Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze brand image and brand trust towards customer loyalty in PD. Ikram Nusa Persada, Sukabumi City, knows how the brand image of PD. Ikram Nusa Persada, Sukabumi City, knows how the brand believes in PD. Ikram Nusa Persada Kota Sukabumi, knowing how customer loyalty to PD. Ikram Nusa Persada, Sukabumi City, knows how much influence the brand image and brand trust have on customer loyalty in PD. Ikram Nusa Persada, Sukabumi City. The method used in this study is to use random sampling by distributing 66 questionnaires to PD customers. Ikram nusa persada. The results of the study show that the results of data analysis obtained in the brand image F test (X1) and brand confidence (X2) on customer loyalty (Y) show that the calculated Fcount value is greater than the Ftable value. Conclusions, the influence of brand image and customer loyalty on customer loyalty can positively and significantly affect customer loyalty PD dolphin stamp wax products. Ikram Nusa Persada. Abstract

This study aims to learn about Leadership and Supervision of Employee Performance at the Tugumulyo District Office in Musi Rawas Regency. The research method used in this research is quantitative research. The results of the study using multiple regression results the coefficient of determination (R2) of 47.7% means, leadership and supervision have an effect of 47.7%, while 52.3% is needed by other variables. Fcount = 12,300> F table = 3.32. Value, the Fcount value is greater than the Fable value. Conclusion, there is a significant leadership between Leadership and Supervision of Employee Performance in the Tugumulyo District Office in the Musi Rawas Office. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how effective and efficient the application of the Balanced Scorecard method to company performance at PTPN. The method used in this research is to use the Balanced Scorecard method. Type of quantitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques used by researchers in this research is through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. The results of calculations using the customer retention formula with a percentage of the company's ability to retain old customers can be said to be less good. Conclusions, the application of the balanced scorecard method at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VIII, Sukamaju plantation, is more comprehensive and measurable, so it is good and needs to implement company performance measurement using the balanced scorecard method. Because to make it easier for management to control and evaluate company performance so they can survive in business competition and design corporate strategies for the long term. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of incentives on employee performance. The method used in this research is to use descriptive and associative methods. Data collection techniques used by researchers in this study are through observation, questionnaire interviews, documentation and literature studies. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of community and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on brand switching. The method used in this study is the method of sampling type included in the sample random sampling by distributing questionnaires as many as 150 to consumers. This research analysis technique uses multiple linear analysis techniques, and in testing the hypothesis using partial statistical tests (t test) and simultaneous tests (f test). T test results showed that the community effect (X1) had a significant effect on brand switching, electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) (X2) had a significant effect on brand switching. Based on the F test in this study the probability value sig 0,000 <0.05 while the coefficient of determination test of 0.818. Conclusions, community effects and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) have a significant effect on brand switching. The effect of community effects and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on brand switching is 81.7%. The remaining 18.3% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of room prices on the decision to stay at the Hotel Simpang Baru Lahat, the influence of facilities on the decision to stay at the Hotel Simpang Baru Lahat, and the influence of room prices and facilities on the decision to stay at the Hotel Simpang Baru Lahat. The results showed the price of rooms and facilities showed a calculated F value> F table (96.548> 5.59) and a significance value (0.000 <0.05). As well as the price of the room, with the value of t count> t table (10.626> 1.996). For facility variables with t count> t table (10.626> 1.996). Conclusions, room rates, the effect of facilities, and the price of rooms and facilities have a positive and significant effect on the decision to stay. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh servicescape dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada CV. Maju Ungu Kota Sukabumi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis sampel probability sampling yang termasuk ke dalam simple random sampling. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 100 responden dengan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai adjusted R2 adalah sebesar 0,625. Adapun uji koefisien korelasi ganda menunjukkan bahwa nilai R adalah sebesar 0,795. Berdasarkan uji simultan, nilai Fhitung adalah sebesar 83,438 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (<0,05). Simpulan, pengaruh servicescape dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen adalah sebesar 6,25%, sedangkan sisanya 37,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. Selanjutnya terjadi hubungan yang kuat antara servicescape dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Secara simultan (bersama-sama) kualitas makanan dan perceived value berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Kata Kunci: Kepuasan Konsumen, Kualitas Pelayanan, Servicescape

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap turnover intention ( niat berpindah) karyawan pada perusahaan industri rambut palsu (wig). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Nina Venus Indonusa 2 Kabupaten Sukabumi. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan jenis simple random sampling yang termasuk dalam propotional sampling dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner sebanyak 100 kepada karyawan bagian produksi PT. Nina Venus Indonusa 2 Kabupaten Sukabumi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai Fhitung adalah sebesar 17,350 (>ftabel = 2,36) dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (<0,05). Simpulan, lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention (niat berpindah). Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Turnover Intention

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur kinerja keuangan perusahaan pada PT. Hero Supermaket Tbk periode 2013-2017 dengan menggunakan Economic Value Added (EVA) dan Market Value Added (MVA). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriftif kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data keuangan perusahaan PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk periode 2013-2017. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat nilai tambah pada PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk pada tahun 2017, dan tidak adanya nilai tambah pada tahun 2013-2016 dengan menggunakan metode EVA. Kemudian pada metode MVA, PT. Hero Supermarket menunjukkan adanya nilai tambah. Simpulan, angka EVA PT. Hero Supermarket Tbk pada tahun 2013 sampai dengan tahun 2016 menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan tidak mampu menciptakan nilai tambah karena nilai EVA yang dihasilkan adalah negatif. Pada tahun 2017 terdapat nilai tambah. Nilai Market Value Added (MVA) pada tahun 2013-2017 bernilai positif yang menujukkan bahwa perusahaan telah berhasil menciptakan kekayaan pada pemegang saham walaupun dari tahun ke tahun megalami penurunan karena harga saham yang menurun. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur peran job insecurity dan job satisfaction terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan pada PT. Doosan Jaya 3 Kabupaten Sukabumi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan asosiatif. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan simple random sampling yang termasuk dalam propotional sampling dengan menyebarkan 100 kuesioner kepada karyawan bagian produksi PT. Doosan Jaya 3 di Kabupaten Sukabumi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa uji simultan job insecurity dan job satisfaction memperoleh signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (<0,05) dan nilai Fhitung sebesar 251,457 (>Ftabel = 2,36). Simpulan, job insecurity dan job satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Kata Kunci: Job Insecurity, Job Satisfaction, Komitmen Organisasi
