Abstract

Dunia pemikiran Islam saat ini telah diwarnai dengan munculnya pemikir yang menawarkan berbagai pembaharuan dalam memahami hukum Islam. Munawir Sjadzali adalah satu diantara pemikir Islam yang berusaha merespon berbagai isu dalam masyarakat. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-analisis, artikel ini bertujuan menggambarkan konstekstualisasi hukum Islam terkait pembagian hak waris laki-laki dan perempuan dalam kacamata Munawir Sjadzali. Munawir Sjadzali melihat bahwa pembagian waris seperti yang ditentukan oleh al-Quran bukan berarti tidak adil, tetapi justru sikap masyarakat yang tidak percaya lagi kepada keadilan hukum farāiḍ. Hasil dari penelitian ini, Munawir menawarkan pembaharuan pembagian waris 1:1 dengan mempertimbangkan bahwa pada zaman sekarang, khususnya di Indonesia peranan perempuan sudah menempati posisi yang setara dengan laki-laki.

Abstract

AbstractTh is study aims to determine students’ understanding regarding the bene? ts and Adab within the group using WhatsApp Messenger. Th is research uses descriptive quantitative approach. Th is research was conducted in Madina STIT Sragen with the subjects of the study were students of the 6th grade with total of 11 responden. Data taken with a questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics. Th e results showed that 1) WhatsApp Messenger is an Instant Messaging application that its use by internetbased student Madina STIT increased from three (3) years. 2) WhatsApp Messenger makes it easy to organize various academic community-based online virtual classroom system and multimedia features without limitations of time and space. 3) WhatsApp Messenger adaptable to its social culture including adab-adab in communicating without reducing the quantity, quality and modernity of the way of communication.Keywords: WhatsApp, Benefits, Adab.

AbstractThe Eksistences of DPD RI has risen society’s hope ini the region that the regional interest and the problems which are faced by the region can be risen and fought to the national level. DPD RI guarantee the regional interest will be equal with the national interest. But with the limited authority, DPD cannot do duty optimally. Abstract

Fatwa memegang peranan kunci di Indonesia. Mayoritas umat Islam membutuhkan jawaban hukum yang solutif dan kontekstual. Majlis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) lewat Komisi Fatwa selama ini sudah membimbing umat lewat fatwa-fatwa hukum dalam semua bidang, baik akidah, ekonomi, politik, dan sosial. Fatwa MUI menjadi rujukan umat lintas sektoral yang ada di berbagai organsiasi masyarakat (ormas) di Indonesia.Metode fatwa MUI berpijak pada empat hal. Pertama, meninjau pendapat para imam madzhab dalam masalah yang dikaji secara serius berikut dalil-dalilnya. Kedua, masalah-masalah yang jelas hukumnya (qath’iyyat) ditetapkan apa adanya. Ketiga, dalam masalah yang diperselisihkan ulama madzhab, diselesaikan dengan dua cara, yaitu: menemukan titik temu dengan metode al-jam’u wa at-taufiq, dan menggunakan tarjih (memilih pendapat yang paling kuat argumentasinya) melalui metode perbandingan madzhab dengan menggunakan kaidah ushul fiqh perbandingan.  Keempat, masalah yang tidak ditemukan hukumnya dalam madzhab ditetapkan dengan ijtihad jama’i (kolektif) dengan metode bayani, ta’lili (qiyasi, istihsani, ilhaqi), istishlahi, dan sad adz-dzari’ah. Kelima, fatwa harus selalu memperhatikan kemaslahatan umum dan tujuan syariat Islam (maqasidus syariah).Melihat metode penetapan hukum MUI di atas, maka MUI sudah menerapkan talfiq manhaji, yaitu: menggabungkan metode penetapan hukum para imam madzhab untuk menghasilkan hukum yang kontekstual dan solutif. Produk fatwa MUI yang berkaitan dengan ekonomi syariah misalnya dilengkapi dengan al-Qur’an, hadis, ijma’, qiyas, kaidah fiqh, dan pendapat para ulama lintas madzhab. Semua dasar itu berorientasi kepada kemaslahatan umum dan tujuan syariat Islam.Talfiq manhaji yang dikembangkan Komisi Fatwa MUI ini merupakan terobosan paradigmatik yang bisa digunakan untuk merespons problematika kontemporer yang membutuhkan jawaban yang cepat, tepat, dan akurat yang bisa dipertanggungjawabkan secara normatif dan sosial sekaligus. Tidak ada fanatisme madzhab dan absolutisme pemikiran. Inklusivitas dan obyektivitas yang dikedepankan untuk memajukan umat di berbagai aspek kehidupan.

Abstract

AbstractGender equality-based education is education that accommodate gender differences. This study aims to reveal the gender sensitivity in social and educational as well as identify government policies in building gender equality and its applications in formal education. This study is qualitative with an inventory of government policies in building gender equality, and then analyze it with the reality of education in Indonesia. The approach used in this study is referring to the normative approach to the study of government policies in enforcing gender equality and its applications in formal education. The research data was collected using the techniques of literary study (library research). Materials that have been acquired and processed is described and analyzed by using descriptive interpretative paradigm and gender analysis. Although many efforts have been taken by the government for the realization of gender equality, but in the education sector still show gender inequality. The indication can be seen from three aspects, they are not unequal participation in education for women, unequal educational material as well as the selection of majors unequal proportions of men and women. The phenomenon is not yet reflect the totality of gender equality education.Kata Kunci: pendidikan, kesetaraan gender, kebijakan Pemerintah

Abstract

Penanaman nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam multikultural pada da’i BKMM Kutai Timur memang perlu dilaksanakan demi pengamalan multikulturalisme yang lebih komprehensif karena multikulturalisme merupakan hal yang baru dalam konteks ketimuran seperti di kabupaten Kutai Timur. Artikel ini ditulis tujuannya adalah untuk menganalisis dan menguraikan nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam multikultural yang ditanamkan, proses penanaman nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam multikultural, dan kendala yang dihadapi dalam penanaman nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam multikulturalisme pada da’i BKMM Kutai Timur. Sehingga diharapkan artikel ini bisa menjadi bahan masukan dan sumbangan pemikiran bagi penanaman nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam multikultural pada BKMM Kutai Timur, dan menambah wawasan dan pengalaman para da’i BKMM Kutai Timur serta sebagai pijakan ilmiyah bagi penulis selanjutnya. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun analisisnya menggunakan teknik analisis Miles dan Huberman. Hasilnya adalah bahwa nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam multikultural yang ditanamkan pada da’i BKMM Kutai Timur antara lain : nilai toleransi, nilai saling menghargai, nilai saling menghormati, nilai persatuan, nilai kerjasama, dan solidaritas antar etnis, budaya, dan suku. Proses penanamannya melalui ceramah, diskusi, dan khitobah, dan kendalanya adalah terbatasnya kitab rujukan, mindset da’i, tingkat pendidikan sebagian da’i, dan komitmen waktu para da’i.

Abstract

AbstractMosque as one of the objects of waqf can provide added value if managed productively. Land of the mosque can be used for a variety productive activities according to the principles of Islam. ! is study analyzes the aspects of marketing and " nancial aspects, the feasibility study for the project productive endowments shopping block Masjid AlFairuz Pekalongan.The data used in the form of quantitative and qualitative data. Factors that will be analyzed in the marketing aspects that shape the market, demand and supply, marketing strategy (segmenting, targetting, and positioning), as well as the marketing mix strategy.Financial aspects of the Average Rate of Return, Payback Period, Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return , and Pro" tability Index. The results of research projects developing productive waqf shopping block mosque of Al-Fairuz Pekalongan is feasible. In the aspect of marketing, business managers haveestablished a marketing strategy and marketing mix well. On the " nancial aspect, the ARR value indicates the number of 59%, greater than the minimum accounting rate of return of 7.30%. Payback Period calculation produces a value of 2 years, 6 months, 29 days, less than the economic life of the project. Project NPV is positive value of Rp 209,224,199.00. IRR of 20%, greater than the rate of return of deposits mudaraba Islamic banks are used in the calculation (7.30%). Abstract

AbstractThis article analyzes the importance of preserving the local cultural values of the archipelago in addition to facing the negative impacts of social change caused by globalization. The phenomenon that society now faces is a very basic social and cultural change. Acceleration of information wave globalization bring significant changes in society, both at the level of surface structure (attitude and behavior patterns) and deep structure (value system, life view, philosophy and belief). Changes occur because of inter-state cultural contacts that are interpreted by the dialectic of new values with old values that dominate each other, which allows homogenization and neoliberalization in all aspects of life including local cultural values that have been the guidance of society. This condition gives rise to spit and a sense of value because society is more glorifying modern value by marginalizing transcendental value. As a result there are various forms of deviation of moral values that are reflected in the style, style, and lifestyle of society. Therefore, the strengthening and inheritance of local cultural values needs to be done intensively in the younger generation.AbstrakArtikel ini menganalisis pentingnya pelestarian nilai-nilai budaya lokal nusantara selain untuk menghadapi berbagai dampak negatif perubahan sosial yang diakibatkan globalisasi. Gejala yang dialami masyarakat kini adalah perubahan sosial budaya yang sangat mendasar. Akselerasi informasi gelombang globalisasi membawa perubahan cukup signifikan pada masyarakat, baik pada tataran surface structure (sikap dan pola-pola perilaku) dan deep structure (sistem nilai, pandangan hidup, filsafat dan keyakinan). Perubahan terjadi karena kontak budaya antar negara yang dimaknai adanya dialektika nilai-nilai baru dengan nilai-nilai lama yang saling mendominasi, yang memungkinkan terjadinya homogenisasi dan neoliberalisasi pada seluruh aspek kehidupan termasuk nilai-nilai budaya lokal yang selama ini menjadi pegangan masyarakat. Kondisi ini menimbulkan spit dan kegamangan nilai karena masyarakat lebih mengagungkan nilai modern dengan memarginalkan nilai transcendental. Akibatnya terjadi berbagai bentuk penyimpangan nilai moral yang tercermin dalam corak, gaya, dan pola hidup masyarakat. Oleh karenanya penguatan dan pewarisan nilai-nilai budaya lokal perlu dilakukan secara intensif pada generasi muda.

Abstract

AbstractThis paper is aimed at answering two basic questions; how does the Qur’anic interpretation of Raden Pengulu Tafsir Anom as a text relate to the previous texts and how the trend of orthodoxy representing within the text. This paper has come into two pivotal findings; firstly, the work of interpretation has created meanings by referring to other texts or we call it an inter-text approach, both written text or unwritten text created by cultural and social settings surrounding the writer. However, the work of interpretation does not fully use all production models of meaning namely permutations, opposition and transformation. The models which are used just permutation and transformation, the way of producing meaning by changing the sentence structure to become various explanations which are easier to understand. The choice is only on these two models implicating to a very limited meaning production. Secondly, the trend of Islamic orthodoxy represented by the Tafsir Anom’s work of interpretation which can be seen from two different levels. Firstly, the level of thought as can be seen in his interpretations, especially the theological thinking. In terms of God as the creator and human as His creature, Tafsir Anom explains that God obliges and requires His creature to worship to Him without involving any intermediary subjects in any form. Secondly, level of reference as the source of his interpretation sources. Referring to the Islamic interpretations had been done by posititioning them as a system of rule. Positioning the referred text or hipogram text as the guidance has particular logical consequences, i.e. logical consequences of orthodoxy, since the referred texts are  orthodox texts.Key words: Intertext, Orthodoxy, Tafsir

Abstract

The development of instruksional multimedia is a technological ddvancement in the world of education. The existence of technological supprot in The field of Education makes teachers assisted in effort to improve the quality of learning and to achieve teaching objective. This study aim to determine : 1) how to make multimedia learning qur’an juz 30 based on murrotal; 2) determine the feasibility of murrotal-based Quran learning multimedia developed as a medium for learning the quran juz 30. This research is a research and development. This development research was carried out throught several stage, namely potential and problem, information gathering, products design, design validation, desain revision. In the validation stage, multimedia learning in the Quran si validated by material experts and media experts. Data collection techniques use are questionnaire for instrumen. The validation data is the converted to a likert scale to obtain a multimedia feasibility category based on murrotal Quran. This research and development has produced murrotal juz-based Quran learning video.  Learning multimedia for Quran is feasible to be used in both good and very good categories. This can be seen in the result of validation of material experts with a score of 4.5 or the category of very good; validation of media experts with a score of 3.6 or good category.
