Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure how much influence the Locus of Control and job stress on employee job satisfaction at PT. Indomarco Adiprima, Sukabumi City. The research method used is descriptive and associative methods. The analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, including the test of the coefficient of determination, multiple correlation coefficients and hypothesis testing using a stimulatory test (F test). The results of the test of the coefficient of determination (R2) Locus of Control and Work Stress affect the remaining 40.6% 59.4% influenced by other factors outside the study. Conclusions, Locus of Control and Job Stress significantly influence Employee Job Satisfaction. Keywords: Locus of Control, Job Stress, Employee Job Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of store lifestyle on purchasing decisions. The research method in this study uses the type of sample included in the random sampling sample and by distributing questionnaires as many as 100 to consumers. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis techniques, and for hypothesis testing is a statistical test using simultaneous (f test). Based on the results of the F test the probability value sig 0,000 <0.1. In conclusion, life style (X1) and Store Atmosphere (X2) have a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the working capital in the company under study, find out the company's profits in the research site, make a company development strategy. This research was conducted at the Roti Tiga Berlian company in the City of Lubuklinggau. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method with working capital, profit and SWOT analysis. The results of this study are that the capital system is put to good use, working capital management has gained profits, recommendations for company development, namely: 1) increasing the understanding of bread variants; 2) opening factories in strategic areas; 3) build special otlets for three-diamond bread products. Conclusion, the condition of the Lubuklinggau City Tiga Berlian Bread Company in managing working capital owned to obtain profit is in a healthy condition, so that for 5 (five) years it is known that it is able to use the working capital owned to obtain profit Keywords: Development Strategy, Working Capital, Profit

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence and motivation on employee performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with a simple linear regression method. Data collection techniques consist of observation, questionnaire and interview. The results of the study, the Fcount obtained was 10.982> Ftable = 3.25 and the significance level simultaneously significance was 0,000 <(α) = 0.05 df = n - k = 40 -2 - 1 = 37 was 3.25. Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of company size, company age, ownership structure and profitability on mandatory disclosures of mining company annual reports. The population in this research were all mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017, which were 41 companies. Sample selection was done by purposive sampling method and 14 selected companies were selected. The data used in this research was secondary data by collecting company annual reports from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website, www.idx.co.id. While the analytical method used are classical assumption and hypothesis testing and regression analysis. The results of this study show that the variable company size, company age, and profitability had an influence to mandatory disclosure of annual reports, while the ownership structure had not influence to mandatory disclosure of annual reports. All of independent variable in this research had an influence to mandatory disclosure of annual reports. Abstract

This study aims to assess the financial performance of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk by analyzing financial statements using financial ratios. The research data was obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The results showed the performance of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk based on liquidity ratios from 2015 to 2018 was not good, where the company's Current Ratio (CR) in 2015 to 2018 was less than 100%. The solvency ratio of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk in 2015 to 2018 is good, where the company's Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) in 2015 to 2018 is no more than 100%. The profitability ratio of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk in 2015 to 2018 is good, where the results of the calculation of profitability ratios are greater than the one-year time deposit interest rate. The ratio of activities of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk in 2015 to 2018 is not good, where the Total Assets Turn Over (TATO) is less than 1, which means the company is less productive. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the Accountability of OKU Regency Government Institution Performance. The method used in this study is non probability sampling, namely purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing is a statistical test partially (t test) and simultaneous (F test). T test results show that there is a significant influence of internal control and motivation on the Performance Accountability of OKU Regency Government Agencies with a t table value of 2.00758. F test results show a sig value of 0,000 <0.05 or obtain an F value of 15.517> F table 2.40 which means that together the budget target clarity (X1), accounting control (X2), reporting system (X3), internal control (X4), and motivation (X5) have a significant effect on performance accountability. Based on the coefficient of determination obtained a value of 0.564. Conclusions, the contribution of the clarity of budget targets, accounting controls, reporting systems, internal controls, and motivation to performance accountability was 56.4%, while the remaining 43.6% was influenced by other variables not explained in this study. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure how much influence social media Instagram and consumer confidence in millennial purchase interest. The variables of this research are Instagram social media (X1), consumer trust (X2) and millennial purchase interest (Y). The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with an associative approach, by distributing 200 online questionnaires to millennials of productive age. The analysis technique used to test the hypothesis in this study is the path analysis. Hypothesis test results show intagram social media and consumer trust have a significant influence on millennial buying interest and mediation hypothesis testing results show that consumer confidence variables mediate Instagram social media on millennial buying interest. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work environment on the Employee Performance of the Musi Rawas Cooperative Office for Small and Medium Enterprises. A sample of 44 employees was selected by the Saturated Sampling Method. The results showed that the calculated Fcount (18,566) was greater than the Ftable 2,810. Conclusion, work motivation and leadership simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees in the Department of Cooperatives of Small and Medium Enterprises in Musi Rawas Regency. Abstract

This study emphasizes the analysis of work stress and workload on employee performance. The research method used is the saturated sample method using multiple analysis techniques. Work Strees Research Results research value t_hit <t_ (α / 2) (-6,829 <2.0422) and (sig α = 0,000 <0.050), this indicates a significant negative relationship between Work Strees (X1) on employee work results. Based on the t_hit test for workload variables (X_2), namely t_hit <t_ (α / 2) (-2,461 <2.0422) and (sig α = 0.021 <0.050), this shows that there are significant negative differences between workloads and professional performance at the Honda Astra Motor Dealer Bengkulu City. Conclusion, the most dominant variable influencing employee performance (Y) is work stress (X1). Keywords: Workload, Employee Performance, Job Stress
