JURASIK adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh LPPM STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar yang bertujuan untuk mewadahi penelitian di bidang Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah jurnal ilmiah dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi yang mengandung literatur ilmiah pada studi murni dan penelitian terapan dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi dan ulasan publik pengembangan teori, metode dan ilmu terapan yang berkaitan dengan subjek. Jurnal ini pertama kali mendapat ISSN dengan nomor 2527-5771 pada tahun 2016 untuk terbitan cetak dan mulai 2017 beralih ke terbitan elektronik dengan nomor ISSN 2549-7839. Pengiriman artikel tidak dipungut biaya, kemudian artikel yang diterima akan diterbitkan secara online dan dapat diakses secara gratis. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah sebuah jurnal peer-review secara online yang diterbitkan bertujuan sebagai sebuah forum penerbitan tingkat nasional di Indonesia bagi para peneliti, profesionaldan praktisi dari industri dalam bidang Ilmu Kecerdasan Buatan. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) menerbitkan hasil karya asli dari penelitian terunggul dan termaju pada semua topik yang berkaitan dengan ilmu komputer. Abstract

Position positions in PT. Bintang Mutiara Cemerlang is a supervisor, where the problem in this company is the supervisor's performance appraisal process which is less effective because it is seen based on the length of work alone, causing injustice to other supervisors who have not worked long enough. Therefore, a decision support system is created that is capable of supporting the performance appraisal procedure. This decision support system applies the MAUT method and the Entropy method to the process to see the value obtained in the system. Each criterion has its own weight so that the alternatives can be ranked. The MAUT (Multi Attribute Utility Theory) method is a quantitative method in which there are structured stages to find out and describe the variables in it. After ranking, the results obtained from the application of the MAUT and Entropy methods are the A10 alternative on behalf of Shadad Putra S.H with a value of 0.84060 as the best alternative in assessing supervisor performance at PT. Shining Pearl Star.

Abstract

Established in 2022, kopi vape is a vape shop in Jayapura, located in the Papua province. Despite being a modern store, kopi vape's financial bookkeeping system is handled manually. This method is not systematic nor computerized and presents several weaknesses. Transactions are still recorded manually through books, then inputted one-by-one via Microsoft Excel. Issues related to this process include errors in inputting transaction data, slow transaction recording, and even data loss. Using UML, the waterfall approach progresses through communication, design, modeling, construction, and deployment, culminating in the system flow design - an interface blueprint of sorts. Using a systematic and computerized information system for bookkeeping results in a more efficient process for finding documents quickly and accurately. This method minimizes common errors in manual recording, such as mistakes in counting, recording, adjusting data, and forgetting to record transactions.

Abstract

SIDESA is a village information system that aims to assist village governments in managing information and data related to various aspects of village life. The goal is to improve administrative efficiency, community services, and decision-making at the village level. On the other hand, the digital divide in society affects the acceptance of technology in rural communities. Application technology acceptance analysis is necessary to understand how users and related parties will accept technology applications. This is done to identify technology applications' potential success or failure before they are widely launched. This research uses the TAM 2 technology acceptance model; data collection is done by distributing questionnaires online via google forms to the system user community. The data obtained were 133 respondents, and data processing was carried out using SmartPLS tools. The results showed a significant influence between Subjective Norm on Image, Output Quality on Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use on Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Usefulness on Intention to Use, Perceived Ease of Use on Intention to Use, Intention to Use on Usage Behavior, and Experience on Intention to Use so that the acceptance of the SIDESA application has an effect based on the factors of usefulness (Perceived Usefulness), ease (Perceived Ease of Use), experience (Experience), Interest (Intention to Use), and the accuracy of the information presented (Output Quality).

Abstract

Program Pendidikan Kecakapan Kerja (PKK) is a program that aims to develop work skills in students to suit the needs of the growing industrial world today. The implementation of this program is supported by a Government Assistance Information System that has been operated and developed for 2 years. Evaluation of this system is needed to determine weaknesses and development needs based on user experience. A total of 1,852 users were collected to provide feedback using a Likert scale questionnaire and open-ended questionnaires. The results of the Likert scale questionnaire were processed using a quantitative descriptive approach, while the results of the open-ended questionnaire were processed using a text analysis approach. The results of this study show that user satisfaction is quite high, as it has an acceptability above 85%. The weaknesses that this system still has are the absence of helpdesk and FAQ services, disturbances that are still not resolved quickly, and data integration with NIK which is still often problematic. Based on these shortcomings, the priority recommendations for handling that can be done are to create helpdesk services, FAQ features, and maintenance notifications.

Abstract

In the daily running of their business, business companies are usually faced with the problem of adapting to changing trends related to the business world. To make a decision that is precise, fast, and accurate based on data and analysis, the company must apply Business Intelligence (BI) based technology. In this research, the study was conducted at PT ADHI KARYA (Persero) Tbk, which has a problem with the document verification system which is still done manually. To help the above problems, a solution is offered by utilizing Business Intelligence (BI) based technology to create a dashboard of information systems for verification of invoice documents and requests for goods and services online. For evaluating the performance of employees or verifier officers can use the collaboration between BI and the K-Means Algorithm by classifying incoming data based on the duration of the data input until the e-Verification sheet is sent by the system.   The system development method in this study uses the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method of rapid application development. Which is expected to produce a solution in the form of a visualization dashboard for online verification information systems for invoice documents and requests for goods and services based on Business Intelligence technology.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology in information systems is increasing, encouraging the need for solutions to meet the needs of accurate, concise and up-to-date information. Information systems are the main means for the community and various agencies to obtain the necessary information. In the health sector, the Integrated Service Post (Posyandu) is one of the important programs to reduce maternal and infant mortality. Posyandu Melati in Candinata Village, as part of the program, faces challenges in the manual recording of under-five data. The recording process involves a number of complex steps in taking measurements that slow down the dissemination of information to parents of children under five. This study aims to design an information system that can assist cadres in performing their duties, namely recording and processing toddler data. This study proposes the development of a web-based Posyandu information system using the Extreme Programming Method in Candinata Village. Extreme Programming Method was chosen to ensure effective communication, simple coding, and responsiveness to feedback. The results showed that the use of XP successfully designed the system quickly and involved a small team. The results of feature testing using the Black Box Testing method show that the system has been validated and in accordance with the desired needs.

Abstract

The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is applied in selecting the best employees who will receive Umrah vouchers at PT. Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk Indonesia to expedite the selection process. In this research, the AHP method was used to determine four criteria for selecting the best employees, namely Attendance, Target Achievement, Work Initiative, and Teamwork. The sample of employees tested consisted of four people with the importance weight of Attendance 2 times more important than Initiative, Teamwork 3 times more important than Job Targets and Initiative 2 times more important than Job Targets. Attendance Consistency Ratio Value 7.88%, Achievement Target 8.55%, Initiative 9.95% and Teamwork 6.03%. The test results of 4 employees A, B, C and D show that Employee D has the highest value of 0.3614, followed by Employee C with a value of 0.2733, Employee A with a value of 0.2384, and Employee B with a value of 0.1267. Based on these results, it can be concluded that Employee D is the most entitled to receive an Umrah voucher.

Abstract

Professional Certification Institutions are institutions implementing work competency certification activities that obtain a license from the National Professional Certification Agency. Based on type, Professional Certification Institutions are divided into three, namely first party LSP, second party LSP and third party LSP. SMK Negeri 1 Lubuk Basung is a vocational high school that has a license as a First Party Professional Certification Institution (LSP-P1) provider. The assessment process carried out at SMK Negeri 1 Lubuk Basung so far still uses the conventional method, where students come directly to school bringing the requirements, including a photocopy of the Field Practice (PL) certificate, a photocopy of the report card and 2 color 4x6 passport photos to be submitted. to the admin of each department. The creation of this LSP information system was built using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with an iterative model as research, and also used Visual Studio Code software, Laragon as a database and Laravel as a framework. This information system is tested with a testing stage divided into 2 types, namely alpha testing (which can be carried out using blackbox testing and whitebox testing) and beta testing (experts and users). the results of beta testing in validation carried out by experts (system experts) obtained an average score of 77.56% with good information, the user assessment questionnaire obtained an average score of 83.93% with very good information.

Abstract

Gojek is an Indonesian decadent company seeing tremendous growth. Given the growing user base of the Gojek application, it is imperative for the firm to consistently maintain and enhance its services. Sentiment analysis is an efficient method for quickly collecting valuable textual information from a vast quantity of data. The objective of this study is to conduct sentiment analysis on comments from users of the Gojek application on the Google Play Store. The study procedure involves many stages: data gathering, data labeling, data preprocessing, feature extraction, and sentiment classification using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm. The dataset used consists of user comments from the Gojek application on the Google Play Store, collected via Kaggle, spanning from January to March 2023. This research shows that using the Support Vector Machine method to classify Gojek application user sentiment provides quite high accuracy results, with the highest value in the proportion scenario of 80% training data and 20% test data (accuracy 0.676).

Abstract

User satisfaction with a system is a response to assess the good and bad of a system used in an organization or company. In addition, user satisfaction is also used as a reference for system developers to improve the performance of information systems that have been built. PT XYZ as a company engaged in tea management uses System Application and Product (SAP) oriented Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) in the form of software to carry out various work activities in the company's business processes. However, there are still various problems of dissatisfaction with the use of SAP software. Because one of the objectives of using the software is to support operations at the company, it is necessary to evaluate with the aim of measuring user satisfaction with SAP. In this research, two methods are used, namely the System Usability Scale (SUS) and the PIECES framework. Based on the research results, the SUS method has a value of 62.79 with the "Okay" category and Grade D, while the results of the PIECES framework method have a value of 3.90 with the Satisfied category and Grade B. This shows that the PIECES method has a value of 3.90 with the Satisfied category and Grade B. This shows that the PIECES framework method has a higher value than the SUS method. Therefore, the application of SAP at PT. XYZ to users needs to be improved again in terms of SAP development, which can be seen from the results of the SUS method which is still considered low.
