Abstract

The historical context of Islamic education cannot be repeated, but the values ??of every event in history can continue to be carried and preserved at any time. The current practice of Islamic education cannot be separated from the historical foundations that have long been built in the past. In the midst of the swift global currents that carry cultural content between countries, it becomes a separate threat to Islamic education as a moral and social guardian. Western culture is like a prima donna for the younger generation who are still students. Ironically, Islamic education, which in his view is a pride and belief in its truth for Muslim students, is increasingly being abandoned. This anxiety is enough to make the writer feel compelled to offer interesting facts about the past about Islamic education during the Fatimid era in Africa, Egypt. A dynasty that thrived in various fields after the fall of the Abbasids. We can still feel the fact that the Fatimid era contributed to the world of Islamic education today is Al-Azhar University, which used to be a building in the form of a mosque. During the reign of the caliph al-Aziz, the al-Azhar mosque underwent a fundamental change, namely a mosque which has developed into a university that offers a variety of knowledge.

Abstract

Strengthening ethical values ??in the educational process is relevant to overcoming the moral crisis that is happening in society. One of the leaders of Islamic education who made a major contribution to students is Al-Ghazali in the book Bidayatul Hidayah, ethics of students towards teachers according to Al Ghazali in the book Bidayatul Hidayah includes 13 kinds of ethics, namely greeting the teacher first, not speaking much in front of the teacher, not speaking in front of the teacher before being asked, not asking before asking permission, not arguing with the teacher, not blaming the teacher's opinion, not whispering when the teacher is delivering the lesson, not turning to the right and left in front of the teacher, not asking the teacher when the teacher is who are tired, salute when the teacher stands up, don't ask the teacher when the teacher has left the assembly, don't ask the teacher in the middle of the road, don't think badly of the teacher when he sees that his outward actions are not in accordance with the knowledge being studied

Abstract

Islamic religion education is education to prepare students to believe, understand, appreciate, and practice the religion of islam to form personal qualities so as to produce faith and religious spiritualachievements in students. This research includes library research using a descritive approach, the data obtained in the form of supporting literature.method of collecting data with dokumentation, while the documents used are in the form of relevant book. The data validity technique used is theoretical triangulation. Technique with content analysis is a method for making conclusions or research result by identifying specific characteristics objectively and systematically. The role of islamic religious education in making the character of students who are eeligious by habituation of exemplary and rules.

Abstract

Evaluation provides benefits for humans in general, and particulas for individuals, through continuous evaluation, all work or program activities that exist in the world of education will be achieved. In other fields in the organizational scale this evaluation is applied, because in the organitation the evaluation or supervision in the final fungtion of each activity. Individual or several people sometimes ignore this evaluation fuction, so that they unwittingly result in the goals that are the expectations of individuals or organizations cannot be achieved optimally due to lack knowing, understanding and appliying this evaluation function. For evaluation as type of research it is necessary to carry out or move in order to provide changes to society and the world of Islamic education. Through this evaluation, we can provide sugestions and constructive criticism on the activities of the program that we have launched. Good changes starts form ourselses, both as students, teachers, lecturers, society, nation and state. If we can evaluate ourselves, then the changes for the good will always be in us. Evaluations is closely related to research and Islamic education where so that the goals of Islamic education can type of Islamic education research.

Abstract

Bullying in Indonesia is not a new thing, but a case that is very familiar and even continues to increase every year. Cases of bullying occur in various aspects, including in the world of basic education. The age of school children 6-12 years is one of the factors that influence bullying. Behavior Bullying can certainly have a short-term and long-term impact on the victim. This study aims to analyze the description of bullying behavior in elementary age children and strategies for dealing with bullying carried out in elementary age children. This study used a qualitative descriptive research method. The results of the research are the following forms of bullying: (1) Physical bullying, including hitting, kicking, pushing, (2) Verbal bullying, including: mocking, calling friends by other names or the names of their parents, mocking, and giving bad words. (3) Mental bullying, including: exclusion of other students. The implementation of character strengthening is carried out through three strategies, namely: integrating character values ??in the teaching and learning process, through scouting activities, and through school culture. Abstract

Abstract Character is closely related to the morals and morals of a person. Character is the values of human behavior related to God Almighty, one self, fellow human beings, the environment and nationality tat are manifested in thoughts, attitudes, feelings, words and deeds based on religious norms, laws, manners, culture and customs. The development of the nation’s character must be formed from the values instilled in the nation’s generation. Abstract

Family education is an effort made by parents in the form of habituation and improvisation to help children’s personal development. Family education is not just a process, but also the practice and implementation of education. This means that parents continue to carry out the value of education in the family. Although sometimes the theory is not fully understood, even most parents do not know much about the concept of family education. However, without realizing it, parents in their daily practice have carried out family functions in children’s education, because the function of the family is essentially character education, social, citizenship, the formation of a habit, and intellectual education of a child. The family as the first education has 5 functions, namely the affective function, the socialization and social placement function, the reproductive function, the economic function, the health care and maintenance function.

Abstract

The change of offline learning activities to online is a must during the pandemic. Based on this, this study aims to determine the implementation of virtual learning in training the creativity of students during the COVID-19 pandemic in the 2020/2021 school year at Birrul Walidain Kindergarten. This research method is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results showed that online learning in training creativity had been carried out well in accordance with the themes listed in the RPPH and RPPM. The online learning implementation technique uses the Zoom and Video Call applications with notification of information on equipment and learning materials the day before the lesson. Learning materials and equipment are distributed to children every two weeks, in addition to the preparation of tools and materials before the implementation of virtual learning in training the creativity of children, teachers use tutorial methods through videos and live demonstrations in front of a laptop screen that children can follow from home directly. on line. This is effective in training children's creativity in virtual learning because tools and materials are available in front of children during virtual learning and everything has been well facilitated by the institution. And the benefits of online learning are communication between educators, students and parents of students and become a means of reporting student progress.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the factors that affect the English-speaking ability of students. In addition, it is also to know the application of direct methods in improving their speaking ability. The results of the study showed that the use of direct methods can improve the English speaking skills of students at the beginner level in the English Center course institute. This can be seen from the results achieved by students at the time of being given the test. The average score of students on the initial test was 30.6% which is categorized as still very lacking. After being given treatment in Cycle I, the average score of students increased to 47.7% and was still in the less category. However, in cycle II the average score of students increased to 71.3% and was in a good category. Students are able to speak in the context of a simple conversation. They are able to use certain phrases and vocabulary effectively.

Abstract

The era of globalization has had many impacts on social life, namely in the form of positive impacts and negative impacts. Where these two impacts are very influential on students such as the advancement of technological tools that can be utilized by students to more easily access scientific information, but with the wrong use, technology can damage the quality of students, for example by opening pornographic features, practicing gambling. games, etc., so that this misuse can affect students' spiritual attitudes. So educational institutions as a forum for students must have a strategy in dealing with this era of globalization, by instilling more religious education.
