JURASIK adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh LPPM STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar yang bertujuan untuk mewadahi penelitian di bidang Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah jurnal ilmiah dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi yang mengandung literatur ilmiah pada studi murni dan penelitian terapan dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi dan ulasan publik pengembangan teori, metode dan ilmu terapan yang berkaitan dengan subjek. Jurnal ini pertama kali mendapat ISSN dengan nomor 2527-5771 pada tahun 2016 untuk terbitan cetak dan mulai 2017 beralih ke terbitan elektronik dengan nomor ISSN 2549-7839. Pengiriman artikel tidak dipungut biaya, kemudian artikel yang diterima akan diterbitkan secara online dan dapat diakses secara gratis. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah sebuah jurnal peer-review secara online yang diterbitkan bertujuan sebagai sebuah forum penerbitan tingkat nasional di Indonesia bagi para peneliti, profesionaldan praktisi dari industri dalam bidang Ilmu Kecerdasan Buatan. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) menerbitkan hasil karya asli dari penelitian terunggul dan termaju pada semua topik yang berkaitan dengan ilmu komputer. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) terbit 1 (satu) nomor dalam setahun. Artikel yang telah dinyatakan diterima akan diterbitkan dalam nomor In-Press sebelum nomor regular terbit. Abstract

The need for decent and affordable housing in Indonesia, particularly in Papua, continues to increase along with rapid population growth and urbanization. However, property marketing in this region still relies heavily on conventional methods such as printed brochures and face-to-face communication, which limits the effectiveness of information distribution and slows down the sales process. This research develops a web-based information system that integrates three main features: a house catalog, a mortgage simulation, and a reservation service. This system is designed using a systematic waterfall method, starting from needs analysis, system design with UML modeling, implementation using PHP and MySQL, and testing with black-box testing. The catalog feature displays a complete list of houses with specifications and prices, while the mortgage simulation feature allows users to calculate estimated installments based on the house price, tenor, and interest rate interactively and in real-time. The reservation service makes it easier for prospective buyers to book units online without having to visit the location in person. Test results show that all features run according to specifications and are easy to use by users. This system not only improves ease of access to information and transparency for prospective buyers, but also helps property developers expand their marketing reach, reduce conventional promotion costs, and accelerate the process of converting prospective buyers into active buyers. This research makes a significant contribution to the literature on digital transformation in the property sector, particularly in Papua, where technological innovation is still minimal. It also encourages increased access to housing finance in a more efficient and practical manner.

Abstract

Leaks in oil pumping systems are among the main causes of production losses and reduced operational efficiency in the upstream oil and gas industry. This study aims to identify dominant failure modes, monitor process stability, and predict pump leakage risk using an integrated approach that combines Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm. The research was conducted at PT Pertamina EP Zone 1 Rantau Field using operational data from the year 2024. FMEA results show that leakage due to illegal tapping and corrosion are the most critical failures, with Risk Priority Numbers (RPN) of 216 and 180, respectively. SPC analysis using X̄-R control charts revealed weekly process fluctuations, indicating potential variability in operations. To predict leakage risk, an SVM model was trained using technical pump features such as pressure, temperature, vibration, and pipe joint age. Class imbalance was addressed using the Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique (SMOTE), and model evaluation yielded an accuracy of 95.48%. The integration of these three methods has proven effective in supporting data-driven predictive maintenance strategies. It reduces unplanned downtime, minimizes production losses, and enhances the reliability of oil pumping systems.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of student behavior on academic achievement at SMKN 1 Stabat, using a quantitative approach with simple linear regression analysis on 245 tenth-grade students. The results show a positive and significant influence, with a coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.272, indicating that student behavior contributes 27.2% to academic achievement. Discipline and responsibility are the most influential behavioral aspects, where students with high discipline tend to be more consistent in learning and completing assignments. The implications of this study highlight the importance of character building and positive behavior development within the school environment through collaboration among teachers, parents, and school administrators. Although not the sole determinant of success, good behavior such as discipline, responsibility, and active learning has been proven to enhance student learning outcomes. Therefore, efforts to improve the quality of education should consider not only cognitive aspects but also the development of constructive behavior through guidance programs and the strengthening of intrinsic motivation.

Abstract

The rapid growth of cafes in Medan City causes difficulties for consumers in choosing the optimal location due to subjective and scattered information. The purpose of the research is to develop a web-based Decision Support System that integrates the Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE) II method with the Geographic Information System (GIS). The research methodology involved processing spatial and attribute data from 161 cafes using five weighted criteria: distance, atmosphere, facilities, service, and price. PROMETHEE II is used to calculate Net Flow to generate a complete ranking, while GIS visualizes the results on an interactive map. This study successfully identified Monk's Coffee Roasters as the best alternative with a Net Flow of 0.417. Black-box testing shows that all system functionality, including ranking calculations and spatial visualization, is valid. The findings represent the integration of PROMETHEE II and GIS providing an effective and objective tool to facilitate multi-criteria decision-making in the culinary tourism sector, allowing users to filter recommendations based on personal preference and location accessibility.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the quality of the Sistem Informasi Penelusuran Perkara (SIPP) at the Salatiga District Court, based on the ISO/IEC 25010: Product Quality Model. The urgency of this study is driven by its national implementation by the government and the high expectations of those seeking justice in this system as a transparent, effective, and accountable public service. The evaluation applied the ISO/IEC 25010 standard through a survey of 82 users. This study concluded that the SIPP application was considered to be of good quality, with an average quality score for 8 variables of 3.959. The highest quality aspects of SIPP were functional suitability (4.228) and portability (4.126), where the system features were adequate and complete, and it had good portability. The lowest quality aspect of SIPP was security (3.776). Although the quality of SIPP is obvious in the completeness of the features provided and its ability to run on various devices, the aspects of system modularity and access restriction mechanisms still need to be improved. Therefore, the recommendation for developers is to make improvements and enhancements in its security, particularly authentication mechanisms, as well as its periodic maintainability, in terms of system stability and performance.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology today is in line with the increasing use of the internet, both in Indonesia and around the world. One of the significant impacts of this growth is the emergence of changes in business models, particularly the rise of digital sales applications. Sales applications can be defined as marketing activities for goods or services through the internet, utilizing modern web-based marketing techniques. With the adoption of digital marketing concepts, business actors such as livestock farmers can market their livestock more quickly and efficiently. In this study, the technology applied is the development of a web-based livestock sales application. Currently, the issue found in the field is that the process of selling livestock for Aqiqah purposes is still carried out manually. Farmers must offer their products directly to potential buyers without any integrated information media. This condition causes various obstacles and limitations in the marketing process. Therefore, the utilization of technology becomes an appropriate solution to address these problems. The proposed and applied solution in this research is the development of a web- based information system for the sale of livestock for Aqiqah. This application is expected to help farmers expand their marketing reach and assist consumers in obtaining information and making purchases more practically and efficiently.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a web-based system for monitoring the work readiness of vocational high school students using the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method. The system is designed to assist schools in evaluating students’ levels of work readiness based on several criteria, namely academic performance, industrial work practice, and attendance. The Fuzzy Tsukamoto method is applied to transform qualitative and quantitative data into crisp values, thereby producing a more objective classification of students’ work readiness levels. This study employs a system development approach using the ADDIE model, which consists of the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The results show that the system is able to present students’ work readiness levels in the form of categories and real-time graphical visualizations, as well as generate reports in PDF format. The system is expected to support schools in decision-making related to student guidance and job placement.

Abstract

This research aims to design and implement a web-based Supply Chain Management (SCM) system at PT Arta Daya Taruna to improve the efficiency of internal logistics management in the mining environment. The manual process that was previously used caused various problems such as procurement delays, duplicate requests, loss of physical documents, and low real-time visibility of stock. The research uses waterfall model software engineering methods which include the needs analysis stage, UML-based system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system is developed using Next.js, TypeScript, MySQL, and Prisma technologies with the main features of Work Order (WO), Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO), Goods Receipt (GR), Material Requisition (MR), and Goods Issue (GI) in one integrated platform. The system is equipped with role-based access control, automatic notifications via email and WhatsApp, and real-time inventory monitoring dashboard. The results of the two-month trial showed a significant increase in operational efficiency, namely a reduction in WO to GI processing time from 10 days to less than 3 days, elimination of physical document loss, acceleration of stock report generation from two days to one hour, and an increase in inventory accuracy from 85% to 98%. The user satisfaction rate is also in the high category with an average score of 4.2 out of 5. This system has been proven to be able to improve transparency, accountability, and speed of decision-making in dynamic mine operations.

Abstract

This study aims to systematically review various digital forensic investigation models used to detect transaction fraud in e-commerce systems, based on relevant scientific literature. This study was conducted to analyze the approaches, stages, and techniques applied in each forensic investigation model, while also revealing their advantages and limitations in handling transaction fraud cases. Furthermore, this study aims to compare the effectiveness of these models in supporting the process of fraud detection, analysis, and proof in e-commerce environments. This study uses a systematic literature review methodology to collect, analyze, and integrate various studies related to forensic investigation models for identifying transaction fraud in e-commerce systems. We used keywords such as "digital forensic investigation models," "e-commerce fraud detection," "cyber forensics," and "transaction fraud" to search for articles in scientific databases including Google Scholar, IEEE Xplore, Scopus, ScienceDirect, and SpringerLink. The results demonstrate various ways to build a safer and more reliable e-commerce ecosystem for all stakeholders, requiring the integration of these three elements: early prevention in the transaction flow, ML-based detection for risk tagging, and digital forensics for evidence.

Abstract

Sistem Informasi Perumahan (SIP PERKIM) is an online-based application used by Dinas Perumahan dan Permukiman Kabupaten Jombang to monitor the progress of physical development projects more effectively, accurately, and in real time. This study is aimed at measuring the level of user satisfaction with SIP PERKIM through the application of the End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method, which assesses satisfaction based on five main dimensions, namely Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use, and Timeliness. The research employed a quantitative approach using a Likert-scale questionnaire distributed to all active SIP PERKIM users, totaling 30 Field Facilitators. The results of the validity and reliability tests indicate that all questionnaire items meet the criteria of validity and reliability, with a Cronbach’s Alpha value of 0.950. Descriptive analysis shows that all EUCS dimensions fall within the “Satisfied” category, with an overall average satisfaction score of 3.60. Furthermore, the results of the multiple linear regression analysis reveal that, simultaneously, all independent variables have a significant effect on user satisfaction, as indicated by the calculated F-value being greater than the F-table value. However, partially, only the Ease of Use and Format dimensions are found to have a significant influence on the satisfaction of SIP PERKIM users. These findings suggest that ease of use and the clarity and neatness of the system interface are the dominant factors shaping user experience.Although users were generally satisfied, several aspects still require improvement, particularly data consistency, system speed in displaying information, and the uniformity of report formats. This study is expected to serve as a basis for further development of SIP PERKIM to ensure it becomes more responsive, efficient, and aligned with user needs.
