Abstract

The problem in this research is how to supervise the quality of science learning at SDN 3?. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality supervision of science learning at SDN 3 Wolowaru. The approach used in this study is qualitative, namely an approach that tries to understand the individual meaning of the subject under study. The subjects of this study consisted of key informants, namely the principal as a supervisor and informants, namely the science subject teacher. In obtaining the data, the writer uses interview, observation, and observation techniques. The results showed that 1. the role of the principal as a supervisor: a. the principal's duty as a supervisor is to make teachers more serious and enthusiastic and responsible in teaching and learning activities, b. the function of the principal as a supervisor is to provide direction, guidance, service and supervision. 2. The supervision process at SDN 3 Wolowaru: has been carried out well by the principal as a supervisor, starting from the supervision program, implementing supervision, as well as the follow-up process from the results of supervision. 3. The views of the science subject teachers are very helpful in improving the quality of learning as well as influencing and improving the learning process.

Abstract

The problem that occurred in Alvares Paga Junior High School which was appointed by researchers was the low student learning outcomes for tata presentation material. This research aims to to find out the increase in activity and student learning outcomes for data presentation material through the Problem Based Learning learning model in class VII students of SMP SATAP Ngaluroga. The research setting uses classroom action research conducted in two cycles, each consisting of of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The location of this study was conducted at SMP SATAP Ngaluroga. The subjects were class VII students, totaling 32 people. The results of the study shows that (1) the students learning activities were obtained by 56% and cycle 2 by 84% with an increase of 28% so that it was said to be good while (2) the students learning outcomes in cycle I obtained an average value of 57.34 with a percentage mastery learning classical is 53.125%, and in cycle II the average value is 90.312 with a percentage of classical learning completeness of 100% with an increase of 46.875%. The conclusion of this study is that the learning outcomes of class VII students have increased using the Problem Based learning model.

Abstract

This research is a development research that aims to describe the development of social studies learning devices using a contextual approach in the fourth grade of the Roworeke 2 Catholic elementary school. The research model used is 4-D development which is reduced to 3-D, namely define, design, and develop. The learning devices developed include lesson plans and student worksheets which were tested in class IV B as a test class consisting of 25 students, and class IV A as a control class consisting of 26 students at Roworeke 2 Catholic Elementary School. The research instrument consisted of an observation sheet on the implementation of learning, an observation sheet for student learning activities and a student response questionnaire sheet. Data was collected using interview, observation, and questionnaire techniques. The implementation of social studies learning using a contextual approach in the experimental class using the observation sheet instrument showed that the teacher's ability to carry out social studies learning on historical heritage materials using a contextual approach was 73% and was stated to be well implemented. While the analysis of the results of student learning activities using social studies learning devices with a contextual approach and lecture method as follows: experimental class activity I 65% and control class 31%, while activity II 65% in the experimental class and 35% in the control class. So it can be concluded that the activity in the experimental class is better (active category) than the activity in the control class.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the use of image media in improving the learning achievement of fourth grade students in social studies subjects in classroom action research using a qualitative approach. This research was conducted by following the model developed by Kemmis and MC. Taggart which was carried out in cycle II, then the data collection was carried out using the techniques of (1) Observation, (2) Interview (Interview), (3) Documentation (Documentation). , (4) Test, (5) Photo or Camera. In accordance with the data collected through the above technique, then it is analyzed descriptively qualitatively in the form of opinions from observations and interviews and quantitative descriptive as supporting data in the form of numbers obtained from student learning outcomes through tests. The results of the research that was carried out in two cycles showed an increase in social studies learning achievement after the application of the Picture media.

Abstract

This research is classroom action research which is carried out in two cycles. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in science learning outcomes with the implementation of the Predict-Observe-Explain (POE) model in science subjects for class VI SDK Wologeru. The research subjects were 9 students of class VI SDK Wologeru. The method of data collection in this study was carried out by the method of test, observation and documentation. The data collected were analyzed by quantitative descriptive techniques. The results showed that the percentage of science learning outcomes for fifth grade students in the first cycle was 33 percent. In cycle II, the percentage of science learning outcomes for grade VI students increased to 100 percent. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the Predict–Observe-Explain (POE) learning model can improve science learning outcomes for grade VI students of the SDK Wologeru.

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research that aims to improve science learning outcomes in class V SDK Wologeru students through the application of the NHT model. The subjects in this study were 11 students of the Wologeru SDK for the academic year 2020/2021, totaling 11 people. The data were taken by using test, observation and interview techniques. Data were analyzed with simple descriptive statistics and compared the completeness of each cycle. The results of the study prove that the NHT model can improve learning outcomes in two cycles.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is What is the relationship between motivation and learning achievements of class V learners at SDI Onekore 5 Ende Regency? The goal to be achieved is to find out the level of relationship between motivation and learning achievements of students of class V SDI Onekore 5. Respondents in this study were class V SDI Onekore 5 learners who numbered 31 people. The research method used is quantitative type exposfacto. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and are supported by documentation and observation. The hypothesis test uses the product moment correlation formula and continues with a simple regression. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between motivation and learning achievement as evidenced by the correlation coefficient value of 0.481 and the probability of 0.001<0.005, and the coefficient of motivational determination to learning achievement of 0.232 or 23.2%. Thus it can be concluded that motivation has a strong enough relationship with the learning achievements of class V learners at SDI Onekore 5. So it needs to be recommended that the school in this case through teachers to further strive to increase the motivation of students through learning in school, while for students to continue to increase their motivation in terms of learning in order to obtain better achievements.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to reveal the existence of cashew cultivation in increasing income, as well as the amount of community income from cashew sales and the factors supporting and inhibiting cashew cultivation. The focus of the problem is that cashew plants receive less attention from cashew farmers. This type of research is an integrated quantitative and qualitative research. An integrated quantitative and qualitative descriptive research approach. Collecting data with three techniques, namely "observation, questionnaires" and interviews. Data analysis used the highest percentage formula. From the results of the calculation according to the predetermined criteria, it can be seen that the proposed hypothesis was accepted, where the number of respondents who answered "Yes" was 69.5%. And those who answered "no" were 24.5%. This means that there is a significant relationship between cashew cultivation and increasing the income of cashew farmers in Hokeng Jaya Village, Wulanggitang District, East Flores Regency

Abstract

The aims to improve teacher performance at SDI Barai 2 through clinical supervision during the covid-19 pandemic. This research is a school action research. The research subjects were teachers in elementary schools, totaling 6 (six) classroom teachers. For teacher performance data collected using some ways; they are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used was a descriptive analysis. The indicators of the success of this research are: if the average teacher performance is at least in the high category, and classical completeness is 90 percent. Based on the findings, the conclusion is that: applying clinical supervision can improve the performance of teachers in SDI Barai 2 effectively.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the ability of SDK Ghaibhabha teachers in preparing lesson plans. This research is a school action research where the research subjects consist of 6 teachers. The data were obtained by using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The data analysis used was a qualitative descriptive analysis technique where to see the teacher's competence from cycle I to cycle II, the average percentage was used according to the teacher's RPP assessment reference guide. The results showed that there was an increase in the ability to prepare lesson plans for the Gaibhabha SDK teachers after applying lesson study for two cycles.
