Abstract

This research was conducted to identify the influence of product quality and promotion on Mountea’s purchasing decisions (study of consumers in Bandung). The population used in this research is Mountea consumers in Bandung, totaling 96 respondents. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The independent variables in this research are product quality and promotion. The dependent variable in this research is the purchasing decision. Data is collected through two sources: questionnaires as primary data and research via online sites. Data analysis includes a number of statistical methods, such as analysis of the coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing, both partially and simultaneously. The research results show that product quality and promotion partially positively and significantly influence purchasing decisions. Apart from that, product quality and promotions also have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. The contribution of the independent variables (product quality and promotion) to purchasing decisions is 74.7%. Product quality is an independent variable that has a dominant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of profitability and sales growth on stock price with capital structure as an intervening variable at tourism, restaurant, and hotel sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange. The research design used associative methods. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The total samples were 20 companies. The technique of collecting data was documentation. The techniques used were the classical assumption model test, path analysis, and t-test. The results of this study indicate that Profitability has a significant influence on capital structure. Sales growth has a significant influence on capital structure. Profitability has a significant influence on stock price. Sales growth has a significant influence on stock price. Capital structure has a significant influence on stock price. There is no influence of capital structure mediation on the indirect influence of profitability on stock price. There is no influence of capital structure mediation on the indirect influence of Sales growth on stock price.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the development of the business strategy of CV Prima Nusantara, a company that focuses on the production of handmade bag. Handmade bag industry has emerged as a key player in the fashion industry, attracting consumers seeking unique and affordable goods. Using the SWOT analysis method, this study examines the internal factors (Strengths and Weaknesses) and external factors (Opportunities and Threats) that affect the CV of the Primary Care Physician of Nusantara. When production costs and capacity are reduced to an extreme, design creativity, day-to-day design, and product quality become the most important factors. It is anticipated that CV Cagho Prima Nusantara will be able to develop innovative and flexible business strategies to maximize market share and train personnel. A SWOT analysis will be conducted to assist CV Cagho Prima Nusantara in maximizing internal resources, overcoming obstacles, and maximizing opportunities.

Abstract

Copywriting is an important thing to do to increase the promotion carried out by Fiber to increase the sales of a product or service. The creativity produced in copywriting aims to invite readers to take action from a promotion. With the development of technology, copywriting is now not only presented in physical writing results but also becomes mandatory digitally to keep up with the development of online marketing communication media, such as social media and websites. The creativity of copywriting balanced with up-to-date communication media will be able to spearhead the advertising of a company or organization. The official website, which is generally an information medium, needs promotional writing like social media, in general, to make the official website an effective media utilization, an informative medium, and also a promotional communication medium between the website owner and stakeholders.

Abstract

Akur Pratama's branch in Yogya Riau Junction is a retail establishment that operates as a department store or general store. This retail organization needs to support the enhancement of employee performance adequately. The insufficient supervision of superiors over subordinates has led to underwhelming performance, as evidenced by the leadership style employed, employee job satisfaction, and a lack of work discipline. This study assesses the impact of leadership, job happiness, and work discipline on employee performance at PT Akur Pratama Branch at Yogya Riau Junction Bandung. The study methodology is quantitative research, utilizing a descriptive and verification technique. The study sample has a total of 80 participants. The research findings indicate that leadership, job satisfaction, and work discipline favorably influence individual and collective employee performance. Abstract

This research aims to identify the influence of work discipline, work enthusiasm, and communication on employee performance at CV Maxprint Padasuka Branch, Bandung City. The research population includes 31 employees, and the method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The independent variable involves work discipline, morale, and communication, while the dependent variable is employee performance. Data was collected through questionnaires and observations. Data analysis includes various statistical methods, including coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing, both partially and simultaneously. The research results show that work discipline, work morale and communication partially positively and significantly affect employee performance. Simultaneously, these three variables also positively and significantly influence employee performance. The contribution of the independent variables (work discipline, work morale, and communication) to employee performance reached 83.3%.

Abstract

Research aim: This study was structured to analyze the effect of financial performance using the EVA and MVA methods on stock returns by including company size as a moderating variable. Design/Methode/Approach: The study uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study is food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2021-2022 period, using a purposive sampling technique to obtain a total sample of 27 companies and analyzed with the SEM-PLS approach to test the hypothesis. Research Finding: The results of the study found that company performance significantly affects stock returns using the EVA and MVA methods. However, firm size does not affect stock returns, so the variable firm size cannot moderate financial performance using the EVA and MVA methods on stock returns. This proves that the company has not been able to create added value, and company size cannot determine the continuity of a company's business. Theoretical contribution/Originality: Research is expected to expand knowledge in the field of finance and can be used as a reference in conducting further research. Practitioner/Policy implication: The study's results are expected to be a consideration and input in improving performance, especially in making policies oriented to increasing corporate value in the future. Research limitation: The research is only limited to Economic Value Added (EVA) and Market Value Added (MVA) variables; there are still many interesting value-added variables that can motivate future researchers to use other variables such as the Cash Value Added method, Refined Economic Value Added, Financial Value Added and so on.

Abstract

For the successful implementation of the Honorary Teacher Appointment Policy in Palembang City, the commitment of organizational leaders is required to be optimal in all stages of activities and more intensive coordination with related parties. For this reason, it needs to be supported by a proportional budget for each activity stage. In addition, it must also be supported by adequate personnel and capacity building. This can be done, for example, through training, especially those related to planning and evaluation. The appointment of honorary staff has created problems within government agencies. The policy of Government Regulation (PP) Number 49 of 2018 concerning PPPK Management is expected to resolve these problems. This research uses qualitative research methods with descriptive analysis; data is collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research location is Palembang City. From the results of the study, it was found that the Implementation of Policy on the Appointment of Teachers to become government employees with work agreements (PPPK) in Palembang City has not been implemented properly; this can be seen from the reality in the field that there are still many honorary teachers who have not yet been appointed as civil servants or become government employees with work agreements (PPPK), this is because the variables of policy standards and objectives, resources, organizational characteristics, and the implementation of PPPK are not well implemented.

Abstract

Several beaches do not maintain their existence, so interest in visiting them is low. This condition differs from Mesra Beach, which experienced a growth in visitors. To support its existence, managers must pay attention to visitors' needs. This situation is an effort to create sustainable tourism through visitor satisfaction. This research aims to determine visitors' attitudes toward Mesra Beach. This research uses mixed research methods as an exploratory effort. The Fishbein attitude model is used as a data analysis technique. Data collection uses questionnaires and interviews. Questionnaires were distributed to 384 respondents, while open interviews were conducted to explore the questionnaire results. The attributes used in this research include beach cleanliness, natural beauty, accessibility, facilities, and aesthetic photo spots. The research results explain that visitors' attitudes towards Mesra Beach are positive (92,600). This value is in the correct position (cut of the point) between the agree and strongly agree ranges. The aesthetic photo spot attribute obtained the highest attitude value (22.081). Meanwhile, the complete facilities attribute obtained the lowest attitude value (9.694). Managers can maintain the best attributes and improve the quality of attributes that obtain the opposite value. This way, Pantai Mesra can maintain its existence and formulate further policies

Abstract

This study aimed to determine whether career development positively impacts employee performance, with competence as an intervening variable (Paser District Health Department case study). Quantitative techniques are used in this study. This cohort consisted solely of Pacer's District Health Department staff, with 203 staff members. The sampling technique was proportionally stratified random samples. The sample included 103 employees. The data collection method used is a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5. The data analysis technique uses a partial least squares (PLS) approach using SmartPLS software. The results of this study show that career development has a positive and significant impact on employee performance and that career development has a positive and significant impact on competency. That competency has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Giving and showing that career development has a positive and significant impact. Impact on employee performance positively and significantly impacts employee performance through ability as an intervening variable. Thus, we can see that employee career development, supported by the right competencies, can support the achievement of improved performance
