Corona virus disease or covid-19 has spread to various countries and has hampered activities in various fields including education. In order to reduce the spread of Covid-19, the government adopted a policy of switching learning to be implemented online. Likewise with MI/SD physical sports and health learning lectures which are carried out online using e-learning learning media. The purpose of this study was to find out the lecture process for physical sports and health in MI/SD and to find out the evaluation of e-learning learning media used in online lectures. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The respondents used were the entire population, namely all students who attended lectures on physical sports and health in MI/SD, totaling 132 students and divided into 5 classes. The results show that at the planning stage a percentage of 76.86% is included in the good category, the implementation stage is a percentage of 78.18% which is included in the good category, the evaluation stage is a percentage of 77.55% which is included in the good category, and the evaluation of e-learning lecture media percentage of 74.58% entered into the good category. Overall the lecture process has been going well and e-learning can be an intermediary for delivering good material in online lectures. Keywords: Physical Sport and Health Learning, e-learning

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of basic football technical skills for students of the Sports Science Study Program, Medan State University (Unimed IKOR Study Program) after taking courses during the pandemic. The design used in this research is quantitative descriptive. The research method used is a survey method with test and measurement techniques. The research population was all Unimed 2021 Sports Science Department students. The research sample consisted of 60 students. The sampling technique in this study is total sampling.Based on the data analysis carried out, it was found that the basic football technical skills of the Unimed IKOR Study Program students in 2021 as a whole were included in the good category with a score of 357.85. Furthermore, in more detail, students' passing and receiving skills are in the good category with an average of 78.5, dribbling skills are in the good category with an average of 80.61, heading skills are in the good category with an average of 79.7, and shooting skills in the medium category with an average of 79.66. Physical Education is not only related to the psychomotor aspects of students. This research found that traditional evaluation tests such as the Physical Fitness Test and subjective assessment criteria such as assessing student effort have been popular means of the assessment process in the past. This research aims to examine the importance of alternative assessment models in physical education to achieve more objective learning outcomes. This research is descriptive research that uses library observation methods from various existing literature. This research uses the literature study method. A literature search was conducted to answer the questions raised in this research. This research utilizes various literature from the last ten years sourced from Elsvier, Google Scholar, and Researchgate. Article searches were carried out using the keywords assessment, physical education, and authentic assessment. The conclusion that can be drawn from the results of the literature study is that alternative assessment methods are currently used and there is more emphasis on education as a whole. Because actually assessment in physical education must cover 3 aspects, namely cognitive, affective and psychomotor. In light of the above, this research article provides evidence of real progress in a field that has been beset by challenges to achieve educational goals as educational endeavors, much work remains to be done to disseminate what is considered to be excellent assessment practices. Abstract The basis for this research is the lack of agility in teenage athletes at Maung Lugay Pencak Silat College. This research aims to determine the effect of Ladder Drill training on the Agility of teenage athletes at Maung Lugay Pencak Silat College. This research includes Pre-Experimental research. The population and sample in this study were all teenage Pencak Silat athletes at Maung Lugay Regency University. Bekasi, totaling 15 athletes. The test instrument in this research is the T-agility test. The data obtained were analyzed using the Normality Test (Shapiro Wilk), Homogeneity Test (Levene's Statistics) and Hypothesis Test (T-Test). From the results of this research, the data was processed using the Shapiro-Wilk normality test using the SPSS application. The results of the pretest value show Sig= 0.285>0.05, so the pretest data is declared to be normally distributed and the sig value. at posttest = 0.328>0.05 then the posttest data is declared to be normally distributed. Then the homogeneity test, from the results of the research data, sig = 0.747 > 0.05 was obtained, so the data was declared to have a homogeneous distribution. Next, a hypothesis test was carried out. From the results of research data from both pretest and posttest data samples, it was found that the Sig. (2-failed) value was 0.000 < 0.05. It could be concluded that the results of the Hypothesis Test were accepted. So it is clear that there is an influence of Ladder Drill on the Agility of teenage athletes at Maung Lugay Pencak Silat College Keywords: Pencak Silat, Ladder Drill, Agility

This study aims to analyze the 3 On 3 Game Learning method to improve Volleyball Bottom Passing ability in Students. This research uses a qualitative approach. The type of research carried out is classroom action research (PTK) by improving each learning cycle. The research sample was students of grade VIII-H SMP Negeri 10 Jember with a total of 34 students. The instrument used is an observation sheet of learning process skills observed by the teacher which is then analyzed by looking for the percentage score of each aspect of the skill Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the 3 on 3 game can improve the process and passing ability under volleyball in grade VIII H students of SMP Negeri 10 Jember. This can be seen from the learning process and student learning outcomes which always increase from cycle 1 to cycle II and the percentage result of cycle II is 82.96%. Teaching using 3 on 3 games can make volleyball bottom passing learning in grade VIII-H students of SMP Negeri 10 Jember better, students are more enthusiastic and feel happy in following the learning carried out and look not bored.

The Covid-19 pandemic has forced the learning system on campus to change drastically from face-to-face meetings to courageous learning. The phenomena found in the field show that it is more difficult for students to understand the aquatic learning material provided by educators, the lack of interaction between educators and students makes it difficult for them to understand the aquatic learning materials provided, students find it more difficult to ask about aquatic learning materials that they do not understand and lack of student concentration when done brave learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in the freestyle swimming skills of PJKR undergraduate students during offline learning. The research method uses a quantitative method with an ex-post facto design by collecting data by observation and testing. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant difference. This states that if the sig. (2-tailed) < 0.05 so that it can be interpreted that there is a significant difference in freestyle swimming skills when daring and alluring. when brave shows a value of 2.63 while offline shows a value of 2.97 so that the freestyle swimming skills when lure are better than when brave.

methods, which may be expected to be used as alternative models of solutions in the context of developing the quality of learning the game of tennis. The method used is an experimental method using the Pretest Posttest Control Group Design, in this design the sample is obtained for the total population, then an initial test or pre-test is held. The initial test was carried out to determine the initial ability of the sample, in this case the ability to play tennis. The data from the initial test results are arranged based on ranking, the aim is to determine the ability of playing tennis skills, samples ranging from the largest to the lowest. Then divided into two, then two objects that have the same score are matched using the maching method so that there are two groups that have almost the same tennis playing skills. The analysis used in this study is the t test which has fulfilled the homogeneous requirements and is normally distributed, based on the calculation results, it is known that the value of t = 2.42 > t table = 2.201, with a level of = 0.05. So it can be concluded that the reciprocal teaching method is more influential than the self-check method.

The ability to dribble is one of the skills needed to play basketball. Elementary school age, especially the lower grades (1,2, 3) can already be introduced to basic dribbling movements and techniques. Between boys and girls at the age of the lower classes should have the same abilities if they get the same opportunity to learn motion. The purpose of this study was to reveal differences in the dribbling ability of elementary school students. The samples were elementary school students grades 1 to 3 in SDN 10 Anjungan elemantery school. With a total of 52 male and 65 female students. The instrument used was a zigzag dribbling ability test by recording the speed of completing drible assignments. Data were analyzed with no parametric statistics. The results showed that there was no difference in the ability to dribble in male and female elementary school students

Kekuatan otot tungkai sangat dibutuhkan dalam cabang olahraga bola voli. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh latihan pliometric box jump dan plyometric hurdle hopping terhadap daya ledak otot tungkai pada team bola voli SMA Negeri 1 Sumberejo. Metode yang di gunakan adalah eksperiment. Sampel yang di gunakan sebanyak 30 siswa. Analisis data menggunakan uji prasyarat dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pengaruh latihan plyometric box jump t hitung = -7.63 > t tabel = 1.753, kemudian pengaruh latihan plyometric hurdle hopping t hitung = -10.21 > t tabel = 1.753 di simpulkan bahwa latihan plyometric box jump dan plyometric hurdle hopping memberikan pengaruh terhadap otot tungkai team bola voli SMA Negeri 1 Sumberejo. Dari kedua latihan tersebut latihan plyometric hurdle hopping memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar jika dibandingkan dengan plyometric box jump atau dapat disimpulkan tidak terdapat perbedaan antara kedua treatment latihan tersebut

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of smash skills in BKMF FIK UNM badminton athletes. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with survey methods while the technique and data collection uses tests and measurements. The population of this study were all BKMF FIK UNM badminton athletes and the sample in this study were 20 BKMF FIK UNM badminton athletes using a purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the smash skill level of BKMF FIK UNM badminton athletes obtained the "Very Good" category of 25% (5 athletes), the "Good" category of 50% (10 athletes), the "Enough" category of 20% (4 athletes) , the “Less” category is 5% (1 athlete), and the “Very Less” category is 0% (0 athletes). It can be concluded that the smash skill level of BKMF FIK UNM badminton athletes is in the good category.
