Abstract

The Padrepio Helvetia Medan Parish Mandiri Savings and Loans Association Cooperative is one of the cooperatives engaged in the savings and loan sector by prioritizing members' desire to save so that they can create joint capital for members to borrow with appropriate loan services for welfare purposes. The Annual Members' Meeting is an annual agenda as a media for management to be accountable for their performance for one year. The chairman of the cooperative is the highest structural position of the administrator who has duties and responsibilities both inside and outside the cooperative in controlling all cooperative activities. The process of electing the chairman of the Padre Pio Parish Savings and Loans Association cooperative is still being carried out only by pointing to and mentioning someone's name from among the names of the management and then conveying it to members to approve. The determination of the chairman which is carried out using the arbitrary model is not in accordance with the terms and criteria of an optimal cooperative chairman because the elected chairman is not necessarily the most competent of the candidates and often happens just because of friendship so the results are not objective. With the reasons described, the researcher applied the MOORA method. The application of the MOORA method to the election of the chairman of the Padre Pio Helvetia Medan Parish Independent Savings and Loans cooperative can help determine a more objective chairman based on terms and criteria by solving problems through complex mathematical calculations, determining the weight value for each attribute, then proceed with the ranking process which will select the alternative that has been given. In this study the criteria determined consisted of background and educational level, certificate ownership, age, and length of time being a member. In the objective approach, the weight value is calculated mathematically so that it ignores the subjectivity of the decision maker. With the application of the MOORA method, several alternatives that meet the requirements and criteria can be determined which is the best to serve as chairman. The best ranking results are those who are most worthy of being the head of a more objective cooperative.

Abstract

Indonesia has an important role as a country that produces various high-quality culinary items. Indonesia, with its plethora of natural resources and cultural diversity, can generate a wide range of culinary goods, including traditional foods and beverages as well as modern culinary inventions. Natural and cultural potentials are the foundation for the development of exceptional food and beverages in a country manufacturing culinary products. However, numerous issues with marketing are not global enough, even though Indonesian culinary items should be able to compete with well-known food products. Information technology and the internet have altered the culinary business scene in Indonesia, making it easier for local culinary products to obtain worldwide market share. This article investigates how the existence of information technology and the internet has opened up new avenues for Indonesian culinary manufacturers to broaden their marketing reach. Indonesian culinary items can now be accessed by consumers worldwide via an online platform, removing geographical barriers and presenting substantial economic growth possibilities. This study created an application system to advertise culinary products, with the first steps focusing on designing application systems. The Unified Modeling Language technique is used to create the culinary application system. This procedure aids in visualizing the system's structure, and interactions deployment. As a result, development teams and stakeholders have a more structured design and a better grasp of the system. Unified Modeling Language is quickly becoming a valuable tool for supporting thorough collaboration and documentation in application development.

Abstract

Tourist attractions are very interesting things to visit in an area that we are living. It is no exception when visiting the city of Medan, the tourists will visit interesting tourist spots in the city of Medan. To optimize time so that you can visit all tourist attractions in Medan City, you need to map locations so that you can create the shortest route that can be used to take all the tourist sites you want to visit in Medan City. The shortest route of a trip will shorten the travel time. Likewise in terms of seeking experts. When requesting a route from one point (start point) to another location (destination point), usually the result that comes out is the "shortest path" from the starting point to the destination point. The shortest path is the problem of finding a path between two or more vertices in a minimum weighted graph. To simplify solving the shortest path problem, a search algorithm is needed. Dijkstra's algorithm solves the problem of finding the shortest path between two vertices in a weighted graph with the smallest total number, by finding the shortest distance between the initial vertex and other vertices, so that the path formed from the initial vertex to the destination vertex has the smallest total weight. In this study, Dijkstra's algorithm looks for the shortest path based on the smallest weight from one point to another, so that it can help provide a choice of paths. Based on the trials of Dijkstra's algorithm, it has the ability to find the shortest path, because in this algorithm each graph is selected an edge with a minimum weight that connects the selected vertices with other unselected vertices.

Abstract

Pharmacy is a public facility that supplies, distributes, and serves medicine needs. Based on observations, Rania Farma Pharmacy is one of the pharmacies that still uses conventional methods of medicine management. The Pharmacist Assistant has to write down medicine stocks and transactions in a book, calculate sales with the help of a calculator, and monthly reporting by inputting daily sales in the Microsoft Office Excel application which takes quite a long time. This process is prone to human error, such as calculation and recording errors, which can harm pharmacies and consumers. This research uses the Design Thinking method to design a mobile-based pharmacy application based on the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX). Then perform prototype analysis using the System Usability Scale (SUS). Design Thinking includes software development methods focusing on solving human-centered problems. Pharmacy information needs are collected through observation, interviews, and literature study. In designing this information system, it is hoped that it can help medicine management at the Rania Farma Pharmacy. In testing the prototype, the analysis used is the System Usability Scale (SUS). The results of the SUS value were 79.5, which was included in the Good category. Therefore the design of the Pharmacy application can be used and developed to become a better and more useful system for pharmacies.
