Abstract

Conditions in Neonatology in the form of noise, lighting, smells, the use of tools and procedures that can cause stress and pain greatly contribute to morbidity. Newborns are often exposed to a number of procedures that cause pain, both diagnostic procedures, therapeutic procedures, and installation of monitoring tools. Physiological parameters. All of these actions can put stress on the baby. The impact if the baby is stressed is a change in  the baby's physiological functions, such as hypothermia, an increase in the baby's heart rate, the frequency of breath will cause repeated apnea, the presentation of hemoglobin bound by oxygen (SPO2) tends to decrease. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Kangaroo Treatment Method on Physiological Stress in Low Birth Weight Infants at Rs Annisa Tangerang 2020. The research method used in this study was a quasi experimental design: one group pre test and post test design. The population in this study amounted to 35 respondents. The technique used for data collection is accidental sampling. Results: Based on the statistical test that the p-value <0.05, it can be stated that HO is rejected, meaning that there is an influence between Kangaroo Method Treatment on Physiological Stress in Low Birth Weight Infants at Rs Annisa Tangerang 2020. There is an influence between Kangaroo  Treatment  Methods  on  Stress Physiology of Low Birth Weight Babies at Rs Annisa Tangerang 2020.

Abstract

The psychosocial hazard level of journalists job stres is quite high, reaching 51.63% of workers experiencing work-related stres with losses of up to $300 billion each year due to stres at work, then the number of complaints reported to Dewan Pers reaches over 500 cases with the percentage of android users in Indonesia amounted to 90.64%. In Media Company X Semarang City was found that 10 journalists (66.7%) experienced moderate work stres and 5 journalists (33.3%) experienced heavy work stres. The aim of this study was to compile and assess the feasibility of developing an android-based complaint application development product in the prevent of psychosocial hazards journalism in Media Company X Semarang City. The results of this research was android-based application products. The developed product was declared feasible to use based on the assessment of media experts 82.7% and material experts 80.7%, assessment of usability worker response 76.6%. It can be concluded that this android-based complaint media is good and feasible to be applied as a media to prevent psychosocial hazards journalism in Media Company X Semarang City. This research used Research and Development (R&D). The assessment of the feasibility of the application was carried out by 4 validators specifically 2 media expert and 2 material expert. The informants in the research consist into 22 main informants and 2 supporting informants. The data collection used human instrument, interview guidelines, and questionnaire. The data were analyzed with a description of the content, the data were presented in narrative and table form.

Abstract

COVID-19 cases in Riau Province are still showing a significant increase in numbers. This is due to the activities and mobility of the people of Riau Province who are very much outside the house. Problems in the community, among others, are still many who do not understand the prevention of COVID-19 transmission, including the importance of using masks when out of the house, the importance of personal hygiene, hand washing with soap, and pyshical distancing. The habit of implementing clean and healthy living behaviors is not easy, it requires understanding and motivation from individuals so that each individual is more disciplined in applying them. The purpose of this research is to increase people's knowledge about COVID-19 through leafleat media. The method used is qualitative method. Pretest the community to get an early overview of the understanding of health protocols in preventing the transmission of COVID-19. The results of the posttest questionnaire showed an increase in people's knowledge from not understanding to understanding and very understanding. This is because the measurement of knowledge is done by providing complete information about COVID-19 and its prevention through leaflet media that is very effective in improving one's knowledge. The conclusion of socialization research that has been conducted on November 29, 2020 at RW 09 RT 03 Bina Widya Village, Panam Pekanbaru Riau can be seen that there is an increase in public knowledge after this activity, thus adding to the public's insight on how to prevent the transmission of covid-19 and what foods can be consumed during the current pandemic in order to improve the immune system or immune system.

Abstract

Based on data, Ministry of Health (Dinkes) Tangerang Regency, from January to March 2019 IR (insident rate) 252 for 100,000 inhabitants, the number of patients with TUBERCULOSIS reaches 6,500 people. The number of sufferers, up compared to 2018 who reached 3,838 people. This Literature review aims to view and review related articles on predisposition factors, prevention and behavior of healthy lung TB patients. This research is a method of study of libraries or literature review. Search for articles using search engine Google search engines (Google scholar, repository), Pubmed/Medline and Researchgate with PRISMA search strategy. Search articles by publication year 2015 to 2019. Results: of 15 Articles of Analytanisi derived that the dominant predisposition factor is knowledge, smoking attitude, economic status that affects the status of nutrition or nutritional intake and support of the family. In variable prevention found that prevention is done by throwing phlegm/spit in the toilet, familiarize the behavior of clean and healthy life (PHBS) in the household, regular exercise, not smoking as well as the practice of closing the mouth and nose when coughing and sneezing. In addition, opening the window for the house to get sunlight and fresh air and drying the sleeping mat so as not to be moist should be done. Meanwhile, in the behavior of recovering patients compliance with medication and prevention carried out will affect lung patients cure.

Abstract

In early January 2020, the world was shocked by a serious outbreak caused by a virus called Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19). The virus is believed to have first appeared on November 31, 2019 in wuhan city, China. The outbreak spread to several countries making it a global pandemic.  The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of covid-19 incentives on the performance of nakes in rs x. This research method as a whole uses quantitative methods. This study used two variables, namely bound variables and free variables, in this study it will be known if there is a significant influence between Incentive-Free Variables (X) to Performance Bound Variables (Y) in RS X. This study outlines the effect of Covid-19 incentives on Nakes' performance in Hospital X. This aims to find out how much impact Covid-19 incentives have on Nakes' performance in hospital X. Based on validation tests, reliability tests, simple linear regression tests, correlation coefficient tests, determination coefficient tests and t tests can be concluded that there is a significant influence between Covid-19 incentives on nakes performance in Hospital X by 34 .7% tested.

Abstract

Metabolic bone disease is a group of disorders associated with disturbances in changes in calcium levels and phosphorus homeostasis, which occur frequently but are difficult to distinguish based on history, physical examination and imaging studies. Osteoporosis is one that often occurs, which often occurs in women who have a higher risk of osteoporosis (21.7%) than men (14.8%). Clinically, metabolic bone disease is often found in patients with fractures which are the main complications of this disease. The modalities used include plain radiography or even computed tomography (CT) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), but currently Bone scan (bone fingerprint) is an examination that can be used to detect, is an imaging technique capable of high resolution in a long time. short (acquisition of whole body or specific parts of bone), relatively low dose, sensitivity and specificity for detecting lesions as a result of tomographic data and is an option in routine examinations in Nuclear Medicine. In this article, we will thoroughly explain the various manifestations in the form of peculiarities of the uptake picture of metabolic disease in bone using bone scan (bone fingerprint) examination using the literature study method or literature review as well as conducting article inclusion and article review. These articles can be in the form of research, systematic reviews or case reports. The places where the research was carried out from these articles all came from abroad, on the continents of Asia, Europe, and America.

Abstract

Dyspepsia is a symptomatic syndrome disease characterized by pain or discomfort in the upper part or heartburn. Organic dyspepsia is caused by disorders in the gastrointestinal tract or around the gastrointestinal tract, such as the pancreas, gallbladder and others. The purpose of this study is to find out the definition, causes, classification, and therapy of dyspepsia syndrome. The method used in reviewing this article is the collection of literature from existing journal sources related to dyspepsia in general sourced from google, google scholar, and e-book using the keywords "dyspepsia", "classification of dyspepsia", "causes of dyspepsia", and "dyspepsia therapy" in literature search. Obtained organic ispepsia results occur due to organic abnormalities. In organic dyspepsia there are noticeable abnormalities seen in endoscopy of digestive tract organs such as peptic ulcer or known as peptic ulcer, gastritis, stomach cancer, gastro esophageal reflux disease (GERD), hyperacidity. The conclusion obtained is that in the cure of dyspepsia disease can be treated with pharmacological therapy which includes the use of drugs such as; antacids, anticholinergics, H2 antagonists and others. In addition, dyspepsia can also be treated with non-pharmacological therapies that include maintaining a diet, reducing stress and others.

Abstract

Since the discovery of COVID-19 cases in Indonesia in early March 2020, the number of COVID-19 transmission in Indonesia has increased. COVID-19 is a virus that causes diseases ranging from mild and severe symptoms, this disease attacks the respiratory system, the disease is in the spotlight because of its first appearance in 2019 in Wuhan, China. This study aims to analyze the influence of health promotion on the level of knowledge about covid-19 in hospital outpatients x. This study uses a type of quantitative research using pseudo-experimental methods or post-test (Questionnaire). The results of the frequency of Prevention Knowledge conducted on patients in hospitals "X" are influenced by the granting of interventions to increase knowledge in outpatients regarding the prevention of COVID-19. This counseling activity is carried out so that communication can be received and health messages can be delivered. So that it can help in increasing the target knowledge about COVID-19 prevention. Conclusion there are differences in prevention of 6M about COVID-19 at the time before being given counseling and after giving / conducted counseling. This means that there is an influence of health promotion on the level of knowledge about COVID-19 and the prevention of 6M in hospitals " X ".

Abstract

This study wanted to look at the relationship and influence of social capital on cognitive function in schizophrenic patients. Social capital is a concept that arises from the results of interaction in society with a long process and is believed to be one of the main components in driving togetherness, mobility of ideas, mutual trust and mutual benefit to achieve mutual progress. Interactions that form networks in togetherness in social capital contain norms, values and mutual understanding that facilitate cooperation in a group. Social capital is generally associated with health and is considered an important etiology in schizophrenia where in the early stages of schizophrenia there are significant cognitive symptoms making it very difficult for people with the disorder to work, study or work in social life. This research method uses the design of latitude cut study, conducted in dr. hospital. soeselo and using MMSE instruments. The results of the study found a link between social capital and cognitive symptoms in schizophrenic patients where in individuals with good social capital was shown to better adjust to cognitive function. Conclusions on individuals with good social capital can adjust better because individuals have had better coping, perception and adjustment about themselves and their environment, individuals already have the ability to maintain their communication and interaction in public life.

Abstract

Hospital is an institution engaged in health by optimizing health services in an effort to improve the degree of health for the community. This study focuses on the analysis of infection control and prevention programs in the implementation of HAI's surveillance, the aim is to see the main problems in hospital infections, namely referring to the hospital's ability to prevent or minimize the rate of increase in infection, The method used is descriptive qualitative research method, where research data are described in data collection through observation using phenomenological research methods. Data from observations are selected and then categorized from the most relevant data. After doing the research, the results obtained from this research are the PPI program regarding HAI's surveillance at Bhayangkara TK II Sartika Asih Hospital Bandung includes reporting of nosocomial infections such as Phlebitis, Decubitus, UTI (urinary tract infection), VAP (ventilator associated pneumonia) and IDO (operation area infection). And this hospital has reported HAI's surveillance incidents by the IPCN Committee.
