Abstract

Influence on Performance Competence Master Teacher At SMPN I Lambuya Konawe Through Work Motivation As an intervening variable. The purpose of this study is to describe and test the effect of teacher competence on motivation and performance of teachers. Specifically the purpose of research to explain and examine the role of teachers' motivation to work in mediating the relationship between the competence of the teacher's performance. The design of this research uses explanatory research approach with data collection conducted cross-section through the questionnaire. The population of this study was all government school teachers in SMP Negeri 1 Lambuya Konawe totaling 45 people. The sampling technique is saturated samples (census) in which the entire population as a sample of 45 teachers. Data analysis techniques to answer the problem in this research hypothesis is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that teacher competence and significant positive effect on work motivation and performance of teachers. Furthermore, teachers work motivation positive and significant impact on teacher performance. Keywords: Teachers Competency, Motivation Work, Teacher Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know how the student activity during the applied method of guided discovery and student learning outcomes after applied guided discovery method on the material surface area and volumeof sphere in class IX. The method used in this study is the method of quasi-experimental category one short case study, in which the sample taken one class of 37 people conducted in SMP Negeri 3 Pagaralam. Technique of collecting data with observation and test method. To find out student activity used observation sheet, then look for percentage of overall activity. Meanwhile, to find the average value used the average calculation formula (mean). From the data analysis, obtained the average percentage of total student activity during applied guided discovery method is good. Likewise with student learning outcomes after applied guided discovery methods are also categorized well. Thus, guided discovery methods are very well used especially in mathematics learning. Abstract

Working Capital management is critical in the survival of the company. Good working capital management resulted in profits for the company. The funds are available for use the daily operations is called the working capital. Working capital used to buy raw material, pay salaries, transportations cost, and so forth. The analysis method used is multiple regression (Multiple Linear Regression). The results indicate the presence of element such as liquidity, activity, and the risk that simultaneously affect the Return on Investment. Showed partial liquidity variable and the most influential activities that can be explained by the adjusted R2 value of 77% while the rest 23% influenced by other variable which is not explained by this research model. The results of regression analysis obtained in this research was Y = 37.757 + 0.020X1 + 7.753X2 – 0.122X3, meaning that the liquidity variables and the activity has a positive influence on the return on investment.The analysis is based on hypothesis test showed t test obtained values tcount 1.43, meaning that the smaller the liquidity and activity, the greater on the return on investment is obtained. T test result prove that the hypothesis is proven true Ha2. F test results obtained Fcount > Ftable (22.165 > 2.71), meaning that there is significant influence between liquidty, activity, and the risk of simultaneous Return on Investment. F test results (Ha1). Based on the analysis, the most dominant elements influencing in working capital is a liquidity and activity variable. Keyword : Working Capital, Liquidity, Activity, Risk.

Abstract

Ntobo Sub-Village is one of the traditional sub-village that still maintains in the traditions and cultural values of Bima. The founding and Empowerment Program in Ntobo Sub-village was disturbed by the problems experienced by the weaving group, These are (1) The formation group of weaving craftsmen has not yet been established. And most weaving group members women and elderly whom to care and gave a priority to their children and husbands first, including cooking and preparing their clothes after these finished they can take care of the tasks that assigned by the group, (2) the development of shapes, colors or patterns and product model. The weaving craftsmen in Ntobo sub-Village acknowledged that one of the basic problems experienced by the weaving group is related to the products women shape color and products models and the geographical location of the Ntobo sub-district is in fact not from the city center of Bima , but until now must of the weaving groups in Ntobo sub-Village do not have a product marketing site, due to the lack of funds by the group. The approach used in solving the problems faced by the weaving group in Ntobo Sub-Village is through sosialisation approach, consultation and counseling, evaluation, with training methods and assistance in designing motifs and weaving patterns. Abstract

Serayu River crossing several districts Wonosobo, Banjarnegara, Purbalingga, Banyumas, until empties into Cilacap. This research was conducted at Banyumas and Cilacap regency. Banyumas Regency, Kebasen consists of three stations in the sand mining area before sand mining, sand mining location, after sand mining. Cilacap regency consists of three stations Sampang, Maos and Slarang. The method used there are two that is purposive sampling method for sampling location and method of pollution index (IP) to determine water quality of Serayu River. From the calculation of IP method, the water quality of Serayu River in Banyumas Regency is obtained at station 1, 2 and 3 (0,922), (0,921) and (0,934). Meanwhile, located in Cilacap Regency, obtained at stations 1, 2 and 3 of (0.897), (0.921) and (0.891). Based on Ministry Decree No.115/2003 relationship value of IP with water quality status is still included in the IP value of 0 to 1.0 is the status of good condition quality. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Internal Communication and Workloads on the Occupational Passion of Konawe District Forestry Service Employees both simultaneously and partially. This research is a type of explanatory research that aims to explain the position of the variables to be studied and the relationship and influence between one variable and another. The results showed that: (1) Internal Communication and Workload simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the Work Passion of the Konawe District Forestry Service Employees, (2) Internal Communication partially had a positive and insignificant effect on the Excitement of the Workers of the Konawe District Forestry Service, and (3) Workload partially has a positive and significant effect on the Excitement of the Work of the Konawe District Forestry Service Staff. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the effect of cash turnover, turnover of receivables and working capital turnover affect the profitability on a cruise PT Sinar Mandiri Sejahtera Batam. Results from the study showed that the velocity of cash (X1) but not significant effect on return on equity with significant value 0,714> 0,05, receivables turnover (X2) effect on return on equity with significant value 0,010 <0,05, working capital turnover (X3) but no significant effect on return on equity with significant value 0,653> 0,05. Cash turnover, turnover of receivables and working capital turnover significant effect simultaneously (together) to variable return on equity. The test results demonstrate the value of 15,360 F count> F table 2,77 with a significance value of 0.000. Judging from the significant value that is less than 0,05 means the (H4) is accepted. Abstract

This research is to examine obtain empirical evidence related the factors that influence government financial statement quality. Based on PP No. 71 year 2010, government financial statement quality have to meet the qualitative characteristic, where are factors that influence are competency, accounting intern control and information technology. The study was conducted on the staf who responsbility doing the accounting in the office that unit of ministry of healthy in Jakarta City, using primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents. Sampling through purposive sampling and obtained of 51 respondents. The collected data was processed using SPSS version 21 and the statistic method used to analize was multiple linier regression.the data analysis results showed all of research instruments are valid, reliable and feasible model used to explain the dependent variable. The results showed that the competency,accounting intern control and information technology have signifikan positive impact on quality of financial statement. Abstract

This study aims to describe the learning outcomes of speech through the method of Learning Community and the effectiveness of Learning Community method of Indonesian Language and Literature Education at High School of Teacher Training and Education Puangrimaggalatung Sengkang. The location of this research is located at the campus of Teachers Training and Education College Puangrimaggalatung Sengkang. The results showed that effective learning community was used in improving the speaking skill of STKIP Puangrimaggalatung Sengkang students. This is based on the results of data analysis showing that the average test results of students speaking skills that follow the learning in the class that apply learning community is higher than the results of students' speaking skills tests that follow the learning in the class that does not apply learning community. Abstract

Earning that has quality, is earning that able to predict future earnings. Earning persistence, is one way to assess the quality of earning by predicting future earnings, it is especially useful for investors in allocating the right funds to invest. This study aims to investigate factors that determining earnings persistence such as cash flow volatility, sales volatility, leverage and firm size, either simultaneously or partially on property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling and obtained 160 research samples from 32 companies. Data analysis method in this research is panel data regression analysis by using software Eviews version 9. The result of this research shows that cash flow volatility and sales volatility has positive significant effect to earning persistence, leverage has significant negative effect to earning persistence while firm size has no significant effect to earning persistence.
