Abstract

The ability to solve problems and the ability to communicate mathematically in a student's study is a skill that students need to provide asa basis for resolving mathematical problems. Based on the results of daily mathematicians saying that the ability to solve problems and mathematical communications at MTS Darul A'mal Metro is still low, judging by the student's process of resolving mathematical problems caused by many who pay no attention to the explanations presented by teachers and students are not able to solve math problems properly. In addition, there are less diverse learning models. To address the problem, researchers applied the CRI model with IOC techniques. The purpose of this study is to know the difference between the CRI learning model with the IOC and the direct learning model of problem solving and student mathematical corover. This research is an experiment quasy research. Sample demonstration techniques using the simple random sampling technique. The samples in this study are class VII D as an experiment class and class VII E as a control class. The instrument used to collect data is a description test. The custom data analysis technique used was the normality test, the homogenity test and the hypothetical test used the manova test. Based on manova's test results of Pillai's Trace, Wilks' Iambda, Hotelling's Trace, Roy's Lagest Root  and value a test criteria  which means that the p-value value is smaller than a test criteria, so that ho is thus denied it can be inconclusive that there is an influence between the CRI model and the IOC techniques of student solving and mathematical communication capability

Abstract

Industry in each country has increased, as well as industry in Indonesia which is experiencing a fairly rapid increase. The improvement of product quality is that it can be done by carrying out maintenance to the machine used by the company. Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is a process of machine maintenance carried out in industry to maximize and can increase productivity. PT XYZ is a manufacturing company that produces chemicals used for fabric production. This study aims to measure the level of effectiveness of the equipment used in PT. XYZ and measure how effective total equipment production. Determine the causal factors of low Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) value and identify losses incurred, by providing proposed improvements in the factory by applying the TPM method. OEE values obtained in reactor engines at the plant in the period January-October 2021 with an average value reached of 55.63% - 60.60% are still below the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) standard value caused by Quality Ratio which is still below jipm standard with an average value of 98.54%. Each company can find out the effectiveness of the machine used by using calculations of the level of effectiveness of equipment using the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) method based on overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)values. Abstract

Ethnomathematics is mathematics that grows, develops and is practiced by cultural groups such as urban and rural communities, children of certain age groups, labor groups, indigenous peoples, and others. Ethnomathematics that links culture, one of which is community activity and mathematical concepts, certainly has mutually supportive characteristics. This paper discusses the review of results from several journals to obtain information on the application of ethnomathematics to community activities. This article aims to examine the concept of ethnomathematics in community activities by looking at reviews of results from several previous journals. The method used in this study is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. The SLR method is used to identify, review, evaluate, and interpret all available research on the topic area of an interesting phenomenon with certain relevant research questions. By using the SLR method, a systematic review and identification of journals can be carried out, each of which follows the established stages. Data collection was carried out by collecting and reviewing articles on ethnomathematics in community activities published in the 2015-2021 timeframe. There are 14 journal articles or proceedings used in this study which were obtained from the Publish or Perish and Googel Scholar applications. The results of this study are the existence of ethnomathematics in community activities where mathematical concepts are contained in every job and community activity

Abstract

This research aims to describe the mathematical communication skills in writing of junior high school students in grade VIII in solving the problems of Theorem Pythagoras. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method.   The subjects of this study numbered 31 students and were categorized in groups of very high, high, medium, low and very low female students. The results showed that students who had mathematical communication skills in a very high group were students who were very able to meet the four indicators tested with an average percentage of 83%. The mathematical communication skills of students in the high group are students who are able to meet the four indicators tested with an average total percentage of 70%. The mathematical communication skills of students in the moderate group are students who are sufficiently able to meet the four indicators tested with an average total percentage of 51%. The mathematical communication skills of students in the lower group were students who were less able to meet the four indicators tested with an average total percentage of 32%. The mathematical communication skills of students in the very low group were students who had not been able to meet the four indicators tested with an average total percentage of 17%.

Abstract

The purpose of the research conducted here is to determine the significant effect of learning independence on student achievement in class VII MTS Hidayatul Athfal. This research is an ex-postfacto study with quantitative methods which are defined as research methods used to examine certain populations or samples. The population in this study were seventh grade students of MTs Hidayatul Athfal in the 2020/2021 academic year. Through purposive sampling technique, namely taking samples with certain considerations. This regional sampling technique is used to determine samples that have special characteristics according to the research objectives, so that they can answer the research problems carried out. This study uses data collection techniques with the questionnaire method and the test method. For data analysis, we can use the average difference test with hypothesis testing (Prerequisite test). That is, there is a positive influence between learning independence on the learning achievement of class VII students of MTs Hidayatul Athfal for the 2020/2021 academic year

Abstract

Trade and Transport Margins is the difference between the sales value and th e purchase value of the commodity as compensation for the trader who is the distributor of the commodity. The higher Trade and Transport Margins indicates the longer and less efficient distribution pattern, so that it can harm producers and consumers. Data is taken from the 2020 Poldis survey with strategic commodities of Rice, Eggs, Sugar, and Cooking Oil. The value of the National Trade and Transport Margins in 2020 for rice and sugar has decreased but is not followed by an increasing number of provincial Trade and Transport Margins which have decreased. It is necessary to conduct an analysis to determine the characteristics of commodities in each province, hierarchical cluster analysis by comparing the application of the average, complete, single, ward's, and centroid methods to obtain the best method. Based on the results of hierarchical cluster analysis for all methods, then compared the cophenetic correlation values ​​ and the highest correlation on the average method with a correlation of 0.8318939. Then cluster profiling was carried out using the average method, it was concluded that Cluster 1 was dominated by low Trade and Transport Margins for all commodities, so that the distribution pattern of all commodities was efficient in 28 provinces in Indonesia. Cluster 2 has the characteristics of high Trade and Transport Margins of Rice and Cooking Oil as well as eggs and moderate sugar, so the distribution pattern is still not efficient for rice and cooking oil commodities in 4 provinces in Indonesia. Cluster 3 has the characteristics of high Trade and Transport Margins of eggs and sugar as well as medium of rice and cooking oil, so the distribution pattern is still not efficient for eggs and sugar in 2 provinces in Indonesia. Based on the results of the cluster analysis, it is hoped that it can be used as a reference in formulating and establishing policies as an effort to reduce the Trade and Transport Margins value of strategic commodities in provinces in clusters 2 and 3 according to the conditions of commodity characteristics so that the distribution pattern of strategic commodities becomes more efficient.

Abstract

Liveable houses, based on national and global have various indicators criteria, they are proper access to sanitation, adequate living space, building resilience, drinking water access, and living security. In addition, the government also pays attention to the housing ownership status variable. This research aims to map Indonesia provinces based on liveable houses indicator that consists of 9 variables, they are access to adequate housing, decent drinking water, electric lighting, decent sanitation, houses area <7.2 m2, the widest land floor, the widest bamboo wall, top of the widest fibers palm, house for rent/contract. This study uses K-Means Clustering analysis and coefficient silhouette width validation method to determine the level of cluster validation. The analysis results are 4 clusters, which cluster 1 consists of 10 members, cluster 2 consists of 19 members, cluster 3 consists of 3 members, and cluster 4 consists of 2 members. Cluster 1 is the lowest percentage for houses size variable with <7,2 m2, the widest fibers roof and ownership of rent/contract houses compared to other clusters. Cluster 2 has the highest percentage of liveable access variable and descent drinking water. Cluster 3 has the lowest percentage of liveable access, descent drinking water, electric lighting, and decent sanitation, while the highest percentage of houses size variable is <7,2 m2, The Widest Land Floor and Wall. Cluster 4 has the highest percentage of other variables of electric lighting variable, descent sanitation, the widest fibers roof, and ownership of temporary rent/contract houses. Abstract

This study aims to find out how the level of community satisfaction with birth certificate services. This research encourages curiosity about the manufacture and satisfaction of the community in carrying out the process of making birth certificates. The research method is an analytical method by analyzing factors. The results of this study indicate that there are still shortcomings in the ease of access and processes; discipline, speed and clear service standards; on time and non-discriminatory in service. Factors that influence community satisfaction in the factor of making birth certificates are factor 1 (F1) of 0.711 (71.1%) namely officers, accuracy of service, service of officers and politeness of officers, factor 2 (F2) of 0.862 (86.2%) namely the appearance of the officer, the speed of response and timely guarantee and factor 3 (F3) of 0.828 (82.8%) namely the convenience of the place and the guarantee of legality

Abstract

This research aims to develop an e-module assisted by Macromedia Flash 8 which is feasible (valid, practical, and effective) to be used in learning the rules of sins and cosines of trigonometry for high school students in class X. The research was conducted at SMAN 1 Pajangan, which is located in Guwosari, Pajangan, Bantul in the academic year 2021/2022. This research is a development research that uses the Brog and Gall method using 10 stages of research, namely: research and information collecting, planning, developing primary from product, premilinary field testing, main product revision, main field testing, operational product revision, operation field testing, final product revision, desimination and implementation. The main sample of the research was 30 students of class X MIPA 3. The data collection technique of this research used a questionnaire, namely a questionnaire for expert validation and a student response questionnaire to see the practicality of the e-module. The data analysis technique used is a qualitative analysis technique for compiling data reduction, while other analytical techniques are used in a qualitative descriptive manner to present data in the form of numbers and tables. The results of the research concluded that the e-module assisted by Macromedia Flash 8 was feasible because material experts and e-module experts stated that the module was valid with an average score of 4.35 and 4.65 with the criteria of "Very Good". Based on the students' responses, they stated that they were practical with a good response percentage of 83%, and based on the average student score above the KKM, the average score of 25 students was 72.5.
