Abstract

Product distribution is a crucial aspect of maintaining supply chain efficiency at PT. XYZ. However, the current manual route selection process leads to inaccurate analysis, consumes more time, and increases the risk of delays and operational costs. To address these issues, this study designs a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) to determine the most optimal distribution routes. The system is developed using the Iterative Model to ensure continuous evaluation and refinement at every stage. Route evaluation is comprehensively based on several key criteria, including travel distance, travel time, operational costs, and traffic congestion levels. The results indicate that the developed DSS generates route recommendations faster and more accurately than manual methods. The PROMETHEE method proves effective in objectively comparing alternatives, thereby significantly contributing to the improvement of the company's distribution efficiency.

Abstract

Court decision documents in Indonesia are generally lengthy in structure and not yet digitally organized, making the automatic extraction of information a challenging task. Furthermore, the application of deep learning models to legal documents is often constrained by high computational demands. Therefore, this study aims to develop an efficient classification system for legal decision structures (IndoLaw) using the IndoBERT model with the Low-Rank Adaptation (LoRA) method. The study utilizes the IndoLaw dataset consisting of 111,108 rows of first-level decision text. Data splitting was performed using a document-level split with an 80:10:10 ratio to prevent data leakage across documents. The LoRA method was applied to the attention layers of IndoBERT by inserting low-dimensional matrices, making the fine-tuning process more efficient. The model was then integrated into a Streamlit-based application to support interactive text classification and PDF document extraction. Test results show that the IndoBERT + LoRA model achieved an Accuracy and F1-Score of 0.9944, outperforming the Full Fine-Tuning method which recorded an Accuracy of 0.9939 and an F1-Score of 0.9938. In addition, the use of LoRA reduced trainable parameters by up to 99.74%, decreased GPU VRAM usage by 44% (from 2.5 GB to 1.4 GB), and accelerated computation time per epoch by 36%. Based on these results, the IndoBERT + LoRA approach is proven capable of producing accurate and efficient legal document classification with lower computational requirements.

Abstract

Balancing agile adaptability with stringent regulatory compliance, a challenge that leads to issues such as rigid timelines, project delays, and low team morale in banking environments. The research adopts Design Science Research Methodology (DSRM) to develop a novel agile methodology, conceptualized as a practical artifact. The problem space was thoroughly investigated through qualitative methods, including Forum Group Discussions (FGD) and an internal organizational evaluation questionnaire. This diagnostic phase critically informed the design and iterative refinement of a novel agile methodology, conceptualized as a practical artifact. The proposed methodology is structured around the Essence SEMAT kernel, a standardized body of core software engineering concepts that provides a common ground for integrating practices. The designed artifact is a methodology that helps streamline workflows and integrate agile practices with compliance processes. A diagnostic evaluation of an initial agile pilot yielded only a 35% success rate due to a misalignment between theoretical agile principles and practical execution. The findings confirm pervasive weaknesses in current practices and validate the need for the proposed solution. The conclusion asserts that the development of a foundational blueprint for agile adoption in the housing finance sector, can be generalized to address similar challenges in other highly regulated industries. Future work will concentrate on empirical piloting and demonstrating broader applicability.

Abstract

The swift progression of technology has rendered website indispensable in the E-Government. Nevertheless, this advancement introduces increasing challenges, especially concerning information security. Numerous systems are created and implemented without sufficient security assessments, leading to weaknesses that malicious actors may exploit for cyberattacks. This research introduces an innovative methodology that integrates both governance and technical viewpoints. The KAMI (Information Security) Index 4.0, which is grounded in ISO/IEC 27001, serves as the basis for governance assessment, whereas a Network Security Assessment that refers to the OWASP Top 10 and includes CVSS 3.0 is utilized for the technical evaluation. The evaluation results of the KAMI Index scores were unsatisfactory, the current level of readiness is merely at a foundational framework stage. Network Security Assessment identified 15 vulnerabilities with 1 critical, 11 medium, 3 low across 5 systems. The proposed testing aids administrators in pinpointing weaknesses in both governance and infrastructure, thus equipping stakeholders with a clearer understanding of how to effectively secure the systems.

Abstract

The intense competition in the coffee shop industry requires MSMEs like XYZ Kopi in Batang to optimally utilize transaction data. The sales data from October to December 2025 currently remains as static summaries in Microsoft Excel. Managerial decisions relying on intuition pose a risk of inefficiencies in marketing and stock management. This study aims to implement Business Intelligence (BI) using the CRISP-DM framework and Google Looker Studio to design an interactive, real-time dashboard. The novelty of this research is the integration of the Menu Engineering method to classify products into four quadrants (Stars, Plowhorses, Puzzles, Dogs) based on popularity and profitability. The integration of BI and Menu Engineering serves as a strategic solution that provides an objective foundation for management. This data-driven decision-making process is proven to optimize menu placement, pricing, and promotions while reducing raw material waste to maximize MSME profitability in the digital era.

Abstract

The internship evaluation process at the Diploma 3 Program of Medical Records and Health Information (RMIK), Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani Yogyakarta, previously relied on open shared spreadsheets. This existing system posed a high risk of data manipulation, such as unauthorized copying and pasting of grades due to weak user access control, and led to delays in grade recapitulation because tracking the progress of clinical instructors at partner hospitals was difficult. This study aims to design and implement the Medical Record Internship Evaluation Information System (APIKAL) as a secure and efficient digital solution. The system was developed using the Prototyping method, utilizing Google Sheets as the database alongside HTML and Google Apps Script to create a Web App-based user interface. The functional quality of the system was evaluated using Black Box Testing. The results indicate that APIKAL successfully eliminates the vulnerability of grade manipulation by strictly enforcing role-based access control for three main actors: the Internship Coordinator, Academic Advisors, and Clinical Instructors. Beyond enhancing data security, the system automatically calculates final grades and maps them into Outcome-Based Education (OBE) Learning Outcomes in real-time. The Black Box Testing confirmed that all features functioned with 100% validity. In conclusion, the APIKAL system is highly feasible for full implementation to support secure, rapid, and accountable internship administration.

Abstract

This study proposes a web-based information system for new member registration at Gym Cemerlang, developed to address the manual registration process that causes long queues, data recording errors, and inefficient membership data management. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, consisting of requirements identification, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data were collected through observation, interviews with the gym owner, and literature study. The system was built using ReactJS for the front-end, Express JS for the back-end, and PostgreSQL as the database, and was modeled using Use Case Diagrams and Data Flow Diagrams (DFD). The system involves two main actors: users (prospective members), who can view membership packages, register online, make payments, and check registration status; and administrators, who manage member data, membership packages, and registration confirmation through Create, Read, Update, and Delete (CRUD) operations. Functional testing was carried out using black-box testing, while user acceptance was planned to be measured using a Likert-scale questionnaire. The result of this research is a web-based registration system design that is expected to reduce queuing time, minimize recording errors, and provide real-time, self-service registration for prospective members, thereby improving the efficiency and quality of membership services at Gym Cemerlang.
