Abstract

AbstractTh e purpose of this study is to describe the management of school-based philanthropy on SMK Gratis Smart Informatika Surakarta. Th e study used a qualitative approach to the design of ethnography. Data were collected through observation, documentation and in-depth interviews with a variety of sources, Solopeduli Foundation, Principal, Vice Principal, Teachers, Employees, Students and Parents Students. Th e information collected is around management of schools ranging from school strategic plans, operational plans, school programs, fund management, human resources, learning management, monitoring, evaluation, and so forth. Th e data has been collected and then analyzed with a model Miles-Hubberman. Th e results showed that the presence of Solopeduli foundation as Islamic philanthropic institutions to make the school as a unit management program has a distinctive character that sharia management. Poverty, sincerity and concern used as view point institutions in organizing employees, equalizing step, build unity and establish sincerity in work. Donors, donations, and the mandate of the donors is said lighter so that raises self control and supervision of the divine. Th is is what makes the activities run e? ectively and e? sient. School explore alms, Tah? dz, mentoring and make it as an entry point to build and deliver school Spiritual intelligence to the summit of achievement.Keyword: management, schools, philanthropy

Abstract

One form of discipline and moral responsibility of a scholar, when writing a dissertation is the fulfillment of the demands of a new discovery according to the field of the scratch. Likewise, of course, a dissertation written by Dr. Kautsar Azhari Noer entitled "Wahdat al-Wujud Ibn al-'Arabi and Pantheism" adopted for a book title: "Ibn al-'Arabi Wahdat al-Wujud in the Debate", is expected to discover something new, especially in the field of Tasawwuf .But after reviewing the book, this paper has not or did not find new things or new findings. What is meant by the new findings by the authors, it is only a review of the findings previously written by WT. Stace in his book: Mysticism and Philosophy published by: JB. Lippincott Company, New York, 1990.This study does not at all mean to undermine Dr. Kautsar Azhari Noer's work, but merely examines the possibility of new insights about the book. Because the meaning of these new findings could cause controversy, as expressed by Prof. Dr. H. Muhaimin MA. Professor of UIN Malang, he called the book has found new findings.

Abstract

AbstractThe figure of Gus Dur is a unique figure and his thoughts are typical. For most people, his thoughts are difficult to guess and difficult to digest by ordinary lay people, making him a controversial figure as well as being admired. Gus Dur as a teacher of the nation and an intellectual figure is a person who upholds the values of humanism. His struggle in upholding human rights made him highly respected by people from various backgrounds and different identity backgrounds. In particular his defense of the rights of oppressed minorities from both religion and ethnicity. Solving problems during conflicts by promoting dialogue that upholds human values makes Abdurrahman a reliable mediator. His thinking about humanism, is ideally implemented in interfaith dialogue, he offers a concept that is more focused on the human side, human rights themselves rather than dialogue that is theological in nature. , "Here a Humanist Is Buried". That is, he wants to be remembered as a humanitarian fighter. The title of a humanist figure seems more appropriate for him. Because Gus Dur's humanism really departed from the deepest values of Islam, which transcended ethnicity, territoriality, to the limit of statehood.                                                  AbstrakSosok Gus Dur merupakan sosok yang unik dan pemikirannya tergolong tipikal.  Bagi kebanyakan orang, pemikiran beliau yang susah di tebak dan sulit dicerna oleh orang awam kebanyakan, menjadikannya sebagai sosok yang kontroversial sekaligus dikagumi. Gus Dur sebagai guru bangsa dan tokoh intelektual adalah sosok yang sangat menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai humanisme. Perjuangannya dalam menegakkan hak asasi manusia menjadikannya sangat disegani oleh masyarakat dari berbagai kalangan dan latar belakang identitas yang berbeda. Terkhusus pembelaannya terhadap hak-hak kelompok minoritas yang tertindas baik dari agama maupun etnis. Pemecahan masalah saat terjadi konflik dengan mengedepankan dialog yang lebih menjunjung nilai-nilai kemanusiaan menjadikan Gus Dur sebagai sosok mediator yang handal. Pemikirannya tentang humanism, sangat ideal diimplemantasikan dalam dialog antar agama, beliau menawarkan konsep yang lebih focus kepada sisi kemanusiaan, hak-hak manusia itu sendiri daripada dialog yang sifatnya teologis.Gus dur merupakan sosok yang sangat humanis beliau pernah berpesan agar di pusaranya dipahat sebuah tulisan, “Di Sini Dimakamkan seorang Humanis”. Artinya, dia ingin dikenang sebagai pejuang kemanusiaan. Gelar tokoh humanis agaknya lebih tepat disematkan kepadanya. Sebab, humanisme Gus Dur benar-benar berangkat dari nilai-nilai Islam paling dalam, yang melampaui etnis, teritorial, hingga batas kenegaraan.

Abstract

Tasawuf merupakan salah satu bagian dari ajaran Islam yang tidak bisa diabaikan begitu saja. Perkembangan tasawuf baik secara teoritis maupun keilmuan praktis ternyata memiliki dampak yang luar biasa dalam mempengeruhi perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan, sains dan teknologi yang saat ini semakin canggih. Kelahiran tasawuf sebagai perwujudan dari pemahaman al-Qur’an dan al-Hadits sesuai dengan konteks zamannya. Namun, selama ini sebagian besar masyarakat memahami tasawuf secara pasif sebatas suatu sikap atau kesalehan individual saja. Seiring berkembangnya kajian tentang tasawuf, semakin banyak pula para pakar tasawuf yang banyak membedah tasawuf menjadi lebih kontekstual. Tasawuf hadir dalam rangka menyeimbangkan antara moral dengan perkembangan sains dan teknologi. Selain itu, tasawuf juga berfungsi untuk mengontrol pemanfaatan sains dan teknologi tersebut. Manusia dibekali akal bisa membuat kreativitas yang tidak terbatas, dan dengan bekal hati manusia bisa mengendalikan hasil kerja otak yang sangat dasyat itu. Jadi, relevansi tasawuf dalam perkembangan sains dan teknologi adalah tetap menyesuaikan diri dengan perkembangan sains dan teknologi dengan titik tekannya pada aspek moral dan penggunaannya serta menjaga keseimbangan lingkungan hidup. Tasawuf dengan segala aspek ajaran-ajarannya memberikan semangat spiritualitas yang bersifat global kepada umat manusia agar para pelaku dan pengguna teknologi mawas diri.

Abstract

AbstractAlways talking about controlling street vendors ( PKL) like tangle and even there is always resistance. Such events occur in almost all regions in Indonesia. They differ in Surakarta voluntarily move to a location that has been prepared by the Government. The purpose of this study is expected to evaluate the response of vendors to process structuring and development of street vendors conducted by the City Government of Surakarta, especially during Joko Widodo-Rudy (2005-2012), so that it can be done peacefully. This study uses a quantitative approach using surveyexplanatory. To analyze the factors of interpersonal communication and democratic leadership style factors Surakarta City Government on the effectiveness of communication by using multipleregression analysis. Sample as many as 243 respondents using systematic random sampling. First results showed that the success of the process of structuring and development of street vendors in Surakarta in PKL assessment not only in the context of the process, but also in the sense of the results. Second, the results showed a factor of interpersonal communication and democratic leadership style factors jointly affect significantly on the effectiveness of Surakarta City Government communication in the process of structuring and development of street vendors. However, if both factors are seen individually that research shows that the democratic leadership style factors Surakarta City Government contributes more than a factor of interpersonal communication on the effectiveness of Surakarta City Government communication. Abstract

AbstractChildhood is a growth process both physical and psyche, then ideally the children should be protected from from various behaviors that interfere with the growth. Therefore, the children’s rights should be guaranteed such as getting health, education and play. Then, there are many factors causing the existence of child labor. And poverty case is mentioned as the main factor that led to the emergence of child labor. Moreover, the risk and the impact of children’s involvement in work, means everything that experienced and felt annoying up to harm their physical and psychological. Although the poverty is often used as a reason of the child labor, but all of it are seized the child’s rights. The child who works before their age will make weak next generation. It is not apropriate with maqasid asy-Syari’ah concept, one of them keep the five things, including one of d}haruriyyah need that keep the child’s psyche. It is strenghtened by the quotation from the Qur’an. The impact of child labor in both short time and long time, of course it is so damage their both physical and psychological as stated in Q.S. an-Nisa’(4): 9. It becomes a base of why child labour is not allowed. It is as mental protection form which is a d}haruriyyah need. Although the child labour can help the family economic for live, in other case child labour must be avoided considering the disadvantage is bigger than its advantage. Meanwhile, if it is in order to help parent and does not interfere both their mental and their physical then it is allowed. Keyword: Child, child labour, maslahah/goodness

Abstract

This scientificwork outlines the obstacles facing pesantren education in improving quality academic people in the global-multicultural era. Pesantren, global currents can cause paradox or symptoms of counter-morality, and so does the pattern of life in the west, even greatly affect the moral decay, moral and human behavior. With this condition, the influence is very large on human life both physical and spiritual. Thus pesantren education faced various challenges with the development of education models in the era of globalization implemented by members of the community, such as system problems, human resource problems, curriculum development. Therefore, in an effort to improve quality academic humanity in global-multicultural era, pesantren have problems to explore all the resources they have, because influenced by pesantren education is less concern to the problem, human resource problem, strong influence of western culture in domination and imperialisation of information, as well as the current culture of globalization can lead to paradox or symptoms of counter-morality. With this problem, pesantren is time to devote all the power, effort and ability to always innovate, finding something new can help his life for the better. If the pesantren does not dig all his skills then he will be left behind by the ever-evolving era.

Abstract

AbstractAbd Al-Rauf Al-Sinkili was an Islamic leader who had expertise in combining two disciplines, that are tashawwuf and fiqh, in a systematic way. According to Al-Sinkili, the two discipines must be placed in harmony so that they do not come to surface as contradictory things in such ways and become overlap in the end. Tashawwuf (which involves spiritual matters), is a complementary science to Fiqh (which involves physical matters) for Moslems  to implement a proper religious life in order to have the mercy from Allah swt.A piece of writing that soon became a master piece by Al-Sinkili was entitled  “Mir'at Al-Thulab fi Tahsil Ma'rifat al-Ahkam al-Syari’ah li al-Malik al-Wahhab”. The piece was supposed to be a primary reference in Islamic Law for those who follow Syafi’ism.  While his writing concerning with tashawwuf was entitled “Daqoiq al-Huruf” (means the mistery of syllables) was the book on mysticism that explained about the misteries of symbolical aspects on syllables in connections with human interactions with the others, as well as with Allah swt.To some extent, the expertise shown by Al-Sinkili had weakened the accusations made by contemporary scholars toward ulamas in this archipelago for being occupaid by such a discourse in Islamic thought, and set aside the real global challenges.  This accusation is, of course, irrelevant for the time being as since XVII century there had been a dynamic development on Islamic thoughts made by Javanese ulamas. This was, at least evidenced by the emergence of modern thought about some possibilities for women to be a leader in the country.Key words: al-Sinkili, harmony, tashawwuf, fiqh.

Abstract

Pembelajaran daring/jarak jauh mulai marak diaplikasikan dalam pendidikan sebagai upaya untuk memutus rantai penyebaran virus COVID-19. Hal tersebut membawa situasi belajar yang baru bagi pendidikan sehingga memunculkan problematika namun di sisi lain juga melahirkan solusi untuk meredam atau mengatasinya. Salah satu mata pelajaran yang terkena dampak dari pembelajaran daring adalah Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dan perlu segera diteliti karena peran dan urgensinya pada ketiga aspek utama pembelajaran, yakni afektif, kognitif, dan psikomotorik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini agar menyadarkan civitas pendidikan akan problematika pembelajaran PAI di masa pandemi dan membantu menanggulanginya dengan solusi menggunakan pendekatan psikologi pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus eksploratori serta metode pengambilan data berupa observasi kegiatan pembelajaran di masa pandemi; wawancara kepada murid, guru dan wali murid; dan dokumentasi. Data yang ditemukan kemudian dianalisis dengan pendekatan psikologi pendidikan agar tepat sasaran, mudah untuk diselidiki dan dianalisis. Hasil penelitian yang ditemukan adalah berbagai problematika pembelajaran PAI di masa pandemi yakni bentuk desain instruksional yang tidak sesuai, self-direction, motivasi belajar murid rendah, murid mengalami gejala psikologi somatis, dan kurangnya konsiderasi terhadap perbedaan individu. Penelitian ini juga menawarkan solusi dengan pendekatan psikologi pendidikan terkait problematika tersebut dengan cara pelatihan penyusunan desain instruksional bagi guru serta menerapkan berbagai teori psikologi pendidikan yaitu teori konstruksivis, psikologi positif, teori moral Kohlberg, dan teori kognitif sosial pada pembelajaran PAI
