Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price perceptions on Samsung Smartphone purchasing decisions. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The research population was taken from East Java "Veteran" UPN Faculty of Economics and Business students who used Samsung smartphones. Samples or research respondents were taken by means of non-probability sampling through accidental sampling, and a sample of 66 people was obtained. The research data is in the form of primary data obtained from the answers of respondents who filled out the questionnaire, and secondary data in the form of Samsung Smartphone sales data for two years (2020-2021). The analysis used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that product quality on purchasing decisions has a path coefficients value of 0.362610, and a T-statistic value of 4.002994 > 1.96 (0.05), meaning that the significance is positive; b) price perception on purchasing decisions has a path coefficients value of 0.578573, and a T-statistic value of 7.394289 > 1.96 (0.05), meaning that the significance is positive. In conclusion, the better the quality of a Samsung Smartphone product and the perception of price, the better the influence on Samsung Smartphone purchasing decisions. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of trust as a mediating variable between security and perceived risk on consumer buying interest, and to determine the effect between security, perceived risk, and trust on consumer buying interest in Lazada consumers in Surabaya. This research method is quantitative. The sample in this study was 90 respondents using a non-probability sampling technique and the analytical tool used was SmartPLS 3.0. The results showed, a) that the path coefficient value of the security variable on trust was 0.512 and the p-value was 0.001, so the results of the study were positive and significant; b) the value of the path coefficient of the risk perception variable on trust is -0.029 and the p-value is 0.748, so the results of the study are negative and not significant; c) the value of the path coefficient of the trust variable on buying interest is 0.270 and the p-value is 0.109, so the results of the study are positive and not significant; d) the value of the path coefficient of the security variable on buying interest is 0.457 and the p-value is 0.001, so the results of the study are positive and significant; e) the value of the path coefficient of the risk perception variable on purchase intention is -0.179 and the p-value is 0.010, so the results of this study are negative and significant. In conclusion, of the 7 existing hypotheses, only 3 hypotheses have an influence including security affecting trust, security influencing purchase intention, and perceived risk influencing buying interest. While the other 4 hypotheses have no effect, namely risk perception has no effect on trust, trust has no effect on purchase intention, trust does not mediate the relationship between security and purchase intention, and trust does not mediate the relationship between perceived risk and purchase intention. Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of marketing in social media to help MSMEs marketing during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques, namely interviews. The results of the study show that the role of marketing in social media to help marketing MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic greatly helped the household economy. By utilizing social media marketing, these business actors use various social media platforms as storefronts to promote the products and services they offer. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of working capital on the profits of UMKM Stalls in Madiun City, to analyze financial processing to moderate the influence of working capital on the profits of UMKM Stalls in Madiun City. The research method uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study are all MSME stall owners in Madiun City. The sample of this research is 65 respondents which are calculated using the slovin formula. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The data obtained is then tested through validity and reliability tests. The analysis technique was carried out using the SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) analysis method. The results showed that the working capital variable on the profits of UMKM stalls in Madiun City has a path coefficients value of 0.443653, and a T-statistic value of 2.942802 <1.96 (from the value table Zα = 0.05) or a P value of 0.004 < 0.05; b) the financial processing variable moderates the effect of working capital on profits 0.043 < 0.05, with the right results (positive or strengthening the relationship). In conclusion, working capital contributes to increasing UMKM profits in the UMKM Stalls in Madiun City, Financial Processing moderates working capital to contribute to the profits of UMKM in the UMKM Stalls in Madiun City. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work motivation on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. Mahakam Kencana Intan Padi Surabaya. The research method used is quantitative. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Mahakam Kencana Intan Padi Surabaya with 38 employees. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires, while data analysis techniques used SEM PLS with Smart PLS software. The results showed that job satisfaction and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment among employees at PT. Mahakam Kencana Intan Padi Surabaya. In conclusion, the presence of job satisfaction and good work motivation will create a strong organizational commitment to each employee. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job stress and job satisfaction on the performance of IndiHome Sales employees at PT. Telkom Indonesia Witel North Surabaya. This research method is quantitative. The population in this research is 253 IndiHome Sales Employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia Witel North Surabaya. The sampling method used purposive sampling technique, with a sample of 72 people calculated using the slovin formula. Data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed, a) the variable of work stress on employee performance variables has a path coefficients value of -0.273524, and a T-statistic value of -3.884768 > 1.96 (from table value Zα = 0.05) or P- Value 0.000 <0.05, then the result is significant (negative); b) the job satisfaction variable on employee performance variables has a path coefficients value of 0.705283, and a T-statistic value of 10.094021 > 1.96 (from the table value Zα = 0.05) or P-Value 0.000 <0.05 , then the result is significant (positive); c) the value of R2 (R square) in this study was 0.9408 or 94.09%, meaning that the influence of the independent variable was 94.09% while the remaining 5.91% was influenced by other factors. In conclusion, work stress affects employee performance, and job satisfaction affects employee performance. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance, Work Stress

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of location on purchase intention at Puyang Lahat Coffee Shop, the effect of service quality on purchase intention at Puyang Lahat Coffee Shop, and the effect of location and service quality on purchase intention at Puyang Lahat Coffee Shop. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis by using validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test), hypothesis test (t test and F test) and multiple regression analysis test, and coefficient determination test. . The results showed that location has a significant effect on purchase intention, this can be seen from the value of tcount > ttable (5.229 > 1.986). While service quality has a significant effect on purchase intention, this can be seen from the t count > t table (3.176 <1.986). Also, location and service quality simultaneously have a significant effect on customers, this can be seen from the F count > F table (186, 326 > 3.10) and the significance value < significance level (α) 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05 ). Conclusion, a) the increasing location and quality of service, the increasing interest in buying; b) the increasing the location, the higher the interest in buying; c) the more the location increases, the more interest in buying will also increase. Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of Social Media Marketing, Brand Image and Trust on Repeat Purchases. The research method used is a quantitative method by using a partial les square (PLS) in the analysis of the results. The sample in this study was 100 people who were obtained using a purposive sampling technique. This research data collection was carried out by distributing Google Forms. The results showed, Social Media Marketing (with a T-Statistic value of 4.088 > 1.96 (from table Zα = 0.05), Brand Image (with a T-Statistic value of 2.580 > 1.96 (from table Zα = 0.05), and Trust (with a T-Statistic value of 2.052 > 1.96 (from table Zα = 0.05) has a significantly positive effect on Repeat Purchases on the Bukalapak marketplace. Conclusions, Social Media Marketing, Brand Image and Trust affect Repeat Purchases on the Bukalapak marketplace.By creating the right Social Media Marketing strategy with the target audience, you can increase Brand Image and Trust values ​​that can influence Repeat Purchases on the Bukalapak marketplace. Abstract

This study aims to re-examine the effect of profitability, dividend policy, capital structure and liquidity on stock prices. This research method is quantitative. The research source used is secondary data. The method used is multiple linear regression equation. The population and samples were taken from manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. The results showed that the ROA variable had an effect on stock prices, with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 and a t-value of 5.130 > 1.99495; b) the DPR, LTDER and CR variables do not have a significant effect on stock prices, because they have a significant value of more than > 0.05 and t count > t table 1.99495. In conclusion, profitability (ROA) has a significant influence on stock prices. Meanwhile, dividend policy (DPR), capital structure (LTDER) and liquidity (CR) have no effect on stock prices. Abstract

This study aims to determine and prove the influence of work motivation, work discipline, and organizational commitment on employee performance in public sector organizations (studies at the Mojokerto Regency Library and Archives Service). This research was conducted using a quantitative method through a questionnaire with four variables, namely work motivation (X1), work discipline (X2), organizational commitment (X3) and employee performance variables (Y). The analysis technique that will be used in this study uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination (R2), F test, and T test. The results of the study show that the results of multiple linear regression analysis yield the equation Y = 0.846 + 0.603X1 + 0.354X2 + 0.108 X3 + e. Then based on this analysis the value of R square (R2) is 0.814 or 81.4%. The R2 value states that motivation (X1), work discipline (X2), and organizational commitment (X3) contribute 81.4% to employee performance (Y). Meanwhile, the remaining 18.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in the course of this study. In conclusion, the simultaneous effect of work motivation, work discipline, and organizational commitment on employee performance.
