Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work motivation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance the regional parlementary secretariat of South Sumatra Province. The research method used is associative research using random sampling technique using the Issac and Michael formulas obtained by 76 respondents. The SPSS 25 program is used in the analysis technique, which makes use of Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test and multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the study it is known that work motivation and work discipline have a significant influence on employee performance, work environment does not have a significant effect on employee performance partially. Meanwhile, the variables of Work Motivation, Work Discipline and Work Environment have a significant effect on Employee Performance The Regional Parlementary Secretariat of South Sumatra Province

Abstract

In the context of organizations and their relationship with the increasingly competitive environment, leaders have been pressured to establish control systems in which the differences between employees are exacerbated since, in the absence of labor competencies, these are They are intended to substitute for acts of loyalty to the company that lead to violence towards those who are the culprits of poor performance or are not seen as part of a working group. This is how organizational violence is justified within collaborative teams, as would be the case of Higher Education Institutions where the phenomenon is exacerbated with the emergence of electronic technologies, devices, and networks. The objective of this study was to establish the reliability and validity of an instrument that measures organizational violence. A non-experimental, cross-sectional, and confirmatory study was carried out with a selection of 100 students from a public university in central Mexico. The results show that organizational violence would be made up of eight factors: prejudice, depersonalization, benevolence, harassment, subjugation, objectification, stigma, and harassment, which show the limits of the study and guidelines of research concerning equity.

Abstract

Bisnis MYSNDWCH menyajikan roti lapis yang diberi isian dan toping berbagai macam seperti selai kacang, pisang, madu, telur, keju, sosis, dll. Bisnis MYSNDWCH dibangun oleh sekumpulan mahasiswa yang mau berbisnis dan memulai usaha dengan baik yang terletak di kota Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. Dengan tujuan bisa membangun minat mahasiswa untuk berwirausaha dan menjadi mahasiswa yang mandiri dan profesional maka dari itu kami memilih Strategi penjualan produk makanan yang kami produksi sendiri yang nantinya bisa menambah tempat kuliner yang berada di kota sumatera selatan. MYSNDWCH dalam mengembangkan bisnis dilaksanakan menggunakan pemasaran online dengan metode Earned Media adalah sebuah bentuk publikasi brand. Kata yang tak jarang pula diklaim sebagai earned content atau free media ini publikasinya tidaklah dari asal perusahaan, melainkan berasal dari pelanggan, pengguna, audiens, atausiapa pun. Earned media pula bisa diartikan menjadi media pemasaran yang diperoleh secara organik, serta tak berbayar. Bentuk awal masal earned media artinya pemasaran viral atau yang didapat berasal hasil review, repost, share, atau rekomendasi yang dilakukan pelanggan pada pelanggan lain. dengan adanya kami menggunakan metode ini kami berharap bisa membantu kami dalam mengembangkan usaha yang kami rintis ini selain kami mempelajari cara dan metodenya kami juga akan selalu objektif dalam memilih bahan baku dalam pengolahan makanan yang akan kami sajikan kepada pelanggan/konsumen kami yang nantinya akan menambah kesan terbaik bagi konsumen kami dalam memakan kuliner yang kami sajikan yang akan menambah pemasukan keuangan ke kami. Jenis penelitian ini memakai penelitian deskriptif menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil bahasan yang kami terangkan dalam penelitian ini menganalisis penerapan strategi Earned Media terhadap penjualan dan pemasaran MYSNDWCH yang sangat membantu serta sangat efektif dalam mengembangkan usaha yang dirintis.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has been raised as firms strategic issue in developing countries such as Indonesia. Although the disclosure of social responsibility is still voluntary, many firms are starting to publicize their CSR activities and even provide assurance to get appreciation as socially responsible firms. However, several socially responsible firms have been engaged in tax scandals, raising questions of whether CSR disclosure is used to hide firm fraud or as a reflection of a real socially responsible firm. This study investigates the effect of CSR disclosure and tax avoidance and the role of sustainability reporting assurance to that association. Using Indonesian go public firms published CSR report as a sample, the empirical result shows that CSR disclosure positively effect tax avoidance. Furthermore, results also indicate sustainability reporting assurance moderates the association. The findings indicate that stakeholders should carefully examine firms with active CSR disclosure before labeling it as socially responsible firms.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, motivation and leadership jointly on the performance of ASNs at the Department of Public Works, Highways and Spatial Planning, South Sumatra Province. To determine the effect of work discipline on the performance of ASN at the Department of Public Works, Highways and Spatial Planning for the Province of South Sumatra. To determine the effect of motivation on the performance of ASN Public Works Department of Highways and Spatial Planning of South Sumatra Province. To find out the influence of leadership on the performance of ASN at the Department of Public Works, Highways and Spatial Planning for the Province of South Sumatra. This type of research is associative. The sample in this study was 151 respondents with a sample collection technique using the Cluster Sampling technique (sample area). The data used in this study are primary data, namely the number of respondents, agency profiles and secondary data collection methods, namely the questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) there is a significant influence of work discipline, motivation, and leadership variables together on performance (2) Work discipline does not have a significant effect on performance (3) Motivation has a significant effect on performance (4) Leadership has influence on performance.

Abstract

With the birth of Law No. 32 of 2004 on regional autonomy and Government Regulation No. 72 of 2005 on the village provides an opportunity to villagers to control and manage his own household, with the requirements mandated by the village government held to the principles of democracy, the role of and the community, equality, justice, and considering the potential and diversity of the region. The community has a central enough role to determine policy options that suit the needs and aspirations. But in reality, the village government has not been very instrumental in empowering potential contained in its citizens. Therefore in this study will be examined how the government's efforts in empowering rural communities. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the role of government in the village community as well as reviewing empowering driving and inhibiting factors in empowering people in the Bulutellue Village, Bulupoddo District of Sinjai Regency. Result this study is expected to benefit both theoretically and in practice both for the residents in Bulutellue Village, Ponre District of Sinjai Regency in particular and society in general. Result This study is classified as a descriptive qualitative research. With this approach the researcher to explore the nature of information about government's role in the rural village. The main data sources are the words and actions of key respondents sampled in this study. Techniques in exploring the data is through observation, interviews, and research dokumentation. Result of three main elements which include community development, community service and community development in the Bulutellue Village shows that the government has managed to build communication so that people can actively participate in the empowerment of the village, although recognized by the government of the village that there are factors that inhibit and promote community empowerment efforts.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, discipline, and work loyalty on the performance of nursing staff at Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital. The effect of motivation on performance, the effect of discipline on performance, and the effect of work loyalty on the performance of nursing staff at Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital. This type of research is quantitative descriptive and verification. The data source used in this study was the nursing staff of Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital. Based on the research objectives, the method used in this study is a data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. This analysis was used to measure the influence of the independent variables, namely motivation, discipline, and loyalty on the dependent variable, namely the performance of 112 nursing staff at Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital. The results of this study indicate that motivation, discipline, and loyalty together have a significant positive effect on the performance of nursing staff at Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital. Motivation has a significant positive effect on the performance of nursing staff at Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital. Discipline has a significant positive effect on the performance of nursing staff at Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital. Loyalty has a significant effect on the performance of nursing staff at Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital.

Abstract

Economic conditions and a stabilizing business world present an opportunity for Pangripta Consulting, as many businesses need consulting services to help them adapt and face new challenges and competition. This study aims to identify strategies that companies can implement to optimize the return on their marketing investments. The study used a qualitative approach using primary data from interviews with Pangripta Consulting and secondary data from the company's historical data. The proposed strategy is based on the company's internal and external analysis using SWOT analysis. The results of this research are presented in the form of marketing strategies suggested through the implementation of customer relationship management programs.

Abstract

The problem of this research is the low learning outcomes of the class. This research aims to determine how the learning model influences student learning outcomes at Karya Bunda Mandiri Vocational School in Medan with a population of class XII OTKP students and a sample of 30 students. The research method is quantitative, and this type of research is ex post facto research. In carrying out research, the techniques used to collect data or information are observation techniques in schools and classes, interviews with teachers and students, distributing questionnaires and documenting information. The validity of the questionnaire is calculated using product moment correlation and Cronbach alpha to test the reliability of the questionnaire. Data analysis in this study used normality, linearity, multicollinearity, multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis testing, namely the T, F, and R2 tests. The research results prove a positive and significant influence of the PBL model on student learning outcomes through the F test. The PBL model influences learning outcomes through an F-calculation of 10.876 with a significance of 0.000, which means it simultaneously has a positive and significant influence on learning outcomes (hypothesis accepted). Then, through a partial test (test-test) with a t-count of 2.163, a significance of 0.04, means that it partially has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes (the hypothesis is accepted). The R2 test result has a value of 0.546, which means it has a 54.6% influence on the learning outcomes of the class studied.

Abstract

The objective of the work was to review the literature on the perception of occupational risks during the pandemic. A documentary, cross-sectional and systematic research was carried out with a selection of journals indexed to international repositories, considering the period that the pandemic takes from 2019 to 2022. A network of profusion and connectivity was found that explains the differences and perceptive similarities around risks labor. In relation to biosafety policies, it is recommended to adjust the model in order to anticipate decisions and behaviors determined by expectations against or in favor of work accidents and professional illnesses.
