Abstract

In children of age experiencing an increase in the quality of physical activity ability, in addition, it can also experience delays in growth and development. The World Health Organization (WHO) provides a statement that the most common childhood health disorders are musculoskeletal disorders. The musculoskeletal system has an important role in maintaining the balance of the human body. Balance is a major factor in maintaining and maintaining the balance of the human body properly. The purpose of the study was todetermine early detection of balance in children ofthe duana sea tribe. The research method conducted is quantitative research using survey methods with stork balance check instruments balance stand test.   Sampling techniques using purposive sampling methods. Each child is tested 3 times and is taken the best grades. The time during the test is calculated using the Stopwatch. The results of the study measured the balance of children of the duana sea tribe, namely men 74% and women 58% got a very good category with the highest percentage results. This means that the children of the duana sea tribe are able to maintain a very good balance. The conclusion of early childhood motor development research is related to the development of motorik and with itsability to move. Children's motor skills can be seen from various movements and games that are done every day.  Themotor skills of early childhood are closely related to the activities carried out by children.

Abstract

The quality of the nation is determined by one of the success rates of education which is carried out systematically and continuously from student learning outcomes. Optimal student learning outcomes depend on the provision of nutrition, both in terms of quality and quantity. Food nutrition at breakfast has affects student concentration and learning achievement in understanding learning at school. This study aims to determine the relationship between nutritional knowledge and breakfast habits on student achievement in SMA Negeri 12 Bekasi City. The research method used was a survey analytic study with aapproach cross- sectional. The sample in this study were 84 respondents. The subjects in this study were students in grade 10 and 11 aged 15-17 years. Sampling was done using a simple random sampling technique. The results of the study used Chi Square statistical test analysis with a significance limit of α = 0.05. Based on the results of the bivariate analysis, there is a significant relationship between nutritional knowledge and learning achievement with a p-value of 0.001 <α 0.05 and the OR= 5.174 also obtained. There is a significant relationship between breakfast habits and learning achievement with a p-value of 0.016 <α 0.05 and the OR = 3.145 is also obtained. So, the better the student's nutritional knowledge, the more concerned with the menu and food combinations for breakfast in the morning. This will affect the readiness of students to follow and remember the subject matter

Abstract

The registration section is the front line in health service activities in health care facilities. There are many obstacles that occur in the registration section for various reasons. The limited workforce in the registration section is one of the causes of these obstacles. This study aims to analyze the number of workforce needs in the medical record unit at the registration section of the Tanjungsari Medika Clinic based on workload. This research is a descriptive research with observation and interview data collection methods. This study also uses the WISN (Workload Indicators Staffing Needs) method. WISN is a method used to calculate labor requirements based on workload. The data sample in this study was the number of patient visits at the Tanjungsari Medika Clinic for the period July 2020 - June 2021, which amounted to 21619 outpatient visits and 3332 observation patient visits. From the results of the calculations in this study, it can be concluded that it is necessary to add 1 more person in the medical record unit at the Tanjungsari Medika Clinic in order to achieve quality health services with a qualified workforce as well

Abstract

Self-medication is a human behavior that people usually do to get solutions related to health problems, for this reason self-medication must be supervised by pharmacists. Cough is one of the symptoms of ARI that can be treated with self-medication. The purpose of this study was to find out how the level of knowledge of ARI patients on cough medicine self-medication at Apotek standby-24 Cikampek. And to know the role of pharmacy technical personnel in providing information about cough medicine self-medication. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method using a cross sectional research design. Data was collected by means of a questionnaire on 55 respondents. The population in this study were ARI patient with cough symtoms aged 15 to 50 years.  The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method. This research was conducted in April - May 2021. The results of this study showed that 95.83% of respondents had a high level of knowledge of cough medicine self-medication and 4.17% showed a low level of self-medication knowledge. Then 87.50% of pharmacy staff provided complete information on self-medication of cough medicine and 12.50% of pharmacy staff were incomplete in providing information on self-medication of cough medicine. The majority of respondents understand what type of cough they suffer from and understand the selection of cough medicine so that self-medication of cough medicine can be achieved according to symptoms

Abstract

Job Attitude nurses become the basis of the formation of good health services, one of the dimensions of job attitude is job satisfaction. Clear career development makes nurse job satisfaction good and has a loyalty impact on the hospital. Psychological well-being is the most important part of the nurse's Turn Over Intention process. The number of job demand nurses in daily activities causes job attitude nurses to be not good and nurses feel dissatisfied with high job demand. The goal is to analyze the effect of Job Demand and Career Development on The Job Attitude of Nurses In Class C Hospitals Through Psychological Well-being as an Intervening Variable. Research methods with an associative quantitative descriptive approach with cross-sectional research design. The data analysis technique used is path analysis and uses 63 nurses as a saturated sample of research. The result is the Effect of Job Demand and Career Development on Nurse Job Attitude Through Psychological Well-being as an Intervening Variable. Broadly speaking there is the Influence of Job Demand and Career Development on Job Attitude Through Psychological Well-being in Class C Hospital Tangerang City. Management must make a Determination of Work load of each nursing unit in the Hospital so that it can create a good assignment, plan the nurse's career development work program and make a corner of complaints so that every problem can be resolved properly. Further research needs to develop with a larger sample and add independent variables to be more widespread in the discussion

Abstract

In Indonesia the incidence of diabetes mellitus continues to increase. Complications of diabetes occur in all organs of the body with a 50% cause of death due to coronary heart disease and 30% due to kidney failure. Besides death, diabetes also causes disability. As many as 30% of diabetics overcome the complications of retinopathy and 10% overcome foot amputations due to diabetic ulcers. Diabetes mellitus is a disease characterized by evolution caused by differences in insulin production or impaired insulin performance or because of both. Management of diabetes mellitus through the five main pillars, one of which is diabetic exercise. Diabetic gymnastics is a form of aerobic physical exercise for diabetics with movements that have been deliberately chosen to follow the rhythm of the chosen music that requires the provision of rhythmic, continuity and a certain duration to achieve the expected goals. This gymnastics suggests 3-5 times / week. The aim is to determine the sensitivity of the feet of people with diabetes mellitus, the difference in blood sugar levels before and after formulation in patients with Type II DM. This search article is based on data such as Google Scholar. The key words are "diabetes exercise", "foot sensitivity", "blood glucose levels", "type II diabetes patients" and the authors found 5 relevant articles from 2014-2020. This article is expected to be an additional information to keep scheduling diabetic gymnastics regularly and continuously

Abstract

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) is a medianus nerve clamp due to entrapment neuropathy when going through the carpal tunnel in the wrist precisely under the flexor retinaculum. The goal of this study is to find out the effectiveness of wrist stretching, tendon and nerve gliding exercise in reducing pain and improving functional wrist in people with Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. To find out the effectiveness of wrist stretching, tendon and nerve in reducing pain and improving functional wrist in cases of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. A 58-year-old woman with a job before the doughnut seller pandemic. Patients complain of pain in the wrist spreading and feel tingling / numbness in the fingers 1-3, the fingers feel stiff and difficult to shake. Patients therapy for 2x / week in 3 weeks, one patient therapy followed for 20-30 minutes.  Patients are given therapy in the form of wrist stretching, tendon and nerve gliding exercise. Pain was measured using numeric rating scale (NRS) and Boston Carpal Tunnel Questionair (BCTQ) for the severity of CTS. After therapy was given the result of a decrease in press pain and motion pain by 1 point, and there was a slight improvement in the functional ability of the wrist measured using BCTQ. The provision of therapy in the form of wrist stretching, tendon and nerve gliding exercise can reduce pain and improve the functional ability of the wrist.

in its writing, inclusion of information, improper prescription, and even incorrect prescription. The impact of these errors can lead to several factors that can be detrimental, ranging from the inaccuracy of drugs given to certain individuals, errors in measuring the dose given, or incompatibility of drugs with certain patients so that it can result in disability or death. This study aims to determine the completeness of outpatient prescriptions according to prescribing SOP compliance served in the internal disease polyclinic of MM Indramayu Hospital. This study used a descriptive method which was carried out retrospectively using activity data for the period January - December 2020. Sampling was carried out using the Slovin formula and obtained 380 recipes. Based on the data collection and analysis carried out in this evaluation, it can be seen that the administrative completeness of prescriptions that meet the requirements are (74.73%), while the administrative completeness of prescriptions that do not meet the requirements are (25.26%). Administrative documents that meet the criteria are Signature, Incryptio, Invocation, Patient Name and Age (100%), while other administrations are Praescriptio/Ordonatio (28.68%), Subscriptio (45.26%), and Address (75.78%). From this evaluation, it can be concluded that many outpatient prescriptions meet the completeness aspect of the prescription SOP at MM Indramayu Hospital. However, improvements in prescribing need to be done so that there are no prescriptions that do not meet the requirements. This can be done by reviewing doctors to be more thorough and clear in prescription writing, communication between pharmacists and doctors or medical audits of prescription writing

Abstract

Based on data from the World Health Organization, more than 8 million of the population died due to tobacco use globally. Around 90% of them died as a result of direct use, while 10% were exposed by other people. There are 225.700 people killed by tobacco exposure and tobacco-related disease in Indonesia each year. This research was conducted to consider efforts to reduce the level of cigarette consumption through health education about the dangers of smoking. The method used was a one-group pretest–posttest design. A total of 108 people participated in the webinar and completed questionnaires before and after the intervention to assess their level of knowledge about the dangers of smoking. The findings revealed a difference in the mean level of knowledge among respondents before and after the webinar, with pre-test score of 149.07 and post-test score of 157.78 out of 170 as the total score. There were significant differences (p < 0.001), implying that the health education intervention was effective in increasing knowledge about the dangers of smoking among Indonesians aged 20-40 years

Abstract

Anxiety can occur in pregnant women in the first pregnancy, one of which is because they have difficulty to regulate proper emotions. The negative impact of anxiety triggers uterine contractions, increased blood pressure, preeclampsia and even miscarriage. When the experience and expression of emotions can be managed properly then it can have an impact on the lack of anxiety symptoms that appear and of course improve the psychological well-being of pregnant women. This study aims to find out the contribution of emotional regulation to anxiety in pregnant women in the first pregnancy. A study sample of 34 people with an age range of 20-37 years using purposive sampling techniques. The measurement tools used are Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ) and Zung Self-rating Anxiety. The data is analyzed using a simple regression test. The results showed that emotion regulation contributed significantly to anxiety in pregnant women in the first pregnancy with a correlation index value (R) of 40.2%. Emotion regulation contributed to anxiety (R2) by 16.2% and 83.8% was affected by other variables outside the study
