Abstract

Output dari sumber-sumber ini adalah sinyal analog dan sumbernya disebut sumber analog. Kontras dengan komputer dan penyimpanan seperti disk magnetik atau optik, menghasilkan sinyal diskrit (biasanya karakter biner atau ASCII). Sistem kompresi data dalam bentuk sinyal analog ini menarik untuk dikaji dalam pensinyalan analog. Dari penelitian ini, penulis membuat penelitian tentang kompresi data dalam jaringan Komputer, Algoritma kompresi berbasis kamus menggunakan metode yang sangat berbeda untuk mengompresi data. Algoritma ini menggantikan string panjang variabel dari sebuah simbol menjadi sebuah token. Pengkodeaan aritmatika dapat memanfaatkan ide untuk menggantikan sebuah simbol masukan dengan kode yang spesifik. Algoritma ini menggantikan sebuah aliran simbol masukan dengan sebuah angka keluaran tunggal. Lebih banyak bit dibutuhkan dalam angka keluaran, maka semakin rumit pesan yang diterima. Pengodean Aritmatika dapat menggantikan string simbol input dengan angka floating point. Semakin lama dan semakin kompleks pesan yang dikodekan, semakin banyak bit yang dibutuhkan untuk tujuan itu. hasil dari pengkodean aritmatika ini adalah satu angka kurang dari 1 dan lebih besar dari atau sama dengan 0. Penomoran ini dapat didekodekan secara unik, untuk menghasilkan sekumpulan simbol yang digunakan dalam menghasilkan penomoran. Untuk dapat menghasilkan nilai keluaran, setiap simbol yang akan dikodekan diberi satu set nilai probabilitas.

Abstract

Persoalan mengenai persuratan yang dialami oleh instansi pemerintah, organisasi dan perusahaan swasta yang terkendala dalam proses database surat masuk dan surat keluar yang dilakukan secara manual. Ada berbagai kendala seperti pendistribusian surat yang tidak efekif, surat tercecer, dan pengarsipan yang tidak rapi sehingga manajemen arsip persuratan tidak terkontrol. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sebuah digital proses untuk memperbaharui sistem persuratan pada Karang Taruna Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan agar dokumen verifikasi, persuratan organisasi dan pertukaran Informasi antar Instansi terkait menjadi lebih efektif dan aman dengan pemanfaatan Teknologi Virtual Private Network (VPN). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dalam hal pembuatan program menggunakan bahasa pemrograman web dan database MySQL. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian kualitatif, dimana sistem yang dihasilkan akan diuji spesifikasinya, baik itu spesifikasi keamanan maupun spesifikasi fungsional menggunakan metode pengujian black box. Teknologi virtual private network berhasil deterapkan pada manajemen persuratan dan telah diuji dimana  sistem seluruhnya telah sesuai dengan skenario pengujian untuk semua fungsi pada sistem. Melalui sistem yang dibuat pada penelitian ini, menciptakan fasilitas pertukaran surat yang menarik, dapat dijangkau dimanapun dan kapanpun serta menjaga kerahasiaan dan keamanan dokumen bagi instansi pemerintahan.

Abstract

At the Environmental Service, there is a PPLH Arrangement and Compliance Division. One of the environmental dispute reporting services is a dispute between two or more parties arising from activities that have the potential and or have an impact on the environment. The environmental complaint and dispute resolution service at the Makassar City Environmental Service have guidelines for verifying disputes involving many aspects of activities and data collection. The background of the research is the community's obstacles in quick access to reporting complaints due to allegations of pollution and or environmental destruction. Another problem is that the Department of the Environment still needs to prepare a verification plan for environmental disputes involving the reporter and related agencies. The impact of the pandemic that cities and even countries have felt makes the problem even more complicated. The research objective is to design an E-Government application for Complaints and Environmental Dispute Resolution Services that can be accessed by the public anytime and anywhere, especially in the era of new habits. The waterfall's system development method starts from system engineering, needs analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance. Black box testing method for functional testing. The programming language used is the PHP programming language in building environmental dispute verification media and Android-based applications as a complaint medium. The results of this study are that this application can be a medium so that complaints become easier and can neatly document the dispute resolution process.

Abstract

Typhoid fever is an infectious disease that causes death in Indonesia. This endemic disease has a high incidence rate and is a health problem related to the environment and sanitation. Problems due to limited time to consult directly with specialist doctors, it is not easy to consult with doctors at any time, and limited medical knowledge and experience, so it is difficult for the community to know and make an early diagnosis of the disease with symptoms of typhoid fever. This study created an Android-based application using a fuzzy logic algorithm for diagnosing typhoid fever. The application was built by adopting expert knowledge related to general and clinical symptoms that are often experienced by patients with typhoid fever, and data on the level of typhoid disease. Data collection was carried out through direct observation at the hospital and direct interviews with doctors. The data was processed to produce output in the form of diagnostic results and solution data recommended by the system. The application consists of 3 user levels, namely Admin who can process user data, Users who can diagnose their disease by inputting answers to questions in the application, and Experts who can process symptom data, disease level, and solution data. The research results are in the form of an application that can be used anytime as an alternative consultant that helps the community in diagnosing typhoid fever with output in the form of diagnostic results (negative typhoid, positive typhoid, or strong positive typhoid).

Abstract

Motor vehicle service management, especially cars in a company, has a service flow that takes up a lot of time. In general, the customer checks the vehicle, buys spare parts to be brought to the mechanic for service, then makes a payment transaction. Likewise, when performing certain car body parts services, the mechanic sets the service price until the payment transaction. In the service process, if another damage is found, the car company must confirm with customers who are at the service center or outside via cell phone. Furthermore, the customer repeats the transaction so that the car service process takes longer. Customers who are at the service location must spend more time waiting for the service to finish. This research aims to create a car service management application using QR Code technology, by creating a mechanism between spare parts sales departments, mechanics, and cashiers. This application can make it easier for customers to monitor the types of damage and services needed, the status of car services, prices of spare parts, and service fees that are completed to be done. By scanning the QR Code, customers can remotely monitor car service, making it easier and more efficient.

Abstract

Manajemen service kendaraan bermotor khususnya mobil pada suatu perusahaan mempunyai alur service yang menyita banyak waktu. Pada umumnya pelanggan melakukan pengecekan kendaraan, kemudian melakukan pembelian suku cadang yang akan dibawa ke mekanik untuk dilakukan service, setelah service dilakukan lagi transaksi pembayaran biaya service dan lain-lain. Begitupun jika melakukan service tertentu pada bagian body mobil, mekanik terlebih dahulu menetapkan harga service hingga transaksi pembayaran. Dalam proses service, jika ditemukan kerusakan lainnya, perusahaan mobil harus melakukan konfirmasi kepada pelanggan yang berada di tempat service ataupun yang berada di luar melalui handphone. Selanjutnya nasabah melakukan transaksi ulang sehingga proses service mobil menjadi lebih lama. Nasabah yang berada di tempat service harus meluangkan lebih banyak waktu untuk menunggu selesai service. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat suatu aplikasi manajemen service mobil menggunakan teknologi QR Code, dengan membuat mekanisme antar bagian penjualan spare part, mekanik dan kasir. Aplikasi tersebut dapat memudahkan nasabah melakukan monitoring jenis kerusakan dan service yang dibutuhkan, status service mobil, harga suku cadang serta biaya service yang dikonfirmasi untuk dikerjakan. Dengan melakukan scan QR Code, nasabah dapat melakukan monitoring service mobil dari jarak jauh sehingga lebih mudah, dan efisien.

Abstract

Salah satu kewajiban dosen yang dilaksanakan secara berkala adalah kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Kewajiban tersebut merupakan salah satu wujud Tri Darma Perguran Tinggi. Kegiatan pengabdian terlaksana atas kerja sama Universitas Dipa Makassar dengan Pemerintah Kota Makassar, Kecamatan Kepulauan Sangkarrang, Kelurahan Kodingareng dengan tema Digitalisasi Marketing Sebagai Strategi Penguatan UMKM di Kelurahan Kodingareng. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 21 orang pengusaha dalam hal ini pemilik UMKM. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah penguatan UMKM naik kelas dalam meningkatkan daya saing di pasar global. Pengabdian ini menggunakan presentasi serta pelatihan langsung menggunakan mobile android ataupun laptop dalam proses edukasi dan pelatihan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode pendidikan, pelatihan dan advokasi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu seluruh peserta yang mengikuti pelatihan dari awal hingga akhir dapat mengetahui dan membuat Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) sebagai salah satu dokumen legalitas usaha mikro dan kecil. Selain itu peserta dapat mengetahui strategi penguatan UMKM naik kelas seperti melakukan Social Media Marketing (SMM), Search Engine Optimazation (SEO), Branding dan Content Marketing.

Abstract

Barrang Caddi Island is one of the islands located in Barrang Caddi Village, Sangkarang Islands District, Makassar City. The Barrang Caddi Village Office as a public service provider has various types of services to the community, including issuing recommendation letters and certificates. Barrang Caddi Village Office staffs were required to provide effective and efficient services to the community, hence village officials must always improve their knowledge and skills, including increasing information technology literacy. Utilization of information technology in supporting public services within the Barrang Caddi Village environment requires the ability of Human Resources to use this information technology. In response to this, the Dipa Makassar University Lecturer team carried out community service activities addressed to the Barrang Caddi Village officers with a counseling approach in the form of training in the use of office applications, namely Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and the internet. The purpose of this community service activity was to improve the quality of HR performance for the Barrang Caddi Village Office in operating office applications to ensure faster, more effective and efficient services for the community. Based on the results of the community service activities that have been carried out, it can be seen that all participants in the training, namely the Barrang Caddi Village Office staff, were very enthusiastic about participating in the training and the participants were able to understand and practice well all the material presented during the activity.

Abstract

Kelompok Tani merupakan sekumpulan para petani yang terdiri dari ketua dan anggota, yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil pertanian serta taraf hidup para petani khususnya di kelompok tani. Kendala yang terjadi saat ini yaitu hanya sebagian petani dapat bantuan. Banyak kelompok tani yang seharusnya layak mendapat bantuan tetapi tidak memperoleh bantuan. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut makan dirancang sistem untuk menampilkan informasi informasi ketersediaan bahan baku meliputi nama bahan, stok dan kebutuhan, lalu hasil produksi meliputi nama produksi, hasil produk dan minimun hasil produksi serta kondisi alat meliputi nama alat, kondisi alat dan keterangan tambahan kondisi alat pertanian lalu informasi kebutuhan keuangan meliputi sumber dana dan nominal melalui sistem berbasis web. Hasil penelitian yaitu sistem berbasis web yang dirancang dapat membantu Ketua Kelompok Tani untuk memonitoring kebutuhan bibit, alat pertanian dan bantuan petani yang dibagikan kepada para anggota kelompok tani dan menyajikan rekap data kondisi alat, bahan baku, hasil produksi dan kondisi keuangan sehingga dapat mempermudah memilih jenis bantuan yang akan diberikan kepada petani.

Abstract

Pharmacy is a public facility that supplies, distributes, and serves medicine needs. Based on observations, Rania Farma Pharmacy is one of the pharmacies that still uses conventional methods of medicine management. The Pharmacist Assistant has to write down medicine stocks and transactions in a book, calculate sales with the help of a calculator, and monthly reporting by inputting daily sales in the Microsoft Office Excel application which takes quite a long time. This process is prone to human error, such as calculation and recording errors, which can harm pharmacies and consumers. This research uses the Design Thinking method to design a mobile-based pharmacy application based on the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX). Then perform prototype analysis using the System Usability Scale (SUS). Design Thinking includes software development methods focusing on solving human-centered problems. Pharmacy information needs are collected through observation, interviews, and literature study. In designing this information system, it is hoped that it can help medicine management at the Rania Farma Pharmacy. In testing the prototype, the analysis used is the System Usability Scale (SUS). The results of the SUS value were 79.5, which was included in the Good category. Therefore the design of the Pharmacy application can be used and developed to become a better and more useful system for pharmacies.
