JURASIK adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh LPPM STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar yang bertujuan untuk mewadahi penelitian di bidang Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah jurnal ilmiah dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi yang mengandung literatur ilmiah pada studi murni dan penelitian terapan dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi dan ulasan publik pengembangan teori, metode dan ilmu terapan yang berkaitan dengan subjek. Jurnal ini pertama kali mendapat ISSN dengan nomor 2527-5771 pada tahun 2016 untuk terbitan cetak dan mulai 2017 beralih ke terbitan elektronik dengan nomor ISSN 2549-7839. Pengiriman artikel tidak dipungut biaya, kemudian artikel yang diterima akan diterbitkan secara online dan dapat diakses secara gratis. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah sebuah jurnal peer-review secara online yang diterbitkan bertujuan sebagai sebuah forum penerbitan tingkat nasional di Indonesia bagi para peneliti, profesionaldan praktisi dari industri dalam bidang Ilmu Kecerdasan Buatan. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) menerbitkan hasil karya asli dari penelitian terunggul dan termaju pada semua topik yang berkaitan dengan ilmu komputer. Abstract

The Prambon Subdistrict Office is a Regional Government Organization in the Sidoarjo Regency area that has the authority to conduct a census of nonpermanent residents in its jurisdiction. The office has never conducted a census of nonpermanent residents before and is facing challenges in initiating the process. However, the data on the number of nonpermanent residents is crucial for their operations. To address this issue, the author is interested in developing an Information System for Nonpermanent Resident Census. The development of this information system will follow the waterfall methodology, which involves a sequential and linear approach to software development, ensuring comprehensive results. The system will be designed as a website, utilizing the CodeIgniter framework and the PHP programming language. The database used for this system will be MySQL. To ensure the system's functionality and accuracy, it will be tested using black-box testing, a method where the internal structure of the system is not known to the tester. The resulting Information System for Nonpermanent Resident Census will serve as a solution for the Prambon Subdistrict Office in conducting a census of nonpermanent residents within its jurisdiction. It will also provide valid population reports, specifically for nonpermanent residents.

Abstract

Autism is a developmental problem in children that affects behavior, language, social interaction, and learning skills. One of the causes of autism is a serious neurobiological problem that affects the ability of the mind so that children are unable to connect and communicate with the outside world effectively. However, some parents do not know the early signs and symptoms of this autism disorder, so early detection is neglected. Autism usually appears before a child reaches the age of three. The increasing number of people with autism is caused by a lack of awareness or understanding of parents about this condition. The purpose of making this expert system is to make it easier for parents or the general public to learn various kinds of autism behavior, the symptoms it causes, and the treatment options needed for children with autism. The rules used in this system refer to the criteria for autistic disorders contained in DSM IV. The method used in this expert system is Forward Chaining. Forward Chaining is used to test the factors entered with the rules stored in the system until conclusions can be drawn. The results of the validation test were 83.3% and proved that the system functionality was functioning properly. This application has also been tested directly on experts and patients diagnosed with autism, and the output results are the same as the experts' diagnoses.

Abstract

Corn is one of the important crops in the agricultural sector in the global and national economy because it is a food resource as food, animal feed and other raw materials for the community. Based on satudata.pertanian.go.id, the projected corn production in 2020-2024 will still increase between 0.94% and 0.97% per year. In this study, detection of diseases and pests in maize was carried out using YOLO technology with spatial pyramid pooling (SPP) architecture as a form of intelligent innovation in maize farming. The research data consisted of 309 image data with class values as labels representing types of disease and types of pests in corn plants consisting of Locusta (Locust), Sitophilus (Powder Flower), Spodoptera (Arrayworm), Mysus Persicase (Aphids), and Bulai . The indicators for testing and evaluating the model use precision, recall, f1 score, mAP0.5 and Map0.5:0.95 as evaluation metrics. Based on the results of training and evaluation of the model, it is known that the precision value with batch size 32 epoch 64 produces a precision value of 0.65, recall, 0.76, f1 score 0.65 Map0.5 0.704 and Map-.5:0.95 0.298. Whereas with a batch size of 64 epoch 100 the precision value is 0.73, the recall is 0.77 f1 score is 0.73 Map0.5 0.795 and Map0.5:0.95 0.346. Model predictions using YOLO technology with spatial pyramid pooling architecture in detecting types of diseases and pests in corn plants contribute to smart agriculture. With accurate information about the types of diseases and pests that attack corn plants, farmers can respond quickly and take appropriate actions, such as using specific pesticides or suitable organic control methods.

Abstract

Nowadays, some companies use social media to promote their product, with no exception PT. Pos Indonesia also promotes hiring an influencer to become a brand ambassador for introducing Pos and its product. In this era, digital marketing has an important influence on business. A unique way is needed to get attention and increase interaction between customers and posted content. For fulfilling that thing, a promotion app with Augmented Reality is designed. This technology combines the virtual and real world at the same time, in Indonesia itself promotion of AR is still seldom. By using AR, the PT Pos promotion package will be shown in the form of 3D objects when the Logo of PT. Pos is highlighted with Augmented Reality Camera. Then the promo could be shared using social media to emerge a bond with the user, so the user will get a poin that is managed by a logistic regression algorithm. Users will feel involved in promotion and also gain benefits in the form of poins so, indirectly there will be a lot of people who promote the product of PT. Pos voluntarily. Modeling using logistic regression is done with 1498 data, 75% of the data becomes the data train and 25% of the rest becomes the data test, the created model has an accuracy 61.07%.

Abstract

In the education systems, particularly in college, thesis courses are one of the determinants of a student's graduation. However, while working on the thesis, many students are still unable to manage their own thesis files, many factors trigger this to happen, one of which is the number of revisions which causes a loss of enthusiasm in students. This can cause students forget where he/she store the files or accidentally delete their thesis files because they have not been done for a long time. To record the entire history of thesis files, a web-based version control system must be implemented which functions to record the entire history of student thesis files. The web was created using Typescript and Javascript programming languages with the Next.JS and Nest.JS frameworks that run on the Node.JS runtime, for the database using MongoDB. Based on the test results, it is concluded that this system runs well and this system is made very private so that one user cannot enter another user's repository. The system has been tested using black box testing.

Abstract

The process of collecting and distributing zakat is currently managed by an institution called the Amil Zakat Agency (BAZ) which is spread throughout Indonesia, including in the city of Medan. The Amil Zakat Agency in Medan City is called Baznas Medan City. Medan City Amil Zakat Agency (Baznas) is an amil body that is responsible for the collection, distribution and management of zakat in Medan City. This study applies the ANP and BORDA methods in the zakat distribution SPK at the Medan City Baznas. In producing a decision support system in selecting who is entitled to receive zakat in Medan City using the ANP and BORDA methods. The data obtained will later be used in system development. System development means creating a new system to completely replace the old system or improve the existing system. Selection of Baznas Recipient Candidates in this system will produce a ranking based on ANP and Borda calculations. The SPK at the Medan City Baznas using the ANP and BORDA methods was successfully designed and built based on the terms and conditions set by the relevant parties. This system can make it easier for staff or officers at the Medan City Baznas to select mustahik who are the most appropriate and eligible to receive assistance from the Medan City Baznas. Based on the results of the Black Box test, the features of the Decision Support System for zakat recipients that were built went very well and it can be concluded that each form of this system has met expectations in minimizing errors whether invalid data or errors in data input

Abstract

In this research, the author aims to investigate the selection of specific materials for flooring. Flooring is typically the part that requires the longest replacement time, thus careful planning is necessary when choosing the type or material of the floor to be used. The selection of flooring should consider functional aspects, aesthetics, user comfort, safety, and health for its occupants. Therefore, in this study, the researcher will develop a recommendation system for ceramic tile selection using the fuzzy MCDM and SAW methods with multiple criteria. The criteria used include space, area, price, quality, texture, and pattern. It is expected that this recommendation system can assist customers in recommending ceramic tile types according to their preferences and within their predetermined budget. The final results of the FMADM and SAW methods are represented by the final Score (V). The final score (V) represents the best decision choice from each ranking that has been inputted into the ceramic tile selection form. Abstract

Recognizing human facial expressions has broad benefits in various fields. For example, in the field of psychology, by analyzing a person's facial expressions during the counseling process, a psychologist can understand a patient's emotional changes and identify psychological problems. One of the popular algorithms for facial expression recognition is the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). In this study, an architectural model of the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) is used which consists of three convolution layers. The test results show that the model drilled with ADAM optimization, batch size 32, and data augmentation achieved good accuracy, namely 70.16% for training data and 64.43% for data validation at the 100th epoch. This study also conducted tests using facial expression images from self-made datasets and achieved the highest accuracy of 67% after training the model up to the 100th epoch. The program we created succeeded in recognizing facial expressions well in real-time situations in 20 participants of various ages. However, this study shows several improvements that can be made, such as increasing the quality and quantity of facial expression data and developing the CNN model with additional features to improve accuracy and overcome overfitting.

Abstract

Pas Laundry is a business engaged in laundry services located in Salatiga City. Currently, the service process and record-keeping are still carried out manually, where customers come in and Pas Laundry only provides an estimated completion time of 3 days, which can be longer due to a high volume of queues. The research objective at PAS Laundry is to design a web-based information system that customers can use to view laundry status and assist in transaction management recording to facilitate transaction recording activities. Due to the large number of customers using laundry services, this laundry business is overwhelmed with recording tasks, such as the incorrect conveyance of information about the duration of the laundry process and errors in calculating the laundry costs that should be paid by customers. Therefore, this research discusses laundry service using a qualitative method, where the data used is obtained from interviews with relevant informants and direct observations at PAS Laundry. The results of this research are expected to help customers in viewing laundry status and assist employees in recording transactions between customers and PAS Laundry to avoid errors in recording.

Abstract

The house is a basic part that must be fulfilled in carrying out daily life. Currently, the government has provided housing assistance that is unfit for habitation to become a suitable home for residents in Indonesia to obtain comfort and peace for people who cannot afford to repair their homes due to economic deficiencies. Provision of Livable housing assistance has conditions that have been set by the government. The provision of housing assistance is very helpful for residents who have inadequate housing to get a better and more suitable home to live in. The problem in this study lies in an imperfect system or a system that is still manual in selecting residents who are entitled to assistance in repairing houses to make them more habitable. The benefit of this research is to help the government in selecting people who are entitled to receive livable housing assistance in accordance with applicable regulations. The method that is suitable for resolving cases of providing livable housing assistance is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, this method provides alternatives and criteria in election, so that later the final results of the highest value criteria can be seen for those who are entitled to a livable house provided by the government. Four criteria are used as the basis for providing assistance, namely the condition of the house, income, employment and dependents. The people who are most deserving of being given a livable aid house in the name of Masdianti with a final score of 0.9055. The decision support system can be used as a problem solving system for providing livable assistance to poor people.
