This research used quasi-experimental methods. Subject divided into 2 group, that is Group 1 with core stability exercise intervention and Group 2 with ankle stability exercise intervention. The research will be done in 6 weeks, and 3 times a week. The dribbling agility measurement in this study used Dribbling Agility Test (DAT). From 14 subject, was obtained the difference average of dribbling agility value from the group with core muscle stability exercise was 1.8 ± 1.3 second (p-value=0.010, p<0.05), and the difference average of dribbling agility value from the group with ankle stability exercise was 2.29 ± 1.37 second (p-value=0.005, p<0.5). There is no difference between the group in increasing dribbling agility with p-value=0.477 (p>0.05). Both exercises shown improvement in each group in increasing dribbling agility with no difference between the group.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus can become serious and cause chronic conditions that are dangerous if left untreated. According to the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2011, diabetics are at risk of microvascular damage such as retinopathy, nephropathy, and neuropathy. This has an effect on the quality of life of DM sufferers.. The quality of life of DM patients can be improved in many ways. One of the methods that has been used to improve the quality of life of DM sufferers is the Self Diabetes Management Education (SDME) method with group methods. Self Diabetes Management Education (SDME) is an ongoing process to facilitate the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for the self-care of Diabetes Mellitus patients. SDME provides decision making information, self-care behavior, problem solving and active cooperation with health teams and to improve clinical outcomes, health status and quality of life.. This study aims to find out the influence of Self Diabetes Management Education (SDME) with group methods on family support and quality of life of DM sufferers in the working area of Puskesmas Ragunan Village, South Jakarta. This study used Quasi Experiment design with DM patients in Ragunan Village Health Center Pasar Minggu as a sample.

Abstract

Isolation of flavonoid compounds can be done in various stages. In this study, a literature study was done to determine the procedure for the Isolation and Identification of Flavonoid Compounds. The procedure usually begins with a phytochemical test (screening) first. Flavonoid phytochemical tests can be done with various types of tests, Bate Smith-Matcalfe test, 10% NaOH test, and Wilstatter test. It can be done with all of the tests or just one of them. The first step is extraction with a suitable solvent. The suitable solvents for the isolation of flavonoid compounds are polar and semi-polar solvents. Extraction of plant compounds for isolated flavonoid compounds used the maceration method. Maceration carried out for 72 hours while stirring every 24 hours. After that the extract was concentrated with a rotary vacuum evaporator. The next step is fractionation. For the fractionation of isolated flavonoid compounds, it can be done by the methods of Liquid-Liquid Extraction, Vacuum Liquid Chromatography, Column Chromatography, and Thin Layer Chromatography. Solvents that can be used in this step vary, depending on the method. Then, isolate be monitored to determine the type of flavonoid contained in the isolate. The methods that can be used in this step are UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, HNMR, and FTIR spectrophotometer. You can use one method or two methods.

Abstract

According to Globocon 2018 data, new cases of cervical cancer reached 32,469 people and the death rate from cervical cancer reached 18,279 per year. This means that about 50 Indonesian women die from cervical cancer every day. This literature study aims to determine the relationship or influence of selfcare on the quality of life of cervical cancer patients. This method of research uses literature riview or literature study method. Article searches are conducted based on keywords from 'Self Care'AND 'Quality of Life'AND 'Cervical Cancer Patients', using pubmed search engine, Google Search Engine (Scholar and Repository) and Researchgate. With the publication of articles from 2015 to 2020. The search results were obtained 11 articles that discuss the topic of self care and quality of life in cervical cancer patients. Published articles published from 2015 to 2020. Each individual has a different quality of life depending on each individual in addressing the problems that occur in him. The use of certain coping strategies can influence their desire for information about their illness, their efficacy, and the way they adjust to the disease and its treatments. The quality of life of cervical cancer patients will improve if we know the supporting factors of a person in performing the treatment of both family support, health workers and social context support so that the patient remains passionate in living his life.

Abstract

Hypertension is very significant contributing to maternal and fetal morbidity and mortality so it is necessary to do preliminary screening and follow-up during pregnancy. Hypertension is a disease of the cardiovascular system that has high mortality and morbidity. High blood pressure in hypertensive patients can be overcome by pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapy. One non-pharmacological therapy is facial massage therapy and deep breathing relaxation. This research is a quantitative study with the method of Non-equivalent Control Group Design with the Control Group Post test only design approach or post test control group. The study was conducted at the Puskesmas Tanah Baru Depok. The sample amounted to 108 people who were divided into 54 people in the control group and 54 people in the intervention group. Data was collected through questionnaires and blood pressure measurement results. Based on the Mann Whitney test results obtained p-value 0.001, it can be concluded that there is a difference in the mean systolic blood pressure in pregnant women who do facial massage and deep breathing relaxation. There was a significant difference in the value of stress levels after facial massage and deep breathing relaxation at the stress level (p-value 0.001). The average stress level in pregnant women who did not take facial massage and deep breathing relaxation was 76.50 ± 25.5, while for pregnant women who did facial massage therapy and deep breathing relaxation was 60 ± 16.
