Jurnal AKMAMI (Akuntansi Manajemen Ekonomi) diterbitkan oleh Centre for Research and Development Indonesia (CERED Indonesia) bulan Juni dan bulan Desember dalam setahun. Jurnal AKMAMI adalah untuk menyebarluaskan informasi hasil karya tulis ilmiah kepada akademisi dan praktisi yang menaruh minat pada bidang akuntansi manajemen ekonomi. Jurnal AKMAMI menerima kiriman artikel yang ditulis dalam bahasa Indonesia atau bahasa Inggris. Penentuan artikel yang dimuat dilakukan melalui proses blind review oleh tim editor dengan mempertimbangkan aspek-aspek antara lain: terpenuhinya persyararatan baku untuk publikasi jurnal ilmiah dan kontribusi artikel terhadap perkembangan profesi, akuntansi manajemen ekonomi. Editor bertanggung jawab untuk memberikan telaah konstruktif terhadap artikel yang akan dimuat dan (jika dipandang perlu) dan menyampaikan hasil evaluasi artikel kepada penulis. Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence teacher competence, motivation, and work environment have on teacher performance at SMP Kartika 1-2 Medan. The results showed that simultaneously teacher competence, motivation and work environment had a significant effect on teacher performance at SMP Kartika 1-2 Medan. Partially teacher competence, motivation and work environment have a significant effect on teacher performance at SMP Kartika 1-2 Medan and partially teacher competence, work motivation and work environment have a significant effect on teacher performance at SMP Kartika 1-2 Medan.

Abstract

The data analysis used was the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of this study indicate that: (1) product quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction with a value of 0.588 and a P-value of 0.000. (2). Price has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction with a value of 0.180 and a P value of 0.013. (3). Product quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions with a value of 0.365 and P-Values of 0.000. (4). Price has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions with a value of 0.230 and a P-value of 0.008. (5). The purchase decision has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction with a value of 0.640 and a value of P 0.000. (6). Product quality has a significant positive effect on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions with a value of 0.084 and a P-value of 0.016. (7). Price has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions with a value of 0.148 and P-Values of 0.008.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of revenue sharing, the realization of local revenue and regional expenditure on the APBD budget deficit in the Provincial Government of North Sumatra for the 2011-2014 fiscal year. This study uses secondary data from BPS and BAPPEDA North Sumatra. The population in this study is the Provincial Government Budget of North Sumatra for the 2011-2014 Budget Year. The method of analysis used in this research is multiple regression method. The results of this study indicate that the revenue-sharing and regional expenditure variables have a positive effect on the APBD budget deficit in the Provincial Government of North Sumatra, while the realization of regional revenue has a negative effect on the APBD budget deficit in the North Sumatra Provincial Government.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, leadership, and work climate on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with data sourced from 284 respondents obtained by survey techniques using a questionnaire. The data is analyzed with a Path Analysis approaches helped by SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that compensation, leadership and organizational climate directly affect Job Satisfaction. Compensation and leadership also have a direct influence on employee performance, but the work climate has no effect on employee performance. Compensation, leadership and work climate have a direct effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, job satisfaction only acts as a mediating variable on the effect of compensation on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership, supervision and work practices on the work discipline of public bureau employees and the Aceh regional secretariat either partially or simultaneously. The approach used in this study is an associative approach. The population in this study were all employees of the public bureau and the Aceh regional secretariat totaling 230. The sample in this study used the Slovin formula, totaling 70 employees of the general bureau and the Aceh regional secretariat. Data collection techniques in this study using interview techniques, documentation study, observation, and questionnaires. Multiple Liner Regression Analysis Test, Hypothesis Test (t test and F test), and coefficient of determination were used in the data analysis methodology in this study. The software program SPSS (Statistical Kit for Social Sciences) version 24.00 was used for data analysis in this report. The results of this study prove that partially and simultaneously transformational leadership, supervision and work activities have a significant effect on the work discipline of employees of the general bureau and the Aceh regional secretariat.

Abstract

This research is related to how the influence of supervision, communication, and leadership style on employee work discipline at the Cipta Karya and Spatial Planning Office of North Sumatra Province.. The population of this study was 175 people with a total sample size of 121 respondents and the data collection technique was carried out by using the Likert-scale questionnaire distribution method and processed by data processor SPSS 16.0 for windows. The results of the study indicate that supervision, communication, and leadership styles have a partially positive and significant effect on work discipline. Then the results of the study show that supervision, communication, and leadership style simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on work discipline with a determination coefficient of 32%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of workload on organizational commitment and work environment on job satisfaction of employees of the Civil Service Police Unit of Binjai City either partially or simultaneously. The approach used in this research is an associative approach. The population in this study were all 60 employees of the civil service police unit of Binjai City. The sample in this study used a quota sampling of 60 employees of the Civil Service Police Unit of Binjai City. Data collection techniques in this study using interview techniques, documentation study, observation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study used Multiple Liner Regression Analysis Test, Hypothesis Test (t test and F test), and the Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this study used the SPSS (Statistic Package for the Social Sciens) software program version 24.00. The results of this study prove that partially and simultaneously workload, organizational commitment and work environment have a significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of the Civil Service Police Unit of Binjai City.

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the influence of Organizational Culture, Motivation, and Leadership Style on Employee Performance at the Spatial Planning Office of North Sumatra Province. The population in this study were 35 employees with a total sample size of 35 employees and data techniques were carried out using the Likert scale questionnaire distribution method and processed by data processor SPSS 16.0 for windows. The results showed that organizational culture, motivation on employee performance had a positive and significant partially significant effect, and leadership style had no significant effect on employee performance. Then the results showed that organizational culture, motivation and leadership simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The approach used is descriptive quantitative where data analysis techniques are a way of collecting and clarifying information related to the problem under study. And the sample used is a saturated sample where 60 individuals from 30 consumer companies become the test population. To measure the dimensions and indicators used measures of validity and reliability, service quality is divided into 5 dimensions and 25 indicators so that the degree of service quality is in accordance with consumer perceptions and expectations to produce customer satisfaction. What needs to be covered for quadrant II is 24-hour office operations, providing a team that is always available to manage customers, ensuring protection of product distribution, on-time delivery  of goods, speed of consumer response are positive perceptions that need to be preserved. Quadrant III is the assurance dimension where customer attention and feedback is handled quickly, the organization reacts to customers very quickly, provides clear communication to customers, speed of problem solving time, employee responsiveness to operational problems is continuously improved for performance improvement. To achieve greater customer satisfaction, quadrant IV on the dimensions of empathy, changes and improvements must be made.
