Abstract

The authority for the formation of Regional Regulations is regulated in Article 18 paragraph (6) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. Abstract

Abstract

Knowledge of normal weight is very important. Many general public whose lifestyle is unhealthy and irregular. One pattern of unhealthy living is excessive consumption of food. So that the height and weight are not balanced. When we consume too much food excessively, this can cause obesity. Because various kinds of diseases arise due to obesity problems. So from this we the authors make an android-based application whose function is to socialize the importance of ideal body weight. Of course many methods are used to find out the ideal weight category. Here the author uses the IMT (Body Mass Index) method to calculate and determine the ideal weight category and the tools used are eclipse indigo.

Abstract

This study aims to look at profitability in the furniture business Victory in the city of Sorong. The data used are quantitative data, namely financial statements including the balance sheet, and income statement for 2016 to 2018. This study uses profitability ratio analysis techniques.The results show that the operating profit margin proves that the comparison of data in 2017 increased more in the previous year for operating profit in 2017 with the yield in rupiahs of 73 rupiahs, while in 2018 there was a significant increase from the previous year for operating profits namely obtaining the result in rupiah units is 78 rupiahs. For net income, if the comparison of yield data in rupiahs in 2017 also increased from the previous year in 2016 in net income in rupiahs, it earned 7 rupiahs while in 2018 the same results were in 2017 For ROI results prove that if the comparison of 2017 results data increased ROI from the previous year in 2016 by obtaining results in units of rupiah that is 197 rupiahs while in 2018 experienced a significant decrease by obtaining results for ROI in units of rupiah that is 163 rupiahs. litas in the Chandra Jaya furniture business in Sorong city from 2016 and 2018 there was an increase in operating profit margins and net income, although ROI was still not visible in 2018, as was the case in 2017, so this business capability was needed to increase its profits.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of dividend policy, corporate governance, This study aims to analyze the effects of dividend policy, corporate governance, free cash flow, and sales growth on earnings management. The method used is quantitative method. The sample determination method uses a purposive sampling method with samples used in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) respectively in 2010-2015 to view the published financial statements. The results showed that the effect of dividend policy, management ownership, ownership of domestic institutions, ownership of foreign institutions, public ownership partially had no effect on earnings management while free cash flow, and sales growth partially affected earnings management.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the causes of governance in the Jokowi-JK era called a puppet government; identify the types of Logical Fallacy contained in news of puppet governments in the Jokowi-JK era; and analyze the result impact from Logical Fallacy in the news of the puppet government in the Jokowi-JK era. The research method was conducted using qualitative descriptive method. Based on reports in the Indonesian CNN media that Jokowi-JK began to be imaged as a puppet government since the 2014 presidential election season. This is indicated when Megawati once called Jokowi a party official. The public is concerned that if the head of state got intervention from the interests of the bearer party, it will harm the interests of the Indonesian people. This causes the fallacy or fallacy on the type of fallacies of relevance. This type of fallacy is a misguided thought that occurs because the narration given is not directed to the real problem but is directed to the personal condition and personal characteristics of the person (the interlocutor) who are actually not relevant to the truth or error of the contents of the argument. After being observed and analyzed, the results of the study show that there are three types of Logical Fallacy identified in the online reporting of CNN Indonesia, namely the Argument against the Reason / Argument of Ad Hominem, The Appeal to the Populace Type, and the Missing The Point Type Ignoratio Elenchi). The impact that resulted from the three types of Logical Fallacy in the Indonesian CNN online coverage was the emergence of hoax reporting on puppet government which harmed Jokowi-JK in his role in running the government.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the mapping of leading sectors, what are the basic sub-sectors in the leading sector and how will the change in the position of the base sector in the leading sector in the future and how the strategy of developing leading sectors in North Central Timor Regency. data analysis using Location Questient (LQ) and Dynamic Location Questient (DLQ). Based on various analyzes that have been carried out on 17 economic sectors, there are 5 LQ sectors> 1 namely Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries, Mining and Quarrying, Transportation and Warehousing, Real Estate and Government Administration, Defense and Mandatory Social Security sectors. Whereas the DLQ analysis calculation shows that there are 15 economic sectors that are expected to be based in the future or DLQ> 1. Where are the five sectors, namely Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Mining and Quarrying, Transportation and Warehousing, Financial Services and Insurance and Government Administration as well as Defense and Compulsory Social Security belonging to the base sector are still classified as the base sector in the future. While 10 sectors, namely the manufacturing industry sector, the electricity and gas procurement sector, the construction sector, wholesale and retail trade; the Car and Motorcycle Repair sector, the Provision of Accommodation and Food and Beverage, the Information and Communication sector, the Financial Services and Insurance sector, the Corporate Services sector, the Education Services sector, the Health Services sector and the Social Activities sector which will only become a base sector in the future.

Abstract

Delivery service is one of service media that helps to facilitate customer in delivery such as delivery of goods and important documents at an affordable cost and time predetermined. PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) One of the company owned by state owned enterprises (BUMN) engaged in the delivery service of national and international post. The subject matter in this study is to discuss the procedure of delivery of goods. In conducting this research using qualitative data types with descriptive analytical techniques, the type of delivery service is the Post Express service package, Special Flash post package, regular postal package and express mail Service (EMS). Transportation mode Used by land, sea and air. As for the related parts in the delivery procedure is the sorting section, the Puri submit section, the castle part of the receive and the parcel. Documents used in the delivery procedure are the Register sheet, CN-23, R-7, postal cover, manifest handover, manifest accept and proof of delivery. The procedure of delivery of goods at PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) has a flowchart that goes well and PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) has a procedure that has been arranged systematically.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of accounting information systems for cash receipts and disbursements in the Governor's Office of North Maluku Province. This research was conducted considering the issue of good governance is the most prominent demand in the management of public administration today. Traditional budgets need to be replaced with performance-based budget accounting information systems, bearing in mind that performance budgets have relevant benchmarks and are able to answer local government performance measures. The results of the research show that cash receipts originating from Regional Original Receipts (PAD), Balancing Funds from the center, and other legitimate other income that have fulfilled the procedures of the budget-based accounting information system performance can be seen through the use of documents, procedures for receiving money, and functions involved from receiving the money. Whereas for cash disbursements through interconnected procedures and forming a system consisting of SKO issuance procedures, SPP filing procedures, SPM issuance procedures, cash disbursement procedures, SPJ ratification procedures, and accounting recording procedures.

Abstract

Each company is required to implement an accounting system that is in accordance with the conditions of each company. One of the systems used by the company is a system of income accounting and cash receipts. Cash problem is something that requires special handling, especially for large, medium and small companies. In the cash income and expenditure system, it is necessary to have a good procedure that will be in accordance with established management policies. By using computerized information systems, computerized data storage systems cause all stored data to be more secure, and computerized systems can speed up the process of recording income and archiving available data. Desktop-based applications are applications that are widely used, because of easier use and in a more attractive form and appearance. The use of applications makes it easy to process data to be more automatic and the data that is processed will become structured information.
