Abstract

Based on the results of research on 29 respondents, shows the relationship of motivation to employee performance is high, where the calculation of product moment correlation is obtained 0.63. The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination obtained 39.69% this picture shows that employee performance can be influenced by motivation by 39.69%. The remaining 60.31% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. The simple linear regression equation obtained by Y = 17.87 + 0.48X shows a positive direction. Therefore t arithmetic 4.24> t table = 2.052, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Suggested In motivating employees, leaders must pay attention to factors that make employees motivated both the desires of the needs and expectations of each employee. With the fulfillment of employee desires, automatically the employees will try to show good performance.

Abstract

Abstract

Language is a tool of communication. English and Manado Malay Language are two languages of different families. English belongs to Indo-European language whereas Manado Malay language belongs to Austronesian language. This research used descriptive method through contrastive approach. The aim of this research in to find out the description about the similarities and differences of inflectional verbs ssform between English and Manado Malay Language. The theories used in this research are taken from Frank (1972), Gleason (1962) about inflectional verb form in English and concepts of karisoh-Najoan about inflectional verb form in Manado Malay Language.

Abstract

The results showed a positive relationship between service quality and performance at PT. Pos Indonesia Pandan Branch of Tapanuli Tengahi Regency is 0.949, so if interpreted on a scale the value can be categorized high. The regression equation obtained Y = 10.351 + 0.718X which shows the effect of service quality on the level of service user satisfaction. The t test showed that the hypothesis was accepted to be correct, where t arithmetic 6.056> t table 2.04227, which means that the level of service user satisfaction would increase by a regression coefficient / slop (0.718) if the service quality variable was added by one unit. While the coefficient of determination is known that the quality of service only contributes 55% to the level of service user satisfaction at PT. Pos Indonesia Pandan Branch and the remaining 45% is influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

Based on the research results obtained by the correlation coefficient obtained rxy = 0.79 shows the relationship of education and training with work performance there is a strong relationship. While the coefficient of determination obtained by 62.41% this means that the relationship of education and training with work performance is 62.41%. Simple linear regression obtained by the equation Y = 5.71 + 0.80X shows the relationship of education and training with positive work performance. Testing The t test can be concluded that education and training have a strong relationship with employee performance at the Sibolga Class III Navigation District Office, where tcount> ttable or 11.80> 1.989 is obtained. It is recommended that employees should take part in not only the training that is held within the organization, but also the training that is held from outside the organization so as to increase employee experience and facilitate employees in completing activities specifically related to public interests.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of quality and brand on consumer buying interest at PT. Tapanuli Motor Sibolga. Provisional answers (Hypothesis) for this research are: There is a joint effect of quality and brand on consumer buying interest at PT. Tapanuli Motor Sibolga. The population in this study are consumers who make motorcycle purchases at PT. Tapanuli Motor Sibolga during the month of October 2017 as many as 30 people and used as samples. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, it is known that the R Square determination coefficient of 0.616 means that 61.6% of buying interest can be influenced by quality (X1) and brand (X2). While the simultaneous test results obtained Fcount (21,671) is greater than Ftable (3.32) or (21,671> 3.32) means that quality and brand simultaneously affect the consumer buying interest at PT. Tapanuli Motor Sibolga. The partial test results known t-test value of 2.966> t-table value of 2.042 (2.966> 2.042) or significant (Sig-t) of 0.006 <α (0.05) means that partially the quality variable has a positive and significant effect on interest buy consumers at PT. Tapanuli Motor Sibolga. Partial test results known t-count value of 3.462> t table value of 2.042 (3.462> 2.042) or significant (Sig-t) of 0.000 <α (0.05) means that partially brand variables have a positive and significant effect on interest buy consumers at PT. Tapanuli Motor Sibolga. The multiple linear regression model in this study is Y = 10.494 + 0.332 X1 + 0.488 X2 the influence of quality and brand on consumer buying interest at PT. Tapanuli Motor Sibolga shows a positive direction. Suggested PT. Tapanuli Motor Sibolga can maintain the quality and brand of products offered to consumers, in order to maintain the motorcycle market segment in Sibolga and Central Tapanuli Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study, to determine the effect of incentives on employee productivity at PT. Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) Generation of North Sumatra in the Pandan Generation Sector by drawing the hypothesis that there is an effect of incentives on employee work productivity at PT. State Electricity Company (Persero) Generation of Northern Sumatra Pandan Generation Sector. The research method used is descriptive correlational method, while to find out how much influence the independent variable has on the dependent variable with the simple linear regression analysis method and the calculation of the coefficient of determination. The author uses 44 respondents as a sample drawn from the entire population. The results showed a positive relationship between incentives and employee work productivity at PT. Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) of the North Sumatra Generation in the Pandan Generation Sector of 0.62, so that if interpreted on a scale the values ​​can be categorized as strong. The regression equation obtained Y = 21.103 + 0.665 X which shows the effect of incentives on work productivity, which means that employee productivity will increase by the regression coefficient / slop (0.665) if the incentive variable is added by one unit. T test shows that the hypothesis is accepted to be correct, where t arithmetic 5.139> 2.018. While the coefficient of determination is known that incentives only affect 38.60% of work productivity and the remaining 61.40% is influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

This study aims to design a Accounting Information System for Credit TOPI Sales that has not been computerized in the Karawang regency cap warehouse, to be computerized. Hat warehouse is a business that sells hat, which handles cash and credit sales. But the sales recording system still uses the recording in the ledger. The method used is interviews and observations, this research was conducted at the hat warehouse, which is located in Wncimekar, Kota Baru, Karawang District of Karawang. The results of research on the design of Accounting Information Systems for Sales of Hats on Credit, which can help in the process of selling hats. to be more effective and efficient in the process. So far, the company uses a manual system by recording all data and transactions in one book, so that it can cause data loss. With the proposed system of accounting information system design, the sale of hats on credit is expected to help companies manage data and transactions. The results to be achieved are the Accounting Information System for Credit Sales Hats consisting of, Data Collection System on Data of Goods, Data on Credit Packages, Customer Data, Credit Sales Transactions, Installment Transactions and Reports.

Abstract

This study aims to determine differences in self-confidence in learning among students who are already working and who are not yet working. Confidence is something that guides students in learning, so that communication and confidence are interconnected. But the reality that occurs from the results of the hypothesis in this study, which is seen in the classroom that in terms of self-confidence there is no difference between students who work and those who have not worked, this is due to the results of self-confidence scale between students who work and Not working together is the same, so they are confident in receiving learning in class. Data collection was carried out in this study using a confidence scale by administering questionnaires to a sample of 40 students. Data analysis method used in this study is a regression test using the Pearson Product Moment formula.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the extent of the relationship of motivation to the learning outcomes of students of biaputra muhammad yamin university in the development subject of participants students in the academic year 018/2019. This type of research is descriptive. The population and sample of this study were 10 students in biology education semester II of Academic Year 018/2019. Data were collected using a motivational questionnaire consisting of 0 items. The data obtained is processed using simple linear correlation techniques. From the test r obtained by the price of the correlation coefficient r count = 0.3835 and r table = 0.320 then r count> r table means there is a positive and significant relationship of 0.3835. From the t test, it was obtained tcount = .49 and ttable = .02, it means tcount> ttable in the sense that there was a significant relationship between motivation and learning outcomes of biology education students at the university of mahaputra muhammad yamin in the subject of student development in the academic year 018/2019 on a 95% confidence level. The price of the determinant coefficient = 14.71% then the relationship of motivation with learning outcomes is very low. This means that student learning outcomes 14.71% is determined by motivation, the remaining 85.29% is determined by other factors.
