Abstract

Tujuan: Mengetahui representasi modal sosial pada program acara Etnikom untuk Indonesia di 106.2 Bens Radio dengan analisis Framing Metode Penelitian: Analisis Framing Robert Entman .Hasil Penelitian: Representasi modal sosial yang digambarkan pada program Etnikom untuk adalah dari segi Budaya lokal, dalam hal ini budaya bisa merepresentasikan kamus pengetahuan yang konsen membahas sejarah, tempat wisata dan cerita legenda, yang bisa berperngaruh kepadakhalayak luas dengan menampilkan budaya yang beriringan dengan sikap dan gayahidup manusia. Karena fungsi budaya sudah lebih luas bukan hanya tentang keseniantetapi ke pola tingkah laku yang dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan sekitar Kesimpulan: Pada naskah Etnikom tentang budaya dalam program tersebut, Penulis menyimpulkan Bens Radio menjadi pabrik modal sosial yang ditampilkan, karena audience bisamengetahui tentang kebudayaan lain dan radio jaringan bisa menjadi pusat informasitentang keistimewaan daerahnya Saran: Program Etnikom untuk Indonesia Agarmenjadi representasi modal sosial dalam budaya lokal. Disamping untuk melestarikanbudaya tersebut diharapkan dapat menjadi penggerak motivasi dari pendukung budaya yang bersangkutan.

Abstract

To find out the implementation of public service tasks in the Makassar City district of Rappocini; 2) To find out how the performance of the Rappocini sub-district government of Makassar city in providing public services to the public; 3) To find out what factors support and hinder the performance of the Makassar city Rappocini sub-district government officials in providing public services to the community. The research method used is to use a descriptive research method. The population in this study amounted to 140 people and the sample in this study amounted to 65 respondents. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, literature. Data analysis techniques were descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the performance of the Rappocini sub-district government in providing public services in the Rappocini sub-district of Makassar City is generally good. While the factors that support and hinder the performance of the Rappocini Subdistrict government in providing public services to the community are the professionalism factor of the apparatus, the factor of public awareness, the regulatory factor and the service facility and infrastructure factor.

Abstract

The objective of the study is to test and analyze the effect of dividend policy, net profit margin and current ratio to corporate value of companies at property and real estate listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period of 2012-2016. The research used some theories of dividend policy, net profit margin and current ratio. The research was used by a quantitative research approach, this research was causal/clausal. The data collection of this research was performed by study documentation. This research uses secondary data types and sources. The research finding revealed that profitability, dividend policy, net profit margin and current ratio simultaneously have a positive effect on corporate value of companies at property and real estate listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2012-2016. The research concluded that dividend policy, net profit margin and current ratio partially have a positive and significant effect on corporate value of companies at property and real estate listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2012-2016.

Abstract

The objective of this study is about to see the effectiveness of picture towards students’ writing skill of descriptive text for grade X of SMK Negeri 13 Jakarta in academic year 2018/2019. This research is quantitative using quasi-experimental method. The population was grade X students of SMK Negeri 13 Jakarta. It was conducted in two classes as sample. The instruments used were documentation and test. T-test was used to determine whether there was a significance difference or not between students’ scores in experimental class and students’ scores in control class. The result of the study showed that the calculation of the value of ttest is 2.92 and the degree of freedom (df) is 54. The value of t-table in the degree of freedom and at the degree of significance 5% is 1.674. It means picture is effective towards students’ writing skill of descriptive text for grade X at SMK Negeri 13 Jakarta in academic year 2018/2019. Finally the writer suggests that teachers should use picture as one of the media in teaching writing of descriptive text.

Abstract

Pemasaran adalah suatu proses sosial yang dilakukan oleh indivu atau kelompok untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginannya dengan membuat, menawarkan, dan secara bebas menukarkan produk atau jasa yang mempunyai nilai untuk memuaskan konsumen dan berhubungan dengan kegiatan-kegiatan usaha yang menggunakan prinsip pemberian harga, promosi hingga mendistribusikan barang atau jasa , jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif yang didasarkan pada data kuantitatif, yakni penelitian yang mengelolah dan menggambarkan data serta informasi berdasarkan fakta-fakta yang tampak, untuk kemudian di analisis lebih lanjut. Uji Reabilitas, yang digunakan menunjuk pada penelitian bahwa instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk memperoleh informasi yang digunakan dapat dipercaya sebagai alat pengumpulan data dan mampu mengungkap informasi sebenarnya di lapangan.

Abstract

Angkutan Agung is a company engaged in expedition, which employs many employees, the employee payroll system is still used manually by writing in a record book. This manual system will invite errors therefore there is a need for a solution that is used to overcome the accuracy in payroll because in order to avoid errors in recording or recapping salaries. Therefore, a computerized system is needed in order to provide information to employees and other parties appropriately, quickly and accurately, based on the description above, the writer is interested in making an object-oriented payroll information system on CV Angkutan Agung. This system is made using object-oriented methodology with UML tools (Unified Modeling language). The concept of data for ERD (entity relational diagram) and logical record structure (LRS) models. With the Java Netbeen.8.1 programming language and Mysql database. The results to be achieved from this study is that the employee salary calculation application can provide information in ease of presentation, improve performance and data processing to be better, more precise, fast, and accurate, and accelerate in making employee salary reports.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the economic and political interests of the media in Indonesia are primarily related to public space in Indonesia. Especially in the 2019 presidential election wherein the capital owners controlled and even participated directly in political circles. The focus of this research is on the criticize of how the media can not be separated from political influence to achieve economic interests. The theory used in this research is the theory of political economy of media and the concept of public space. the paradigm used in this study is critical. The mass media, both print and broadcast (TV and Radio) play a very significant role in disseminating messages that are important to the public / society. Karl Marx states "that the mass media is referred to as the governing class, in the system of modern capitalism". political economy, becomes a gamble for the function and positioning of the media, whether they are able to carry out the function of the media as part of the press or are more likely to prioritize the business side, maybe even their political position.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui metode yang digunakan oleh PT. JTEKT Indonesia untuk menghapuskan piutang tak tertagih, kendala–kendala dalam melalukan penghapusan piutang dan solusi untuk menghadapi kendala tersebut. Metode yang digunakan penulis adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif yaitu penulis menggambarkan hasil observasi dan menjabarkan data data yang diperoleh dari perusahaan. Penulis mendapatkan data melalui proses wawancara dan dokumentasi. Setelah melakukan pembahasan masalah, penulis memperoleh kesimpulan dari penulisan tugas akhir ini bahwa PT. JTEKT Indonesia sudah mempunyai metode untuk menghapuskan piutang. Metode yang digunakan untuk menghapuskan piutang tak tertagih pada PT. JTEKT Indonesia di Karawang adalah metode pencadangan. Kata kunci : piutang tak tertagih, metode pencadangan, umur jatuh tempo piutang.

Abstract

Narcotics is a serious Nation problem and must be resolved immediately by the state and government. Considering that narcotics users are increasingly difficult to overcome, and most of the users are teenagers, so analyzing a study (Case Study) is needed. This study aims to understand and analyze the results of decision No.178 / Pid Sus / 2018 / PN MR against narcotics users in the Mojokerto District Court. The method used in this study uses normative legal research methods to test so that there is a theoretical relevance to the research methods needed. The approach taken by researchers is the Normative Approach and the Concept Theory Approach. Adjusting to the scope and identification of the problems that exist in this study, researchers used Primary Legal Materials obtained directly from the object of field research on the results of decision No. 178 / Pid Sus / 2018 / PN MR in the Mojokerto District Court, law books, Law no. 35 of 2009, the Criminal Code and the Criminal Procedure Code, Secondary legal material in the form of literature and Tertiary studies as a guide and explanation of Primary and Secondary legal sources. After conducting research it was found that the decision No.178 / Pid Sus / 2018 / PN MR which was decided by the judge against narcotics users with the weight of evidence less than 1 gram should be rehabilitated instead of being convicted.

Based on Government Regulation number 29 of 1996 sttd PP Number 5 of 2002 jo. KMK-394 / KMK.04 / 1996 sttd KMK Number 120 / KMK.03 / 2002 jo. Decree of the Director General of Tax Number KEP-227 / PJ. / 2002 concerning payment of land and building tax stipulates that the amount of income tax that must be deducted and paid for itself is 10% (ten percent) of the gross amount of land and / or building rental value and is final.
