Abstract

The transportation method is a method related to optimization model used to minimize the cost of transportation distribution. Distribution of products to various regions requires transportation costs are not small, it requires good planning in order for the availability of goods can be met. The purpose of this study, applying the transportation cost of hepatitis B vaccine distribution from PT. XYZ by using Least Cost Method as the initial solution and Modified Distribution Method (MODI) to optimize so that companies can know the cost of optimal vaccine distribution. The results showed the implementation of transportation model by PT. XYZ with the initial solution using the Least Cost Method obtained the cost of transportation distribution of Rp 45,874,100. then after the optimization of costs by using Modified distribution method the cost of transportation distribution becomes more optimal and the minimization of costs obtained to be Rp 45,767,100.

Abstract

PT. X is a company domiciled in Gedebage, Bandung which is engaged in the manufacturing industry by producing precision parts using CNC machines. PT. X is a sub-contracting company that usually serves project work from other companies. PT. Y and PT. Z is a regular customer who often works with PT. X. So that PT. X often sends finished products directly to PT. Y who is domiciled on Jl. Gatot Subroto, Bandung and also PT. Z who is domiciled on Jl. Pajajaran, Bandung. To minimize the cost of distribution of goods, PT. X must determine an adequate path taking into account the optimization of transportation costs. One of the variables that affect transportation costs is distance. It is assumed that the optimal path for transportation costs is the shortest distance using the Dijkstra method. This test uses data from Google Maps to find out the distance to each destination, making it easier to get the shortest path. Obtained the shortest path from PT. X to PT.Y is 12.3 Km via West Java Police then Carefour, while the shortest route is from PT. Y to PT. Z is 10.7 Km via Simpang Lima then Vie Hotel Westhoff. So that the optimal total mileage for distributing goods is 23 Km.

Abstract

Forecasting Banten exports is one of the important elements for formulating economic growth targets in the development planning document prepared by the Banten Provincial Government. The purpose of this study is to forecast exports by utilizing export data from the BPS and the United States manufacturing purchasing managers index (PMI) which is derived from the Institute of Supply Management (ISM). The results showed that the ARIMAX model has a very good forecasting ability. This is indicated by the MAPE value which reached 8.84 percent. However, forecasting accuracy will decrease as the forecasting time span increases

Abstract

Critical thinking ability is an important ability to have. However, students' mathematical critical thinking skills are still low. Efforts that can be applied are through the Metagontive Scaffolding learning approach. The Metcagontive Scaffolding approach has been proven to be able to improve mathematical communication skills, mathematical literacy, and self-efficacy. This study was conducted to test whether Metagontive Scaffolding can improve the mathematical critical thinking skills of junior high school students better than direct learning. This study uses a quasi-experimental method with a nonequivalent control group design. The population in this study were all eighth grade students in one of the public junior high schools in Bandung. This study uses two classes as a sample from a number of class VIII randomly graded. The data in this study were obtained through the results of the answers to students' mathematical critical thinking abilities. significantly compared to students who participated in direct learning

Abstract

This research aims to compare educational games and virtual animations to mathematics learning outcomes in terms of student activity. The research was conducted in the fourth grade of SDN Jatirangga I Bekasi. The sampling technique used cluster sampling technique. The method used is a quasi-experimental design method. Furthermore, the normality and homogeneity prerequisite tests were carried out to show the normal and homogeneous data groups. After that, hypothesis testing using two-way ANNAVA obtained interaction t count (I) = 4.03 at the significance level of 0.05 t table = 3.96 because tcount> ttable then Ho was rejected. Thus, it means is an interaction between learning media and student activity towards mathematics learning outcomes. Because there is an interaction, Tukey's further test is carried out which gets the first result, namely Qcount = 4.85 while at α 0.05 dbv1 = 4 and dbv2 = 20 indicates Q table = 3.96. because Qcount> Qtable then Ho is rejected, it can be concluded that there are differences in mathematics learning outcomes using educational games and virtual animation on the low category of student activity. The second Tukey test shows the results, namely Qcount = 0.84 and Qtable = 3.96. It is concluded that by 0.84 <3.96 or Qcount <Qtable then Ho is accepted, it can be concluded that there is no difference in learning outcomes of mathematics using educational games and virtual animation on high category student activity.

Abstract

21st-century literacy is very important in education. Critical thinking skills are one indicator of literacy. Regarding thinking skills, it cannot be separated from solving mathematical problems. This study aimed to describe the problem solving of mathematics learning oriented to the Cambridge curriculum in the Covid 19 pandemic era. This research method is descriptive qualitative research. While the data collection technique uses interview techniques and questionnaires via a google form. This study found that students who understand Cambridge mathematics material obtained 79.4% based on interviews and questionnaires. Students who do not understand the concept of the material 21.2%. Students make completion steps. The percentage results show that 57.1% while the remaining 42.9% of students sometimes use completion steps. Students can complete the counting operation by 67%. While the remaining 33% still have difficulty calculating. The percentage of students who re-checked the process and results were 94.3%, while the rest often did not check the process and results

Zeller’s congruence system can be used to determine the days of a calendar system. Determination of Islamic holy days can be completed by using the expansion of Zeller’s congruence. This study aims to determine the ability of students in solving math story problems at SMP Kartika VIII-1. Another objective is to analyze the students' ability to solve math story problems at SMP Kartika VIII-1. Abstract

Distribution of goods from producers to the hands of consumers becomes one aspect in running a business that must be planned and taken into account in order to meet the needs of the market. Delivery of goods results in costs incurred and is one of the obstacles that are often faced. Problems in the distribution of goods include the amount of inventory, the amount of consumer demand, the distance traveled and the costs that come out during the delivery process. This study describes taking into account optimal postage with transportation methods to generate maximum efficiency costs. The problem faced in this case using the North West Corner (NWC) method, then the results of the data obtained were tested optimized using LINGO software. Before the research was conducted, the cost of postage incurred by the company is Rp.278.000. The results of the research obtained after applying the NWC is Rp.255.000 and LINGO software method is Rp.240.000. The purpose of this research is to get optimal costs on the distribution of chicken eggs to increase cost savings at Ayam Sehat.com Shop in Cimahi. Using the NWC method in this case can result in smaller distribution costs than before, then this NWC method can be applied to the Ayam Sehat.com shop

Abstract

This study aims to determine "How is the development of teaching materials with the context of traditional Dayak tabun hunting tools in the flat-sided building material for class VIII students of SMP Negeri 01 Ketungau Tengah". With sub-problems or problems, especially in this study, how is the level of validity, practicality, and effectiveness of teaching materials in the context of traditional Dayak tabun hunting tools in the material for building flat-sided spaces in class? VIII students of SMP Negeri 01 Ketungau Tengah. The method used in this study is the Research & Development (R&D) research method concerning the 4-D model, namely Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate. The test subjects in this study were class VIII students of SMP Negeri 01 Ketungau Tengah, with 29 students. Based on the results of the limited trials conducted, it was found that 1) the results of the validation of teaching materials were 80.79% in the excellent category, 2) the results of practicality based on observations of the implementation of the teaching materials developed were 84.37% in the practical category, 3) the results of the effectiveness of the materials. Teaching is 68.96 % with effective category. So, it can be concluded that in the limited trial stage, mathematics teaching materials in the context of traditional Dayak tabun hunting tools have met the criteria of validity, practicality, and effectiveness
