Abstract

Shoes are one of the human equipment that must always be worn in conditions, including during the rainy season, and conventional shoe drying still faces several challenges, including relying on the help of sunlight to facilitate drying. Shoes are one of the human equipment that must always be worn in conditions, including during the rainy season. The goal of this research is to create a shoe dryer monitoring system using the Node-ed Platform and the Internet of Things. Light, temperature, and humidity are all monitored in shoes. Arduino Uno, NodeMC ESP8266, Breadboard, Jumper Cables (male-to-male, male-to-female, female-to-female), Arduino USB Cable, 2 Channel Relay, Incandescent Lamp, CPU Fan, Servo Motor, DHT11 Sensor, and LDR Sensor are the components needed to make this system. While the software, specifically Ardu, was used, While the software employed, specifically the Arduino IDE, allows the author to program the NodeMCU ESP8266, Arduino Uno, and other hardware components that will be used in this study. To write programs, you'll need a C program editor and compiler. The major component in the implementation of this research is the Node-red platform. The NodeMCU ESP8266 is used as a tool in this shoe dryer monitoring system, which leverages a wireless network architecture. The shoe dryer monitoring system can perform as intended as a result of this research; this tool can monitor light, temperature, and humidity in shoes in real-time, as well as deliver actions in the form of notifications via social media in the form of Telegram.

Abstract

Tira Laundry which is located on the street Walahar / Tegal Kelapa Subang is one where the laundry business provides kilogram washing services including washing and dry services, irons, washing clothes, washing pants, washing bed covers, and washing blankets. Based on existing problems, the Tira Laundry service data still uses manually from recording customer data to reports, data collection clothing that has not been taken by customers is still using ledgers, and consumer registration is still done by handwritten in a laundry activity book, so as to searching for customer data and other report data is experiencing difficulties and requires a long process. From this problem, a laundry service information system is created which contains customer data on the laundry tyra that occurs on a daily basis. In conducting this research using the methodology of collecting customer data and compiling conducting interviews about all activities related to customer service business data on tyra laundry having its address at Jalan Walahar / Tegal Kelapa Subang. The result to be achieved is to be able to create a web-based laundry service information system on tyra laundry, so as to increase the effectiveness of the efficiency of the tyra laundry business performance and facilitate the service of laundry data so that it can run quickly and easily.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how to design IoT-based rice field watering monitoring and control systems using decision tree data processing. The process of irrigation of rice fields is a way of draining or bringing water to the rice field area or lading regularly. Irrigation can also be interpreted using water sources as something beneficial for plant life. If there is excessive water in lading, especially rice fields, it will interfere with the plant growth process. Irrigation is a major factor because the majority of rice production in Indonesia comes from irrigation fields. The design of the system uses hc-sr04 ultrasonic sensors to read irrigation water, soil moisture sensors to read soil moisture in rice fields, water level sensors to read water volumes in rice fields, and Arduino Uno as controlling and signaling to the cloud. Data from sensors sent to Arduino is then sent and displayed to the cloud with the platform thingspeak data from the platform in the process using data mining techniques with algorithm C. 45 on algorithm C.45 initial data in numerical form is transformed into categorical data according to standard standards. In C.45 the data is processed through the first calculated stage looking for the total entropy, entropy of each attribute, and looking for the highest gain according to the parameters for the class. Results of accuracy algorithm C.45 using the matric confusion method obtained an accuracy result of 99.50% in the next researchers expected action after receiving notification of field condition and irrigation both in the low or high state. So that monitoring the irrigation of these rice fields becomes more effective for the future.

Abstract

Home light control system is made to make it easier for residents in controlling the home light practically and efficiently while it on/off. The system is designed using Bluetooth that connect to ATmega328 microcontroller as a main component. The design steps consist of identification and analysis of demands, hardware dan software design, device manufacturing, and testing. The controller system worked when the module bluetooth is connected between smartphone and ATmega328. The results showed that the testing of this home light controller system can work as well as working principle that have been designed.

Abstract

Identification of pineapples carried out by farmers is still done manually, so the importance of accuracy in determining the level of maturity of pineapples is needed for farmers. This is because many farmers do not know how ripe the pineapples they plant are. Therefore, pineapple farmers can only make visual observations or directly on pineapples which will be classified according to the level of maturity, of course this process has many obstacles, this is because human nature itself has weaknesses which ultimately lead to a lack of quality in sorting between ripe and immature fruit, therefore a tool and system for the maturity level of pineapple is made using the TCS3200 color sensor and loadcell sensor, besides that this tool is equipped with a system or website using the K-Means algorithm so that later farmers can see the number of fruits raw pineapples and ripe pineapples that have been grouped through a website that is made specifically to classify pineapples using the K-Means method based on their level of maturity, it will certainly be very helpful for pineapple farmers.

Abstract

The prediction process is important for the company in the formulation of the company's strategy in the future. Therefore, a precise prediction method is needed by the company to be able to maximize the estimation of future sales. The Double Exponential Smoothing method is a popular method used in privacy because it has good performance. This method has parameter values and has a large influence on the results of predictions. This method uses data compilation that shows trends. Exponential smoothing in the presence of a trend such as a simple transmitter such as two components must be updated every period - its level and trend. Level is an estimate that is smoothed from the data value at the end of each period. A trend is a smoothed estimate of average growth. The purpose of this design produces a prediction method that is appropriate and applicable in the company to facilitate sales activities in the company. With the right prediction method, it is expected that the company can make efficient all the resources needed by the company.

Abstract

Pengelolaan sampah yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat berkaitan dengan persepsi masyarakat terhadap sampah dan kondisi wilayah tempat tinggal. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat terhadap sampah, sistem pengelolaan sampah, dan persepsi masyarakat terhadap keefektifan pengelolaan sampah pada wilayah dengan topografi yang berbeda. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa penyebaran kuesioner kepada para responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quota sampling dengan memilih 90 responden pada tiga daerah penelitian. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik crosstabs dan chi square yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Terdapat perbedaan pengelolaan sampah di ketiga lokasi penelitian semakin datar suatu wilayah maka semakin baik tingkat pengelolaan sampahnya. Abstract

Traffic accidents are one of the negative impacts of technological advances in the field of transportation. The increase in traffic accidents is caused by several factors where the highest factor causing traffic accidents is human/HR. Driver fatigue is a significant factor in a large number of traffic accidents, therefore, to minimize it, an alarm system is needed to detect sleepiness in real time. In this study, a sleepy eye detection system will be made based on Facial Landmarks Detection which is the development of the Facial Nerve Grading System 2.0 (FNGS2.0) using the Eye Aspect Ratio (EAR) and Mouth viewpoint proportion (MAR) methods with the Thingspeak platform which is implemented into Orange Pi PC. The input of this system is video recorded from the webcam in real time. The output of this system uses the speaker as an alarm to give a warning that the driver is detected as sleepy. The system made in this study shows that it can detect sleepy eyes well. The test results show that the system can detect 93.3% of the eyes, 96.7% of eye blinks, and 95% of the mouth.

Abstract

Kenari birds are one of the singing birds that have a very beautiful voice, the melody and variety of their crooks are very numerous, from there the opportunity arises to try breeding kenari birds because their price also has a high economic value and can be developed into a business that continues to grow. In the making of cages, the temperature of the environment (temperature of the animal cage environment) must also be studied. In addition, the safety of kenari from insect and rat disturbances must also be considered. The room temperature conducive for kenari livestock is between 23 and 27 C°. This study aims to maintain the quality of the temperature of the kenari bird cage to remain well preserved, thereby maintaining the health of the livestock birds. The data is calculated and processed using the DHT11 microcontroller sensor to maintain the temperature and humidity of the cage, the distance sensor for bird feed automatically by looking at the distance of the feeding place, the data is sent to thingspeak and then processed using the C4.5 algorithm and produces an accuracy level of 86%.

Abstract

The rapid development of development has not been matched by serious awareness of environmental impacts. Especially garbage. This is usually present as a risk for a city that moves to become a big city. A large population with a high growth rate results in an increase in the volume of waste. In addition, people's consumption patterns contribute to the emergence of increasingly diverse types of waste, including packaging waste which is dangerous and/or difficult to decompose by natural processes and can damage the surrounding environment. is very vital. Many cities in Indonesia in building Final Disposal Sites (TPA) do not pay attention to the standards for making TPA and pay attention to Environmental Impact Analysis (AMDAL). It is no doubt that many cases in big cities arise due to waste, both household waste and industrial waste because it is not treated and managed properly.
