JURASIK adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh LPPM STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar yang bertujuan untuk mewadahi penelitian di bidang Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah jurnal ilmiah dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi yang mengandung literatur ilmiah pada studi murni dan penelitian terapan dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi dan ulasan publik pengembangan teori, metode dan ilmu terapan yang berkaitan dengan subjek. Jurnal ini pertama kali mendapat ISSN dengan nomor 2527-5771 pada tahun 2016 untuk terbitan cetak dan mulai 2017 beralih ke terbitan elektronik dengan nomor ISSN 2549-7839. Pengiriman artikel tidak dipungut biaya, kemudian artikel yang diterima akan diterbitkan secara online dan dapat diakses secara gratis. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah sebuah jurnal peer-review secara online yang diterbitkan bertujuan sebagai sebuah forum penerbitan tingkat nasional di Indonesia bagi para peneliti, profesionaldan praktisi dari industri dalam bidang Ilmu Kecerdasan Buatan. Abstract

The attendance system is used to obtain records regarding attendance. In a particular agency in the field of education, the presence of the teacher is one of the main factors that is very important in evaluating its performance. However, at SMP Negeri 1 Karang Bahagia, the level of teacher absence violations is quite high so that it can easily manipulate attendance data, as well as data collection for a teacher who does not enter with the excuse of illness, permit, or leave, which is less effective and efficient and quite difficult in monthly attendance data recapitulation due to easy loss due to forgetting to save, damage by water or fire, and others. This study aims to design and build an attendance system that will make it easier for teachers to carry out the attendance process and for Administrative administrators to recapitulate attendance data. In developing this system, the author uses the waterfall method. This attendance system is automatically designed using the Quick Response Code (QR Code) to scan the attendance QR, as well as adding automatic features to the face photo taking section as proof of attendance and giving a location point when making an absence. This system has been completed and tested. according to the scenario that has been designed. After testing the attendance system, it runs well, makes it easier to collect absentee data by the teacher in controlling daily attendance, and makes it easier to recapitulate monthly reports so that it is more effective and efficient.

Abstract

The online press media Radar is an online media entity of Radarindo that is signed by the editor-in-chief. The high number of journalists in the Koran Radar Group makes it challenging for the editor-in-chief to select the best journalists, as there lacks a suitable system for this purpose, including an effective system within the Koran Radar Group. Without a clear system, ensuring an objective and fair selection of the best journalists becomes difficult. The selection of the best journalists is crucial to guarantee the quality and accuracy of information delivered to the public. Hence, a system has been created to aid in the assessment process for choosing the best journalists for the Koran Radar Group. This system utilizes the MAUT method and Entropy weighting to evaluate the values of each criterion and rank alternative candidates. It is expected that implementing this decision support system will provide a positive contribution to the process of selecting the best journalists for the company.After conducting the ranking process, the results obtained from the application of the MAUT method and Entropy weighting show that alternative (A2) with the name Sehat Sembiring scored 0.00983, making it the best alternative in the selection of the best journalists for the Koran Radar Group.

Abstract

In the selection of planning consultants, several criteria are used that must be possessed by the assigning company in the bidding process for the selection of the chosen planning consultants. Each company has its own criteria to determine the selected participants as the winners of the planning work auction. The bidding process for planning work is carried out by several companies to determine the most competent planning consultants, resulting in high-quality design processes and outcomes in terms of cost, quality, and time. This research focuses on finding the best alternative using a decision support system based on predetermined criteria using the Electre method. This research is conducted by calculating the values of each criterion for each participating company's alternative in the auction, as well as the weight values for each criterion. Subsequently, a ranking process is carried out to determine the best alternative, which is the selected planning consultant.

Abstract

In information technology, the internet is one of the things that is very important and useful at this time, one of which is the existence of a website. Currently the website is used by various types of activities, one of which is the XYZ Faculty. The website is used to assist students in taking care of all administrative needs needed for the process of assistant recruitment activities. Therefore, a vulnerability assessment was carried out using the VAPT method using several tools, namely OWASP ZAP, Acunetix, and NetSparker to find vulnerabilities on the website. In this test, 17 vulnerability gaps were found which were combined into 9 gaps for exploitation and mitigation. And the final result, 5 out of 8 security holes were successfully mitigated

Abstract

Indonesia experienced a decline in the number of tourists, with a 74.9 percent decrease in tourist arrivals in 2020 compared to 2019, which had a significant impact on the country's economy. However, in 2022, as Indonesia and the world were moving towards a normalization phase, the country began to see an increase in tourist visits. The exact number of tourists cannot be determined, but it is crucial to predict and forecast the future patterns of tourist arrivals so that the government and travel agencies can make informed decisions regarding policy changes. Therefore, the research problem in this study is how to apply the Exploratory Data Analyst (EDA) method and Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) to explore and predict the patterns of tourist arrivals in the future, providing guidance for determining appropriate policies. Based on the EDA results, the majority of tourist visits come from the Asian continent, with Malaysia contributing the highest number of tourists, followed by China and Timor-Leste. On the other hand, the LSTM method predicts that the highest number of tourist arrivals will occur in August 2024, with 580,000 visitors from the Asian continent, and in May 2025, with 580,000 visitors from ASEAN countries. The Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) for the LSTM method is 13.84 for the Asian continent and 15.96 for ASEAN countries.

Abstract

Vegetable plants are very important in human life because they have a significant role as a source of nutrition and fulfillment of community nutrition. Therefore it is important to predict the production of vegetable crops. This study will use the Resilient algorithm which is one of the algorithms from Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) which is commonly used to predict data. This study uses times series data on vegetable crop production in North Sumatra Province from 2013 to 2022, obtained from the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency (BPS) website. The research topic will be analyzed using 5 ANN models, including: 8-8-1, 8-16-1, 8-24-1, 8-32-1 and 8-40-1. Based on the analysis results, model 8-32-1 was chosen as the best model, because it has an accuracy rate of 89% (the highest compared to other models). The results showed that the Resilient algorithm was able to predict vegetable crop production well. This research has important implications in supporting the sustainability of agricultural and food systems by providing information on developments in vegetable crop production to help farmers, producers and governments plan agricultural activities more effectively.

Abstract

The Pekanbaru City Office is a library in the field of information media dissemination using an E-Government-based website. This study aims to determine the results of service quality analysis on the Pekanbaru City Disputation website using the E-Govqual method which functions to measure the quality of E-Government services with 4 E-Govqual dimensions consisting of, ease of use, trust. , content and appearance of information, and citizen support. In interviews with 30 users, it was found that there were several problems regarding the website. By using E-Govqual the measurement of the information system will provide dimensions that are in accordance with the problem variables taken from interviews with these users. This study collected data with a questionnaire as a research instrument. The research questionnaire consisted of 24 statements with a total of 100 respondents. The results of this analysis conclude that there are 4 variables that are the top priority for improving the quality of website services, namely search (EF3), use of personal data (TR4), images, colors, graphics, animation and web size (CA1), and frequent questions filed (CS6). There are also 4 variables that have the highest satisfaction score that need to be maintained, namely the website address/url (EF2), access control (TR2), completeness of information (CA5), and knowledge and courtesy of employees (CS4). From the results obtained the average value of statistical analysis exceeds 3 of the four dimensions, this shows the need to improve website performance and the citizen support variable has the highest significant influence on community support on the Pekanbaru City Dispusip website.

Abstract

The World Health Organization (WHO) reports that 20 million people worldwide are affected by this mental disorder. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an automated model to diagnose patients that can help doctors to start medical treatment early. This research aims to compare machine learning algorithms in the classification of schizophrenia, a mental condition that is often difficult to diagnose, this research is expected to help improve accuracy in the schizophrenia diagnosis process. The research approach involves applying a Logistic Regression model trained with medical and psychological data from schizophrenia patients. The developed model was then tested to evaluate its accuracy in detecting schizophrenia. The accuracy result obtained using the Logistic Regression model was 93.6%.

Abstract

Fish production is one of the largest in Indonesia. Among many fishery products, Gurami fish is one of the most widely processed by society. However, the decrease in the freshness of fishery products is susceptible to occur when they reach the hands of consumers. Several methods for detecting fish freshness have been applied to assist in obtaining fresh fish products. However, some of these methods have a lack of accuracy rate, not all of them were developed to detect gurami freshness. Therefore, a solution is needed to help people detect the freshness of Gurami fish and make it accessible on mobile devices. This solution can be realized by using Deep Learning methods. The methods proposed in this study use the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) by utilizing the YOLOv4-Tiny algorithm to detect the Region of Interest (ROI) and the EfficientNetV2-S architecture freshness classification on Gurami fish images. The training process using both methods can produce an ROI detection model with a mean average precision of 93,58% and a classification model with an accuracy rate of 93%
