Abstract

In image processing, clustering techniques aim to group images into distinct classes. These methods utilize feature extraction, the first step toward pattern recognition, and analyze unprocessed data to derive valuable information. The impact of various feature extraction methods on the clustering outcomes is the focus of this research study. In this case, the issue to answer is: does the use of different feature extraction methods affect the effectiveness of clustering? The featured methods of extraction in this study are Histogram of Oriented Gradients, Local Binary Patterns, and HOG-LBP. These methods were used in conjunction with the Self-Organizing Map and K-means. The results show that LBP with K-Means gives exceptionally effective results with silhouette value 0.3615, a Davies-Bouldin index of 0.8128, and a Calinski–Harabasz index of 51940.5105. These results confirm the effectiveness of the extraction method used and the clustering algorithm. Like the other methods of extraction, the dependability of effectiveness centers on the capability of the feature selection algorithm’s ability to differentiate the dataset. This is one of the feature extraction challenges for image clustering in large datasets – the focus is on feature extraction and the need for precise definition is critical.

Abstract

Di era transformasi digital yang semakin kompetitif, infrastruktur Teknologi Informasi (TI) menjadi faktor kunci dalam menunjang operasional dan kualitas layanan perusahaan asuransi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi infrastruktur TI di Asuransi Astra Buana Cabang Palembang menggunakan metode SWOT, serta menyusun perancangan infrastruktur TI yang efektif untuk mendukung layanan digital, meningkatkan keamanan data, dan memperkuat daya saing. Dengan pendekatan studi kasus, data diperoleh melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara internal. Hasil analisis menunjukkan perlunya modernisasi sistem melalui penerapan server virtualisasi, backup cloud otomatis, serta penguatan sistem keamanan informasi. Rancangan infrastruktur TI yang diusulkan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mengurangi risiko keamanan, dan mendukung pertumbuhan layanan digital perusahaan di masa depan.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat mendorong perusahaan untuk mengadopsi infrastruktur digital yang kuat dan adaptif guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan daya saing. PT Sinar Sosro, sebagai pelopor industri minuman teh siap konsumsi di Indonesia, menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola proses produksi dan distribusi secara efektif di tengah persaingan yang semakin ketat. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah bagaimana struktur dan komponen infrastruktur teknologi informasi (ITI) diterapkan serta sejauh mana kematangannya dalam mendukung proses bisnis perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis struktur ITI, mengevaluasi tingkat kematangan sistem berdasarkan kerangka kerja COBIT, serta mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman melalui analisis SWOT. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan studi kasus, melalui pengumpulan data dari dokumentasi perusahaan, observasi, serta literatur pendukung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT Sinar Sosro telah menerapkan sistem ERP, CRM, dan SCM secara terintegrasi, dengan dukungan perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak yang memadai. Tingkat kematangan infrastruktur TI perusahaan berada pada level 4 (Managed) menurut COBIT, yang menunjukkan bahwa proses telah terdokumentasi, distandarisasi, dan dimonitor secara berkala. Temuan ini merefleksikan kesiapan perusahaan dalam mendukung proses bisnis berbasis teknologi secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The widespread accessibility of the internet via smartphones, laptops, and tablets, along with the convenience of carrying these devices anywhere, has transformed social media from merely a communication tool into a key source of information. Instagram, in particular, focuses on visual aesthetics. Many government agencies in Indonesia now have Instagram accounts to engage with the public, as social media-especially Instagram-is increasingly viewed as a popular platform for information dissemination across various demographic groups. One such agency is the South Sumatra Provincial Food Crop and Horticulture Agriculture, which operates under the Instagram handle @pertaniantph.sumsel. However, engagement with their Instagram community remains low, as seen from the limited number of likes and comments on their posts. To investigate the factors contributing to this issue, a study was conducted using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT 2) model, gathering data from 516 questionnaire respondents who follow the @pertaniantph.sumsel account. The data was analyzed using SmartPLS, revealing that Behavioral Intention significantly impacts Usage Behavior, Effort Expectancy significantly affects Behavioral Intention, Facilitating Conditions influence Usage Behavior, Habit has a significant impact on Behavioral Intention, Hedonic Motivation affects Behavioral Intention, and Social Influence also plays a key role in shaping Behavioral Intention.
