JURASIK adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh LPPM STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar yang bertujuan untuk mewadahi penelitian di bidang Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah jurnal ilmiah dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi yang mengandung literatur ilmiah pada studi murni dan penelitian terapan dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi dan ulasan publik pengembangan teori, metode dan ilmu terapan yang berkaitan dengan subjek. Jurnal ini pertama kali mendapat ISSN dengan nomor 2527-5771 pada tahun 2016 untuk terbitan cetak dan mulai 2017 beralih ke terbitan elektronik dengan nomor ISSN 2549-7839. Pengiriman artikel tidak dipungut biaya, kemudian artikel yang diterima akan diterbitkan secara online dan dapat diakses secara gratis. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah sebuah jurnal peer-review secara online yang diterbitkan bertujuan sebagai sebuah forum penerbitan tingkat nasional di Indonesia bagi para peneliti, profesionaldan praktisi dari industri dalam bidang Ilmu Kecerdasan Buatan. Abstract

Autism disorder in a person is generally suffered from birth, lack of parental sensitivity and knowledge about this is the problem so that the disorder is not detected quickly. For some people who are unfamiliar with this, it is very difficult to find information about places that provide this service. Because the process takes too long, or there is insufficient socialization for parents who do not understand this disorder. With the problems that exist at the Sungai Penuh Special School, Disability Services and Inclusive Education, they are still diagnosed by relying on experts. The author created an expert system that can diagnose children with autism using the forward chaining method, namely by answering questions related to the symptoms of autistic disorders according to the symptoms felt. It is hoped that the Sungai Penuh Special School with Disability Services and Inclusive Education can be helped, and with this system the service will be faster and also help the performance of employees at the Sungai Penuh Special School with Disability Services and Inclusive Education

Abstract

Nabire Regency in Central Papua Province of Indonesia, is experiencing rapid development in  the barbershop industry, reflecting economic growth and local cultural shifts. However, the industry faces challenges such as a lack of access to information and integrated services for consumers. This phenomenon encourages the application of a design-thinking approach to the development of effective barbershop information service applications. This research was designed using the design-thinking method, which includes five stages: empathy, definition, ideation, prototype, and trial. In the empathy stage, observations and interviews were conducted with Barbertopia customers in the Nabire Regency to understand their needs and problems. The results of this stage demonstrate the need for better access to information and more efficient queue management. The definition stage identifies the main problems, namely customer accumulation and information limitations. At the ideation stage, various solutions have been developed, including the creation of a mobile application that provides complete information about services, prices, and promos, as well as online booking features. The prototype of the application was then designed using Figma and tested using black-box testing techniques. The test results show that the application can meet the needs of users. The implementation of this application is expected to improve service efficiency, reduce waiting time, and increase customer satisfaction. The design-thinking approach has proven effective in designing user-oriented solutions, enabling Barbertopia Nabire Regency to improve the quality of its services and meet the expectations of modern customers in Nabire Regency.

Abstract

Electricity is a very important component of human life, especially in daily life. Electricity consists of several categories, one of which is the household category which we often encounter in the surrounding environment because it is used at home. Electronic devices are a necessity, when using electronic devices of course you need help with an electricity supply, and every house needs a device in the form of a KWH Meter (Kilowatt/Hour), but when using a KWH Meter (Kilowatt/Hour) currently users can only see electricity usage information. manually by looking directly at the token balance on the KWH Meter, this of course makes it difficult for users to know the contents of the token balance when they are outside the house, therefore a KWH (Kilowatt/Hour) usage monitoring tool is needed to find out how much it costs to use electricity. via Android. The result of this research is a system for monitoring the use of KWH (Kilowatt/Hours) Meters in the form of IoT (Internet of Things) devices and Android applications to help users find out information on power usage, voltage, current and electricity bills in real time.

Abstract

Current technological developments require various types of businesses to be able to remain competitive and compete in the era of the digital world. Competitive companies need to innovate to add and find new customers and markets so that their business can survive and continue to develop well. One way companies can look for market opportunities through digital world platforms is by creating interactive websites. One business sector that can utilize websites to increase marketing reach is photography. Photo business owners can create a website that contains their photo portfolio, containing photos that will make many people interested in hiring a photography service package. Joypotrait as one of the photography service companies took the initiative not only to design a website for renting photography services, but also to provide additional features to attract customers in the form of access to buying and selling transactions of photos taken or documentation from Joypotrait itself which can be according to your wishes/needs or by requesting photos for customers. Photo orders based on requests from registered customers or with member status can be in the form of documentary photos with themes or objects that can be determined or chosen by themselves, for example natural panoramas, flora and fauna, automotive, profiles and so on. Abstract

This research discusses the development of a chatbot with the Framerowk Rasa platform which is integrated into the Telegram application to provide information about recommendations for selecting hotels in Semarang Regency. The aim is to make it easier for prospective hotel renters or tourists to find a hotel. In order to overcome this problem, artificial intelligence was developed in the form of a chatbot with a Natural Language Processing (NLP) approach. Chatbot technology enables more human and informative interactions with prospective hotel renters, helping them find hotels that match their preferences. By utilizing Natural Language Processing (NLP), chatbots can provide comprehensive information at any time, without being tied to operational hours or human presence. Apart from that, NLP also plays an important role in understanding human natural language and facilitating interactions between humans and machines. The Rasa framework, as an open source machine learning framework, provides the ability to build chatbots that understand human language and adapt to new data.

Abstract

In high school, the aim is to improve the effectiveness and time efficiency of the student performance assessment process. The solution obtained is to use the bubble sort algorithm, which will be optimized to increase the performance of the bubble sort algorithm and generate more efficient results. In the implementation of the bubble sort algorithm for this research, the sorting is done in descending order, starting from the smallest value. Consequently, the first position with the highest value is obtained as "94" for Nurlita Hasibuan, and the lowest value is "56" for Hendro Mahardika. In this study, the optimization of the algorithm resulted in a time complexity of ???? (???? ????og (????)), which performed efficiently. The system testing in this research utilized the SUS method, and the final result obtained a SUS score of "83.95", which corresponds to a grade A with an Excellent rating.

Abstract

Natural disasters cause socio-economic damage in a country. Indonesia is one of the countries prone to being affected by natural disasters. This disaster was triggered by various factors, both natural factors and human factors themselves that did not protect the natural ecosystem. This research aims to visualize data on natural disaster cases in Indonesia that occurred in the period 2020 to 2023. This visualization of natural disasters in Indonesia applies Business Intelligence (BI) using Tableau Public to produce information from a dataset of natural disaster cases in Indonesia for the period 2020 to 2023 in the form of visuals to facilitate the process of analyzing natural disaster cases in Indonesia and with an attractive visual appearance. The results of the visualizations obtained in this research are combined to form an attractive dashboard and contains visual information on the distribution of disasters in various provinces in Indonesia, the number of disasters that occurred, the number of victims, the amount of damage, and disaster trends from 2020 to 2023.

Abstract

The management of drug inventory in hospitals is a crucial aspect that affects the quality of healthcare services and patient safety. Uncertain drug demand can lead to overstock, resulting in wastage due to expiration, or understock, endangering patient safety. This study aims to develop a drug inventory system using the Exponential Moving Average (EMA) method to forecast drug sales. Historical sales and purchase data from Betang Pambelum Hospital, Palangka Raya, were used for forecasting. The implementation of the EMA method proved to provide accurate forecasting results, with the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) falling into good to very accurate categories. This system not only reduces the risks of drug overstock and understock but also helps hospitals in more efficient inventory management. The adoption of this system is expected to enhance the quality of healthcare services through better drug inventory management

Abstract

This research aims to develop an Internet of Things (IoT)-based environmental security sistem utilizing microcontrollers in the campus environment. The research background arises from the increasing criminal cases in this area, emphasizing the necessity for innovative solutions to enhance the safety of the academic community. Employing a mixed-methods approach, this study integrates the analysis of criminal data, surveys, and interviews with the entire academic community to comprehensively outline the security conditions. In-depth understanding of crime patterns is derived from the analysis of criminal data, while surveys and interviews offer direct insights from participants regarding security and criminal risks. Building upon these findings, the author designs, prototypes, and tests an IoT-based security sistem integrated with microcontrollers. The test results demonstrate the sistem's effectiveness in disseminating and controlling campus environmental security. The analysis of implementation outcomes provides a comprehensive overview of the positive impact of the sistem on security levels in the area. The discussion involves interpreting results, establishing connections with existing literature, and bridging theoretical and practical implications. Therefore, this research not only contributes theoretically to security and IoT literature but also provides practical insights to enhance security, particularly in the campus environment.

Abstract

Sudirman Islamic Junior High School has introduced information systems in its operations, the problem arises because the implementation has not reached its maximum potential. One of the main obstacles is the lack of integration between the various components of the information system resulting in poor integration, and less efficient business processes in the school. The impacts include redundancies in data collection and processing, difficulties in accessing necessary information, and delays in decision-making. All of these threaten the ability of Sudirman Islamic Junior High School to maintain and improve their competitiveness in the world of education. In planning the information system strategy at Sudirman Islamic Junior High School, the Ward and Peppard framework approach was used using various analysis tools. Value Chain is used to evaluate the internal and external aspects of the business environment. SWOT is used to analyze internal and external factors that affect the information system. Furthermore, there are recommendations for information system applications such as E-Learning, Siakhlak, Sikelulusan, and SiPerpus that will help improve the effectiveness and efficiency of school operations. These applications then become guidelines in decision-making regarding implementation. All these recommendations and mapping will be the main guide in directing the development of information systems at Sudirman Islamic Junior High School in the future.
