Abstract

The marketing strategy is defined as the analysis of the development and implementation of the strategy in the strategy of determining the target market for the products in each business unit, marketing goal setting, and the development, implementation, and management of the marketing program strategy, positioning the market designed to meet consumer desires target markets. One of them with the use of information systems in the product marketing activities. One of them promote it through e-commerce. Which can make consumers in deciding to make a purchase decision for these products. This research was conducted in PT.Eigerindo. Before knowing the effect of E-Commerce on purchasing decisions, the normality test. Normality test result is normal, because the sig of 0.200> 0.05 (alpha). Furthermore, using ANOVA test. Results obtained from ANOVA test F value of 111.554, while F tables can be viewed using the f table with residual degrees of freedom (df) of 98 as a denominator and df regression is 3.94. Because the F count (111.554)> F table (3.94) then H1 accepted. Based on the significance, visible column sig is 0,000 that means the probability of 0,000 <0.05 then H0 is accepted

Abstract

This study aims to determine what factors influence CPO exports, institutions that play a role in CPO export activities, and the problems faced by CPO exporters in North Sumatra province. The research sample was determined purposively, namely PT. Socfindo. PT. Socfindo is one of the CPO exporters in North Sumatra province. The results of the study are as follows. First, the factors that have a partially significant effect on CPO exports in North Sumatra province include domestic CPO prices (X1), the Rupiah exchange rate against US $ (X3), the Rupee exchange rate against US $ (X4), and Indian GDP (X5 ) While the world price of CPO (X2) does not have a partial significant effect on CPO exports in North Sumatra province. Second, the institutions that play a role in CPO export activities in North Sumatra province include the Office of Industry and Trade, the Bank, the Belawan Agricultural Quarantine Center, the Entrepreneurs of Customs Services, the Sea Freight Expedition and the Belawan Port Customs. Third, the problems faced by CPO exporters include the imposition of high export tax, a long and complicated administration system, the timetable for sending CPO to importing countries is sometimes not timely, and the security is not optimal in Belawan Port

Abstract

Mental development activities conducted at Pondok Bambu Class IIA Pondok Bambu East Jakarta include spiritual activities such as pengajian. The regular recitation schedule which is held every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, Friday is held in the mosque and library room. As instructors in the spiritual activities / recitations came from the Prisoner Staff assisted by the Islamic Religion Extension Staff of the Ministry of Religion, East Jakarta, some were from foundations or from other religious organizations. For the material given, namely in the form of spiritual shower / tausiah, learning to read iqro / Al-Qur'an, and other religious material such as tauhid, fiqh, morality and various other activities such as activities in the month of Ramadan, maulid prophet and Islamic holidays. In the implementation of mental development / spiritual activities, the routines carried out every day are only followed by some of the residents assisted by the number of assistants who are available. It is indeed very unfortunate, so large is the number of prisoners but only a few who follow it.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the Effect of Training, Compensation, Work Discipline and Work Culture on Employee Performance at PT. Bank of Southeast Sulawesi Unaaha Branch. The population in this study were all employees of PT. The Unaaha Branch of the Southeast Sulawesi Bank totaling 31 people. The sampling technique uses saturated samples so that the number of respondents is 31 people. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially the variables of training, compensation, and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on work performance, while the work culture variable has a negative and not significant effect on work performance.

Abstract

The United States Foreign Policy towards the North Korean Nuclear Program to control, supervise and stop North Korea from producing nuclear. This is related to the position of the United States as the controller of international security and there is a national interest in the United States Government. This study aims to explain / describe the United States foreign policy towards the North Korean Nuclear Program. The data used are secondary data because international relations scientific research uses qualitative data. The data collection method used in this study is the literature of books, websites. Techniques of data analysis using qualitative analysis. The results of the study indicate that the United States Foreign Policy to reduce the North Korean Nuclear Program with Strategic Patience and the Detterence Concept.

Abstract

Every customer would want satisfaction in receiving a service. Customer satisfaction can be achieved if customers receive services in accordance with the required and expected. This study aims to analyze the effect of service on customer satisfaction at PT Krista Pesona Adibusana Jakarta conducted for five working days with the number of visitors 102. By using the formula Al-Rashid, set sample of 50 customers. Sampling technique using simple random sampling method. From the stastistic analysis with the help of spss version 22, conducted correlation test, regression test and test of determination. The results showed that there is a significant influence between service variables on customer satisfaction variables. So the service is a very important thing to note for customer satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and describe how effective the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) was in supporting rural development in the Mukai Mudik Village, Siinci District, Kerinci District, 2010-2017. The research method used is quantitative and qualitative descriptive. The type of data used is secondary data. The results showed that the average effectiveness of Village Fund Allocation in Mukai Mudik Village from 2010 to 2017 was effective, because the realization percentage was 90.2%. This indicates that the management of Village Fund Allocation in Mukai Mudik Village has not been optimally implemented. Because the realization of the Village Fund Allocation obtained has not yet reached the revenue target set in the Village Fund Allocation budget.

Abstract

Adapted by the Jatiroke Village society with certain reasons. This paper aims to express the socio-cultural values ​​contained in Singa Depok art developed in RW 03 Jatiroke Village. Based on the interview with the manager of Jatiroke Singa Depok Art, the beginning of Singa Depok Art in Jatiroke aims to avoid the emergence of negative actions due to the large number of unemployed people. The presence of Singa Depok Art is expected to strengthen togetherness of the people of Jatiroke Village, especially the youth. Singa Depok Jatiroke was displayed in a number of festivals, carnivals, children's birthdays, sub-district events and the Sumedang district's birthday. The figure of the Jatiroke artist hopes that through the art of Singa Depok, its citizens can fill their daily activities with productive activities so that they are together and create a safe and peaceful environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the inventory of CV Sakana Indo Prima Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM). In this study, the discussion focused on the supply of raw materials for mince tilapia fish. The problem discussed in the research is how to determine the optimal inventory in the company so that the total inventory costs incurred by the company are more efficient. To describe and analyze research data the method used is EOQ (Economic Order Quantity). The object of research is the amount of inventory, the number of purchases, the amount of usage of raw materials used in production, ordering costs and storage costs of raw materials. The data used is the period of 2014-2018. The data collection method used in the research is documentation study. Based on the results of the study, it is known that company policy in determining inventory is still not appropriate. This can be seen from the results of research that the number of purchases and costs for inventory based on company policy so far is higher than the calculation using the EOQ method. The difference in inventory costs shows that with the EOQ method in 2014 the company can save the total cost of raw material for mince tilapia by Rp. 816,667, in 2015 amounting to Rp. 881,490, in 2016 amounting to Rp. 6,243,484, 2017 amounting to Rp. 10,997,907, and in 2018 Rp. 8,285,162

Abstract

In order to avoid random communication interactions, and lead to interaction inconvenience. The library research method that collects data from books, articles and the internet. Data collection was conducted in Ternate City focused on Muhammadiyah University of North Maluku. Observing and analyzing communication activities that occurred among lecturers who were participants in the Ummu Discussion group, in response to news of presidential and vice presidential Hoax ahead of the 2019 presidential election. Based on researchers' observations there were several hoax news that were disseminated in the group Discussion and triggered controversial comments between groups grouped. communication that is built between group participants is very varied, some are pro with issues that are disseminated and there are also those who contradict the hoax issue. The group participants turned out to be hooked on hoax news that was spread so that there were skewed responses about the object of information received and the defense of hoax news objects.
