JURASIK adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh LPPM STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar yang bertujuan untuk mewadahi penelitian di bidang Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah jurnal ilmiah dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi yang mengandung literatur ilmiah pada studi murni dan penelitian terapan dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi dan ulasan publik pengembangan teori, metode dan ilmu terapan yang berkaitan dengan subjek. Jurnal ini pertama kali mendapat ISSN dengan nomor 2527-5771 pada tahun 2016 untuk terbitan cetak dan mulai 2017 beralih ke terbitan elektronik dengan nomor ISSN 2549-7839. Pengiriman artikel tidak dipungut biaya, kemudian artikel yang diterima akan diterbitkan secara online dan dapat diakses secara gratis. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah sebuah jurnal peer-review secara online yang diterbitkan bertujuan sebagai sebuah forum penerbitan tingkat nasional di Indonesia bagi para peneliti, profesionaldan praktisi dari industri dalam bidang Ilmu Kecerdasan Buatan. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) menerbitkan hasil karya asli dari penelitian terunggul dan termaju pada semua topik yang berkaitan dengan ilmu komputer. Abstract

Employee data management at PT Mega Ceria Lestari is still carried out manually, resulting in various problems such as difficulties in retrieving archives, duplication of leave or permit applications, loss of documents, and inconsistencies in remaining leave data. These conditions lead to slow administrative processes and reduced accuracy of the information required by the company. This study aims to design and develop a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) to address these issues and improve the efficiency of employee data management. The development method employed is the Rational Unified Process (RUP), which consists of four phases: Inception, Elaboration, Construction, and Transition. Problem analysis is conducted using the PIECES Framework, while system design is carried out using Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Class Diagrams. The results indicate that the implemented system improves the speed of the recruitment process, facilitates the submission and monitoring of leave and permits, enhances the accuracy of punishment data recording, and supports structured digital archiving of personnel documents. Consequently, the system is proven to increase operational efficiency and data accuracy, as well as to support managerial decision-making more effectively.

Abstract

The development of information technology encourages villages to use digital media as a means of providing information services and promoting local potential more effectively. Pulokalapa Village has considerable potential for religious tourism and local resources, but it has not been supported by an integrated Website-based information system. This research aims to design and build the Pulokalapa Village Website as a medium for village information services as well as village tourism promotion. The research method used is system development research with a qualitative descriptive approach and Waterfall development model, which includes the stages of needs analysis, system design, coding, testing, and maintenance. The Website is developed using HTML, PHP, CSS, JavaScript, as well as MySQL Databases. The results of the study show that the Pulokalapa Village Website was successfully built according to functional and non-functional needs, and all system modules ran well based on Black Box Testing testing. This Website is able to increase the effectiveness of village information delivery, public transparency, and the promotion of tourism potential and village MSMEs. The recommendations of this study are the need for regular content updates, improving the competence of Website managers, as well as the development of online service features and user satisfaction evaluation in future research.

Abstract

Relying on manual techniques for inventory control often produces inefficiencies in operational processes, particularly related to inaccurate inventory documentation, errors in reports, and even difficulties in detecting the entry and exit of goods. These problems are also experienced by Toko Andika Sumbermulya, where the process of recording data on goods, inventory, and transactions has not been computerized. The main goal of this research is to implement a web-based inventory system that assists in managing inventory more efficiently and reliably, and ensures that product data is managed accurately and effectively. The research methodology consists of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and evaluation through system testing. A structured development approach was adopted, utilizing system models, use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and database design techniques, to describe system processes, such as process flow directions and data sources. This web-based inventory information system is easily accessible and is designed and built with several functions, such as a data management system for goods, data categories, suppliers, incoming and outgoing goods transactions, and automatic stock reports. As a result, this research contributes valuable insights and practical benefits for the development of web-based inventory systems a web-based inventory system can help store owners and managers monitor inventory in real time and minimize the possibility of inventory recording errors. When the application was created, it was designed to be web-based so that it could be easily accessed through devices connected to the internet. The findings demonstrate that the inventory management process operates more effectively with the implemented system at Andika Sumermulya Store has become a structured and well-documented inventory management process.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has transformed learning systems in higher education, particularly through the implementation of Learning Management Systems (LMS) as the primary platform for online learning. LMS plays an important role in supporting content delivery, academic communication, and flexible learning management. Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana (UKSW) developed an internal LMS called F-Learn as part of its digital learning development strategy. This study aims to evaluate student satisfaction with the F-Learn LMS as a basis for periodic evaluation to support sustainable system development. The study employed the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) using a quantitative approach consisting of problem identification, literature review, questionnaire-based data collection, data analysis and discussion, and conclusion formulation. A total of 139 active UKSW students participated as respondents. The results indicate that all UEQ variables fall into good and above-average categories, with dependability achieving the highest score (1.61), followed by efficiency (1.59) and perspicuity (1.56). However, stimulation (1.13) and novelty (1.09) recorded the lowest scores, indicating limited engagement and innovation. In conclusion, F-Learn adequately fulfills functional user needs, but improvements in interface design, content diversity, and interactive features are required to enhance the overall learning experience sustainably.

Abstract

Indramayu Steam Power Plant (PLTU Indramayu) is one of the strategic power generation facilities that plays a vital role in supplying national electrical energy. One of the operational issues frequently encountered in the power generation system is Plugging in the Pulverizer, which refers to the blockage of coal flow inside the mill. This condition can lead to reduced combustion performance, increased equipment load, and even unit trip events. Therefore, an early detection and prediction system for Plugging conditions based on operational data is required.This study aims to develop a Plugging forecasting system for the Pulverizer at PLTU Indramayu using the Random Forest Classifier method. The data used in this research were obtained from historical Pulverizer operational records, including mill motor current, coal flow rate, primary air flow rate, and mill outlet temperature. The research stages consist of initial data preprocessing, feature selection, labeling of operating conditions (normal and Plugging), and model testing using the Random Forest Classifier algorithm. Model performance was evaluated using accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and cross-validation metrics. The results show that the Random Forest Classifier model is capable of classifying Plugging conditions with high and stable accuracy, indicating its effectiveness as a decision-support tool for predictive maintenance systems. With the implementation of this system, operators are expected to take preventive actions at an earlier stage, thereby minimizing operational disturbances and enhancing the reliability of the power generation system.

Abstract

Various aspects of daily life have Modern society has experienced profound changes due to the fast-paced development of information technology, affecting how people live, communicate, and work digital era influenced various business sectors, including the culinary industry, particularly in café and coffee shop services. The Gade Coffee Imam Bonjol, as one of the growing coffee shops, still experiences limitations in the menu ordering process, which is generally conducted manually and can lead to inefficiency in service, order recording errors, and longer waiting times for customers. This study emphasizes the development and deployment of a web-based platform for The Gade Coffee Imam Bonjol, designed to facilitate menu ordering and improve the speed and accuracy of both ordering and transaction activities. The implemented system provides assistance to customers in viewing menus, placing orders, and monitoring order status digitally, as well as assisting staff in managing orders and menu data efficiently. The system provides features such as digital menu display, online ordering, order management, and transaction data recording. This study utilizes a structured Waterfall model for system development, involving several sequential stages: analyzing the system requirements, designing the system architecture, implementing the solution, carrying out testing procedures, and maintaining the system after deployment. This study applies Black Box Testing to examine the system, revealing that all features work correctly and consistently with the pre-determined specifications, ensuring the system meets its intended requirements. The use of the proposed system is anticipated to support more efficient service operations, reduce inaccuracies in the ordering process, and positively impact customer satisfaction at The Gade Coffee Imam Bonjol.

Abstract

The payment system is a crucial component in the academic operations of higher education institutions. Universitas AKI Semarang has implemented the Integrated Information System (SISTA) to manage these financial transactions. This study aims to evaluate the IT governance of the SISTA payment system by measuring its maturity level using the COBIT 4.1 framework. The evaluation focuses on four key processes: DS2 (Manage Third-Party Services), DS11 (Manage Data), ME1 (Monitor and Evaluate IT Performance), and ME2 (Monitor and Evaluate Internal Control). A quantitative research method was employed, utilizing questionnaires distributed to relevant respondents. The results indicate that all assessed domains are at Level 3 (Defined Process), with specific maturity indices of 3.00 for DS2, 3.48 for DS11, 3.71 for ME1, and 3.80 for ME2. A gap analysis conducted against a target of Level 4 (Managed and Measurable) reveals a performance gap in every domain, with the largest discrepancy found in third-party service management (DS2). Based on these findings, a set of improvement recommendations has been formulated to enhance system management, ensuring it becomes more measurable, controlled, and sustainable

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze multivariate factors contributing to psychological stress and burnout among healthcare workers using a quantitative approach. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was employed to examine the relationships between job-related factors and psychological outcomes, where workload, social support, and work environment conditions were treated as independent variables, while psychological stress and burnout served as dependent variables. Data were collected from 40 healthcare workers using a structured questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that workload has a positive and significant effect on psychological stress, suggesting that increasing job demands elevate stress levels among healthcare workers. Psychological stress was also found to significantly affect burnout, confirming its role as a key mediator between job demands and emotional exhaustion. In addition, work environment conditions demonstrate a significant direct effect on burnout, indicating that unfavorable physical and organizational environments contribute to chronic fatigue and disengagement. Conversely, social support does not show a significant effect on either psychological stress or burnout, which may be influenced by contextual factors or limitations in sample size. Overall, the findings indicate that job demands and work environment conditions are key factors contributing to psychological stress and burnout among healthcare workers, highlighting the need for organizational interventions focused on workload management and improvement of work environment quality.

Abstract

The inventory information system is a digital platform created to make it easier to manage inventory. Technological advances have encouraged business actors to adapt and apply it to their business. Prima Angel Pharmacy is a pharmacy that provides various types of medicines that are registered with BPOM (Food and Drug Supervisory Agency). In managing drug supplies, Prima Angel pharmacies still use conventional methods, which have the risk of errors in recording drug supplies, loss of report documents and damage to report documents regarding drug supplies. To support the process of managing drug supplies well and efficiently, as well as minimizing the risk of harm to the Prima Angel pharmacy, the author designed and built a website-based inventory information system. Having a website-based inventory information system helps make it easier for Prima Angel pharmacies to manage drug supplies, minimize errors in recording drug supplies, and anticipate drug supply shortages. Apart from that, with this digital platform, Prima Angel pharmacies can access reports related to drug supplies quickly and precisely based on accurate data.

Abstract

Limited access to fast and well-structured academic information remains a challenge at the elementary school level, including at SDN 4 Karangrayung. The conventional method of information delivery has resulted in less effective communication between the school and parents. This study aims to develop a web-based Smart School website integrated with an automatic academic information chatbot as a digital information service platform. System development uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the Waterfall model, which includes the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The website was built using the Laravel framework with MySQL database support, while the chatbot was designed using a rule-based approach to provide automated responses to user inquiries. The system features include school profiles, teacher data, news and activities, gallery, contact information, and an online academic question-and-answer service accessible to students and parents. Black-box testing results showed a 100% success rate, while the media feasibility evaluation achieved a score of 86%, categorized as “Very Feasible.” The implementation of this system enhances the effectiveness of information dissemination and supports digital transformation in elementary education.
