Abstract

Take a look at from the current situation, drinking a cup of coffee in a coffee shop becomes a living style trend in society. Not only teenagers experience enjoyable and comfort there, but also adult people feel the same too. This phenomenon are happening right now. Seeing this situation, it would be better if the activity of drinking coffee that was liked by the general public could be a way to overcome boredom in learning English, especially in speaking skills. However, not all students can get these facilities due to economic factors. They are called "Underprivileged Students". So, with this activity, it is hoped that it can help disadvantaged students so that they can get additional English education. The ranking shows that the English ability of the people in Indonesia is in the very low category. Without exception, teenagers or students in Surabaya. Especially those who experience this problem are underprivileged students, because they only get education through formal schools which are only carried out in class or online so they are less effective. As stated in the sub-chapter description of partner problems, there are solutions to overcome problems with partners. One of the creative ideas that can be done is to learn English at the Coffee Shop. This activity will take place through 4 stages, the first is pre-activity, the second is the general stage which includes the inauguration of the activity, the third is the core of the activity, and the fourth is the evaluation of the activity.

Abstract

Kemajuan globalisasi juga memberikan pengaruh terhadap gaya komunikasi anak muda, khususnya dalam berbahasa. Saat ini bahasa gaul sudah bergerak menjadi trend di kalangan anak muda dan menyebabkan kecintaan terhadap Bahasa Indonesia semakin menurun. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pentingnya menggunakan bahasa sehat (Bahasa Indonesia) dan upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk menumbuhkan kecintaan terhadap penggunaan Bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar. Penulisan artikel ini mengaplikasikan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan konseptual. Hasil penelitian mengetengahkan bahwa penggunaan bahasa sehat (Bahasa Indonesia) sangat penting, sebab bahasa merupakan identitas suatu bangsa. Di samping itu, pentingnya meningkatkan penggunaan Bahasa Indonesia juga didasarkan oleh beberapa hal, yakni agar eksistensi Bahasa Indonesia tidak terancam oleh bahasa gaul, agar derajat Bahasa Indonesia tidak menurun, dan agar Bahasa Indonesia tidak punah. Adapun upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan bahasa sehat (Bahasa Indonesia) adalah melalui program integrasi kurikulum pada institusi pendidikan, yang dilakukan melalui kontribusi generasi muda khususnya Duta Bahasa. Di dalam program ini, akan terbagi menjadi strategi yang berfokus pada dua mekanisme yaitu, integrasi pada kurikulum sekolah dan program linguistik yang dikolaborasikan bersamaan dengan program kampus merdeka.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberi pelatihan peyusunan perangkat pembelajaran tematik berbasis karakter.  Sasaran dalam kegiatan ini adalah guru Sekolah dasar. Pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan metode Ceramah, Diskusi, Praktik, Self and Reflection. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui tahapan berikut, yaitu: Observasi awal permasalahan mitra, Penentuan solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan mitra, Pretest awal pengetahuan dan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun perangkat pembelajaran tematik berbasis karakter, Pelatihan sesi pertama tentang pembelajaran berpendekatan karakter, Pelatihan sesi kedua tentang Pembelajaran yang menintegrasikan nilai nilai karakter, Pelatihan sesi ketiga praktek menyusun perangkat pembelajaran berpendekatan nilai-nilai karakter, Pelatihan sesi keempat implementasi perangkat pembelajaran berpendekatan nilai-nilai karakter, Post test dan evaluasi pelaksanaan pelatihan.

Abstract

Restorative justice is an idea in criminal law to optimize further the role of human dignity in carrying out the law. This is relevant to the idea of progressive law that is oriented towards law for humans and legal efforts to serve human dignity. The legal issue in this study is the existence of restorative justice associated with the idea of progressive law. This study aims to see the existence and implications of restorative justice associated with the idea of progressive law. This research is a normative legal research with emphasis on legal concepts that are used as the main study to analyze legal materials. This research uses a conceptual approach and a statutory approach. The legal materials in this study are primary legal materials which include: the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, Law no. 48 of 2009 concerning Judicial Power, as well as the Regulation of the Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia No. 15 of 2020 concerning Termination of Prosecution Based on Restorative Justice. The results of the study confirm that in an effort to form a progressive legal mentality, the structural aspects and legal culture need special attention and special training for law enforcement officers. In addition, the idea of restorative justice also needs to look at the concepts and practices that have developed both from abroad and in local practice in Indonesia. Abstrak: Restorative justice merupakan gagasan dalam hukum pidana untuk lebih mengoptimalkan peran martabat manusia dalam menjalankan hukum. Hal ini relevan dengan gagasan hukum progresif yang berorientasi pada hukum untuk manusia serta upaya hukum untuk mengabdi pada martabat manusia. Isu hukum dalam penelitian ini adalah eksistensi restorative justice dikaitkan dengan gagasan hukum progresif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat eksistensi dan implikasi restorative justice dikaitkan dengan gagasan hukum progresif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif dengan menekankan pada konsep-konsep hukum yang dijadikan kajian utama untuk menganalisis bahan hukum. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan konseptual dan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan. Bahan hukum dalam penelitian ini yaitu bahan hukum primer yang meliputi: UUD NRI 1945, UU No. 48 Tahun 2009 Tentang Kekuasaan Kehakiman, serta Peraturan Kejaksaan Republik Indonesia No. 15 Tahun 2020 tentang Penghentian Penuntutan Berdasarkan Keadilan Restoratif. Hasil penelitian menegaskan bahwa dalam upaya membentuk mental hukum progresif maka aspek struktur dan budaya hukum perlu mendapatkan perhatian tersendiri serta pelatihan khusus bagi aparat penegak hukum. Selain itu, gagasan restorative justice juga perlu melihat konsep serta praktik yang berkembang baik dari luar negeri maupun dalam praktik lokal di Indonesia.

Abstract

Cervical cancer is a condition characterized by the growth of abnormal cells on the cervix, specifically in the epithelial layer or the outermost layer of the cervix, which is related to sexual activity. These cells can grow and develop into cancer cells. The purpose of this scientific paper is to determine the outcomes of nursing care implementation for Mrs. R, who has cervical cancer complicated by anemia due to radiotherapy, in meeting her fluid needs directly and comprehensively, including bio-psycho-social-spiritual aspects, with a nursing process approach. The data collection methods used in this paper include interviews, documentation, observation, and physical examination. The case study results show that Mrs. R has stage IIIB cervical cancer complicated by anemia, with symptoms of weakness, dizziness, and vaginal bleeding. The nursing issue identified in this case is fluid volume imbalance. After providing nursing care and conducting a case study on the theory and case, the conclusion is that the implementation of nursing care for Mrs. R with cervical cancer and anemia complications from radiotherapy involves fluid management interventions to improve fluid intake and increase hemoglobin concentration.
