Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of employee burnout and organizational commitment on job satisfaction mediated by organizational citizenship behavior. This research method is quantitative with a total sample of 62 employees taken from a total of 119 Jubilee School employees. Data were obtained through electronic questionnaires that were digitally administered to respondents. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using the SmartPLS program. The results showed that there was a significant effect for employee burnout and organizational commitment on job satisfaction but organizational citizenship behavior did not mediate the effect of employee burnout and organizational commitment on job satisfaction. From the results of this study it was found that organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, employee burnout had a significant negative effect on job satisfaction. In conclusion, Jubilee schools need to pay attention to the level of commitment and mental health of employees and teachers so that the level of job satisfaction is maintained. Jubilee Schools also need to establish emotional relationships with employees and teachers so that organizational citizenship behavior is really carried out for the good of the school and not just for the benefit of students. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the variable current ratio, debt to equity ratio and ROA on capital structure. This research method is descriptive quantitative. Data collection techniques were carried out through documentation techniques and data analysis using multiple linear analysis using the F test and t test. The results showed, a) the current ratio variable has a value of tcount<ttable, namely -0.988<1.66105 with a significant level of 0.326> 0.05; b) the variable debt to equity ratio has a value of tcount<ttable, namely -3.217> 1.66105o with a significant level of 0.002<0.05; c) the ROA variable has a tcount<ttable value of 5.112>1.66105o with a significant level of 0.000<0.05. In conclusion, partially the current ratio has no significant effect on capital structure, the debt to equity ratio has a significant negative effect on capital structure and ROA has a significant positive effect on capital structure. Abstract

Purchase decision in skincare product by consumers at this time influenced by many factors, including product attributes, virality, and recommendation. This research aims to (1) describe the influence of product attribute towards purchase decision in skincare product (2) describe the influence of virality towards purchase decision in skincare product (3) describe the influence of recommendation towards purchase decision in skincare product. This research uses the basic methode of descriptive analytic. This research was held in Lumajang, Jember and Banyuwangi. Research location determinded using purposive sampling and samples determined using judgement sampling with 181 respondents. Technique of collecting data through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Analysis method done by Structural Equation Models (SEM) with alternative method of Partial Least Sqaure. The results showed that : (1) product atribute is positive towards purchasing decision. (2) virality is positive towards purchasing decision. Abstract

This study aims to examine and prove the influence of the role of village officials and the use of information technology on the accountability of managing village funds in Bakung Pringgodani Village, Balongbendo District, Sidoarjo Regency. The research method used is quantitative method and the data used is primary data. Data collection method in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study were 45 village officials in Bakung Pringgodani Village, Balongbendo District, Sidoarjo Regency. The sampling method used in this study uses a census or saturated sampling method. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis which was processed using the SmartPLS 3.0 statistical software. The results showed that a) the variable role of village officials in the accountability variable for managing village funds had a t-statistic value of 3.248 > 1.960 and a p-value of 0.001 <0.05; b) the variable utilization of information technology on the accountability variable for managing village funds has a t-statistic value of 4.116 > 1.960 and a p-value of 0.000 <0.05. In conclusion, the role of village officials and the use of information technology have a positive and significant influence on the accountability of managing village funds in Bakung Pringgodani Village, Balongbendo District, Sidoarjo Regency. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of understanding e-commerce taxes, tax sanctions, and ease of access to taxes on the level of compliance of individual e-commerce taxpayers in the city of Surabaya on the online marketplace platform Shopee by using the willingness to pay taxes as the intervention variable. The research method used is quantitative method by collecting data using a questionnaire. The results showed that the coefficient value of the parameter on the tax understanding variable on the level of taxpayer compliance was 0.440 with a t-statistic of 3.168. The tax sanction variable shows a coefficient parameter value of -0.026 with a t-statistic of 0.249. The variable ease of access to taxes shows a coefficient parameter of 0.462 with a t-statistic of 2.933. Then, for the parameter value of the tax understanding coefficient on the willingness to pay taxes, it is known that it is 0.718 with a t-statistic of 13.278. The parameter value of the coefficient of tax sanctions on the willingness to pay taxes is -0.160 with a t-statistic of 1.564. The parameter value of the coefficient of ease of access to taxes on the willingness to pay taxes is known to be 0.428 with a t-statistic of 3.278. The parameter value of the coefficient of the level of taxpayer compliance on the willingness to pay taxes is known to be 0.124 with a t-statistic of 0.631. And testing on the intervention variables each has a parameter value of 0.089 with a t-statistic of 0.631 for the e-commerce tax understanding variable, a parameter value of -0.020 with a t-statistic of 0.548 for the variable tax sanctions, and a parameter value of 0.053 with a t-statistic of 0.616 for the variable ease of access to taxes. In conclusion, e-commerce tax understanding and ease of access to taxes have a positive and significant effect on the level of taxpayer compliance and willingness to pay taxes on Shopee e-commerce players in Surabaya City, while tax sanctions have a negative and insignificant effect on the level of taxpayer compliance and willingness pay taxes to Shopee e-commerce players in the city of Surabaya. In addition, understanding of e-commerce taxes and ease of access to taxes have a positive and significant effect on the level of taxpayer compliance through the willingness to pay taxes on taxpayers participating in e-commerce Shopee in Surabaya City, while tax sanctions have a negative and insignificant effect on the level of taxpayer compliance. through the willingness to pay taxes to the Shopee e-commerce taxpayer in the city of Surabaya. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of profitability, leverage, debt policy, and managerial ownership on firm value. The type of data used is secondary data. The population in this study are property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period with a total sample of 14 companies taken by the purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed, a) the variable return on assets has a tcount of 4.292 and a ttable of 2.016 with a significance of 0.00 <0.05; b) the current ratio variable has a tcount of -2.665 and a ttable of 2.016 with a significance of 0.01 <0.05; c) the variable debt to equity ratio has a tcount of 3.489 and a ttable of 2.016 with a significant value of 0.00 <0.05; d) the price earning ratio variable has a tcount of 2.981 and a ttable of 2016 with a significant value of 0.00 <0.05. In conclusion, simultaneously or simultaneously have a significant effect on firm value. Partially it is known that all independent variables namely profitability, leverage variables, debt policy variables and managerial ownership variables have significant and significant effect on firm value. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, asset structure, liquidity, and company size on the capital structure of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The sample is 48 food and beverage companies listed on the IDX in 2016-2019. Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression. The results showed, a) the profitability variable (X1) had a t-count value of 3.887 with a t-tabulation price of 2.016; b) the asset structure variable (X2) has a t count of -1.353 < t table of 2.016. with a significant level of 0.183 > 0.05; c) the variable liquidity (X3) has a t-value of -1.911 < t-tabulation of 2.016 with a relevant level of 0.063>0.05; d) company size variable (X4) has a t value of 1.270 < t table of 2.016 with a significant level of 0.211 > 0.05. In conclusion, profitability individually has a positive and significant effect on capital structure, while individual asset structure has a negative and significant effect on capital structure, liquidity individually has a negative and significant effect on capital structure, and firm size does not have a positive and significant effect on capital structure. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the effect of compensation, education level, job placement, occupational health, and work safety on employee performance on employee performance at PT. Hutama Infrastructure Works. This research method is descriptive quantitative. In this study the population used at PT. Hutama Karya Infrastructure as many as 130 employees and on purpose sampling using certain criteria so that 100 samples were obtained. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the compensation variable had a tcount of 2.050, while the ttable variable had a value of 1.66, with a significant 0.043; b) the tcount value of the education level variable has a value of 2,421 and a ttable of 1.66, with a significance level of 0.017<0.05; c) the tcount value of the work placement variable has a value of 2.062, ttable 1.66, and a significance level of 0.042<0.05; d) the t-count value of the work safety variable has an average of 2,565, with a t-table of 1.66, and a value level of 0.012 <0.05.; e) the tcount value of the occupational health variable has a value of 2.756, a ttable of 1.66, and a significant value of 0.007<0.05. In conclusion, compensation variables, education level, job placement, occupational health, and work safety have a positive and significant effect partially on the performance of employees of PT. Hutama Infrastructure Works. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, brand image, and word of mouth on Xiaomi smartphone purchasing decisions. This research method is quantitative. The population in this study is Surabaya residents who use Xiaomi smartphones whose exact population size is not known. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling and uses non-probability sampling methods. Respondents obtained 70 residents. Data collection was carried out through a Google form questionnaire to respondents with an ordinal scale via a Likert scale from a score range of 1 to 5. The data was processed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) data analysis technique. The results showed that product quality, brand image, and word of mouth had a positive and significant effect on Xiaomi smartphone purchasing decisions in Surabaya. In conclusion, product quality, brand image, and word of mouth have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Brand Image, Purchase Decision, Product Quality, Word of mouth

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis efektivitas pemasaran digital melalui Instagram dalam meningkatkan Online Engagement pada akun instagram Rotiyu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei etnografi yang dilakukan secara online. Penelitian dilakukan pada akun @rotiyu yang memanfaatkan media sosial Instagram untuk media promosi digital. Data yang digunakan dalam studi ini meliputi data primer dan sekunder. Data primer dikumpulkan dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner dan pelaksanaan observasi mekanik. Sedangkan data sekunder dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan studi kepustakaan yang memanfaatkan data dari artikel yang terpublikasi yang sesuai dengan tujuan pelaksanaan studi ini. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan mengikuti pendekatan etnografi virtual serta pengkajian media siber untuk mengetahui pemasaran digital melalui Instagram dalam meningkatkan online engagement. Pada hasil penelitian, peneliti membuat kategorisasi agar lebih mudah dalam memaparkan temuan-temuan di lapangan baik melalui wawancara maupun data pengamatan di media sosial. Kata kunci : Instagram, Netnografi, Online Engagement
