الأساسيين اللذين يتعلقان بموضوع البحث، هما: مصدر تمهدى ومصدر ثانوي. أما مصدر تمهدى فهو القران الكريم و تفسير القران العظيم لإمام بن كثير. ومصدر ثانوي هو الكتب فى علم النحو مثل النحو الوافي الذي ألفه عباس حسن، وجامع الدروس العربية الذي ألفه الشيخ مصطفى العلاييني، وملخص قواعد اللغة الذي ألفه فؤاد نعمة. وللحصول على البيانات المطلوبة، استخدم الباحث طريقة المراقبة وقراءة الكتب المتعلقة بالموضوع. ولتحليل البيانات، استخدمت طريقة تحليلية نحوية وتحليل مضمون الكتب (Content analisis) بإستخدام الجدول. بعد قامة الباحث بالبحث في سورة البقرة، يوجد أن في سورة البقرة اثنان وعشرون حرف الجر "الكاف"، معانيها الثلاثة، هي: (1) التعليل السببية 4 مرات، و(2) التوكيد مرة واحدة، (3) التشبيه 17 مرة.

Abstract: Educational institutions in Indonesia are sheltered and controlled by two ministries where public schools are controlled by the Ministry of Education and Culture while religious schools, in this case madrasas are controlled by the Ministry of Religion. However, this educational institution will always receive supervision where the public school supervisors are from the Ministry of Education and Culture except for the PAI teacher and the Madrasah supervisor from the Ministry of Religion. The effective functioning of an educational institution, be it public education or religious education or Madrasa can not be separated from the active role of a supervisor, because in fact the supervisor will always control the course of education in the school or madrasa institution carefully. All forms of oversight carried out aim that an education that takes place in educational institutions runs according to the direction and objectives of the education curriculum both locally and nationally. All supervision activities carried out by a school supervisor are expected to all lead to improving the quality of the school and education in general, and specifically supervision aimed at improving the quality of the school.
