Abstract

This paper discusses the influence of products, services, locations and prices on consumer purchasing decisions of Roxy Supermarkets, using data collection techniques: observation, questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed using the moment product correlation coefficient. Based on the data analysis and discussion, it proves the significant value (sig) of the anova output because the Sig value is 0.000 <0.05, according to the decision making in the F test it is concluded that the hypothesis is accepted or X1, X2, X3, and X4 simultaneously affect Y. while the comparison it is known that the calculated F value with F table is 35.395 > F table 3.06, it is concluded that the hypothesis is accepted or in other words X1, X2, X3, and X4 simultaneously affect Y. (2) R-Square value which is 0.756 shows that the proportion of influence of variables X1, X2, X3, and X4 on variable Y is 75.6%, meaning that products, services, locations and prices at Roxy Supermarkets have a proportion of influence on purchasing decisions of 75.6% while the remaining 24.4% (100%) -75.6%) is influenced by other variables that are not in the model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price and brand on motorcycle purchasing decisions. This research uses quantitative methods with questionnaire data collection techniques, observation and documentation where the questionnaire will be distributed to respondents who own motorbikes, 20 male respondents and 20 female respondents. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of price and brand on motorcycle purchasing decisions in Ende Regency. This is evidenced by the results of the analysis which obtained an Fcount value of 81.236 with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 and F table of 3.24 thus Fcount is greater than Ftable (81.236 > 3.24) and the R Square value is 0.857 or 85, 7% which means that the motorcycle buyer's decision variable is influenced by the price variable and the motorcycle brand.

Abstract

This study aimed to increase students' achievement through the learning community approach in class VIII SMPK Yos Sudarso. Classroom action research was a research type. The data was gained through interviews and observation. The data were analyzed by using descriptive qualitative. The result showed the learning community approach could increase students learning achievement. It can be proved with the presentation of the pra cycle period achieved that the average was 63,33, and only 50% of students achieved a score 70 or >70, in enough categories. The learning result of the cycle I included learning increased the class grade to 69,89, and as many as 65% of students got scores complete in better categories. The lowest value was 50, and the higher was 90. The learning achievement of cycle 2 included learning achievement increased class grade became 83.3, and many 90% of students got complete scores in better categories. The lowest value was 70, and the highest value was 100. It can be concluded from this research found it has students' learning achievement increased. Based on the result, the learning community approach could increase students learning achievement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in student interest and learning outcomes after applying the Crossword Puzzle method to Civics learning in class VIII D of SMP Negeri 1 Ende. The research method used is classroom action research by going through the three stages of the cycle. In cycle II it still failed to achieve the predetermined success criteria of 75% even though there was an increase in the percentage from cycle I. This was evidenced by the average percentage of indicators of student interest in learning which increased by 8% from cycle I to 70%. The increase in the percentage of interest indicators also affected the increase in the percentage of student learning outcomes indicators which increased by 40% from cycle I to 60% even though the results were still below the established success criteria of 75%. In cycle III, students' interest in learning increased from cycle II by 18% to 88%. The application of the Crossword Puzzle learning method can improve student learning outcomes. This is evidenced by the percentage of students who achieved KKM scores in cycle I by 20% increasing to 60% in cycle II. Furthermore, it still increased to 80% in cycle III.

Abstract

Social skills are a positive potential of the effect aspect that must continue to be possessed and developed by students from an early age. For this reason, this study was carried out with the aim of describing the social skills of grade V students at SDI GMIT Ende 4, in order to be an evaluation material for schools to compile efforts in this case for teachers to be able to optimize school potential. This effort certainly has an impact on the formation of students' social characteristics which can then be translated by students through the implementation of their social skills. The data collection technique in this study was to distribute questionnaires to 51 respondents to be filled in according to their habits and experiences regarding social skills, while the data analysis technique used frequency distribution analysis with the help of SPSS program version 25. The results of this study after the data were analyzed showed that the condition of social skills of grade V students at SDI GMIT Ende 4 tended to be moderate with 43.14% or as many as 22 of 51 class V students who were used as renspondent, and 9.80% or as many as 5 students were in the low category. This means that the condition of social skills of grade V students at SDI GMIT Ende 4 needs to be given good attention with strategic efforts through learning in schools, and teachers must also continue to strive to optimize their roles as facilitators, as triggers, motivators, as supervisors, and as evaluators.

Abstract

This study analyzes how the influence of inflation and wages the number of poor people in Ngada Regency. The research method used in this data analysis uses ultiple linear regression analysis. The type of data used is a combination of time series data (2016-2020 period) and cross section (12 sub-districts) sourced from the Central Statistics Agency of Ngada Regency. The results of this study indicate that the positive coefficient of inflation is 4386,046, this means that if inflation increases by 1%, poverty will also increase by 4,386.046 %. While the wage coefficient is 0.141, this means that if wages increase by 1%, poverty will decrease by 14.1%. The conclusion of this study shows that inflation and wages have a simultaneous effect on poverty, while the partial effect of inflation has no effect on poverty while wages have an effect on poverty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) Literacy learning activities of class VII students at SMP Negeri 1 Nangaroro. (2) Learning interests of class VII students at SMP Negeri 1 Nangaroro. The type of research is quantitative with a quantitative descriptive approach, the sample in this study was 43 respondents. Data collection techniques in the form of Observation, Questionnaires and Documentation. data analysis is linear regression. The results of data analysis and discussion show that the t_count> t_table value is 8.606> 2.202 and significant 0.000 <0.05. This shows that there is a significant influence between the literacy variable (X) on student learning interest (Y).

Abstract

This research aims to determine: (1) Teachers' perceptions of the independent learning curriculum at Hanura Danga Private Middle School; (2) Implementation of the independent learning curriculum at Hanura Danga Private Middle School.The type of research is combination research (Mix Methods), this type of research uses quantitative methods and qualitative methods and data collection techniques (1) Questionnaires, (2) Interviews, (3) Documentation. The data collected is analyzed using Percentage Descriptive Statistics analysis.Based on the results of data analysis and discussion to prove the research findings; (1) Teachers' perceptions of the independent curriculum as a whole, teachers have very good positive perceptions of the Independent Learning Curriculum. Analysis of questionnaire data distributed to 24 teachers shows a very high level of acceptance of the Independent Learning Curriculum, namely 96%, (2) Interview results to find out how the curriculum is implemented at Hanura Danga Private Middle School, the interview results confirm these findings, with the majority of teachers providing positive feedback on the implementation of the curriculum at Hanura Danga Private Middle School. Thus it can be suggested; (1) For schools to prepare facilities provided by the school such as providing regular training or technical guidance, providing adequate resources, and providing adequate support from school principals, it is necessary to maintain them, because this is what is needed to facilitate teachers in the successful implementation of the independent curriculum. (2) Educators can take advantage of the freedom provided by the Independent Curriculum in designing and compiling learning materials that are more contextual and relevant to students' needs. Apart from that, educators can also pay attention to factors that influence the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in each subject), such as the availability of resources and support from school principals. (3) For further researchers, teachers can compare perceptions of the Merdeka Curriculum with the curriculum previously implemented in school

Abstract

This research aims to know and describe (1) the role of driving teachers in SMA Negeri 2 Ende, (2) the quality of education at SMA Negeri 2 Ende. This research uses a qualitative research type. The data collection techniques used are (1) Interviews, (2) Observation, and (3) Documentation. The research subjects in this study were 3 people, namely 2 driving teachers and the principal of SMA Negeri 2 Ende. Data analysis techniques use the Miles and Huberman model. (1) Driving teachers act as leaders in learning. The roles carried out are making agreements with students about good things to do; As a driver of the practical teacher community, driving teachers have formed a learning community in the school and registered on the Merdeka Mengajar platform; As a mentor, driving teachers have been active in guiding and facilitating other teachers in developing teaching modules that suit the needs of students; As a driver of collaboration and cooperation among teachers, and driving teachers at SMA Negeri 2 Ende have played a good role as a spirit giver for teachers in increasing the enthusiasm for learning; As the embodiment of student leadership, driving teachers play a role in initiating and encouraging the implementation of project-based learning amongr teachers. (2) SMA Negeri 2 Ende has shown good quality education, as evidenced by the determination of grade promotion and grade promotion that refers to the SMNP.

Abstract

The background of this research is because teachers who always apply conventional learning models during learning so that it has an impact on student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to determine (1) The application of the blended learning model in class VII at SMPK Nirmala Jopu; (2) The learning outcomes of class VII students at SMPK Nirmala Jopu in social studies subjects after applying the blended learning model. The research method used is classroom action research (PTK). Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, tests, and documentation. The results of the study showed that the observation of teacher activities in the application of the blended learning model in cycle I was 75 percent including the "Good" category and increased in cycle II by 94.64 percent with the "Very Good" category, the results of the observation of teacher activities are in line with student learning outcomes. In the pre-cycle it was 65.45 percent, after the blended learning model was applied by utilizing the quizizz application in cycle I it increased to 66.66 percent and in cycle II it also increased to 85 percent. Thus, the proposed action hypothesis that the application of the blended learning model can improve student learning outcomes in the subject of social studies for class VII at SMPK Nirmala Jopu is declared accepted.
