Abstract

This research is a quantitative research. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, organizational culture and work motivation on employee turnover intention. The sample used in this study were 85 respondents, namely all employees of CV. Indonesian Tex Star. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing using t test and F test. The results showed that there was a partial and significant effect of compensation, organizational culture and work motivation variables on Turnover Intention on CV. Indonesian Tex Star. Meanwhile, simultaneously there is a significant effect of compensation variables, organizational culture and work motivation on Turnover Intention on CV. Star Tex Indonesia

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of cultural characteristics, commitment, and organizational communication on the performance of employees of the Independent Cendekia Insan Educational Institution. The analytical tool used is tabulating the questionnaire, collecting data in the form of validity testing and reliability testing. The hypotheses in this study were tested using classical assumption analysis, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R2), partial correlation coefficient, t test, F test and test using SPSS software for Windows version 18. The results of this study resulted in several conclusions, namely: ( 1) There is a simultaneous influence of organizational culture characteristics, Commitment, and Communication on employee performance (2) There is a partial influence of organizational culture, Commitment, and Communication characteristics on managerial performance (3) Among the characteristics of organizational culture, Commitment, and Communication, cultural characteristics organization has the most significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, organizational culture and teamwork on employee performance and analyze the influence of leadership, organizational culture and teamwork on organizational commitment and analyze the influence of leadership, organizational culture and teamwork on employee performance through organizational commitment as an intervening variable. This type of research is a research that uses quantitative methods. The location of this research, the researcher took the object of a campus organization, namely the Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo. The population used in this study was permanent employees of the Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo, which totaled 85 employees, using a sampling technique. Collecting data using a questionnaire. Analysis of the data using Path Analysis (Path Analysis). The results show that leadership, organizational culture and teamwork affect employee performance, then leadership, organizational culture and teamwork affect organizational commitment and leadership, organizational culture and teamwork affect employee performance through organizational commitment as an intervening variable. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment, organizational communication and organizational culture on employee performance (Study at Lazismu Umsida). This research is a type of quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were 40 Lazismu Umsida employees. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS Version 22 for windows. The primary data in this study were obtained from a questionnaire whose measurement was using a Likert scale which was tested for validity and reliability. The results of this study prove that organizational commitment affects employee performance, organizational communication affects employee performance, organizational culture also affects employee performance. In addition, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Communication and Organizational Culture have a simultaneous effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

The Influence of Organizational Culture, Work Environment and Compensation on Job Satisfaction of Production Department Employees of PT. Putraduta Buanasentosa Sidoarjo.This thesis is not published. Management Study Program. Faculty of Business, Law & Social Sciences, University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo.This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, work environment and compensation on job satisfaction of Production Department employees of PT. Putraduta Buanasentosa.This research is a quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were 73 employees of the production department at Putraduta Buanasentosa Sidoarjo. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 18 for windows. The primary data in this study were obtained from a questionnaire measured using a Likert scale which was tested for validity and reliability. The results of this study prove that organizational culture affects job satisfaction, work environment affects job satisfaction, compensation also affects job satisfaction, besides that organizational culture, work environment and compensation simultaneously influence job satisfaction,

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training, supervision, and occupational safety and health (K3) culture on employee performance either partially or simultaneously. And to find out the most significant influence between the influence of Training, Supervision, and Occupational Safety and Health (K3) Culture on Employee Performance at PT. Maspion Electronic Sidoarjo The data in this study used tabulated data from respondents from the questionnaire results. The sample used in this study were 83 employees at PT. Maspion Electronic Sidoarjo. This primary data was obtained from a questionnaire whose measurement was using a Likert scale which was tested for validity and reliability. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), partial correlation coefficient, t test, F test and classical assumption test using SPSS program. This research results that training has an effect on performance, supervision has an effect on performance, and occupational safety and health (K3) culture has an effect on performance. and training, supervision, and occupational safety and health (K3) culture affect performance. Variables of training, supervision, and occupational safety and health (K3) culture have an effect on performance and have a strong and direct relationship to employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and explain the application of caning in Aceh in terms of human rights. Since the issuance of the legal instrument of Aceh Qanun Number 6 of 2014 there have been pros and cons in the community regarding this punishment. This research method uses normative or doctrinal, the data collection process is carried out by reviewing literature that is relevant to the problems written by the author. The result of this research is that the caning punishment in Aceh cannot be said to violate human rights. Because in its implementation it is very concerned about the safety aspect for convicts of whipping. In contrast to imprisonment, the caning sentence after the execution process of the convict can immediately return to normal activities and caning can teach the community not to commit violations.

Abstract

In an effort to bring in new customers and also retain customers, it requires high buying interest from consumers who ultimately make purchasing decisions. There are several factors that must be considered by entrepreneurs in starting a business, namely to coincide with the selection of location, price, and consumer satisfaction. To find out that the location of the business affects the interest in buying in Pak Tris 5758 Stores. This research uses quantitative methods. Sampling in this study used incidental sampling methods in consumers of Pak Tris 5758 Stores, namely consumers who shop at Pak Tris 5758 Stores, with a total of 96 respondents. The data collection technique used is to use kuesioner. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression through the SPSS Statistic program version 22. The results showed that Business Location (X1), Price (X2), and Consumer Satisfaction (X3) simultaneously affect Buying Interest (Y) in Pak Tris 5758 Stores. Business Location (X1) partially affects Buying Interest (Y), Price (X2) partially affects Buying Interest (Y) and Consumer Satisfaction (X3) partially affects Buying Interest (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze test empirically : 1) Effect of Corporate Social Responsibility 2) Effect of Corporate Social Responsibility, Word of Mouth (WOM), Company Value with Corporate Reputation as Moderating Variables.This study shows that Corporate Social Responsibility (X1) as independent variables, with and Word of Mouth (Y1) and Company Value (Y2) as dependent variable (Y), and Corporate Reputation as a moderating variables (Z). The population of this study are Aqua consumers Pasuruan region. Sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling with data is compiled with distribute questionareto Aqua comsumers in Pasuruan region. Analysis technique data used that includes the outer model, inner model and path analysis with Smart PLS 3.2.8 for windows program.The results of this research showed that Corporate Social Responsibility has significant-positively effect on Word of Mouth , and Company Value with Corporate Reputation be able to mediate relationship.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price on consumer satisfaction, the effect of service quality on consumer satisfaction and the effect of brand image on consumer satisfaction at the Janur Kuning Restaurant in Gempol. Methods This research uses a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study is the Consumers of the Yellow Janur Restaurant in Gempol. The number of samples taken in this study were 97 respondents. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling technique with the type of accidental sampling technique. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results showed that price had an effect on consumer satisfaction, service quality had an effect on consumer satisfaction and brand image had an influence on consumer satisfaction and the simultaneous test showed that price, service quality and brand image had a simultaneous influence on consumer satisfaction at the Janur Kuning Restaurant in Gempol.
